We have had the loveliest time at Sunrise. The hotel is beautiful, with plenty of choice when it comes to food, so there was always something for everyone.
What really made our holiday, though, was the staff. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
A special mention has to go to Ahmed in the lobby bar and Alaa in the pool bar. They were both incredibly friendly, attentive and genuinely made our holiday extra special. Their hard work and kindness did not go unnoticed.
Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful stay. We wouldn't hesitate to return!

Great hotel, perfect service. Rooms were cleaned daily with towel art left on the beds, thanks to Eslam our maid. Swim up bar was a nice touch, shout out to Alaa who made us great cocktails all day! Beach was lovely for snorkelling and the shuttle bus was quick and frequent. The lobby bar was nice in the evening, thanks to Ahmed who made great cocktails for us in the evenings! Soho square was a nice outing in the evening and not too far away. We went to the Indian Al a Carte one evening and the food there was great. All inclusive buffet was decent, and entertainment was mostly the same every day.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort and would highly recommend it. The staff were absolutely amazing—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. The level of service was exceptional, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure guests were comfortable and enjoying their stay.
The resort itself was excellent. The facilities were well maintained, the atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was organized and clean. From the quality of the food to the overall experience, every detail exceeded my expectations.
I would also like to give special praise to the animation team. They brought so much energy and positivity to the resort and played a big part in making my stay even more enjoyable. They were engaging without ever being pushy, always encouraging guests to join in the activities, and their enthusiasm created a fun and lively atmosphere throughout the day and evening. Whether it was the entertainment, games, or simply their friendly interactions, they made every moment memorable.
A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for their hospitality, professionalism, and dedication. They truly made me feel welcome and helped create an unforgettable experience. I would definitely return in the future and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable, and well-organized vacation.
