I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh for making our stay so memorable.
From the warm and genuine welcome we received upon arrival, to the excellent service throughout our stay, everything was truly exceptional. The restaurants were wonderful, the housekeeping team did a fantastic job, and the breakfast was one of the highlights of our trip.
We also really appreciated the outstanding service at the pools and the beach. A special thank you to the lifeguards, who were always attentive and friendly, and to the golf cart drivers, who were always helpful and welcoming.
This was our first visit to Sharm El Sheikh, and we truly enjoyed every moment. It was an amazing family vacation, and we look forward to coming back again.

My stay at Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh was one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. Every detail reflects luxury, comfort, and exceptional hospitality.
The service was outstanding from start to finish. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and always willing to help. The golf cart transportation around the resort was fast, convenient, and available whenever needed, making it easy to get around such a large property.
The swimming pools are beautiful and well maintained, each offering its own unique atmosphere. The private beach is pristine, with crystal-clear water and a peaceful environment. What impressed me the most was the level of privacy and tranquility, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.
For anyone who enjoys the sea, the snorkeling and diving experiences are absolutely unforgettable. The coral reefs are breathtaking, the marine life is vibrant, and the resort provides easy access to some of the best underwater experiences in the Red Sea.
Overall, if you’re looking for a resort that combines world-class service, luxury, privacy, beautiful pools and beach, and incredible diving and snorkeling, Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh is truly worth every moment.

Ten of us of across three families have just returned from the Four seasons Sharm el Sheikh and had an amazing time. The hotel grounds are stunning and so well manicured, well done to the gardening tv who work so hard to maintain,there are thousands of boganvilla flowers teamed with beautiful sea views.
Every member of staff we met were so friendly and helpful and it was a joy to meet them all. It would be impossible to name them all but some that we interacted with more and really left a wonderful impression were Shosho and Madonna from the great kids club, Galal a buggy driver who lit up our day, Momin ,Murjan, Ahmad Salem, Fadi, Sami, Hani and Safa were so friendly and great, David at the pool worked so hard in the hot conditions but always had a smile on his face and the pool manager regularly checked on us. Enji who worked across breakfast and the pool had such a warm and kind nature and treated our family with such care.The food throughout the hotel was delicious with extensive choice across the resort- We enjoyed a lovely Tepanyaki meal.The food and beverage director was so nice. I also met some of the senior staff, the guest relations manager and the front of house manager and they too were a pleasure to meet and it showed the energy filtered from the top down. The housekeeping team were excellent and left our room spotless everyday My sister used the spa facilities and was very happy. There are free buggies to Soho square ( shopping and restaurant area) which is a few minutes away which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel ( try and get a room in the new part of the hotel) and thank you to all of the wonderful Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh team.

All in all we had a great time and experience from the moment we arrived to the moment we left the hotel. The property is huge and extremely well kept. The gardens are beautiful and you can walk everywhere or get a golf cart to drop you at your desired location. They got two very well equipped gyms, clean and well maintained. Staff is super friendly and hospitable. The room is up to a top standard from lighting options, to appliances and our view was simply a delight to wake up to every day.
Two things that stood out in a negative way were the birds at the arabesque restaurant, they were everywhere even on the buffet. Luckily there was a second breakfast option that was perfectly fine. In general there were a lot of birds where they shouldn’t have been. Staff would allow guests to feed them and once we saw a staff member feeding a crow right at the bar. No surprise they keep coming back. The second thing that surprised us, was that the F&B all over the property was not up to the four seasons standard we re used to and expecting. The so called fish market at the reef grill was particularly disappointing. From presentation to taste. Choice of spirits and wines were rather underwhelming all over the restaurants and bars and the instant coffee packets in the room we simply dont understand. Especially when they also offer capsules, which is the minimum standard for such a brand. The last thing that stood out were the old, dingy pots the filter coffee and teas were served in at breakfast.

Our experience at Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh was absolutely wonderful. From the impeccable grounds to the exceptional service, every detail was beautifully taken care of.
The snorkelling was a particular highlight — the incredible house reef and marine life were simply unforgettable. The restaurants throughout the resort serve some of the most delicious food, and Reef Grill is an absolute must-visit!
We enjoyed every moment of our stay so much that I would honestly return to Sharm El Sheikh simply because of the Four Seasons. A truly exceptional resort and an unforgettable experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
