Amazing hotel. Exceptional food, not just mediocre spread like in many other all-in resorts who tried to please everybody but in result not pleasing anybody. Every dish with authentic seasoning, fresh and great quality meats, fish, veg and lovely, rich soups. Even the food by the pool (burgers pizza) better that anywhere else, well made. Staff kind, respectful, funny, helpful and welcoming, with lovely energy; always happy to help. Nobody treats you like a walking cash machine. Many lively places to enjoy entertainment with energetic and encouraging staff, as well as a quiet spots by the pool. Beautiful, deep reef with many amazing creatures just by the hotel. Highly recommend as a spot to rewind, having very chilled, laid back atmosphere. Easy reach by taxi to the town.

A hotel for 400–500 guests, relatively small in territory, but everything is organized and thought out down to the smallest detail. In this sense, it’s an excellent hotel. I spoke with many other vacationers, and everyone shares the same opinion. Moreover, many of them have returned here several times. The sea is nearby, but even if your building is a bit farther away, a shuttle bus runs all day long with intervals of literally five minutes. There are more than enough sun loungers by the sea — you will always find a free spot and can even choose one you like. There is a beach bar where you can also grab a snack, and if you walk about 50 meters up, there is a large café where you can have a great lunch. By the sea, there is a large heated pool, and you can even enjoy a drink while in the water — the bar is literally inside the pool. There is another large pool closer to the dining area, also with a bar. The main restaurant is very comfortable, and you will always find a place there. The menu changes every day. For example, today it’s Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, and tomorrow it’s Lebanese and Turkish. Every day features the cuisine of a different country — and by the way, it’s truly excellent. Another advantage: all bars, restaurants, and cafés have professional coffee machines with a wide selection of drinks. The coffee is simply outstanding. The bars serve strong and other alcoholic drinks without dilution, and the quality is very good. Cocktails are made with natural juices, and Coca-Cola and other drinks come only from bottles. The quality of beverages and alcohol is impeccable. There are also ice cream machines in the bars, and the ice cream is quite tasty. The hotel is small, so you shouldn’t expect outstanding animation. But they do try to entertain you — even on the beach. The rooms are well-designed, everything works — from the light bulbs to the toilet and showers. Cleanliness is perfect, and the rooms are cleaned daily. The sea near the hotel is excellent — fish of all colors of the rainbow and all sizes are abundant. The designated swimming area is tiny, but don’t worry: you can easily swim to the right, past the territories of other hotels, along the entire reef — and quite far, by the way. In this hotel, you truly relax both body and soul. But it’s not a place for youth parties — it’s for calm, peaceful, and relaxing vacations.

Hard to list the reasons as there are so many...firstly the staff are super friendly and helpful. They will bend over backwards to make your stay as comfortable as possible. From the front desk, bar, restaurant, lifeguards and entertainment they all deserve a mention.
The food is good, generally 🙂. I've had worse and I've had better but generally there is always something to enjoy.
Location is far from the main areas but taxis are always available and reasonably priced. As part of the All Inclusive package the hotel also runs free buses to all main areas.
I initially came here for the Dive Centre which has now sadly moved but that said I still come back as the hotel has a really nice family, homely feeling to it.

The team Is gorgeous 😍 thanks for the people works so hard a day to provide a service with a smile. Unfortunately some rooms can be renovated. The animation team is human, lovely, careful and they purpose is to enjoy every night. BiG thank you Abdhala who works at the Spa. Her professionalisme is amazing 👏. The hotel is very very clean! Extended family of 8- first time in Egypt. Overall it was a lovely holiday, and we would be happy to come back to this hotel!
Reception staff very helpful, we had a late flight in and when we arrived in the rooms there was food for us since we had missed dinner.
Rooms were lovely. We had a pool view room, and the balcony was hit with the sun in the evening- was beautiful. The rooms are a little dated, but overall clean and comfortable.
Food overall was nice, can get a bit same-old but was nice tasting and each night had a different theme for dinner.
All staff, especially at dinner service and by the main quiet pool were incredible! (Especially Shady!) Remembering drinks orders and being friendly and having a joke with us.
The day entertainment was good, with a mixture of pool/beach activities. The evening entertainment was ok- the DJ was shocking, playing music overly loud, blown speakers and ‘interesting’ mixing of songs. But that is the only negative!
