Just got back from a fantastic holiday at Condes de Alcudia. All staff have been amazing, the entertainment team were fantastic getting everyone involved. Rooms basic but clean and tidy. Credit to cleaning staff. Food was amazing, always something to eat and snack bar during these times. Couldn’t fault anything, delayed due to weather but even at 4am the hotel offered food and drinks to everyone arriving late. Area is lovely, walking distance to Old Town and the harbour area is lovely. Will definitely return.

We visited in September 2025, Clean and Tidy hotel, good drinks and food, Pool area clean and tidy plenty of sunbeds. Close to town and beach. Entertainment was ok and the safe where nice and friendly. The only downside for me, was that their is not tea/coffee making equitpment in the rooms and i was told by reception i could not entre the restuarant to get a coffee before 8am.

Wayne and Janet from England just returned from a 5 day holiday. The hotel is in a great location to the beach, bars and shops We stayed in newly refurbished room 704 and it was excellent. It even has BBC1 BBC2 and ITV channels on TV. The all inclusive food and drinks were great. The best thing about the hotel though is the entertainment team Ernesto and Zulle. They tried to get everyone involved in the many daytime activities such as archery, rifle shooting , pool, darts,table tennis and water aerobics. They also put on great evening shows, South African singer, motown night, karaoke and flamenco dancers

Location is perfect. The rooms comfortable, clean and spacious. The food was good, not great. The restaurant was busy and very noisy. My biggest concern was dirty plates and cutlery. I could feel the grime! And the entertainment was solely for children. When we asked about that, we were told it is a family hotel. But with every child come an adult, and adults like entertainment too. It was a nice holiday but we would try somewhere else next time. But having sounded quite negative about it in this review, I did really enjoy my stay there.

We had a fantastic stay here, the staff in all areas are fantastic! The entertainment team at night are wonderful! Every night adults and children are included, nobody is left out. A great location, very clean hotel, the negative reviews on here are the people booking 3* but expecting 5* and moaning 🤣 credits to all the staff! Thankyou. Xx

A truly fascinating hotel (price-quality correlation). Delicious food, a wonderful area at the beach with a cafe right on the beach with snacks working even in winter. Good indoor pool and spa (free hammam, sauna). A very beautiful lobby area and the rooms are furnitured in a very nice way. There is only one problem - poor sound isolation in the bathroom. The animation team is very nice and friendly, great activities provided during the day (yoga, dart 2 times a day, evening shows). Thanks to Alina, a very friendly girl who is in charge of holding yoga and dart game, was very lively. We want to come back to this hotel!

I was very disappointed that Russian patriotic music was played at the hotel disco. As a Ukrainian guest, this was extremely painful and triggering for me. This is not just music — it represents a country that is currently committing violence against my people. Hotels are public spaces and should be safe and comfortable for all guests. I believe staff may not understand the context, but that’s exactly why it’s important to raise awareness and be more sensitive in music choices. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean. The food is varied and good. There are not many attractions in the surrounding area. The service is good and the staff really try to make guests feel comfortable. I did not enjoy the hammam experience — I felt pressured to buy extra services, and similar packages nearby in Alanya cost about half the price. I hope the hotel will take this feedback seriously and avoid such situations in the future.

This cannot be a 5 star hotel, not sure whether they got it from. its okay, we went in Feb, fair deail, I am not complaining, but its not fair to call it 5 star. Food could be better, not with salty processed ham, susages, but some fresh good food. Its the same food every day, not veriaty. Alcohol - not sure what they are. Staff seems grumpy a bit, spa a bit pushy sale, saloon or shops inside should have clear price written. Rooms probably between 3 and 4 stars.

I am so glad we booked this Hotel! The rooms in the main house are very good and clean. The rooms in the house next to the main area are medium. Its loud, twisted and less clean. But we had a room in the main house and were satisfied. The food is varied and tasty. The dishes and tables were cleaned fast and properly. The location is near the street so the cars are in the background noise. But thats ok for me. Also you walk only 5 minutes to the beach which is beautifully designed. You have access to food and cocktails the whole day! I liked that. My highlight was the spa. We booked Salt room, sauna, steam sauna, Hamam, bubble bath, being cleaned from two wholesome ladys, 30 minutes massage, a face mask and a tea for just 45€ per person! It was really really amazing! I would recommend! Also the all in was just 10€ a day!! (We were here in November) If you want a relaxing and cheap time - go to Doganay! (But make sure to book a room in the main house) Have a great time.

