Absolutely amazing experience at the Turkish Restaurant ( Lalezer) at Shams Adults Only Resort! 🇹🇷✨
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The service was attentive, friendly, and genuinely warm — you can really tell they care about giving guests a great dining experience. A special thanks to the chef and the team for such fantastic food!
The highlight of the evening was definitely the mixed grill. It was cooked perfectly — juicy, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every bite was packed with authentic Turkish flavors, and you could really taste the quality of the ingredients and the skill behind the cooking.
The atmosphere in the restaurant is also wonderful: relaxed, elegant, and perfect for enjoying a special dinner while on holiday.
Huge compliments to the chef and the whole team for such a memorable meal. If you’re staying at Shams Adults Only Resort, this restaurant is an absolute must-try. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stayed for 5 nights and I couldn't be happier!
Facilities, staff, food, pools, beach, everything you can dream of is available!
The staff are really helpful and cheerful, they would do anything to make your dreams come true.
I have to thank Mohamed Hossam from reception for the great experience and follow up.. very cheerful and helpful.
Also, Anna from guest services, she was brilliant and accommodated all our requests.
It was my wife's birthday and they prepared the room and arranged for a surprise birthday party at the restaurant for her, I could not even dream of that!
I also have to thank Karam and Eslam from Lagoon bar, they were very helpful and went above and beyond.
Abdelrahman from room service was so polite, helpful, cleaned the room daily and was also very attentive to details.
Animation is also amazing, great music and shows, with plenty of activities on the pool and beach, and a daily party in the main lounge.
You must try Mangal and the Brazilian restaurants, book them through guest services or through the link they provide once you get the room. The Brazilian one was brilliant!
I loved every single moment there, and overall experience is faultless and this hotel is easily my to go destination in Sharm Elsheikh.

Extremely disappointing experience and not what I would expect from a 5-star resort.
I observed what appeared to be cheap local brandy being served from bottles labeled as premium brands such as Courvoisier and Hennessy. The difference in appearance, taste, and quality was obvious. I even compared it to an original sealed bottle that was opened in front of me, and the contrast was significant.
What made the situation worse was the initial response from management. However, after raising my concerns, Guest Relations Manager Ramadan took action, apologised for what had happened, and assured me that it would not happen again. I appreciated that my complaint was eventually taken seriously and addressed.
Guests pay premium prices expecting premium products and honest service. While this issue affected my stay, there were also many positive aspects that deserve recognition.
The à la carte restaurants were fantastic, the cleanliness throughout the resort was excellent, and the service from staff across all areas was outstanding. The overall quality of the resort was impressive and reflected the standards expected from a luxury property.
I have attached photos showing the comparison: the bottle on the right is the original sealed bottle opened in front of me, while the bottle on the left shows the product that was being served and appeared to be a much cheaper local brandy.
Although my experience was mixed, I appreciate the efforts made to resolve the issue and the many positive aspects of the resort.

Absolutely amazing and luxurious hotel. Staff have been so polite and caring. Special thanks to Mohammed who took us around the hotel in his buggy. Also guest relation manager Ramadan kamel was very helpful with helping us book out next trip.
Would definitely recommend this hotel for those who are looking for a relaxing holiday & luxury holiday The cabana on the beach with the jacuzzi is a must. Hot stone massage is definitely worth every penny.
Would definitely come back again.

Taj Mahal restaurant was fantastic, with exceptional staff who made sure we never had an empty glass, and recommended great food. Mustafa Hossam was wonderful, the number 1!
We also had a wonderful meal at The Mangal (bbq). All of the staff were very attentive and the food was incredible. The beef steak and chicken skewer were our favourites from the grill, but we also loved the bread and hummus selection.
Room 3203 cleaning was brilliant, always spotless and Badr looked after us very well! Thank you
