"A very beautiful hotel! This is my second visit here. As soon as you enter the hotel, you will find a very pleasant and welcoming reception. You will meet Mr. Ahmed, who will guide you to the best room that suits you and matches the perfect view you have in mind. He actually recommended Room 7147, which has a wonderful and very beautiful view. Even though we stayed for many days, we didn't feel the time pass at all; it felt as if we only spent a single night because of how clean the room was, and how beautiful the view, the hotel, and its spaciousness were.Moving on to the restaurant: the food was beautiful, very clean, and the chefs gave us an amazing welcome. First, I have a baby who has a gluten allergy, a dairy allergy, and multiple other food allergies. When we first arrived, Chef Mohamed Salah was very welcoming and deeply appreciated the situation. Unfortunately, he went on vacation, so he referred us to Chef Mohamed Ibrahim—a truly distinguished and extremely clean chef who followed up with us every single second. He took care of us during every breakfast, lunch, and dinner, paying attention to every clean detail and using dedicated utensils for my son's allergy condition. He kept trying to provide new options and special meals for my son so he wouldn't feel different from us and could enjoy his food just like everyone else. He even provided special snacks using completely dedicated tools and special packaging so my son could enjoy treats just like us.I want to give a huge thank you to Chef Mohamed Ibrahim, who went above and beyond for us, treated us with the utmost respect, and took care of my son’s condition as if it were a deeply personal matter. I highly recommend Chef Mohamed Ibrahim to any guest coming to the hotel, as he will fully carry out his duties toward allergy patients or anyone with allergies to dairy, gluten, or spices. He is a highly knowledgeable chef who understands every single detail. I strongly recommend that any guest go meet Chef Mohamed Ibrahim; he will greet you with a very cheerful smile, listen to all your food ideas, and do his absolute best to provide them perfectly.I want to thank all the chefs and staff members we met. Thank you to all the reception staff who welcomed us. Thank you all! It was a truly delightful visit. I also want to thank all the staff at the beach and the pool; truly, in the middle of the scorching sun, they were doing their jobs to the absolute fullest. Thank you to the hotel for its cleanliness, its management, and for allowing me to enjoy the best vacation I’ve ever had—even better than my previous visit. The hotel is truly improving itself. I loved it, and although I have visited many hotels in Sharm El Sheikh, the Continental Plaza is closest to my heart. God willing, I will visit every year because it is truly the heart of Sharm El Sheikh."

Our room was✨💫✨ impeccably clean and beautifully set up with flowers for our honeymoon,✨💐🥂✨ thanks to the wonderful efforts of the housekeeping team, especially Mr. Mohamed Attia and Mr. Hamada.
We also experienced the best service by the pool, thanks to Mr. Hamada, and at the beach, where the lifeguards Mohamed Abbas and Mohamed Jamal were always so attentive and helpful. We also want to highlight the fantastic bar service, whether on the beach or in the lobby, where they prepared the most delightful drinks and cocktails for us—🍹🧉🍸.
Special mention goes to the fabulous à la carte restaurants✨🇮🇹✨! The Italian restaurant is a must-try, with amazing pizza and fantastic service from Captain Mohamed and Captain Ahmed. The Chinese restaurant China✨🇨🇳✨ team, is also excellent, with wonderful captains who helped us choose the perfect dishes. Finally, the Oriental restaurant✨🇪🇬✨ Fayrouz, offers delicious Egyptian food and incredible grills.

His exceptional leadership and dedication to building such a passionate team are clearly reflected in the world-class service we received. We stayed at the Continental Hotel this summer and had a wonderful experience.
I would especially like to highlight the Italian restaurant, which was included in the à la carte dining options. The dinner was absolutely delicious, and the service provided by Shahenda and Mohamed was outstanding. If you stay at this hotel, I highly recommend visiting this restaurant.
I would also recommend the hotel itself. It has a beautiful territory, amazing coral reefs, and excellent service. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Continental Plaza Beach Resort, and we would especially like to thank the housekeeping staff who took care of our room (5209). Our room attendant was absolutely amazing and deserves special recognition. Every day, we came back to a perfectly clean room with fresh towels, neatly made beds, and everything organized beautifully. The room always smelled fresh and felt so comfortable.
Our housekeeper was always friendly, polite, and smiling. He worked incredibly hard and paid attention to every little detail. It was obvious that he truly cared about his job and wanted guests to have the best possible experience. His kindness and dedication made our holiday even more enjoyable.