I stayed at this 5-star hotel in Alanya for a Latin dance festival. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Starting from the second night, I (and about 10 other participants) suffered from severe food poisoning — nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, and body aches. I spent two nights sick in bed, which completely ruined my stay. On top of that, during two nights my room was located right under the restaurant, and I couldn’t sleep because of constant noise from chairs and tables being moved around. For a 5-star hotel, I expected much higher standards of food safety and comfort. This was not the quality or care that I expected from a 5 star hotel and the guests deserve!! Highly disappointed.

Stayed for 7 days in october....location brilliant but that's where it ends unfortunately. We emailed in advance requesting a room in palmonova 1 (main buidling) as we had paid for a sea and pool view wich 2 does not actually have and they also have a very noisy generator next to it. When arriving they tried to place us in 2 however did rectify and give us a room in 1. Rooms basic and small. mould in bathrooms. air con and heating not working..no covers on duvets and they are all ripped. Plug sockets hanging of walls. Sun beds always reserved no enforcement on this even with signs saying they would we were unable to use any of the pools for full 7 days due to this. Lifts are a nightmare often taking 15 minutes to get up or down. Stopped a few times during our stay. Food basic and repetitive paid all inclusive only ate breakfast from the 2nd day onwards, evening food clearly reheated and out of date items. Tokens not bad however we were given dirty cups inclusive with free flies on numerous occasions old man on the bar extremely moody and unpleasant. All drinks are horendous amstel only wine options were poor and spirits were undrinkable unless u like battery acid 14 pound per person per day upgrade is too much. Basic 3 star hotel at best for a budget holiday is fine however we will not return.

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Staff are friendly, helpful and happy to see you. The whole place is clean and tidy. The room was lovely, clean and spacious. Perfect view from the balcony out to sea. The pools were clean but freezing!! The choice of food was amazing, fresh fruit, fresh bread, great selection in all 3 sittings. The staff work non-stop clearing and setting tables and topping up food. The entertainment was brilliant. I had the best time, relaxed and calm. I would definitely stay again.

Sol Palmanova is a lovely hotel that is very close to everything in Palma Nova and Magaluf When we checked in, our original room smelt like stale cigarettes and smoke despite the cleanliness and caused us both a headache, we let reception know and they were great at moving us rooms while still honouring the views we wanted Staff on a whole were so friendly and attentive and always said hello, they asked us to participate in the variety entertainment such as aqua aerobics and corn hole which we declined as we just wanted to relax in holiday which the staff understood and didn’t pressure us, we appreciated this! All inclusive buffet as standard, wasn’t amazing but wasn’t terrible either although a lot more seasoning in the food would have been nice there’s enough there to get you through as well as the snack bar options. Queing for drinks at the bar wasn’t too bad, some que jumpers noted which we did point out but nothing was done. We did leave our ‘tidy up time’ on the door a few days in a row to come back to the room to see it hadn’t been cleaned as the ‘shh I’m sleeping’ was visible so we were left with an apology note stating we had specified not to clean, we definitely had not left it this way so we assume some people on the floor were trying to be funny. The biggest problem experienced was the beds and the bedding, two single beds pushed together with a thin sheet on top doesn’t qualify as a ‘double bed or double room’ the gap between both beds was extremely obvious and painful and the beds during the course of the night did push away from eachother. The pillows are far too thick and long while the duvet is about as thin as the toilet paper, the mattresses were also pretty firm so just wasn’t a pleasant night time experience at all, I dreaded going to bed each night as I knew I’d be in for a painful, sleepless night but I’m not sure what can be done about this (other than please get actual double beds) Would recommend this hotel for young families and older couples definitely

We stayed at Sol Palmanova, Mallorca for 5 nights in October. Overall, it’s a lovely family-friendly hotel with good facilities. Most of the team were friendly and welcoming. The entertainment was fantastic, and there’s always something to eat thanks to the snack bar being open outside restaurant hours. Our second housekeeper was amazing, and the room was spotless every day. On the downside, the token system for drinks was a bit inconvenient, and some of the hotel rules felt unnecessarily strict (like paying €1 to change beach towels). The pools were freezing cold with no indoor pool option, which was disappointing given the cooler weather. Rooms are also on the small side, and noise carries easily through adjoining doors. The food was also disappointing - much of it seemed reheated and not very fresh, especially the kids’ options like chicken nuggets and fish fingers, though the pasta and some meat dishes were decent. Some encounters with restaurant staff also felt unpleasant. Reception staff were also unhelpful during checkout and a family emergency that we experienced.

