Continental Plaza is never a random choice; it's a unique place you want to return to again and again. A windless bay, easy entry into the sea from the shore or a compact and stable jetty, ramps for people with disabilities, beautiful and well-maintained grounds and gardens, a spacious sea room perfectly cleaned by Moustafa Mahmoud and looked after by Mr Mohamed Hamdy.
But most importantly, a large team of staff who strive to make guests' stay memorable and wonderful. Thanks to Director Mr. Khaled for his excellent teamwork and constant improvements in the hotel. At the Reception- Ayman, Ibrahim, Sayed, Mohamed Nage, and Mohamed Maher, Guest Relations Anje and Merna will always greet you with a smile and help you with any questions. At Belvedere Bar, with its stunning panoramic sea views, Ghada welcomes all guests and serves delicious coffee from freshly ground beans. At the beach, water park, and pools, Arafah and his team, Shibl, Ahmed Elsair, are always at your service. They make sure all guests are safe and happy. The team always help guests to learn about Red Sea and its fauna.
At Panorama Restaurant, Mr. Islami, Mohamed Rashid and the chefs always welcome everyone and treat guests to delicious dishes: crispy falafel, juicy kofta, fried king prawns, baked eggplant and zucchini, spicy hummus, cinnamon buns. At Italian a la carte restaurant, Roshidi Salah will bring you a delicious pizza Calzone or Margherita. At the Aqua Park, we tried delicious milkshakes with strawberries and bananas, prepared by Abdul Hatem.

Overall this hotel is beautiful and filled with lots of activities, multiple restaurants, lots of swimming pools and a nice beach. Staff are all so lovely and helpful and cannot be faulted.
However there were a few issues throughout and upon reflection, I would say it’s not yet up to IHG standard. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, we couldn’t raise or lower the temperature, only stayed at one temp, despite the option of being able to lower or raise it using the remote. A loud incessant beeping also woke us up every morning. We weren’t sure where it was coming from, it ended after around 10 minutes but gosh it was awful, especially as it was so early. The food was not great overall, both quality and organisation. We ate from the buffet the first night and once was enough to decide to never eat there again. There is no organisation, it’s more like an animalistic ‘free for all’ with huge swarms of people snatching food like it’s their last ever meal. Quality of the food was poor aswell-from both restaurants so we stuck to eating outside the entire trip. Key cards also stopped working during the trip, which usually never bothers me in hotels, but here-if your key cards don’t work, it’s a longgg trip back to reception to get a new one.
Overall if you’re looking for a good value-for-money resort and you’re not fussy/a perfectionist, this hotel is a great option, but if you do have the opportunity to splash out a bit more money for a more luxurious hotel, I would.

Everything was great during our stay at Continental Plaza Beach Resort, but I would like to give a special thank you to the bellboys Mohamed Fiesal and especially Ziad Refaat.
He really cared about us, helped us with everything and was always smiling. From the first time we entered the hotel until we left, he never lost his attention. It is obvious in every way that he is a sincere, respectful person who loves his job.
We would like to thank Ziad Refaat again for making us feel very comfortable and valued. The hotel is really lucky to have such employees. We would like to see him when we come again. 🌟

I had a wonderful stay at Continental Plaza Beach Hotel. The location is excellent, the beach is beautiful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained throughout my stay.
A special thank you goes to Mohamed Yousef, the supervisor of Panorama Restaurant. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. He made sure everything was perfect, always greeted guests with a smile, and went out of his way to ensure we had an enjoyable dining experience. His management and hospitality made a real difference and added a personal touch to our stay.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Continental Plaza Beach Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. I look forward to visiting again.

I had the pleasure of being invited to celebrate my friend’s 45th birthday at Continental Plaza Beach Resort in Sharm El Sheikh, and the experience exceeded all expectations.
From arrival to departure, the professionalism and kindness of the entire team stood out.
Mr. Islamy Abdel Fattah ensured exceptional service throughout our stay. Merna’s thoughtful birthday decorations created such a beautiful and memorable atmosphere.
The animation team — Pablo, Kimi and Adam — brought joy and positive energy daily.
Our spa treatments, organized by Mohamed and delivered by Amira, Samah, Shaima and Samara, were personalized and outstanding.
A special thank you to Mohammed Elabassy for his assistance and to Alladin for arranging our exciting activities — parasailing, boat experience, banana ride and quad biking — which added adventure to our celebration.
The Italian restaurant birthday dinner, hosted by Roshday and Kero, was elegant and unforgettable.
We are grateful to every member of staff — reception, waiters, cleaners, room attendants, animation — for making this birthday celebration so meaningful.
