Everything was perfect! The rooms were spotless, the service was excellent, and the entire staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and every meal was enjoyable. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Simba, Mido,Turky and Mostafa(Concierge) for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism—they truly made our stay even more memorable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

A very beautiful and wonderful hotel. Well, worth the vacation and enjoyment. The food here is delicious and the bars are very nice. The lobby bar offers complimentary cocktails and alcoholic drinks, which are very nice. My family and I were very happy with this trip. It was very enjoyable. There were always smiling people like Muhammad hamdy, and Ehab, and the manager Ahmed hosni, who was always helpful. Thank you so much, we will be back.

We have had the loveliest time at Sunrise. The hotel is beautiful, with plenty of choice when it comes to food, so there was always something for everyone.
What really made our holiday, though, was the staff. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
A special mention has to go to Ahmed in the lobby bar and Alaa in the pool bar. They were both incredibly friendly, attentive and genuinely made our holiday extra special. Their hard work and kindness did not go unnoticed.

Great hotel, perfect service. Rooms were cleaned daily with towel art left on the beds, thanks to Eslam our maid. Swim up bar was a nice touch, shout out to Alaa who made us great cocktails all day! Beach was lovely for snorkelling and the shuttle bus was quick and frequent. The lobby bar was nice in the evening, thanks to Ahmed who made great cocktails for us in the evenings! Soho square was a nice outing in the evening and not too far away. We went to the Indian Al a Carte one evening and the food there was great. All inclusive buffet was decent, and entertainment was mostly the same every day.

The staff are incredibly kind and friendly. The hotel is very clean, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. A special mention goes to Mohamed hamdi at the bar, he is very kind and makes the hotel even more enjoyable and cozy with his friendly attitude.
The rooms are spacious, and both the sea and the swimming pool are very clean. The food is delicious, with a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and snack bars to choose from.
All the employees are friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
