We spent 4 nights. It was a fantastic break. The place was spotless, food was amazing and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Hanna who welcomed us on the first day and provided a comprehensive overview for the hotel. Special thanks also to Mr Mahmoud at reception, Mr-Haytham At Sayadeya restaurant & Miss Maha at the cafe/bar. The place is being maintained at a very high standard of cleanliness and decor. We will definitely come again in the future.

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and you can see how much care goes into keeping the whole place in great condition. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which creates a really comfortable and pleasant atmosphere.
I especially want to highlight the animation team — they are absolutely wonderful! Everyone is so friendly, warm, and fun. Every day there were interesting activities: competitions, dances, stretching sessions, zumba, and the aqua gym — always enjoyable and full of positive energy.
Stretching with Anya and Lorenca, zumba with Amr, darts with Happy, and the aqua gym with Mido became some of my favourite memories from this vacation. Anya, Mido, Amr, Happy, Loreanca and Olesya are truly the best of the best — incredibly professional, kind, and uplifting.
The evening programme is also very entertaining and diverse — there was always something exciting to watch or take part in.

We have had the pleasure of staying at Jaz Belvedere many times of the last few years and can honestly say our experiance gets better each time. Mr Esmat who is Front Office Manager is a kind and charming man that works hard to ensure our holiday is of the highest standard and is supported by Shaban, who always go over and above to make sure our stay is exceptional.
Since Mr Amr has taken over as General Manger the changes to the already impressive hotel are obvious, marble and granite replacing brick stairs, new showers around the pool and especially the a-la-carte restaurant with new Head Chef Tarek. The a-la-carte restaurant has wonderful views over the sea and views beyond over Saudi, the food is exceptional with a choice between sea-food and mixed meats, either choice fantastic. Ramy and his staff do an exceptional job to make the a-la-carte experience a truly 5 star experience and this is a wonderful addition to the hotels offering for guests.
The friendly staff, service and food on offer both in the a-la-carte and main restaurant are the reasons we keep coming back to the hotel both as a family and couple.
What initially drew us was the location, with hotel designed not to squeeze as many guests in as possible, but to take advantage of the incredible views from the natural lagoon over the gorgeous colours of the Red Sea and mountains of Saudi in the background. From nearly everywhere you stand, be it the pool, restaurants, bars or reception, the views dominate and impress.
The gardens are also beautiful with a large water feature running throughout, the hotel staff work so hard to maintain these tranquil settings.
The pool is set just off the beach and even at maximum capacity it does not feel full, no need to save a sun bed, they are always available and the lifeguards on constant watch if you need help anyway. Again the views from the pool are amazing with access to either the beach bar or the pool bar. From the pool bar snacks are served most of the day with pizzas, burgers and finger food for snacking available.
The views from the top bar are to die for with the attentive staff on hand to make sure you never run dry!
The facilities of the hotel also include a gym, tennis courts, football pitch with a dive school available directly as well as other excursions arranged.
We can't wait to return again soon :)

Love this place so much, such a great all round experience. The food is varied and good quality, well presented. There is an active friendly animation team. Rooms are great. Beds comfortable. Just everything is good and there is a nice beach.

The hotel grounds are stunning — lush, green, and perfectly maintained. You can truly see the amazing work of the gardeners — everything is clean, tidy, and full of life.

💛 The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Special thanks to Muhammed, the beach bartender — so positive, cheerful, and always smiling! His cocktails were fast, creative, and super tasty! 🍹
