A truly fascinating hotel (price-quality correlation). Delicious food, a wonderful area at the beach with a cafe right on the beach with snacks working even in winter. Good indoor pool and spa (free hammam, sauna). A very beautiful lobby area and the rooms are furnitured in a very nice way. There is only one problem - poor sound isolation in the bathroom. The animation team is very nice and friendly, great activities provided during the day (yoga, dart 2 times a day, evening shows). Thanks to Alina, a very friendly girl who is in charge of holding yoga and dart game, was very lively. We want to come back to this hotel!

Yemisi Godwin-Joshua ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) Stay: 7th – 14th April 2026 This was our first time visiting Turkey, and honestly, we didn’t know what to expect—but it turned out to be one of the best experiences of our lives. We travelled as a group with my husband and children to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday, and everything about this trip was truly marvelous, fantastic, and unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The hotel management and staff treated us like kings and queens. I want to give special thanks to MD Sedar and the entire team for their outstanding support and kindness. I have never experienced such genuine care and attention before. The food was amazing—available 24 hours a day with so many options. Even as a fussy eater, I always found something delicious to enjoy, and there were plenty of choices for children as well. The service was top-notch; wherever you go in the hotel, staff are always ready to assist, bringing drinks and ensuring your comfort—even to your room. The hotel facilities are excellent. I highly recommend booking the spa package, which includes the sauna, steam room, Turkish bath, and massage. I came out feeling like a completely new woman! The beach is absolutely beautiful, with no stress over getting sun loungers. There is entertainment throughout the day, and the beach bar and buffet make the experience even more enjoyable. What stood out the most for me was the love, humility, and warm hospitality shown by every member of staff. They are welcoming, friendly, and truly dedicated to making guests feel at home. This holiday was glorious, and one of the best we have ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone around the world looking for an unforgettable experience. Thank you once again to the entire team—may God bless you all for the love and care you showed to me and my family during our stay.

Our stay at the hotel in Turkey from 7th to 14th April 2026 was truly a memorable and delightful experience. I travelled with my wife and children with other group members and we were all warmly received from the moment we arrived. The highlight of our visit was my 60th birthday celebration on the 12th of April, which took place in one of the hotel’s event halls. The entire occasion was a grand success, thanks in large part to the exceptional support from the hotel’s management and staff. They were actively involved from start to finish, beautifully setting up the hall, arranging the food and drinks, and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Their attentiveness and professionalism made the celebration truly special. Throughout our stay, the service we received was outstanding. The staff were consistently helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with any need. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious meals, with plenty of food and drinks always available. The hotel facilities were equally impressive. Its location by the beach provided a stunning and peaceful view, adding to the overall experience. There were excellent amenities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, a disco hall, a beautiful garden, and on-site shops. The spa services were also exceptional. My wife and I personally enjoyed the steam bath, sauna, body wash and massage, which were all carried out to a very high standard. Overall, we had a fantastic time, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable, and well-catered holiday experience. I am so glad we booked this Hotel! The rooms in the main house are very good and clean. The rooms in the house next to the main area are medium. Its loud, twisted and less clean. But we had a room in the main house and were satisfied. The food is varied and tasty. The dishes and tables were cleaned fast and properly. The location is near the street so the cars are in the background noise. But thats ok for me. Also you walk only 5 minutes to the beach which is beautifully designed. You have access to food and cocktails the whole day! I liked that. My highlight was the spa. We booked Salt room, sauna, steam sauna, Hamam, bubble bath, being cleaned from two wholesome ladys, 30 minutes massage, a face mask and a tea for just 45€ per person! It was really really amazing! I would recommend! Also the all in was just 10€ a day!! (We were here in November) If you want a relaxing and cheap time - go to Doganay! (But make sure to book a room in the main house) Have a great time.

I was very disappointed that Russian patriotic music was played at the hotel disco. As a Ukrainian guest, this was extremely painful and triggering for me. This is not just music — it represents a country that is currently committing violence against my people. Hotels are public spaces and should be safe and comfortable for all guests. I believe staff may not understand the context, but that’s exactly why it’s important to raise awareness and be more sensitive in music choices. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean. The food is varied and good. There are not many attractions in the surrounding area. The service is good and the staff really try to make guests feel comfortable. I did not enjoy the hammam experience — I felt pressured to buy extra services, and similar packages nearby in Alanya cost about half the price. I hope the hotel will take this feedback seriously and avoid such situations in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the price vs what we get was awesome. The food was nice- a lot if traditional Turkish dishes and produce, fresh fruits an vegetables. The rooms are well kept and the staff was very friendly. The managers as well, they made sure we were well looked after. Daily activities by the pool and at night. Over all a great holiday.

This is NOT a 5-star hotel! This is not even a 1-star hotel! Do not be fooled by the affordable price for a "5-star" vacation in an otherwise expensive Belek region! Keep away! You have been warned! This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had! We were initially given a room on the west side of the hotel, and the smell was unbearable due to the septic tanks located right outside. As soon as we entered, we were hit with a disgusting odor of sewage and mold. The air conditioning was covered in mold and hadn’t been serviced in ages. After our first complaint, the staff promised to clean the room thoroughly, but no one ever came. Following our second complaint, and after some help from a local contact, we were moved to a room on the east side. While the smell issue was resolved, other problems persisted. The east side rooms face a neighboring hotel with a summer kitchen that starts operating around 3 a.m., causing loud noises and conversations, sometimes even arguments. The hotel restaurant is filthy and serves the same bland food every day. If you aren’t among the first to get there, you’ll likely miss out on most of the food. The sunbeds are constantly “reserved” by people who either don’t show up until the afternoon or never show up at all, and the staff does nothing to address this. I even spoke with the owner, a man named Hussein, and his “right-hand” person, who both promised to fix the issue within minutes—yet, unsurprisingly, nothing was done. Any complaints made at the reception are passed on to “guest relations,” managed by a Russian woman who, frankly, does absolutely nothing. I believe that a picture says a thousand words - so judge yourself!

I had high hopes for my stay at Clover Magic Seagate, but unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel did not live up to its advertised standards. Firstly, the cleanliness of the room was appalling. The floors were dirty, and there were visible stains on the bedding and furniture. The bathroom was no better, with mold in the shower and a lingering unpleasant odor. The service was equally disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. Any requests I made were either ignored or met with a dismissive attitude. I felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued guest. The food was another major letdown. The buffet was poorly stocked, with limited options and lukewarm dishes that tasted bland and unappetizing. The restaurant area was often overcrowded and unclean, making me question the hygiene standards of the entire establishment. Additionally, the amenities were not as described. The pool was dirty and overcrowded, and the supposed "private beach" was a crowded, litter-strewn stretch of sand. The hotel's advertised activities and entertainment were virtually non-existent, leaving little to do during my stay. Overall, my experience at Clover Magic Seagate was far from magical. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Belek. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I do not recommend going to this hotel. The first bad thing was the room, as I opened the door and entered the room, a strong smell of mold hit me, and the ceiling was full of mold. The balcony wasn't cleaned on my entire stay. In the bathroom, the toilet lid was stained with yellow color, you know from what. This hotel has a big problem at the restaurant, it is small and because of this it is always formed crowded food. Stay for 20 minutes to fill a plate with meat, garnish and a salad... They also don't have what you want to drink at the bar. For example at the bar at the restaurant did not have pepsi max at all on any day out of 8, on the last day at dinner they did not have beer, and the coffee machine did not work, not even at the beach bar, so if you want to drink coffee on the beach you can't. In many other days in a row they did not have the ingredients for mojito and did not bring them so I had to drink something else. What did I pay Ultra All Inclusive for? To drink water?

I rarely leave hotel reviews, however, after some of my belongings were stolen and experiencing some of the worst customer service, I felt inclined to do so. On check in I gave my name, the receptionist didn’t utter a word, a short time later I was handed my key card and a photocopied information sheet which was so faded I could barely read parts, I was pointed to the lift and told my room was on the 4th floor, then he walked away. Some basic information and layout of the hotel would have been helpful. The room was dated, wallpaper missing bits that had been ripped and not replaced, carpet not hoovered, I think Stevie wonder fitted the bathroom due to the uneven tiles and sloppiness of the grout everywhere. Towels and bed linen were clean, although the bed was rock hard. On arrival my fridge was stocked with 3 bottles of fizzy drinks, this was never topped up thereafter. I did order a sea view room, what I got was a view of the back end of a nicer hotel opposite with a small sea partially visible through a gap. The food is just bland and completely tasteless, the drinks are served in paper cups which become soft and awkward to hold after a few minutes. The pool and pool area was nice and well maintained. The staff at the pool bar are the most miserable people I’ve ever encountered, a smile or a courteous greeting was never to be found. I was to be collected by transfer on my final day at 3:30, as check out is 12pm, I asked for a late check out, I was told this would be €30, a bit steep but I paid. When I returned to my room at 2:15 to shower and pack, I was met with two housekeepers servicing my room, they looked perplexed that I was there. I quickly noticed most of my belongings were not there, I gathered that they had not been informed of my late check out and tried to explain this to them, despite my best hand gesturing the language barrier prevented the message getting across. After some time and with the help of Google translate they understood and my things began to reappear from the corridor back to my room. After showering I then noticed my expensive trainers, electric toothbrush and a few small toiletries were still missing, so I found the ladies and asked where my belongings were, they just continually shrugged their shoulders then ignored me and continued to work. I found another housekeeper and explained the situation, she was helpful and 20 minutes later my trainers returned. I checked out and explained what had happens to the receptionist, he told me to have a seat and he’d get the items returned to me. I sat there for 40 minutes, occasionally chasing him and being fobbed off with “soon” each time, until my transfer arrived and I left. I could have dealt with the dated appearance and bland food if the customer service was there, but all the staff were just appalling when it came to customer care. I’ve been all over the world staying in hundreds of hotels, but this place is officially the worst! Avoid like the plague!!

Great location sea views from our room amazing people there were all really nice we was lucky with the weather 25 in February. We went on a boat trip bit disappointing as didn't see the dolphins but chose a booking outside of the hotel. Nice Spa local and beach clubs and the hard rock cafe lots of posh shops. No complaints really apart from the wifi and data service from my work lap top missed a meeting. The buffet food was nice as all inclusive. Not much chose for cocktails but the beach bars local have a good choice of cocktails. Towels on sunbeds all day some days not enough sunbeds perhaps need some more. The entertainment team was really good lots of activities. Good location for pick up to exclusions days out. The monkey park is local we had a taxi pick up. Ideal family hotel relaxing.

English: This hotel is truly a pleasure. I traveled alone and I really want to compliment them. Even though it is a large hotel, everything is very well organized and runs smoothly. My room had a sea view and it was spacious. The cleaning service is excellent. The breakfasts are very good, and the hotel location is also fantastic. One of the best things is that there is a great walking and running path right in front of the hotel. I would definitely recommend it with confidence.

