We had an amazing stay at this hotel for a week! Everything was perfect—the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome every day. The location was convenient, with easy access to attractions and beautiful views. The food was excellent, offering a great variety of delicious options. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Our stay at V-Hotel was overall okay, but definitely came with both highlights and disappointments.
We arrived very early in the morning (around 5 a.m.), and unfortunately the night shift receptionist was not very friendly or helpful. Even with small requests, he didn’t make any effort. Thankfully, the daytime reception staff were much nicer and more accommodating. The first day we were given a joke of a breakfast honestly. That's all i got to say.
The room we were given — a sea view room — was actually very nice and spacious. However, the first impression was tainted because the bedsheets weren’t properly clean and had blotchy stains. We called housekeeping, and the cleaner was kind and explained it was a laundry issue. Still, it should’ve been caught before check-in. After that incident they cleaned the room really good and made quite funny characters with towels.
The beach was the best part of the hotel — truly beautiful and we went almost every day. The infinity pool was also really nice, and the towel service was great. However, the beach and pool experience was affected by constant vendors trying to sell services. While some were kind, others were pushy and even made the experience uncomfortable at times, especially in a way that felt targeted more toward women. Not the hotel’s direct fault, but still worth noting.
The cocktails were another letdown. If you’re into proper mixed drinks, this isn’t the place. Most of the time, it felt like straight vodka with a drop of syrup. The bartenders at the main bar didn’t seem to know how to make anything beyond the basics. Some were friendly, but overall the drink quality was poor.
We had a frustrating situation with the TV. I wanted to watch YouTube or mirror content from my iPad since we don’t speak Arabic or Russian, but it didn’t work. I asked the receptionist early in our stay and was told it’s not allowed. Later, I found out from a friend that it worked for them, and I could even see other TVs in the hotel playing YouTube. When I brought it up again near the end of our stay, they offered to send an engineer — but at that point, it was too late. It felt dishonest and like they didn’t want to deal with it earlier.
As for food — it was very hit or miss. Sometimes it was really tasty, especially breakfast with fresh eggs. Other times, it felt basic and repetitive. Desserts, especially cakes, were not great. But the ice cream was delicious! The pizza, on the other hand, was disappointing: too oily and far from what you’d expect from a standard pizza. The restaurant Antika was a highlight for me — I really enjoyed it.
The beach sunbeds were also a downside. Many were broken or had ripped covers, and the adjustable shades often didn’t work properly — small details that add up over time.
On a positive note, the taxi service from the hotel lobby was excellent — very friendly and professional.
Overall, V-Hotel has potential. The beach and pool are lovely, and some staff really do their best. But between the cocktail quality, inconsistent service, pushy vendors, and small but constant inconveniences, it didn’t fully meet expectations for an all-inclusive stay.

A Wonderful Stay at V Hotel Sharm El Sheikh.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at V Hotel Sharm El Sheikh, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of fantastic.
The staff at the restaurant were outstanding—attentive, friendly, and always going above. Whether it was a casual breakfast or a more elaborate dinner, the team consistently provided impeccable service, making dining a delightful experience.
At the pool, I was amazed by how attentive and caring the staff were. They made sure every guest was comfortable, offering drinks, fresh towels, and checking in regularly to ensure our needs were met. The poolside service was top-notch and added an extra layer of relaxation to my stay.
One of the standout moments was the problem-solving experience I had at the reception. A minor issue arose during my stay, and the team handled it with such professionalism and efficiency. They were quick to resolve the situation with a smile, demonstrating a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
Overall, V Hotel Sharm El Sheikh offers great value for money. The combination of exceptional service, friendly staff, and high-quality amenities made it a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Sharm El Sheikh. I'll definitely be returning!
I have huge respect for the people working here—they truly try their best to serve guests every day.

Title: Total Disappointment – Avoid This Hotel at All Costs
We stayed at this hotel in December 2024 and were utterly disappointed, especially with what they called a “New Year’s Eve party.” Without informing us in advance, they charged $150 per person for an event that was more like a cheap, unorganized gathering. Calling it a “party” is an overstatement – it looked more like an abandoned wedding reception in a rundown setting.
We stayed only about 30 minutes before leaving in frustration. The crowd consisted almost entirely of drunk Ukrainian guests, shouting and acting wildly. Frankly, it felt like we were in Ukraine, not Egypt.
The so-called hotel manager, Mohamed, was extremely unprofessional and completely incapable of handling customer concerns. There was no room for discussion or negotiation, just indifference and excuses.
In the end, we paid $300 for an experience that was nothing short of a scam. We left angry and disappointed.
To top it all off, what I saw behind the scenes was hungry, overworked staff, being pushed around like they were working under slave-like conditions. The food was unappetizing and the entire vibe was chaotic and depressing.
Absolutely not recommended. Save your money and your sanity – stay somewhere else.

We are not writing this review to give a low rating out of spite. We simply want to help future guests avoid the same disappointing experience we had.
Most of the staff do not speak English, and even basic drink orders were never understood correctly during our two-night stay. Shockingly, when a guest tried to return a lost item, the staff member angrily replied “NO ENGLISH” and walked away.
Our room was average and suitable for two, but we were three people and needed an extra bed. No bath towels were provided, and there was trash from a previous guest in the closet. When we requested towels, we were told it would take an hour. After insisting, they arrived in 10 minutes—but were tossed at us by a clearly annoyed housekeeper.
We tried to book an à la carte restaurant included in the all-inclusive plan but found no availability. No one informed us at check-in that reservations had to be made at exactly 3:00 PM. Only two female staff members tried to help us during our stay—others were unhelpful or indifferent.
The buffet areas were chaotic and loud, like a zoo. We recommend this hotel only to families with children. The only peaceful area was the beach. Even there, the bar staff were rude and inattentive—taking orders while talking on the phone and showing no courtesy.
At the Sky Bar, we waited over 50 minutes for three drinks. This level of poor service sadly became what we came to expect.
At check-out, we were asked how our stay was. When we honestly said it wasn’t great, the manager asked us to explain. We shared our experiences politely, but instead of listening, he offered excuses. He then pressured us not to write a review, offering a discount for a future stay. Even after we said we would never return, he asked us again not to post anything online.
That moment made it clear: the problem is not the staff, but the management.
We truly hope no one else will have the same experience, and that this review helps improve things, even a little.
