My favorite place! Everything is special and the service is excellent. The staff is very helpful, and there are people of all nationalities here. It's incredibly enjoyable, with a lively atmosphere and fun activities. We loved everything. The rooms are fully equipped, and there are shuttle buses to the beach throughout the day. The reception was good, and the entertainment team was cheerful and had a great holiday spirit. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves with them and participated in their events and activities. I will definitely come back again.

Me and my family were surprised when we arrived. From reception, the hotel looked beautiful and clean, staff were very helpful. as soon as me and my brothers went to our room, the key didn’t work for the lights so a staff member went to go and reset it, but we were waiting for 2 hours with no lights, no air con.
The rooms are very spacious, but slightly outdated. The bathroom wasn’t clean when we arrived, so there was mud all over the floor, the toilet was stained, and we were given no complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap which was advertised to come with the hotel, as well as a bath robe and slippers. We have been here 5 days, and the air con is leaking from the ceiling. my parents had the same issue in their room, and no one came up to fix it for 2 days, until they finally moved rooms.
The food is average, same variety every day, and there aren’t enough plates for the entire hotel. flies are everywhere, landing on the food, and there is also mosquitoes everywhere.
the animation team is okay, but they definitely have their favourite people when it comes to certain activities, and during the daytime, there is hardly any activities.
A lot of the staff here are very rude, if you ask for something they assure you it would get sorted and yet it takes at least 4 asks to actually get them to do something for you.
I seriously do not recommend this hotel. This is my first ever time leaving a review because i genuinely couldn’t not leave a review, it’s horrific here.

Don't let some of the negative reviews put you off—this hotel has been absolutely fine for us.
The food has been good throughout our stay, and I do wonder about the expectations of some of the people complaining. Every morning there's freshly made omelettes, cereal, toast, pastries, and plenty of fresh fruit. Lunch and dinner offer a good variety with salads, a pasta station, BBQ meats, chips, pitta bread, and some lovely curries. Snacks are what you'd expect from an all-inclusive hotel, with burgers, chicken nuggets, and chips.
The drinks are perfectly acceptable. This isn't a luxury 5-star resort, so I think it's important to have realistic expectations for the price you're paying.
The rooms are a little dated, but they're very spacious. We had a huge family room with two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two balconies. Any issues we had were dealt with immediately after asking.
The staff are the real highlight of this hotel. They genuinely can't do enough for you. If you leave a small tip, you'll hardly need to leave your sunbed or table—they'll keep bringing drinks throughout the day and even come over to take your order if you do get up.
The entertainment team are lovely, always friendly, and happy to spend time chatting with guests. Yes, some staff will offer spa treatments or excursions, but a polite "no thank you" is enough and they leave you alone. There's no hard sell.
I was also really impressed with the lifeguards. There are always plenty around the pool, keeping a close eye on everyone, especially children. They regularly encourage younger children to stay in the shallow end and even asked my children if they could swim and had them show them, despite me being right there. I thought that was excellent and showed they take safety seriously.
Overall, we've had a great stay. The hotel isn't perfect and could do with a little updating, but the outstanding staff, good food, spacious rooms, and excellent service more than make up for it. If you have any issues, just speak to the staff—they'll do everything they can to put things right straight away. We'd happily return.

In general this was a pleasent hotel, the staff were all very nice and welcoming. I was very well looked after. I found a lot of food to be quite bland though but there was a wide variety and something for everyone, so you would enjoy something. Their chips were lovely.
The rooms were nice, I had a pool view room but it was mainly blocked by a tree, but the aesthetics of the pool area are very nice, I didn’t spend any time on the balcony as it didn’t get any sun (it wasn’t facing the right way, but not an issue), the views are lovely to look at and at night with the lights it’s even more lovely.
I think in some areas it could have been a little cleaner but i also think it comes with this type of building, in some areas it’s a bit older. Also, some of the pool/beach towels have a stain so defo check yours before you walk away.
It’s in a good location with a shuttle to the beach every hour for most of the day, so that’s cool.
I had a good time here and for the price and the welcoming from the staff, I’d come again if I want something cheap and cheerful.

This isn't my first time at the hotel; I love spending my vacations there because it suits everyone. The rooms are well-prepared, and the housekeeping staff takes care of every detail. The restaurant is excellent, offering a wide variety of food and drinks. The service is good, and the entertainment team is outstanding—they brought us so much joy and fun with their diverse activities and parties. They were truly delightful, and we loved them—the best entertainment team ever.