Stayed here for 5 nights in May and although there are a few negatives, nothing serious enough to cause upset or ruin our holiday. Worth noting that due to its proximity to the Veronicas strip, it does get rowdy at times and I probably wouldn't choose to bring children here. However. The rooms are a little dated and lacking plug sockets. And you can hear everything from nextdoor whilst in the bathroom. If you're unlucky enough to have a room facing the Veronica's strip, you'll need a few extra nightcaps if you want to sleep. Our balcony views were gorgeous though. My only real disappointment was the sunbeds. They need to be policed throughout the day. People were claiming their sunbeds with towels etc first thing in the morning, going out for the day and not using them. So the rest of us had to scramble when one became free. The pool security guy should monitor this instead of balls in the pool. The hotel is ideally situated though. Sun in the pool areas all day long and the back gate takes you onto the seafront path. So super easy to get to the other restaurants, shops or onto the beach. The food in the hotel was honestly fantastic. Compared to the many other all inclusive buffets I've experienced over the years this was exceptional. A huge range of freshly prepared foods every meal time. I was very impressed. There was evening entertainment most nights and all of the staff we spoke to were lovely too. The surrounding areas have plenty to see and do but there's loads of bars and nightclubs right outside so isn't quiet at night. So, some points for consideration before choosing this hotel but I'd happily stay there again.

I stayed at Sol Tenerife for the second time from 20th January to 5th February this year, and once again, I had a wonderful holiday overall. First and foremost, I cannot praise the entertainment team highly enough. Daniel, Noemi, Nadia and David are truly exceptional at what they do. They are the biggest asset to this hotel. They are knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and completely professional and consistently positive at all times. The fitness classes are fantastic, with a great variety on offer to suit different abilities and interests. I particularly love that many of the classes take place in the garden area – it creates such a calm, retreat-like atmosphere that makes the sessions even more enjoyable. The team bring such positive energy to everything they do; they are upbeat, motivating, and always manage to put a smile on your face and lift your mood no matter how you’re feeling. They are genuinely the heart of the hotel and a huge reason I continue to return. Their energy and enthusiasm enhance the guest experience. The evening entertainment is also diverse and enjoyable and well worth staying in the hotel in the evening to watch and get involved in. The bar and restaurant staff are also excellent - welcoming, attentive and always happy to help. During my stay, I unfortunately had an issue in the restaurant with another holidaymaker who would not leave me alone. A special mention to Alberto, the waiter from the restaurant, who handled the difficult situation quickly and professionally, ensuring I felt safe and supported. I was incredibly grateful for how seriously he took my concerns and how promptly he resolved the matter, he handled the situation with outstanding professionalism. His response was exemplary and made me feel safe and supported, which means a great deal when you are away from home. In terms of the hotel itself, there are areas that would benefit from a cosmetic upgrade, particularly around the pool where some of the paintwork is beginning to deteriorate. However, this did not prevent me from enjoying my stay, and I would not describe it as a bad hotel at all. Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff was disappointing. I had a significant issue with my room, as dirty toilet water was leaking onto the bathroom floor. Despite reporting this three separate times, I was not offered a room change and felt my concerns were not taken seriously. I ultimately had to go through Jet2 to have the situation resolved. This was frustrating and disappointing, especially as the rest of the hotel staff are so attentive and professional. I would give the entertainment team and bar staff 5 stars for my experience I have had and genuinely cannot praise them enough. However, it is a shame that the front of house experience lets the hotel down. Front-of-house staff are the first point of contact for guests, and in this instance, they failed to provide an acceptable level of service. That said, the hotel is in a fantastic seafront location and I’ve never had any issues despite Veronica’s being next door. Overall, it’s a great hotel, and in particular, thanks largely to the incredible entertainment team, they are the reason I continue to book this hotel. I have already booked my next two holidays here and genuinely cannot wait to return.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. I found some of the negative reviews surprising, as they did not reflect my stay. It’s important to have realistic expectations—this is not a five-star hotel, but it delivers outstanding value for what you pay. From the food and entertainment to the overall service, everything was impressive. The room was spotless, and housekeeping maintained a high standard throughout our stay. Even on days when we did not require cleaning, staff still checked in to see if we needed any additional items, which I found particularly thoughtful. The staff were consistently accommodating, friendly, and helpful, which made a significant difference to our overall experience. The food was also excellent, offering both quality and variety. The hotel’s location, right on the strip, was very convenient. Despite this, noise levels were not an issue—even my boyfriend, who is quite sensitive to noise, found it perfectly manageable. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

I have had family trips and held training camps at Sands Beach. I'm delighted that the hotel is finally getting the refurbishment it has needed for a few years. The staff have always been great at Sands Beach and really helpful. I'm hopeful the team there will have a hotel to match their level of service. Special thanks to Ryan Jenkins who has helped me organise a number of large group bookings over the years and is awesome at his job. I had a wonderful stay at Sands Beach Resort! The view was absolutely stunning, and the pools were gorgeous. The private beach was amazing and so well maintained. I found the food very reasonably priced, and it was definitely worth getting the full board. Breakfast, lunch, and especially dinner were all delicious – every meal was a delight! The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. I hurt my foot during my stay, and a lifeguard kindly assisted me. The lady at the reception was also very courteous, and honestly, everyone I met was extremely friendly. The resort has a supermarket inside, which is super convenient. Everything about the place is very comfortable and beautiful. The reception area is gorgeous, and the apartment was stunning, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Fresh towels were always provided, making the stay even more relaxing. I took beautiful photos, captured wonderful memories, and overall it was a truly delightful experience. I can’t recommend Sands Beach Resort enough!

This whole complex is in dire need of a refurbishment. Firstly, the reception area was old and had clearly seen better days. Although there was a gym and an indoor sports area, the equipment was either non-existent or in a poor state. The rubber mats in the sports area were old and dirty and had obviously not been cleaned recently. Initially, we were allocated a 'beach front' apartment which actually looked out on to a low wall. To their credit, the staff at reception were very helpful and gave us an alternative apartment with a better outlook. However, both apartments were in need of a makeover; and speaking to other guests and reading reviews, this appears to be a common theme. There were cracked floor tiles on the pathway leading up to the apartment, and the front door lock did not work properly. Once inside, the curtains were old and shabby, with missing curtain rings. The sofa was frayed around the bottom edge, its seats were saggy and it smelt dusty. Some of the dining room chairs had been poorly repaired, with pieces still missing, and one chair in particular was wobbly to sit on. In the bedroom, inside the roller blind, there were dead insects and spots of mould. The bed frame squeaked every time we moved, which was irritating to say the least. Over the course of the holiday, perhaps due to some wet weather, the bedroom and bathroom smelt increasingly damp. Worst of all, one of the plug sockets in the living area was cracked and hanging off the wall, with bare wires visible. On the final morning, my wife was drying her hair with a hairdryer that was fixed to the wall, when it started to make a loud whining noise, followed by a pop and then a smell of burning. On inspection, the nozzle had melted in the process. On a positive note, the staff were polite and friendly. In particular, the cleaners were always helpful and we were pleasantly surprised that they visited just about every day. Whilst we did not expect 5 star luxury, we would certainly not return, and the whole apartment complex and the apartment itself are in dire need of an overhaul.

My stay at Sands Beach Resort was absolutely fantastic and incredibly relaxing. The resort is beautifully designed, with whitewashed architecture, peaceful lagoons, and a wonderful beachfront setting that captures the unique charm of Lanzarote. The atmosphere is calm, comfortable, and perfect for a restful vacation. The apartments were spacious, clean, and very well equipped, making the stay feel convenient and enjoyable. Waking up to the ocean breeze and walking along the beach was a memorable experience. The pools, restaurants, and overall facilities were excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout the stay. Overall, a wonderful resort experience relaxing, well located, and ideal for enjoying the natural beauty of Lanzarote.

Sands Beach Resort — A Casual Beachfront Gem ⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you're looking for a relaxed beachfront escape without pretension, Sands Beach Resort delivers exactly that. We stayed in apartment 72, a three-bedroom, four-bathroom beachfront unit, and the layout was genuinely impressive — spacious, well-thought-out and perfect for a group. Waking up to direct Atlantic views from your own terrace is something you simply don't forget. Don't come expecting luxury finishes or modern interiors; the resort is somewhat dated and won't impress those prioritising style over substance. But if you can look past that, the charm is undeniable. The food covers all bases — breakfast and dinner are solid and varied, nothing fancy but consistently good. The real standout is lunch at the Lido Terrace, where you eat overlooking the Atlantic in a setting that's hard to beat. The staff deserve a special mention — genuinely helpful, warm and attentive throughout our stay. The location is also excellent, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. For a casual, laid-back holiday with direct beach access, a fantastic apartment layout and a great atmosphere, this place ticks all the boxes. We will absolutely return on our next visit to Lanzarote.

We visited in September 2025, Clean and Tidy hotel, good drinks and food, Pool area clean and tidy plenty of sunbeds. Close to town and beach. Entertainment was ok and the safe where nice and friendly. The only downside for me, was that their is not tea/coffee making equitpment in the rooms and i was told by reception i could not entre the restuarant to get a coffee before 8am.

Location is perfect. The rooms comfortable, clean and spacious. The food was good, not great. The restaurant was busy and very noisy. My biggest concern was dirty plates and cutlery. I could feel the grime! And the entertainment was solely for children. When we asked about that, we were told it is a family hotel. But with every child come an adult, and adults like entertainment too. It was a nice holiday but we would try somewhere else next time. But having sounded quite negative about it in this review, I did really enjoy my stay there.

I was shocked as hotel looks nothing like the pictures offered. Close to beach but you’d think you could walk out a gate and you were on the beach, it was about 3-4 min walk past shops etc. Sure the pictures must have been taken years ago because there are apartments/shops surround the pool area and they really need upgrading. I apparently had “a superior room” which was no more than a cupboard and I’ve travelled a lot on my own over the last 20 years NEVER been offered a room like this. Bed was so uncomfortable. Food was very basic and repetitive. Unsure why when there are many bars and lounges they only use the outside bar, especially when it’s raining!. Spoke with another couple and when they complained they were reminded it was 3 star. Definately will not be back

Loved this hotel. Wasn’t sure what to expect. Last year i had a holiday in 4* in Alcudia and wasn't worth the money so I decided this year to go for 3 *, could always eat outside and spend time on the beach if i don't like it. But I couldn’t fault any part of this hotel. It was spotlessly clean. Always cleaners cleaning the main areas and restaurant, pool area. Great location - walking distance to the beach, to the yacht port and promenade. I saw some people moaning about the food but to be honest there was always something to choose from, the Mexican themed dinner was fab. All the staff been great, helpful and always smiling, pool bar staff were so busy and still providing great service. Thank you and hope to see you again.

