We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The facilities are excellent, with large, clean pools that are perfect both for relaxing and for family fun. The all-inclusive package was great, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty food and drinks. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made our experience even better. The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and had a lovely view. Overall, it was a fantastic holiday that left us with the best impressions — we would definitely come back!

the rooms are very dirty , we were in a family room in the new section next to the reception , I don't know why the staff don't clean it , they just return the sheets , add towels and go. we put on our slippers inside the room because of this!!
water park - is great.
food - good variety, but the quality is not high.

My stay at this hotel was unfortunately a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend it despite how beautiful it looks in pictures.
From the very beginning, the check-in process was rude and unwelcoming. Throughout our stay, the customer service was among the worst I’ve experienced. Unless you tipped heavily (I ended up spending around 4,000 EGP in just five days), staff simply would not provide proper service. This applied across the board—from buffet staff and pool staff to housekeeping and even the pool guards. Only after tipping excessively did we see the slightest improvement in attitude.
Most of the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. One staff member even greeted us daily with an angry look instead of a smile. Only one or two people in the entire staff treated us kindly. To make matters worse, we were treated poorly at first because they assumed we were from a nationality that the hotel caters to but is often looked down upon. Once they realized we were from Jordan, their behavior shifted. This kind of discrimination is unacceptable at any hotel, let alone one claiming 5 stars.
Facilities and Rooms:
• The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and despite daily requests, no proper replacements were ever provided.
• The room was worn out. The shower was unstable, and there was a constant sewage smell from the bathroom.
• The bidet hose was loose, with no holder, meaning it had to be left on the floor.
• Housekeeping was poor, only cleaning properly when tipped. Towels, shampoo, and garbage bags were often not replaced unless specifically requested.
Food & Dining:
• The food quality itself was decent, but my father unfortunately got food poisoning (possibly from the food or the wine).
• Buffet staff were consistently rude during breakfast, lunch, and dinner until we tipped heavily.
Pool & Beach:
• The pool guards were unprofessional. We had children with us, and when certain areas were restricted, one guard told us we couldn’t sit there but offered no alternative solution. For a group of 12 in the middle of the day, this was unacceptable. In other Egyptian resorts, staff usually help relocate guests politely.
• The beach had no service at all—no waiters, no drinks, nothing. Perhaps once during the entire stay someone passed by.
• The distances inside the hotel were long, yet there were no regular shuttles or golf carts (which are standard in similar resorts). I only saw one shuttle once during our whole trip.
Checkout:
The final impression was just as negative. The hotel still uses an outdated towel card system, which most modern resorts have abandoned. As a group of 12 (including children moving between rooms), this system was confusing and impractical. When we checked out, my father was argued with by staff, who demanded 10 euros for each “missing” towel card—even though the rest of our group still had the cards in their rooms. The staff accused us of trying to “rip them off,” which was extremely insulting and unprofessional. This whole issue stems from outdated policies and a lack of proper guest management.
Positives:
• The bed was comfortable.
• The AC worked well.
But unfortunately, these were the only good points in an otherwise extremely frustrating stay.
Overall:
What appeared online as a dream hotel turned out to be the opposite in reality. A true 5-star hotel should not require thousands in tips just to receive basic service, should not discriminate against guests based on nationality, and should not humiliate people over outdated towel card policies. For our large family group, this was a very negative and stressful experience, and I cannot recommend this property.

We are currently staying at the hotel, a couple and two children, we received an upgrade to a family room for free.
The hotel is crazy with an amazing water park, varied and delicious food, the hotel is clean.
The staff is helpful and courteous.
The VR was exceptional
Notes to management:
The mechanism for lifting the inflatables in the elevator is slow and causes a lot of waiting on the slides, think of a more efficient way.
In addition, it is recommended to write down the opening hours on each slide already at the bottom, there was a case when we went all the way up and were told that the slide was closed.

One of the best hotels I have ever been to. The service is very conveniently fast. The staff are friendly and supportive. Food is fairly good and various. There is always entertainment for everyone. Night parties are wonderful. Chefs are professional and excellent. Pools are extremely clean. The beach is sandy to add to the fun we had. The most impressive one is the bakery which provides food 24 hours a day with excellent quality. I love it all ❤️