Honestly cant understand the low ratings i read before we came here. We arrived 27th september for 7 days and couldnt fault the hotel for anything in the slightest , food was very good every day plenty of variety including deserts cheese and plain food for fussy eaters like burgers chips and pizzas were all very nice. The hotel itself was very clean the pool itself was cold as predicted but once you get in and move around its fine. The room was very basic but enough to keep your stay good very clean and everything in order only negative i would say is the small lifts and ques for the lifts but luckily we was on the 2nd floor and it didnt matter much. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the entertainment staff were a good laugh as well partook in the water aerobics and water basket ball which was fun. To anyone looking try not to be too disheartened by any negative reviews as me and my partner had the best week going and will 100% be usijf this hotel again in the future

The first time me and my mum stayed in this beautiful modern hotel. We both were very impressed with how new and modern and spotless hotel looks. We booked all inclusive, the food and choice was very various and fresh, choice of breakfast and other meals was enormous, grilled meat and fish very fresh yummy vegetables, herbs and delicious cakes. Also impressed with non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, cocktails were amazing. The stuff was friendly, helpful and chatty, can't fault them. The manager Gulya was lovely and very helpful. The location of hotel perfect, close to the beach 8 minutes walk or a few minutes shuttle available, lots of shops for every taste just around the corner, taxi to airport only 20 minutes . Can't fault it very enjoyable experience and can't wait to recommend this hotel to anyone who likes turkey as a holiday!

Perfect Stay at Wind of Lara – Truly Unforgettable! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ From the moment we arrived at Wind of Lara Hotel, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The hotel is absolutely stunning – modern, stylish, and very well-kept. Everything was clean, organized, and designed for comfort. Our room was spacious and cozy, with a beautiful view and all the amenities we needed. Housekeeping did a wonderful job every day, keeping everything fresh and spotless. The food was one of the highlights of our stay – such a wide variety of delicious options at every meal. We especially enjoyed the themed nights and the fresh Turkish dishes. There was something for everyone, and the desserts were amazing! The staff truly went above and beyond – always friendly, helpful, and professional. Whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or by the pool, they made us feel special every day. The entertainment team brought great energy with daily activities and evening shows, but also gave us space to relax when we wanted peace and quiet. The pool area was beautiful and the shuttle to the beach was quick and easy – the private beach was clean, calm, and perfect for sunbathing.

Just got back from Wind of Lara in Antalya and had a brilliant time overall. The food was fantastic to start with, and it got even better with themed nights like Taco Night and Turkish Night on Wednesdays. You might want to plan one or two dinners outside the hotel just for a change of scenery, but with food available from 7am to midnight, you’re pretty much sorted. Drinks are okay, but if you want something a bit more special, head to the Wind Bar; the bartenders there are much better and really know how to mix a good cocktail. The animation team was absolutely lovely, big shoutout to Mekham, Diane, Joey, and Murat for keeping the energy up and making everyone feel welcome. Osman was a highlight too, always walking around singing and putting smiles on faces. The hotel itself is spotless, and while we did come across a couple of moody staff members, most were genuinely friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel has loads of shops and supermarkets, though it’s noticeably more expensive than other parts of Antalya, with most things priced in euros, but you can barter, so don’t be afraid to haggle. Getting to the beach is easy with the coach and boat service, and the all-inclusive section there has drinks and food, which is a nice touch. Evening entertainment was fun; definitely stick around for the Couples Challenge. We played water polo every day and only lost once, so that was a blast. There’s shisha on site if that’s your vibe, and the water slides are great fun too. One night, the animators even took us out and made sure we were looked after, really attentive and just good people. All in all, a great stay with loads of good memories.

First time booking an all inclusive in Antalya, Wind of Lara definitely made it unforgettable. The hostility was great, the staff were very helpful and catered / assisted when I needed something without any issues. The SPA was absolutely amazing, booked a massage in 3 times whilst I was there. They had a variety of food and drinks which was very nice, the timings for the food was also decent too, they definitely cater for all types. They even have a hair salon which is very convenient. The beach was very decent, with security and a shuttle that took you there, if you dont want to get the shuttle, the walk to the beach is less than 10 mins too, straight road!! I would definitely recommend Wind of Lara for family and friends, I'll be booking again, hopefully soon!!