My experience was dreadful. Don't go to this hotel if you don't want to share your room with cockroachs. I found a large cockroach in my shower and had to spend all night down in reception as reception said he would put a note on computer for day staff to change my room. The day reception Miguel said there was no room for me and told me to go home. When the manager came in, the receptionist Miguel called me a liar.i was so upset as my husband had just passed away and this holiday was for my daughter and me to just spend some time together as she is a hard working nurse. My holiday was a nightmare and I felt so uncomfortable. The worst holiday I have ever had. I will be taking this further.

Great staff, so friendly and helpful. Best pools in Benidorm! Entertainment was great for all ages and always something on for everyone even when its raining. The entertainment staff work so hard to make sure everyone is having a good time. Good selection of food at meal times. Lunch and dinner much better than breakfast. Really central location but manages to still be quiet. Rooms are small for 3 people and very basic but clean - no one stays in their room in Benidorm anyway. Lovely stay. Would recommend.

Great pool area, paper thin walls in the rooms to the point we could hear next door screaming at eachother. Bin wasn’t emptied even though it was overflowing in the room. Door handle fell off as soon as we got the room. 5-6 min walk from the beach. Below average breakfast.

Definitely no more than a three star hotel. The lady that checked is in was great, very quick, friendly and efficient. The rooms were okay and the beds comfy. The pool is fantastic, probably the nicest holiday pool I've been to and certainly the biggest. Plenty of sunbeds when we were there. The biggest let down was the food, it was all pretty bland and Luke warm. That's the area that could do with the biggest improvement. All in all we had a nice break there but won't be rushing back.

We spent 6 days staying here all inclusive at the start of May and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff are absolutely fantastic here and the pool is beautiful. The food on offer is not always the best quality however there is a wide variety and we were happy with all the meals. There is a strange smell in the rooms and our toilet was half off of the wall which was a bit odd. The room was clean and provided us with a quiet space amongst the Benidorm chaos. Some people that stay here are very loud, so don't be surprised if you get woken up by people shouting and screaming in the corridors. The entertainment was good and as a whole, we would definitely recommend for others to stay here.

What an absolute shambles of a hotel, the place needs closing and re doing up. The food there’s never enough out for the amount of people in the hotel , we originally was staying in the ocas side and requested a low room due to us having children when they moved us to the other block we got put on the 10th floor after paying €120 not a single request listened to. As for the room there is mould around the bath the shower gels and that never get topped up and wires hanging out of the hair dryer and also no air con. The only best bit of this hotel is the pools honestly I would never return the only other positive thing is the location. The lifts where also a joke extremely slow and no ramp in the reception area for wheelchair users and people with pushchairs we even witnessed someone in a wheelchair have to get out and struggle down the stairs whilst someone else lifted the wheelchair down

A very well run hotel, excellent location, excellent selection of food. The rooms are clean and buildings are fine but starting to look a bit in need of refurbishment. The entertainment is great, but the inside area is rather small for the size of the hotel. There are three pools but only the middle one is heated. There are adequate sun beds and hammocks, but not directly poolside. It's a child friendly place and there are inflateables in the pool and healthy child sounds. It's ideal for famies with young children and the entertainment team are smashing people as are the restaurant staff. I would happily return with my three grandchildren.

Entertainment team are so lovely and put in so much effort. The photographer is also a lovely person who provides a brilliant service. The rooms are spacious and there's lots of storage but there was so much broken or damaged that it was actually quite unsafe for our son. The food is heavily fish/red meat based which will suit some. If you don't like those things then it's just spaghetti and chips. However there are amazing restaurants in both directions of the hotel that are very reasonably priced and served delicious food. The beach is lovely. Can't go wrong with the location. Bar stuff were wonderful. Rooms weren't cleaned how you'd expect for a 4 star hotel but we just cleaned ourselves anyway. We had a lovely holiday but it's not a 4 star hotel anymore and you pay a lot considering the rooms are damaged. Definitely happy with the entertainment team though, they improve the experience 👍

Great staff in all departments, very clean and comfortable in an excellent location. We can highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again next time we visit Lanzarote.

I really enjoyed my experience at the hotel. The rooms are large and spacious, and the room cleaning is adequate, with no reason to complain. The hotel itself is excellent, with plenty of rooms, a huge playground for children, 3 swimming pools, lots of instructions, and plenty of activities for both adults and children. The staff are super friendly and kind. The food was very repetitive, but I understand that it's an easier option for everyone staying there. Apart from that, everything was good: the taste, the desserts. The beach in front of the hotel is one of the best, and the view is amazing. I have no complaints about the hotel.

Just came back from 9 nights all inclusive holidays. Hotel is OKish but its not solid 4 stars though. Rooms are outdated and in need of refurbishment. There were signs of dump and smell in our room (1230). On top of that we've seen cocroaches in our room and communal area... Most of the staff is working hard and enthusiastic I have to say. Rooms cleaned daily and if you need extra towels, water, pillows etc you just use hotels app. Food was OK but rather basic and repetitive. Drinks not very strong and sweat. All what you can expect from average all inclusive resort. Tried to use hotels pool on one occasion but pool which is apparently heated was very cold and ended up just relaxing next to it. I have to say during our stay only people using it were aquarobic enthusiasts. I dont think we will be rushing back....

A true testament of Egyptian hospitality! The resort is very clean and looked after by the staff which would go above and beyond to assist with any need. Yes some of the furniture is slightly dated, but it's not a new build and it's very well maintained. I cannot recommend enough the staff, SAYED from the main and beach bars is an absolutely amazing person that does the resort proud. You simply have to visit the place to truly get an idea of how amazing everyone is over there.

Very good hotel with great staff. We stayed by the regular pool and built up a good rapport with the lifeguard, Moumen, as you can see in the photo. He always kept the area clean and was ready to help with anything he could. The staff overall were really helpful and supportive throughout our stay. The only negative was that the extra services were offered quite frequently, even after saying no. However, it’s something you can cope with. Overall, we had a very good holiday!!

our recent stay at El Karma Aqua Beach Resort. My family of six stayed at your hotel from 10th February 2026, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. Firstly, the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was unacceptable. The rooms were dirty upon arrival, and we discovered bed bugs in the beds. Both myself and my children were bitten during the night, which caused discomfort and distress throughout our stay. Secondly, the hotel facilities and services did not match what was advertised on your website. The BBQ restaurant was closed during our stay, and only the main restaurant was open. The food lacked variety and was repetitive every day. Additionally, several of the water slides were not working. For the slides that were operating, there were not enough floats available. We had to wait approximately 45 minutes to get a float, and when we finally received one, the handles were broken and some were not properly inflated. The overall condition and service of the hotel do not reflect a 4-star rating as advertised. In our opinion, the standard was far below what we expected and paid for. This was meant to be a family holiday, but instead it caused stress and disappointment. I would appreciate a full investigation into this matter and appropriate compensation for the poor experience we encountered.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Hurghada. The staff were friendly and attentive, always happy to help. The all-inclusive option was solid, with plenty of tasty food and drinks to choose from. We really enjoyed the themed dinners each night like Chinese, international, and Indian, which kept things interesting. The shisha bar was also a great spot in the evenings, with a nice atmosphere and good quality herbal shisha. Overall, it’s great value for money and a very relaxing place to unwind.

Room service Kept leaving 2 towels when there was 3 of us, gym opened at 10am, booze was awful paid all inclusive spent more on alcohol in the other bar, pestered every day 4/5 times for massage etc, no night time entertainment except y Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, entertainment staff did morning Dane one and afternoon one looked bored, nothing for teens. Definately not a 5 star hotel. Terrible experience here. On arrival we were left to wait in the lobby for over two hours without no drink or food offered to us. Ahmed at reception is rude and abrupt and does not care for guests. Most the staff at this resort are rude and angry. If they’re not getting tipped they treat you with disrespect. Ruined our Egypt experience for me and my two boys who very excited to go. Also there were 8 of us who went and about 5 of us suffered with a bad belly lasting around two weeks. Rooms are very old fashioned didn’t even have a head board to my bed. Drinks at the hotel were the worst I ever had. Overall this has got to be the worst hotel I have been to in the last 7 years of travelling.

I think a lot of the reviews are unfair. This place is not expensive and you get what you pay for. The rooms need upgrading yes, but everywhere is very clean, the food is good and varied every day, always pasta, potatoes, salad etc if you are a fussy eater. The staff have all been fantastic except the guy who showed us our rooms. Reception is good, quick to check in, helpful, provide a really good packed lunch if you need one. The staff do not insist on tips but are grateful if you do tip. Local alcohol is not amazing, but the price of the holiday is low so I do not think you can complain, and you can pay extra for branded if you like. There are bars you have to pay extra to get into, but most you don't. Be careful booking tours within the hotel, we had a mixed experience, one (orange bay) was wonderful, the other (the pyramids) was the worst trip ever. My advice would be, if you want to see the pyramids, either fly or take a private tour. I think if you want a good hotel that is clean and has a nice pool area, you cannot go wrong here. If you expect a kings holiday, for a cheap price, expect to be disappointed. We certainly were not.

Spacious with very well tendered gardens, beautifully kept. Room staff friendly, food amazing so much choice, friendly chefs. Coffee bar Mumtaz. Entertainment, not why i was there, saw once felt a bit embarrassed as no one watching, dancers tried hard, room a bit grim. I would have given another star rating but the night manager shouted across reception that my friend and I had broken the toilet! Ignorred as did not think he was shouting at us. After he shouted again, much to our horror and embarrasment we went over to him and he then accused us of smashing a window!! ( We never touched the window) We had to leave our group ( waiting to go on a Nile cruise) to look at the 'damage' There was a tiny crack in the window which we did not see as did not open the bathroom window. This man was unfriendly, unprofessional and a poor representative of the hotel! Not good at all, other witnesses in our group were disgusted. On returning after our Nile cruise, there wete locks falling off so made sure staff wete aware so we would not be wrongly accused. This actually tainted our holiday. Thank you to Karim, the lovely lady on reception and other reception staff for being helpful. They advised us, this man must have been the night manager. It happened on the very early morning of 10 Jan, There were a few snags with the room, aircon didnt work but overall not a bad stay.

