My husband and I had a wonderful week here diving and exploring all that Sharm has to offer. The rooms were gorgeous, property was stunning and well-maintained, and the restaurants were amazing. We scheduled a day trip through the hotel and we had a lovely and educational time exploring Luxor. The diving team went above and beyond to provide an exciting and safe dive experience. The spa was a wonderful and relaxing with talented staff. The team ensured we had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary from check in to check out. This property is definitely on our list to return to!

Four Seasons is Four Seasons. You can never go wrong with it anywhere you go.
Huge hotel, rooms are big, service is great, people are super nice and you have plenty of options for food and swimmings pools. It is suitable for kids & families. They have plenty of beach activities (and the water is beautiful for scuba diving & snorkeling) and variety of restaurants. The in-room dining was amazing but super expensive..
Room quality depends on whether it is in the new area or the old one. I highly recommend the new one because the hotel is one of the oldest in the area and the upgrade is huge.
Advice:
Request them to share with you the link for activities for each restaurant & lounge in the hotel because some of them closes on certain days but the rest are open in certain widows (not the whole day- more like morning/brunch then closes until dinner) to avoid going to it and finding out it is closed..

Dear Sharm Four Seasons Management Team,
First of all, I would like to express our sincere appreciation for the wonderful weekend we spent at your hotel. Our stay included a small, private dinner event, and it truly became a collection of moments we will never forget.
From the very beginning, every team member involved reflected genuine warmth, professionalism, and a true passion for what they do. This positive energy was felt throughout the entire experience.
I would especially like to mention a lady at the beauty salon whose name begins with “M” (I sincerely apologize for not recalling her full name). She went far beyond expectations to help me prepare, assisting with my hair and makeup with such kindness and care. Her generosity and attentiveness meant a great deal to me.
I will also never forget the golf cart team member who kindly guided me and jokingly said, “I don’t need a hairdresser but the hairdresser needs me to add beauty to the salon.” 😊
These small yet thoughtful moments truly made a big difference and brought a smile to our faces.
Most importantly, I would like to extend my deepest thanks to Mr. Moustafa, Director of Operations & F&B. Despite our last-minute requests and the spontaneous nature of the event, he did everything within his power to make it a success. His dedication, flexibility, and calm professionalism ensured that everything came together beautifully.
Please extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team involved. We truly felt cared for, and we will always remember this experience with great warmth.

An outstanding hotel, with beautiful rooms (we stayed in the new section) and excellent food and service. Italian restaurant is the only restaurant that let's it down slightly, but that may be because we have very high standards for Italian food.
Worth noting egyptian tariffs on wine make european and American wines largely unaffordable but the Egyptian wine is OK, though not outstanding.

The Four Seasons Resort is probably the most luxury you can get in Sharm el Sheikh. I have not stayed in any other Four Seasons before, but in other resorts in Sharm El Sheikh. Below a few highlights.
Positives:
- Gorgeous resort - beautiful and well maintained gardens - it is huge!
- Beach/relaxing ares with a lot of more private spots to relax
- Calm, no party atmosphere
- Various restaurants and bars
- Well equipped gym and for runners, the resort is big enough to actually do a daily run of 5k or more
- Fantastic for snorkelling with three piers to enter to water - you can actually swim/snorkel along the entire resort length
- The room and all the facilities were spotlessly clean at all times
To improve:
- Room: we stayed in a Suite with two bedrooms. I am not sure when the resort was built but it felt a bit old. I believe the standard should be higher to deserve five stars especially attention to detail: eg there was only a small TV with very limited choice of TV programmes, limited coffee/tea selection in the room, the AC sometimes smelled a bit strange, toilet seat is made of plastic, etc.
- Food: The quality of the food was good (meaning no stomach issues as common in Egypt) but not exceptional or it fluctuated from restaurant to restaurant. Breakfast menu is too small and there could be a bit more variety but overall good. Me and my partner are vegan/vegetarian which meant that 2 out of 5 restaurants where not an option for us. Once we still went to the Grill restaurant and the food they made for us - a vegetable wrap - was terrible. In the other restaurant vegan/vegetarian option were very limited. I also believe in a luxury resort, the restaurant should be able to offer alternatives ad hoc (other than pasta with tomato sauce). Considering this, the prices charged for the food are too high in my opinion. Note that prices listed exclude taxes and service charge, which adds another ca. 30% to your bill. The staff is overall friendly but sometimes a bit unprofessional.
- Service: Overall good but not exceptional. One day at the beach we were randomly not serviced (no idea why). Things get forgotten here and there. There is a club car service to pick you up from the beach, we once waited for 15mins and then gave up even though we were promised a car would arrive soon. Things like that - no drama, but you get luxury charged without getting it.
In summary, it is a beautiful resort and great to relax. But value for money is not good enough - I would have expected more from a Four Seasons especially considering the prices are VERY HIGH for Egyptian standards.