We have just left here after 10 nights, we have had a lovely stay here. Reception staff, especially Mert were amazing, always going the extra mile for us if we needed it. Staff around the hotel were chatty and helpful too, bar staff very quick! Room was good size, with lovely view of the pool from our balcony. Food was good, we managed to find something to eat most nights, snack bar by the pool is great too! Would definitely come back!

The hotel area itself is beautiful, but that’s the only good thing about this place. The beach looks more like a lake, and the service is absolutely terrible. Meal times are way too early — perfect for kids maybe, but not for adults on vacation. The à la carte restaurants are always fully booked, so there’s no chance to eat there at all. The animation team is extremely limited and there’s really nothing entertaining to do — definitely not what you expect from a 5-star resort. Tables during meals are never set properly, staff are often unfriendly (with a few exceptions), and the tables are rarely cleared. It’s shocking how poor the service is. The drinks are just as disappointing — whether it’s beer, wine, or cocktails, everything tastes low quality. The cocktails are especially bad, and most of the bars shown in the hotel description are actually closed. Overall, I would rate this hotel 4 stars at best. Apart from the nice location, everything else is disappointing. Definitely not worth the money or a second visit.

Beautiful location and a nice walk to Marmaris and Icmeler…..this was the best part of our holiday! Nice outdoor areas and ‘beach’ areas that were kept clean and litter free. Rooms were nice and clean and the cleaners were friendly and did an excellent job. The reception staff were also friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff both bar and restaurant were pretty miserable tbf, never smiled and spent a lot of time on their mobiles! The girl on the beach bar even propped her phone by the pump whilst getting us a drink! Tables in the restaurant were left piled high with plates while staff stood about, often on their phones, and people struggled to find clean tables! Food was bland with very little choice, didn’t even look appetising let alone taste it! Tried the Chinese restaurant and not impressed, pretty sure I had chicken dippers or something similar for my starter! Staff here were friendly, but there did seem a lot more staff here than in the main restaurant. Bars were very understaffed and there were queues every night, choice of cocktails very limited and not very nice, although the wines were good! Definitely not a 5 star hotel and, unfortunately, one of the worst we’ve been to in Turkey, very disappointed.

Located in the Marmaris Icmeler district, Marmaris Labranda Mares Hotel is approximately 15 km from Marmaris city center. Those arriving by air can use Dalaman Airport. Transfers from the airport to the hotel can be made by private vehicle. The hotel has a covered parking garage with 12-15 vehicles. Those who cannot find a space can park their vehicles in the open parking lot. A group of 130 people stayed here between September 30 and October 5, 2025, to celebrate our school's 42nd graduation anniversary and reminisce. My wife and I stayed in room 1210. The room was spacious and comfortable. Access to the pool, sea, and other amenities is very easy. The sea was Blue Flag-winning. The pool was clean and refreshing. The restaurant was spacious, with delicious and varied food. It was possible to try local specialties like kebabs, soups, pide, and desserts. The entertainment and show team were excellent. I would choose them again. I would also like to thank the Front Office Staff Ms. Emine Çetin Toka, who responded to my questions and emails before joining the hotel, and the Front Office Supervisor Mr. Volkan and Front Office Staff Ms. Zeynep, who displayed a professional approach during joining.

This is a great location for families with kids. Nothing too fancy. It's an old hotel but with plenty going on. The football pitch was a hit with my kids. The pool is well kept and the two slides are ok. The sea front is stunning with mountain views, it looks more like a huge lake and the sea was crystal clear with loads of fish. We all loved swimming in the sea but if your looking for a sandy beach you'll have to travel to get it. Because it's on a side of a hill you do lose the sun earlier than other locations, so if your sun worshipers bear that in mind. The food was all good but the breakfast could be improved. If you're expecting Marco Pierre quality then pay for a more expensive hotel! The room we had was exactly what we needed but here is my only real complaint, the mattresses and pillows are awful and we all slept so bad, so by the end of the holiday we were craving our own beds and felt tired. I work in the hotel trade and one thing I know is a comfortable bed is vital. If you don't sleep you get irritable and grumpy. All the staff were friendly and looked after us very well. The air con was also questionable but that was probably just in our room, but they always fixed stuff when asked to. Always ask about cost of taxis and buses and learn to haggle. 😉 All in, we had a great holiday and remember it's what you make of it. We all love Turkey and the people.