Review – Royal Lagoons Resort Our stay at the Royal Lagoons Resort was generally pleasant, with clear positives and some drawbacks. The staff deserve a big compliment: everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. This truly made our stay more enjoyable ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The food was good and more than sufficient. The desserts were a real highlight, with a very wide variety and plenty of choice ⭐⭐⭐⭐. The Italian restaurant, however, was disappointing. The food was mediocre and not the best dining option within the resort ⭐⭐⭐. The swimming pools are excellent: clean, spacious, and suitable for both relaxation and fun ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The sauna and massage facilities are highly recommended; a perfect place to relax and enjoy high-quality treatments ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The entertainment was well organized and enjoyable, both during the day and in the evenings. A major downside was the large number of Russian guests. Many were loud, socially unfriendly, and would take sunbeds without asking, which caused irritation at times. I had a really lovely time at this hotel! Leaving was the hardest part , I made so many friends there who made me feel at home ! What really stood out apart from the room we had and the incredible food and drinks, is the fun we had in the evenings. The service was very welcoming and the cocktails were the best but the atmosphere was really something! Another favorite was the Wine bar only for adults , I ate the best sushi there and the wine was fantastic! You can really find everything you need in the hotel and you can also explore the area around. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a nice relaxing beach holiday.

There are so many positive things I could review about this hotel, there is nothing I could complain about! This was our second time visiting Mitsis Rinela as a group of 7 adults. It was fantastic to see so many familiar faces amongst the staff and the service was top tier (as always). The rooms are spacious and comfortable - towels and mini bar were replenished daily. The buffet restaurant has a wide variety off food but we were able to eat at all the a la cartes during our stay which provided a nice change. We also enjoyed the beach BBQ for lunch everyday and freshly made crepe's. There is plenty of evening entertainment for both kids and adults - this really is a hotel to suit everyone's needs. There are ammenities such as a pharmacy and supermarket within short walking distance from the hotel. Lots of lovely cats! I honestly would consider coming back to visit for a third time..

What a fantastic hotel! My wife and I have just come back from a brilliant trip at the Mitsis Selection Rinela and were so impressed from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. The hotel itself was stunning, very clean and modern, offered incredible sea views with fantastic sunsets. The staff were so friendly and attentive, always happy to go the extra mile, checking to see how our day was, making sure our drinks were topped up etc. They also went the extra mile for my wife’s birthday, offering us an amazing table in the steak restaurant, with personalised decoration on the table, a bottle on ice and a birthday cake, which was a lovely touch. The food was fantastic throughout our stay, and I’d highly recommend anyone looking to stay to book early and make use of the A La Carte restaurants. The steakhouse, Asian and Italian were particularly good! Would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back in future. Thanks for a great trip!

I just came back from a week in Rinela hotel rested and full of the great memories from my short holiday. It was the perfect break for me . I spent a week there and honestly I can’t find anything bad to say, I enjoyed everything because this hotel has something for everyone . Regarding the food, I am a meat person so the Steak house was the best for me because the steaks were absolutely amazing . My room also had a heated pool so i could relax in the water under the warm sun, I got the best tan too! So I won’t forget Rijeka for my next vacation hopefully sometime in August.

Throughout our stay, the staff were very helpful with any questions we had, including arranging a late check out for our final day. David was particularly helpful and upon our departure, helping with our luggage and keeping us entertained whilst we waited for our transfer back to the airport.

I stayed at SBH for a short solo break at the end of March 2026. I’ll admit, the mixed reviews made me a bit nervous beforehand, but to be honest, the hotel is lovely. Yes, some areas are a little tired and could benefit from a refurbishment, but nothing that negatively impacted my stay. My room was cleaned every day no matter what time I left, I returned to a freshly made bed and new towels. The housekeeping team absolutely deserves a 10/10. The food is what you’d expect from a standard all-inclusive nothing exceptional, but perfectly fine. The drinks offered plenty of variety, including English and Italian options, plus cocktails and shots. Lots to choose from. The staff were absolutely amazing. From housekeeping, who kept my room spotless throughout, to the bartenders who remained attentive and friendly even during busy periods to the waitstaff, who worked incredibly hard. I rarely saw an empty glass left on a table for long. A special mention goes to the animation team, especially Luca, Isa, Moris, and Minea, who made my experience from morning poolside to evening entertainment truly enjoyable. They really deserve recognition. Overall, I had a great stay. There’s no need to worry about the exaggerated negative comments, i would personally return.

I’m not one use reviews when booking a holiday. Everyone’s expectations and opinions are different but on this occasion I would have avoided this hotel based on some of the negatives. Firstly, if transfers are included in your package holiday I would consider spending the money on a taxi. It says an hour from the airport but by the time all the drop off have been done it was a 2 hour coach ride. On arrival the hotel look tired and could do with a few touch ups but nothing to cry about. Then reception… chaos. Unorganised, flustered. Lady gave us no information about the 2 restaurants that need booking in advance or could even tell us where our room is, we needed up asking a cleaner. The staff clearly struggle with pressure and can be quite rude. The manager rolled his eyes at me when I asked for a towel and spare pillow as you only have 1 very thin pillow on the bed. The kitchen staff work really hard and are very friendly and polite. I enjoyed the food. Always a lot of variety. The poolside again quite tried and needs touching up but the pools themselves are clean. The view is probably the hotels greatest asset. Breaktaking panorama of the beach. Overall if you can afford to spend a bit more and go to a different hotel, I would.

Extremely disappointing. We visited Maxorata last year and the place is falling down unfortunately. The hotel was refurbished almost a decade ago and it appears that it hasn't been touched ever since. Jorge at reception is lovely and said they only have 1/3 occupancy and it's very quiet. But, while at reception, it became apparent that they place people in the worst rooms and then offer better ones for €15-50 extra per night. To top that you have to pay €4.50 a day just to use the room safe!! Our rooms are outdated and in desperate need of an upgrade. There's waste left in corridors and has been there since yesterday. A hotel should ideally want to have happy customers so they come back again. Unfortunately we won't be coming back here again. SBH management should focus on customer care and quality instead of a quick profit.

Spent a week there from 23rd to 30th Jan 2026. Initial impression is very good. Lovely smart entrance to the hotel and reception area. Hotel staff were all excellent very friendly and helpful. Food was satisfactory. Hotel is only letdown by standard of the rooms. There were 4 of us and we had two rooms - both of which were very tired and in desperate need of some TLC. Cleanliness was superb throughout the complex and the gardens were beautifully maintained. Pools were lovely and snorkelling off the pier was amazing.

We were having such a beautiful day - everyone in high spirits, enjoying the sunshine and everything that comes with an all-inclusive stay. The atmosphere was perfect... until we went to the bar. The bar is included as part of the all-inclusive package, yet the barman, Makmood, was shockingly rude to an elderly lady in our group. He repeatedly ignored her while serving people who were standing behind her in the queue. It was obvious and uncomfortable to watch. When he finally acknowledged her, he told her she needed to pay for her drinks - despite serving everyone else for free under the all-inclusive package. It didn't stop there. He then raised his voice and essentially humiliated her in front of around 40 other guests. It was completely unnecessary, unprofessional. What makes this even more disappointing is that everyone else we've met in Egypt has always been so lovely and kind. After six trips here, we've never experienced anything like this. It genuinely shocked us. Such a shame that one staff member's behaviour could ruin what was otherwise a fantastic.

We have stayed at the Parrotel Beach resort twice now and we love it there. The staff are amazing, friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and so well maintained. We had a lovely room, it was cleaned every day and we received bottled water every day and a top up of tea and coffee and clean towels. The private beach is stunning. The food at breakfast lunch and dinner is good, the restaurant staff are hard working and make a real effort to ensure that you have everything you need. We would highly recommend this hotel .

The hotel is beautiful, the gardens are well-kept, and the service is friendly and helpful. The waiters are friendly and smiling. The entertainers are chatty and encourage people to join in the fun, games, dancing, and active recreation. The food is very diverse, so everyone will surely find something they enjoy. The hotel is close to the airport, shops, cafes, pharmacies, and important city attractions. There are evening performances. There is a beautiful coral reef, and you can rent one in front of it; I recommend bringing your own. In winter, there is a shallow, heated pool for children – a big plus. The deep pool is not buried. There is also a jacuzzi "in a cave" – a beautiful place to relax and take photos. The renovated rooms are beautiful and clean. The rooms before the renovation need updating, but they are cleaned and the water is refilled daily. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel. Thank you for the lovely atmosphere and a great stay.

The reception area is large, with a bar and plenty of open space. Everything looked fine on arrival.The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always smiling and helpful. We received two rooms close to each other, which we really appreciated.Rooms & Housekeeping The rooms were okay, but definitely not new. The bathroom and shower looked quite old.Housekeeping was done by men only, which surprised me, but our housekeeper was always smiling, polite, and helpful.One issue was the door key cards — we had to change them many times because they stopped working.Pools, Beach & Environment There are two heated pools: One near the spa One close to the beach Both were enjoyable and well maintained. The beach area was the right choice for us, and we were happy we picked a hotel with direct beach access.What I really liked was the environment — palms, greenery, and nature are very well looked after. You can clearly see that staff take care of the surroundings, which creates a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Coral Reef & Snorkeling There is a long wooden bridge leading into the sea where you can rent snorkeling equipment.The coral reef is beautiful, full of colorful fish, and snorkeling was a great experience.Next time, I would definitely try diving, as the hotel provides this service. The reef is one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. Food available 5 times a day (breakfast, snacks, lunch, pizza, dinner).Pizza oven available, but only cheese and tomato, no other options.Buffet food was tasty and varied Eggs were only available at breakfast, which was disappointing.Snack bars mainly offered French fries and sometimes a little meat. I missed simple snacks at the bars, like crisps or nuts, even for an extra charge — they were not available.The à la carte restaurant was included once for free. It was okay, but not really Italian as expected.During Christmas time, there were special seafood options, including large prawns. Soft drinks was okay, but Cocktails were a big no as most bartenders do not drink alcohol, and mixing cocktails is clearly not their strength.However, draft beer was very good. The biggest issue was mosquitoes.We opened the window only once, and the bites were severe. My child had such a strong allergic reaction that we had to visit the hotel doctor.Huge thanks to the medical team — they were amazing, provided medication, and helped us a lot. There are no mosquito nets on balcony doors, so I strongly recommend bringing mosquito protection with you. Reception helped by spraying the room and allowed us a late check-out, which we truly appreciated. I visited the spa for a full body massage. Dry sauna was okay, but the steam room had strong mold smell and was very dirty. Massage: Good.Therapist: friendly and helpful. The kids club looks very old, and there was a mold smell inside, which was unpleasant. It didn’t feel comfortable leaving my child there.They do some arts and crafts, but overall there is not much for kids. They ofered us to visit Parrotel Aqua Park, but with an extra charge, but we desided to skip becouse was too cold. Evening animation was okay but week. All nice programs but it ends at 23:00 pm. Overall, I rate my stay at this hotel positively, but there are definitely a few things that need improvement. On the plus side, the food was delicious and there was always a wide selection. Another great thing was the balcony view, as well as the sun loungers and umbrella on the terrace. ​However, room cleanliness could be slightly better; it wasn't terrible, but there is definitely room for improvement. The second thing I would criticize is the communication with the hotel. Before our arrival, I tried to contact them regarding an upgrade from half board to all-inclusive. When I finally managed to get in touch, they calculated the upgrade price at around €350 for the entire stay. However, I checked their website and saw that for my exact dates, the price difference between half board and all-inclusive was only about €100, so of course, I declined their offer. When we arrived for check-in and I asked about the upgrade again, they quoted me around €160 on-site. I accepted it, but I still feel it was unnecessarily overpriced, considering the website difference was only around €100 and I had tried to resolve this a week before arrival. ​Lastly, I would definitely like to point out the luggage scale, which you have to pay for to weigh your suitcase. The fee is €1 per bag, which isn't a lot, but I think that when you pay so much money for accommodation, such a scale should be free to use just like in other hotels, rather than charging for this kind of service.

