I was very happy with this hotel.
Food was just like any all inclusive resort but there was so much variety always italian, local , russian and even asian food. Special deserts and such. I was even more happy with how the hotel was decorated for valentines day it was such a magical atmosphere and so beautiful.
The service was good , everyone working was always helpful and nice. Even the lifeguard helped me find my lost earring )))
Especially I want to thank the beauty salon staff which i visited many times and did a lot of services for a good price and friendly atmosphere. Also the hamam was good.
The only minus for this hotel is that there isn’t a good beach to swim in the sea , but I spent most of my time by the pool - its so fun and everyday I went to water aerobics, dances and zumba by the pool! ))) overall me and my partner were happy with our stay at this hotel👏🙏🏻 THANKS TO EVERYONE WORKING

The hotel safe are very attentive & lovely from the moment I arrived. They took my bags whilst I checked in & gave me all the information I needed & then took me to my room & made sure I was comfortable. The food & activities have been really good. It is big & a lot of different things to do. Overall, a very good experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was great and made it easy to get around and see nearby places.
The animation team was one of the best parts. They were friendly and always organizing fun activities during the day and evening, which made the stay more enjoyable.
The food was also good, with enough variety and everything tasted fresh. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing, and the staff were kind and helpful.
Overall, I had a good experience and would stay here again.

A truly 5 star experience at The V Hotel.
Our stay at The V Hotel was nothing short of amazing, from the moment we checked in we felt welcomed by the friendly staff. A special shout out to Fayrouz the manager, Zayn in the restaurant and Malek in the spa.
The amenities were first class, the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet offered a huge variety of delicious options. Only thing missing was the hot and spicy sauce varieties 😀
I can't fault this place and will definitely be back, highly recommend for anyone visiting.

Our stay at V Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh was unfortunately a very mixed experience. While the hotel itself is visually stunning and modern, the service we received throughout the week fell far below what you would expect from a 5-star resort.
From the moment we arrived, it felt like the staff were largely uninterested and not particularly helpful. Around the pool, there was virtually no service at all — the swim-up bar was often unmanned, and on several occasions we had to wait up to 20 minutes just to get a drink. In the restaurant, waiters would take requests for drinks but often never return, or simply disappear altogether.
Housekeeping was also inconsistent, with our room being left unclean on two separate days during our 7-night stay. On one particularly frustrating occasion, we asked a housekeeping staff member to come back later while we finished getting ready, only for them to select the “Do Not Disturb” option themselves. This resulted in our room being left completely unattended for the day — we returned later to a messy room with no clean towels after spending the day at the pool, which was truly poor.
On top of that, we experienced lukewarm to cold showers for five out of the seven days, which was incredibly disappointing. To make matters worse, our friends staying in another room had no running water at all for a day and a half, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.
The language barrier also made things more difficult throughout the stay. While we fully understand we are visiting Egypt, you would still expect front desk staff at a 5-star hotel to be able to communicate effectively with guests, which was not always the case.
That said, there were definitely some positives. Management were helpful when we approached them directly, especially Ahmad, the restaurant manager, who stood out for his professionalism. The animation team were also consistently engaging, energetic, and fun, which added some enjoyment to our stay. A special mention also goes to our driver, Mustafa, who was fantastic and made getting around Sharm easy and enjoyable.
The food was another highlight — consistently delicious throughout the week, including at the à la carte restaurants. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a contemporary and luxurious feel. We also really enjoyed the spa treatments, which were excellent, even if the spa facilities themselves felt a bit dated and not quite in line with a 5-star standard.
On our final day, we spoke to the hotel manager to express our disappointment and to see if anything could be done given the overall poor experience. Initially, we were told no, which was quite shocking. After further discussion, we were offered a few free padel games, which, in all honesty, did not feel like an adequate gesture considering the issues we had experienced.
Overall, V Hotel is a beautiful property that has the potential to be truly exceptional, but it is significantly let down by the level of service and staff engagement. It looks like a 5-star hotel, but unfortunately, it does not feel like one based on how guests are treated.