Came for a short break in November without the kids. Can't fault the hotel. Good food, clean rooms of a little basic but on the plus side have you own balcony and sun loungers, cooker, microwave and fridge even though all inclusive. Might not be the greatest place with the kids but otherwise spot on!

Great hotel! Food was really good, evening entertainment was pretty decent. Only down side was the Lift. The rest fo the hotel is really good. The gym has some radio equipment but lacks any kind of resistance training equipment. All rooms are sea view and have self catering facilities no real need to be all inclusive. Only 4 inclusive cocktails.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS The elevator was completely out of order, and we were forced to carry extremely heavy luggage up 8 floors ourselves. This was a serious health and safety risk. Staff promised help and then refused, leaving us on our own. I have stayed in countless hotels, and this was by far the worst service I have ever experienced. Housekeeping entered the room early in the morning with almost no warning. Never again. Severely overrated and unacceptable.

Stayed here at beginning of May and very happy with our stay. Stayed in a studio and had a lovely view of the beach through the window which opens wide. Our room was massive, huge kitchen/ living area and very spacious bedroom and large bathroom. For the price we paid definitely happy. They sell 5l bottles of water at reception for 1.50€ which was great, there's a Spar close by to top with fridge up with beers/food ect. The pool is a good size and enough beds around for the people we found although we only stayed there for one of the days due to the beautiful beach at the bottom and a couple of day trips. The breakfast wasn't various but was included so we made due. On the last day we went to barbacoa for breakfast and it was brilliant! About 10€ for a big full English and well worth it. The bar there isn't always open but in the evenings we went to the local bars/restaurants (about 10 minute walk away) and the stand out is Barbacoa, has a show on every night, the drinks are cheap and the food was excellent for the prices. The walk to the beach in the morning took about 25/30 minutes and wasn't too much. There a taxi rank just off the beach that takes you back to the hotel for about 5€. Well worth it as did not want to walk back up! For the price very happy with the hotel, thw closeness and view of the beach and the ease of getting to the local centre for food, drinks and entertainment. Would come back and wouldn't hesitate about booking here again.

The swimming pool is clean and overlooks the sea, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. There are shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants nearby. It’s a wonderful place for morning and evening walks — the combination of sea breeze and mountain air feels amazing. One important note when booking: the hotel is located up in the hills. If you have difficulty walking or are traveling with very small children, the uphill paths may be challenging. However, if you’re comfortable with walking, it actually becomes part of the charm and enjoyment of the stay. If you rent a car, there is absolutely no problem at all — parking is plentiful. Simply driving around the town is not enough; you should not miss the breathtaking mountain views, forests, heights, and clouds. In summary, unless you have difficulty with walking, this is one of the best places to stay in Gran Canaria. ⭐ Personally, I believe this hotel fully deserves five stars, and I confidently give it a 5 out of 5 rating.

We returned home yesterday after a 5 night stay for my wife’s birthday. We have booked to return next October. We struggled to pick fault with anything, we stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment ( room 105 ) and it was perfect for us, although it was next to the road, it was quick access for us to the car 😀 sun loungers on the balcony and the sun in full swing for us from around 12:30 untill sunset wich made relaxing outside the room perfect for the afternoon. A reasonable gym, could do with more free weights but it’s adequate for a cheeky session. Pool is warm and clean ✅ but you will need towels, the room towels provided are not ideal as abit small. The walk down to Amadores beach and back is tough, but we like to get the steps in 👟 we walked to Puerto Rico and back, that day stacked up just over 10miles 🤣 but it’s do-able, after all there is no rush on holiday right? So location, I think is good, we did hire a car but you can walk to the europa Center in around 10 mins wich has lots of food places and bars, you can walk to Peurto Rico via Amadores also. Car parking outside is good 👍 it’s a quiet hotel, very small restaurant ( we didn’t use this ) breakfast didn’t look much. You have a well equipped kitchen in room but food prices in supermarkets are very expensive so it’s pretty much cheaper to eat out. Staff are helpful and nice, 100 euro deposit on arrival and that was returned by 3pm the day we left 👌 If you’re looking for a clean, quiet hotel with a great view then do not hesitate to book 👌my advice is, hire a car, take some good comfy foot wear for walking and enjoy it.

These apartments are a great place to stay — amazing view, excellent service, and clean, comfortable rooms. Everything is well-maintained and the staff is helpful and friendly. The only downside is that without a car, it’s not very convenient. Walking to and from the beach or town can be long and tiring, especially in the heat. Still, the quality and comfort make it worth the stay. If you have a car, it’s a perfect choice for a relaxing holiday.

Absolutely terrible hotel experience. I would not stay here again and definitely would not recommend it to anyone. The cleanliness standards are shocking. There was mould on the curtains in our room, the floors were never properly cleaned, and housekeeping basically just came in to make the bed and leave. Room towels are only changed every three days, which is honestly disgusting for a hotel, and beach towels every two days — something I’ve never experienced anywhere else. The entire hotel is extremely outdated. The furniture, decor, doors, and overall condition of the rooms feel old and poorly maintained. Some of the doors barely work, and they also feel very insecure and easy to unlock, which made us uncomfortable during our stay. The only positive thing I can say is that most of the staff were friendly and polite. Unfortunately, the reception staff were the complete opposite — rude, dismissive, and very unhelpful whenever we needed assistance. Overall, this hotel was a huge disappointment and nowhere near the standard it advertises.

Avoid This Hotel – Dirty Rooms, Terrible Food and Nothing Like the Photos Absolutely not a 4-star experience and honestly one of the most disappointing hotels we’ve stayed in. The rooms were dirty from the moment we arrived, with a horrible mould smell that never went away during the stay. The furniture is extremely old, worn out and badly needs replacing. The whole hotel feels tired and poorly maintained. The food was another huge disappointment — repetitive every single day, low quality and often tasteless. After a couple of days it felt impossible to eat there anymore because it was basically the same food over and over again. Definitely not what you expect from an all-inclusive holiday. Drinks were equally poor. Tiny plastic cups for everything, weak cocktails and cheap-tasting alcohol. You spend more time going back for refills than actually enjoying your drink. The WiFi was terrible throughout the hotel and barely worked in the rooms. For a hotel charging these prices in 2026, this is simply unacceptable. The photos online are very misleading compared to the reality. This hotel seriously needs renovation and much better management. I genuinely do not understand how this place has the rating it does. Would never return and would absolutely not recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Rhodes.

We spent 7 nights at the Sunshine Hotel in Rhodes in May 2026. It has been a lovely holiday, with the temperature around 25 degrees all week. We took a taxi from the airport, which is about 12km away. It cost us €28 for 3 adults with 2 large suitcases. The pools are amazing, kept very clean and are sparkling clear. In fact, the whole site is kept immaculate with grounds staff working throughout the day. It's an all inclusive resort and there are meals at breakfast, lunch and dinner with soft drinks, water, beer, wine and a limited amount of spirits available all day for free. The cleaning staff in the restaurant are excellent and there was always clean tables to be found to sit at. The daily entertainment is brilliant and includes aqua aerobics, dart games, volleyball, water polo, a big chess set and crazy mini golf amongst other things. The beach is literally the other side of the pool area and is solely for the use of guests at the hotel. The local area seems a little run down, but there are shops and restaurants within a few hundred yards of the hotel which are well worth the visit, especially The Royal for a lunch and The Garden Restaurant for dinner. Both are fairly reasonable in price and you must try the local Milokleftis Apple Cider as it is very easy to drink on a hot sunny day. The only real downsides to the holiday have been the beds and the onsite Mamma Mia Al A Carte Restaurant. The beds are very hard and it can take a few days getting used to. Some mornings I woke up feeling more stiff and sore than when I went to bed. As for the Mamma Mia restaurant, you get 1 visit for free and any subsequent visits you pay for. However, the food wasn't cooked fresh, it was already prepared, and it was really unappetising. So much so that we left the main course unfinished and headed off to a local restaurant (Joni's Place - literally 50 yards from the hotel entrance). I would not recommend the Mamma Mia restaurant, but the main buffet restaurant is very good. All in all, it has been an excellent holiday and I would recommend the Sunshine Hotel. Just an additional bit of info, we were here for 7 nights and the tourist tax is €10 per night per room, which meant ours was €70. We paid this to the hotel on arrival.

Got a deal with on the beach holidays and sunshine hotels grounds are so beautiful and on the beach ⛱️ The staff and additional staff here are so kind and work so hard . Tommy who can speak many languages helped us get an exclusive boat trip outside of the hotel . Nothing is no trouble for any of the staff. Food isnt personally 4 star for me, But I can get by.. The buildings , rooms , plumbing systems isnt the best so we to deal with leak in bathroom most nights. Overall a lovely week away with a friend.

Great hotels along the sea front with its own part of the beach and large pool area. The rooms are large and include big bathroom, two large double beds and sofa. However cleaning staff aren't great and you dont always get enough towels and on one occasion didn't even get toilet roll! The bar staff are always friendly however the drinks are incredibly poor and the food is very hit and miss. The best part is the location as you are literally close to some of the best areas and shops which include the amazing sports bar Alkionis and bike and car rentals galore. We will be coming back next year but only because the rooms are perfect and the location.

Stayed at Princess Andriana Resort & Spa recently and overall we had a good holiday, especially because our 3-year-old daughter had a great time. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and very clean, with great pool areas and plenty of sun loungers. The à la carte restaurants Moonlight and Roku were excellent, especially the cocktails and service. The fresh pasta and salad stations in the buffet were also really good. However, for a 5-star hotel there are several areas that need improvement. The buffet food was tasty but lacked variety, with the same options repeated most days. The kids’ waterpark pool was freezing cold, making it difficult for younger children to stay in the water for long. The biggest issue for us was that the hotel feels understaffed. Staff were always friendly and hardworking, but service often felt rushed in bars, reception, housekeeping and the buffet during busy times. Housekeeping was also inconsistent from day to day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but for the price point I expected more consistency and a better overall 5-star experience. Personally, I’d rate it 6/10.

My family and I had a fantastic time in Princess Andriana hotel. So many great things about it but just to name a few: The hotel animation team is absolutely amazing, massive shout out to Dani and his team: the Variety Show was very fun, their Lion King rendition was a great success keeping people of all ages entertained. The beach is fantastic and quiet. Food is very tasty and our favourite dinner was the Japanese Rozu. The pool area is busy but surprisingly well spaced with activities for all ages. In general a very pleasant and positive experience. We visited the historic town of Rodhes and Lindos and loved both of them.

We had such an excellent stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely delicious throughout our stay, but the à la carte restaurants were a real highlight. In particular, the Mexican à la carte was outstanding — the dishes were full of flavour and beautifully presented. The added mini buffet section offered a huge variety, which made the whole experience even better. There was something for everyone, and every meal felt like a treat. A special mention has to go to Konstantinos, one of the waiters in the Mexican restaurant, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and fantastic with our kids. He really enhanced the whole dining experience and made us feel so well looked after. The hotel itself caters for everyone, which we loved. There’s so much to do, whether it’s the on-site waterpark, mini golf, or the kids’ games room — our children were never bored, and it made for such a relaxing stay for us as parents. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly getaway with amazing food and fantastic service. We’ll definitely be booking to stay here again!

Lovely getaway resort especially for kids. The kids entertainment and evening shows are really entertaining. The private beach is so relaxing to swim in. The Coral BBQ restaurant had by far the best food. Both Asian restaurants were closed when we went last year but the moonlight restaurant, while a nicer setting, had very bad service. Buffet choices were always good but it would be helpful to have some allergen information visible rather than having to ask staff each time. Overall lovely place and I’d happily stay here again.

Just stay for a week in May, Family of 6. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, Giuseppe the Italian pasta chef was brilliant on the live cooking station. BBQ beach restaurant was a nice experience. We tried the majority of the restaurants and service was very good in them all. The kids loved the onsite waterpark. The pool/waterpark areas were deep cleaned daily and spotless. Would recommend the hotel. Cocktails were good on the all inclusive and in a respectful sized glass not miniature like some hotels.

I stayed here for a week from the 29th January 2026. My room was a bit tir d but clean. I had a sea view. Unfortunately the weather was terrible. But that's not the hotels fault lol. The food was lovely and a good selection. Unfortunately I fractured my ankle on second night. The hotel staff were great. They went out of their way to assist me. They even loaned me a wheelchair to get me around. This hotel has lots of stairs so isn't suitable for disabled people. However there are service lifts which the hotel staff happily transferred me from one floor to another so that I still had full access. The rep was very helpful too. I enjoyed the evening entertainment. There was a free shuttle into town several times a day. For the price this is a decent holiday.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Great Hotel⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Easiest way to sum this place up..... It is like staying at your most favorite and loved grand parents house for a long weekend!! (In a good way 🤣) The decor is quite dated, it has a slow moving atmosphere and the majority of people there are over 60! But that said, you are guaranteed to be well looked after, served decent hot, good quality food every day and feel safe, secure and comfortable in a clean environment 😁🤦‍♂️. **Keep in mind the hotel does require a €100 CARD deposit upon arrival. At departure they assure that it will be credited back to the account within a few days (so keep an eye out to make sure you get that returned).** I am in my 40's and have just stayed here on my own for 4 days. The location is great with good access to the beach, and you can walk to the Old Town along the beech within 20 - 30 minutes. There is also a shuttle bus that is free, which takes about 10 minutes. If you are younger and more energetic, you are only a short (10 minute walk) up to the 'Strip' where all the night clubs, pubs and bars are situated, which is thriving and worth a visit. Slightly further out, about 40mins gentle walk you can visit the vibrant marina with bars, restaurants, colourful buildings and activities. 👀 Ignore the 1 star reviews on here given by those who have mobility issues and through their own stupidity failed to research the hotel prior to booking! There are a huge amount of stairs as the hotel is placed across several levels, Which adds to the charm of the place. The positioning and layout of the hotel in no way deserves a low star review due to some numpty not researching their accomodation! Although the staff I noticed, will try to accomodate and help everyone get around the place. The staff are absolutley fantastic!! Really great, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is really clean and presentable (although beige and dated), the food is good, the drinks are strong 😁. The outdoor pools are cold (but it is March when I visited so that is to be expected). But food and drinks are served at the pool bar / restaurant throughout the day. The pool areas again were really clean and presentable. The indoor pool is smaller and more private, but is warm (29°) and clean. The entertainment was ok, but I didnt experience much of it as I was out most of the time. There were plenty of day and night activities schedule and advertised on the events boards throughout the hotel. You can book excursions via the hotel such as tours, boat rides etc. I recommend the Tuk-Tuk tour and the caves and dolphin watching tours. All in all, for what I paid (€300) for 4 days, all inclusive at a beech front hotel, with a sea view, free transport, incredible staff, food and drink included, super clean and comfortable accomodation........ this hotel certainly is a hidden gem!! If you are expecting white marble, glass balcony, infinity pool, michelin star style hotel, this one is not for you...... but if you are looking for a good, honest, clean and friendly hotel, what ya waiting for? Get it booked!! ✈️👍

This is a 3-star hotel, but it was a pleasant surprise. The rooms are small but quite sufficient for two people. I really liked that all rooms have a balcony. Very good location, you can walk straight from the hotel to the beach and enjoy incredible views of the ocean and the coast. The service was pleasant and polite. The staff was always ready to help, and there were no problems. We only had breakfast at the hotel. The menu didn't change, but everything was always fresh. There was fresh fruit, vegetables, sweet pastries, and sandwiches. Sausages, ham, cheese, etc. Quite a good selection. We were satisfied with our stay.

Enjoyed our stay again (3rd time) great views from room, restaurant & pool. Good quiet location, entertainment on everyday, food was decent enough but could be slightly warmer at times. Always plenty of choice and nice relaxing atmosphere in restaurant. I like this hotel but feel some of the rooms could do with an upgrade, shower was great but leaky head and leaks on floor with shower curtain rather than a shower screen, balcony was great but had to slam door and shoulder charge to get it open. Would be nice to have a kettle in room also. Indoor pool is quite small but adequate if no groups are in. Take long phone cables if you want your phone on your bedside table as some don’t have a socket near them. 100% would stay here again as positives outweigh any negatives. Check in desk staff were good & helpful both checking in and out.

10/10 value for money, the complaints in some of the comments seem to not keep this in mind. We had a very fun 5 days in this hotel mid November as two friends in our late 20s There were mostly older people this time of year, but that was actually really fun and probably more calm. The animation team (shout out to Luna and Ro!) did an amazing job at keeping us entertained with plenty of games like French balls, midget golf, archery, aqua aerobics, etc and each night the winners would get a medal, certificate and a bottle of champagne. The rooms are maybe a little bit outdated, but they’re functional, quite spacious and clean. For this price I don’t expect something very new and modern. We had the all inclusive, and once again, for this price I do not get why people complain. The food is buffet style, so don’t expect the best food you have ever eaten. Overall the food was tasty with plenty to choose from, also enough vegetarian options, and the dishes differed a bit each day. The location is absolutely beautiful with beautiful views from the pool and beach access. I’d recommend this hotel!

The hotel is money well spent has a huge variety of food and drinks, the all inclusive programme is really worth it. A lot of entertainment and a lot of things to do. Food and drinks: big variety especially at the main buffet I really liked the buffet that was near the beach which had less options but a really nice view. Bars had many drinks and with and without alcohol. Snack corner was ideal when sitting at the pool or at the beach for grabbing a quick slice of pizza or a salad. Things to do: never got bored, many things to do renting bikes and having a nice ride near the beach is perfect, also really sport friendly resort had a tennis court and a soccer with basketball court. Entertainment team is too every night a show for kids and for adults. NATE THE BEST from the entertainment team we had a lot of fun with him. Pool & sea: really nice spacious pools that are quite and clean big variety of pools. The beach is a really clean beach with a lot of sunbeds also a beach volleyball court. Rooms: the rooms are really spacious the have really modern bathrooms clearly renovated with a spacious shower, balcony really nice with nice outdoor furniture, rooms have everything you need with a lot of closet space. Cleaning: one thing that really surprised me is how clean the resort was rooms were cleaned everyday with towels changed daily, everywhere people cleaning especially at the buffets, I woke up one day early morning and saw the staff cleaning ever sunbed by the pool. Really worth it resort entertainment is super. Has really good security and really good lifeguards always on duty and on the beach and near the pools, reception very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay

Stay: September 8–15, 2025 ☀️🏝️🌸🇬🇷 🧿This resort exceeded my expectations with its beautiful environment, excellent food, and welcoming staff. From the very beginning we felt comfortable and well taken care of. 🧿The room was spacious, quiet, and had a large terrace. The amenities met all expectations — very comfortable beds, air conditioning, a small fridge (perfect for keeping water cool for the beach), a safe, and fresh towels provided daily. 🧿The resort feels like a small village, with a main restaurant, a restaurant near the beach, several pools with bars, and a large, well-stocked shop. The all-inclusive service was excellent: a wide variety of buffets, different types of meat each day (pork, beef, duck, fish), and plenty of vegetarian options. I especially enjoyed the dolmades (served both hot and cold), the delicious moussaka, the local olives, and the feta cheese. The main restaurant was always spotless, and the staff were friendly, smiling, and very attentive. 🧿The pools were well maintained, the beach sandy, and the adults-only zone was a big plus — the loungers with mattresses were extremely comfortable. We spent a lot of time at the pool bar, where the bartenders were not only hard-working but also very funny and made the stay even more enjoyable 🩵 🧿 The location of the resort is excellent — close to a market, tavernas, and the Korission Lagoon. A trip to Kerkyra Town is definitely worth it. Overall, a wonderful holiday experience — highly recommended, 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed at the hotel as a family from September 26 to October 1, 2025. The weather was wonderful during this time. The hotel staff are very helpful in every way, especially the guest relations manager, Christina. We received a complimentary room upgrade to a Family Comfort Garden View, for which I am very grateful. The hotel grounds are very green and well-maintained, and the beach has perfect soft sand, which is very comfortable for families with children. The food is varied, delicious, and offers a wide selection. The rooms are in good condition, although some of the furniture could use renovation. Room cleaning is also of good quality. The only, but very unpleasant, incident that happened to us at the hotel was a case of personal insult based on nationality from the doctor, Pandis Christos, whose medical office is located on the hotel grounds. The doctor told me, as a Ukrainian, that he likes russia and that putin will pay my bill. He did not apologize for his words. For this reason, I do not recommend visiting the medical office at the hotel due to the unprofessional behavior of Pandis Christos.

I don’t even know where to start, we came here on the 14th of April and are now leaving today on the 19th and we have had an amazing time. Personally the food wasn’t for me at the buffet but I am quite picky however there was some lovely food at the snack bar and for sweeter treats we stopped at the shops on site. If you do come down head over to Mondo’s it’s a left on the beach into town only about a 2 minute walk absolutely amazing food. We spent most our nights at the bar next to the Greek restaurant big shout out to the 3 bartenders Spiros Spiros and Mateo I think, so funny and so lovely. The pools were quite cold but we did come during spring and our first three days were fairly cold but a lovely amount of pools we did stick to the main pool however. The entertainment team, best people I have met. They are so amazing and so funny and always engaging everyone there is a range of activities for all ages although my favourite had to be beer pong even though my team lost and had to do shots. The whole team is amazing however we have to give a big shout out to Nate.

We absolutely loved our time at this aparthotel. The location is perfect and very convenient for exploring Malta. The sea view from the apartment is breathtaking—a real highlight! We also really enjoyed the indoor pool, which is super practical and well-maintained. The apartment itself is comfortable and functional. Highly recommended, we would definitely come back!

Rooms are a little dated but honestly they were cleans and spacious for a great price. The location of the resort cannot be beat as you had access to several restaurants and we're given a discount to use at each of them. You also had two restaurants with great playgrounds for kids all indoors. It was such a good location we came back another night after we had switched hotels to Sliema. We drove all the way back here for the restaurants. Wishing we would have extended our stay at this place vs switching hotels to be closer to Valletta. Qwara is much quieter and accessible for walking for food and to get a taxi to see anything on the island is super fast. A few things I would change is to have thicker pillows and a cooler room (we found it warm in the winter and couldn't change temperature so had to have the door open during the day and fan to cool the sleeping space). Also to have more European outlets or converters as we were told it was EU outlets in Malta and they only had one the rest are UK.

We had a wonderful family stay at AX Sunny Coast Resort & Spa from February 8th to 15th. The hotel’s location is perfect, situated right on the coast. We truly enjoyed the amenities included in the price, especially the gym, the heated indoor pool and the jacuzzi, which were great for relaxing. ​Our apartment was beautiful and very spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen. Upon our request, they even provided a microwave, which was very helpful. Since we were traveling with a baby, the hotel staff went above and beyond, they provided a baby cot, a high chair, and even a stroller, which made moving around so much easier for us! ​The absolute highlight, however, was the staff. A huge thank you to Tancila, Ali, Parth, Prkas and Poulin for their kindness and professionalism. They handled every request we had quickly and with such ease. Also, a special shout-out to the handyman Udeja for his great assistance. ​The only minor downside was the 16:00 check-in time, which is a bit late for families arriving on early flights. But everything else was so perfect that we would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We booked a week at the AX Sunny Coast and Spa apartments, Malta through Jet 2, based on the images on the web site. Walked into the apartment to perpetual darkness in the kitchen/dining area. No real windows except in one bedroom at the far end of the corridor, none of the other rooms, bathroom and other bedroom had any light just a small access to a service shaft in a couple of rooms. At the reception we told them that this was unacceptable and asked to be moved. After two hours the manager did move us to another room with a window now in the dining area with both bedrooms and bathroom now in darkness (still no windows). We agreed to accept this apartment (best of the Hobson's choice). Unlike the images shown on their website with the apartments overlooking the pool, you would think that the pool was in the hotel, in reality to get to the pool you have to cross the road (totally misleading). There was no bar or lounge and some guests had to go to the supermarket and sit at the hotels outside table with carry-outs. There were no restaurant in the place and we were given 10% vouchers to pizza bars etc down the road. In the morning we woke to drilling at work behind the apartments and started to notice how rundown the place was. Faded picture on the wall which must have been there for ten years, cupboard doors and kick boards coming off on the units, dangerous light fitting and a patio door that had never had any maintenance possibly since the place was built. All in all, just a tired old donkey that has had no care or investment in years. After another night there we asked Jet 2 to move us to another hotel and resort and happy to pay the difference just to get out there.

Clean with friendly staff. Basic kitchen utensils ( one pyrex dish for the oven) no trays to cook on . One knife one fork one spoon each . No floor brush, toilet paper poor quality, towels small and thin. Bed's clean and comfortable. Overall it was a lovely hotel with lovely helpful staff but let down with quality of equipment and products.

We love everything about this place and had a great time. It’s been our first time and we weren’t at all sure that a resort holiday is for us. But the Coral Beach Hotel & Resort is special and has been a revelation. First of all, it’s BEAUTIFUL and ideally located. The idyll and tranquility. The whole staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. The reception even upgraded our room to seaview, which we enjoyed so much. We were blessed with good weather at the end of Novembre and with temperatures between 22°C and up to 29°C spent every day at the beach or the pool watching the sunset in wet swim wear. And yes – oh, the food! We started every day at the buffet restaurant with an artfully made latte macchiato from the coffee bar on the terrace outside. Dinner at any of the restaurants is amazing. We totally understand why so many guests are regulars. We will definitely come back!

Fab Stay at Coral Beach! We stayed here for 11 nights over the Easter holiday and really enjoyed our holiday in El Cotillo. Our original room 2225 was above a supermarket and near a bar. The next day we asked to change and Maria on reception put us in 2331 which was great. The staff here are fantastic very friendly from the cleaners to the front desk. The cleanliness is excellent all round No problem with sun loungers and I was impressed with gym. We stayed B and B which was the right decision as there are many excellent restaurants in El Cotillo (see other reviews). Breakfast was fine good selection and busy after 8.30 but we could always find a table as the staff are like lightening cleaning them. Took the bus no.8 from the stop behind the hotel to Corralejo 3.15 euros 1 way 40 mins. Beach is 10 mins walk quiet and pretty. Main town is also 10 minutes. Would definitely come back.

More like a 3 star than a 5 Our room was a superior which could sleep 5 but there was 4 of us and it felt cramped. 5th bed was a pull out sofa bed but this would have been impossible to pull out due to space. No tea/coffee making equipment in room as advertised on website, I was told this was a mistake on the website but they did rectify this and gave us the equipment and also gave us a mini bar. Room was cleaned every day with fresh sheets and towels. Food was bland and the same things every day. Older lady in restaurant was quite rude when we asked for brown sauce, was just told no, no offer to get any or any explanation why they didn’t have any. We went all inclusive but ended up eating out most days and some evenings because of the quality of the food. Bland/cold/same stuff as day before. I ended up eating jam on toast for breakfast in the end as couldn’t stomach other choices. Toaster took 12 rounds to actually toast the bread, Boiled eggs got darker by the day so not sure if recooked from days before. Omelettes got harder each day aswell. Only choice for my 13 year old daughter was pizza and chips. This was the same for 7 days. She ended up just eating chips for any meal we had in hotel. They need to have more kids options like nuggets/tenders etc. Found most staff to be friendly and lady’s on reception always smiling to greet you. Car hire is 50% more expensive in hotel than company’s down the road but the lady was very nice and done us a deal so only ended up a bit more expensive which was worth it for the ease of collecting and dropping at hotel. Overall was a nice hotel but would not return due to the food situation . When you go all inclusive you don’t expect to have to eat out most days and spend the 100s of pounds extra on your holiday.

I feel really bad for the staff here. You can tell they have been given old uniforms that are covered in stains and stitching from old tears. Absolutely disgraceful. I will never return to this establishment if that is how they treat their own employees. They deserve so much better than that at such a high end resort.

The hotel its self is a massive place. The rooms are clean and tidy. There area in which the hotel is located is quite a trek away from the nearest town. The hotel does supply a free bus service for this. The food is good but quite repetitive. The moring breakfast rush can be quite a show. The lady maken the omelettes is really slow and sometimes having to wait upto 15-20 just for your turn. We stayed in the adult only area with a shared pool these rooms are a good size but the pool area is shaded so not alot of sun in that area. The drinks well there's plenty of choice available the only issue is the cocktails are from bottles and sometime undrinkable. On checking in your given free pool towels and a safe key which is a plus. The only issue that we had was when it rained the front area of our hotel room had flooded and we couldn't leave and we had to place a towel up against the door to stop the rain from coming in. I would definitely say its a 4* not a 5.

15 years me and our family have been coming to this place and it only gets better, we honestly could recommend this hotel again and again. We're already looking to book again next year. The food, drinks bar staff are excellent the hotel manager George is a true gentleman and I forgot to mention the gardeners who have done an amazing job with the plants , palm trees and the whole gardens throughout a large complex a big well done I say to them. Our stay in Mitsis Ramira was amazing, the service was great and the food was amazing, we reserved the meat and Italian restaurant and the service we had and the food we got was great and very delicious. We reserved the Family room with the private pool and it was big and spacious and we had a big bed which was great, the AC was amazing and was a real help on the hotter days, the swimming pools were great especially the heated poop which was really enjoyable on the slightly colder days. The restaurants and bars were all very nice and the food and drinks were great. All the employees are very nice and helpful and it really made us feel welcome. Our rooms were cleaned every day and the mini bar was refilled every morning, fresh towels were also provided every day which was very nice. The private pool was a little cold but besides that everything was super great and nice. I would absolutely come here again. Fabian was a real help at the reception and with any other help.

Our time at the Mitsis Ramira Beach Hotel There is only one word and that is FANTASTIC. The people are more then friendly, they give you the feeling that you are really welcome. You can relax, enjoy the entertainment but the best part for us was that you can be active. We rented a motor bike for 2 days at the front of the hotel and saw the nicest places of Kos. Almost every day we went to the outside gym . Here are Ehab and Rania. They make it a life’s work to make you feel good. It’s their passion to make you fit and relaxed . It feels like a personal training. And then there is the crêperie with the most lovely ladies Petroula and Gkolfo. They make the best wafels and crepes. Those 4 persons made our vacation outstanding. Thank you for this. We will certainly come back.

I needed a luggage weighing handle, and although it had been misplaced, she went out of her way to find one for me. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—warm, attentive, and always going the extra mile to make both adults and kids feel welcome. One of the highlights was the hotel’s direct beach access. Just steps away, we could enjoy the crystal-clear water while having food and drinks delivered right to our loungers. Even better, relaxing massages on the beach made it feel like a true luxury escape. The food options were fantastic, with something for everyone. Breakfasts were a dream—especially the delicious crepes and waffles that quickly became a favorite for both kids and adults. The coffee was strong and perfectly brewed, exactly what you want to start a sunny day in Greece. The bar experience was equally impressive, offering an incredible variety of cocktails—I counted more than 20 options, all beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. It really added a fun and vibrant touch to our evenings. We also loved the open-space outdoor gym, which made it easy to stay active while enjoying the fresh air and beautiful surroundings. And every evening, we were treated to breathtaking sunsets that made the experience even more magical. A special highlight was the wonderful live show featuring performers from South Africa 🇿🇦—full of energy, color, and talent. It was truly memorable and something both kids and adults enjoyed so much. Great location for the souk, restaurants and beach promenade, but the hotel itself is quite old and dated. The food was disappointing—very bland—and the buffet dinner cost 600D, which felt overpriced considering the quality. You’ll find much better meals just around the corner for less. Breakfast is also very basic with limited options. The hotel insists on cash, so make sure you exchange enough before arriving. With regards to service, I would have given 5 stars if it wasnt for the lady manning the shop. She was very unfriendly and rude. She charged us 100D for a 50D purchase without explaining the minimum card spend or offering that we add more items to make it a 100D . A clear sign would avoid this happening to others. Staff around the pool, restaurant and porter service were lovely. Takeaway: brilliant location, poor food, avoid the shop, and bring plenty of cash.

We just came back from a weeks holiday here, and wouldn’t go back to this hotel. Pros- they had tortoises in the garden, large beds and the orange juice was fresh. There was 2 guys from the animation team that were friendly and a couple of the pool waiters were also pretty good. Cons- the rooms were really dated and ours smelled like 1000 Fags, mould amd paint. We asked to change and was shown another room but it was pretty much the same to decided not to bother packing everything up again as we arrived late. The air con didn’t work, there is no kettle or water provided, even though it tells you you can’t drink the water, which in other places we have stayed they have supplied at least a bottle to clean your teeth with. You have to call room service if you want water or a tea in the morning before going for breakfast, which we do. We only had breakfast, but that was very limited. Obviously it’s a dry country but I didn’t expect the price of the beer to be £7 sometimes 6 depending on who got you the drink. It seemed the French got treated much better and we met a few people that said if you are all inclusive they don’t care about you at all. The location was ok as they have a privet beach area just across from the hotel. The restaurant s closest to the hotel look amazing but not that great. Last night we went to the camel and that was the nicest meal we had and they had music.

Hotel is in a great location and has a private beach area. This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel. It needs updating quite a lot! Very disappointed with the food selection in the restaurant. No food from outside allowed. No kettle, tea or coffee in the room and no complimentary water given. Toilet very small and narrow and no water bidet in toilet which you would expect being a Muslim country! Restaurant staff are nice but reception staff not very welcoming or hospitable. We did bed and breakfast and breakfast was the same every morning, only fruits that were on offer was orange and grapefruit. We asked if we could borrow an iron and was told they don’t have this but could use the ironing/ dry cleaning services they offer. Everything you would expect for a 4 star hotel this hotel didn’t have. Everything will cost you money. Only plus point for this hotel is the beach and its location. Very easy to get around area with local buses, which surprisingly was very clean with music playing much better and way cheaper than the local taxis.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. This place completely destroyed the start of our family holiday and was one of the most disgusting, stressful, and unacceptable hotel experiences we have ever endured. The moment we walked into the building, we were hit with a horrible stench of damp, mould, and decay. The entire hotel smelled old, dirty, and neglected. It did not feel clean, safe, or suitable for guests — especially families with children. When we entered the room, it became immediately obvious that the hotel was in a shocking condition. The bathroom and toilets were filthy and unhygienic, and the entire room felt damp and dirty. My young daughter was so disturbed by the condition of the toilet that she refused to even go near it. Within minutes of being inside the room, my children began itching and showing signs of allergic reactions, which as parents was deeply worrying and upsetting. We immediately approached the manager expecting basic human decency and concern for the wellbeing of our children. Instead, we were met with arrogance, attitude, and complete indifference. Rather than apologising or resolving the issue properly, the manager demanded an additional £60 to “upgrade” us to a junior suite at 1am in the morning, knowing full well we had exhausted children and nowhere else to realistically go at that time of night. The so-called upgraded room was hardly any better. It was still outdated, dirty, smelly, and nowhere near an acceptable standard for paying guests. The following morning we made the decision to leave immediately because there was absolutely no way we could allow our children to remain in those conditions any longer. We were forced to spend more money relocating ourselves to another hotel at our own expense after this place completely failed us. The experience was so bad we even considered abandoning our holiday and flying back to England early. What truly pushed this experience beyond unacceptable was the behaviour of the manager afterwards. When we tried to explain calmly and respectfully why we were leaving, he became aggressive, confrontational, and started shouting directly in front of our children. He repeatedly got into my face despite me asking him to calm down because my children were present. His behaviour was intimidating, hostile, and utterly disgraceful. This hotel is not simply “outdated” — it is poorly maintained, unhygienic, badly managed, and completely lacking in professionalism or basic customer care. Families especially should stay far away from this place. Do not trust the photos. Do not waste your money. Do not risk ruining your holiday. Absolutely appalling from start to finish.

Stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. The staff are great and that's from the dining area to the pool and the animation team. The hotel is a little dated and could do with some refurbishment in some areas like the bedrooms. The pool area is fine, and if you're all inclusive you have nothing to worry about. We were on a b&b basis, the drinks are a bit pricey and we didn't eat in the hotel except for breakfast, which was buffet style with plenty of choice. Didn't like the fact that no food or drink can be brought in to the hotel, we were stopped at the entrance because we had water. Had to hide it to get past security. On the whole, a good hotel with plus points and minus points.

Out of season so didn't expect much open around. A couple of coffee shops and a couple of bars in either direction along the board walk was about it. The hotel itself was beautiful. Warm friendly welcome and a very quick check in. Room was spacious and had a side sea view which was ample for us. Especially for the sunrise each morning to have a coffee on the balcony was bliss. The spa was good, sauna and steam room nice. Food was good. Different theme each night. Most won't go hungry here. Plenty of comfy chairs to relax with a drink after dinner too. Would come back for sure

I stayed at Constantinos The Great Beach Hotel in February 2026 for five days with my family, and it was already my third visit - which probably says everything. I genuinely love coming back here, and once again, the hotel delivered a high standard in every aspect. Our room was spotless, very comfortable, and the bed ensured a great night’s sleep. The view from the window was absolutely beautiful - waking up to the sea every morning was a real pleasure. We chose the all-inclusive option, and the food exceeded expectations. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners were all very diverse and truly delicious. There was plenty of choice every day, and everything felt fresh and well-prepared. The location is fantastic. February in Protaras is peaceful and quiet, which made the stay even more relaxing. The hotel is right on a clean, beautiful beach, perfect for long walks and enjoying the sea views without the crowds. The staff were absolutely wonderful - warm, welcoming, and always helpful. A very special thank you goes to Ehsan, the bartender, who made our stay unforgettable. He is open, friendly, and incredibly engaged in what he does. His positive energy and sense of humor brought us so much joy. Thank you, Ehsan, for the amazing service and all the laughter! The outdoor pool water was unfortunately very cold, but the indoor pool was perfectly fine. There were plenty of sunbeds available. We didn’t notice daytime animations, but there was live music entertainment in the evenings. Overall, this hotel maintains a consistently high level of service and quality. I will definitely return again - and I highly recommend it, especially for families and anyone looking for a peaceful seaside escape.

Location is great, has an amazing beach right on the door step . However the hotel itself isn’t great, food isn’t great, the room we had wasn't that clean and the door couldn’t be locked, the cleaners came in several times early in the morning and also they came in when getting changed. Multiple fixtures were broken and not secure including the toilet, tap and the shower wouldn’t run without the tap running. Several of the toilets located around the hotel were either broken or not clean. Selection of paid drinks weren’t great made using cheap syrups. Loud noises coming from the lobby area in the early hours of the morning which sounded like furniture being moved. Entertainment was very poor. Staff in the beach bar were great though. Bedding not getting changed during our stay, hotel needs a good renovation and updating. Not a 5 five hotel in the slightest, have stayed in better 3 star hotels.

We consider the trip successful overall, although with some reservations. The hotel is located right on the beachfront, providing very easy access to the sea and a swimming pool. At the beginning of October, there was no problem finding sunbeds, even for six people together. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. A big advantage is the location — directly from the hotel you can access the main promenade with numerous shops, restaurants, bars, and car rentals. However, the hotel is showing its age, which is most noticeable in the rooms. They require renovation — the furniture is quite worn, and cleanliness was questionable. The room, especially the bathroom, was not thoroughly cleaned. In the common areas, there were also visible signs of wear and damaged elements of the equipment. A serious drawback was the noise in the rooms. We were accommodated on the third floor, on the side facing the Flamingo Hotel, and it was possible to hear sounds from the corridor almost all the time — conversations, cleaning staff, or doors closing. The hotel also hosts weddings lasting until late at night, and from the early morning hours, there was noise from deliveries and maintenance work outside. The food in the all-inclusive restaurants was tasty, with a fairly good selection. However, breakfasts were quite monotonous – it would be nice if at least two dishes changed from day to day. Guests can choose from five à la carte restaurants. We can recommend two of them: Los Amigos (Mexican cuisine) and Kohili Food Stories (Mediterranean cuisine). The others disappointed us with both service quality and food — after dining there, we usually went back to the main restaurant to have a better meal. As for the all-inclusive drinks, they were fine, though much depended on the bartender. Some prepared drinks carelessly, often omitting ingredients. A major downside for all-inclusive guests is the limited access to bottled water. It is available only during bar opening hours, with a limit of two 0.5-liter bottles per person. While this is not a big issue during the day, it becomes inconvenient in the evening when you want water for the night or plan to leave early for sightseeing — it’s simply not available anywhere. The hotel offers various daily activities: children’s animations, concerts, shows, and sports classes. There is also an indoor pool and a gym available. In the immediate area, you can find plenty of additional attractions such as water sports, diving, motorboat rentals, and massages. Overall, I think it’s possible to find a much better hotel in this area for a similar price. Five stars seem like a serious overstatement.

Absolutely everything about this hotel was amazing. For us, this was a rest holiday so we mostly stayed inside the hotel, however took part in every excursion - which everyone single one was very cheap and so amazing! When I looked online it was very expensive. So wait to book until you come. The service and the atmosphere of this hotel is something you won’t get anywhere else for the price. The food was very good, some nights better than others but they changed it up very well. Pasta and pizza is your best option if you’re fussy, cooked freshly as well. However I do suggest as a fussy person to venture out! I liked a lot. I cannot even begin to describe how amazing the staff were, very much there to make you feel special and pleased.

The building itself is stunning and maintained to a high standard. Security is fantastic. Only thing is its quite a drive from the airport so may be a bit of a struggle for people with young kids. But all in all it is a fantastic resort.

The staff was exceptionally good especially the star friends entertainers. The energy and dedication they put into their work was commendable. Sam Momo, Nina, Bob, Ramon and Bikaer were all were very friendly and supportive. They kept my son entertained all week. Staff at restaurant were also very good. Overall it was a great holidays. The location was good.

We stayed at Iberostar Selection Royal El Mansour from May 4th to May 11th, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable, with a great location by the sea. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of tasty dishes available every day, so there was always something for everyone to enjoy. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the animation team, who were energetic, fun, and engaging, creating a great atmosphere with activities and evening entertainment without being intrusive. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay, and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality holiday experience