Hotel Labranda Mares Marmaris is a large resort that feels clean and well-kept. The food can be a bit repetitive, but there is always something to choose from – the absolute highlight was the carrot-walnut cake and muffins. We stayed in a ground-floor bungalow in the first row with a stunning sea view – definitely the best choice of accommodation. Room cleaning could be improved (for the first two days there was a dead cockroach under the sink, and the minibar was only refilled the day before departure), but drinks are available everywhere, so it didn’t really bother us. At the lobby bar you can always pick up unlimited bottled water (300 ml). I missed proper espresso coffee – only Turkish coffee and machine coffee were available, though iced coffee was a nice bonus. Ice cream is served by the pool until 4 p.m. and also during lunch and dinner. From 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., snacks (a light lunch) are available at two locations. The beach itself is nice, but there is a huge issue with sunbeds – by 7 a.m. they are all reserved with towels. Reception staff were always kind and helpful, but at the lobby and beach bar, a few more smiles would have been nice. The restaurant staff tried their best, though compared to Egypt I am used to a warmer and more cheerful service. Garden maintenance could also be better – greenery around the rooms and along the path to the sea would look so much nicer with more care. The real star of the hotel is without a doubt security dog Mares – he wins every guest’s heart. 🐶 Overall, I rate the stay positively and recommend it especially for the bungalows with sea view, the spacious resort, and the pleasant atmosphere.

Wonderful hotel with reasonable prices for a good stay. All the staff we came into contact with were fantastic. This hotel is in a great location with a large selection of pools in different areas making them feel separate to one another. One of the pools located by the daytime bar and snack bar is also heated, which helps a lot for a winter sun / spring getaway. The beach is close by with a nice walk towards it, and is also a stones throw away form many shops with a decent selection of food places. The food was very decent for what you would expect at this type all inclusive, a nice selection of stuff and even the option to book in to a tapas and Asian style restaurant. I would definitely recommended this place to all, but I must say from travelling in February the hotel was rather busy, so I cannot account for a summer time experience here, which I would imagine could get very busy. Had a great stay at this hotel. Clean, modern, friendly staff. A huge selection of food. Room had a terrace with a sea view, mini fridge, comfy beds, nice bathroom. The hotel felt safe and was a 10 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

I’m not one use reviews when booking a holiday. Everyone’s expectations and opinions are different but on this occasion I would have avoided this hotel based on some of the negatives. Firstly, if transfers are included in your package holiday I would consider spending the money on a taxi. It says an hour from the airport but by the time all the drop off have been done it was a 2 hour coach ride. On arrival the hotel look tired and could do with a few touch ups but nothing to cry about. Then reception… chaos. Unorganised, flustered. Lady gave us no information about the 2 restaurants that need booking in advance or could even tell us where our room is, we needed up asking a cleaner. The staff clearly struggle with pressure and can be quite rude. The manager rolled his eyes at me when I asked for a towel and spare pillow as you only have 1 very thin pillow on the bed. The kitchen staff work really hard and are very friendly and polite. I enjoyed the food. Always a lot of variety. The poolside again quite tried and needs touching up but the pools themselves are clean. The view is probably the hotels greatest asset. Breaktaking panorama of the beach. Overall if you can afford to spend a bit more and go to a different hotel, I would.

The stay was basically okay, but unfortunately almost everything was broken and dirty. The hangers in the bathroom were broken, the terrace door would not open, and the hallway was dirty. The plaster was damaged everywhere, tiles were broken, wood was rotten, toilets were malfunctioning, and handles were loose or broken. The food was fine, but glasses and cutlery were often still dirty. I understand that a hotel by the sea is exposed to harsh weather conditions, but this is really not acceptable. On the positive side, the staff were extremely friendly. However… this hotel is absolutely not worthy of four stars. For us, this was the last time. My advice: fully renovate or demolish.

Great location, but the food and drinks were poor. We chose this hotel mainly for the heated pool, but it was only slightly warmer than the unheated one and still too cold. I’ve stayed at another SBH hotel where the water was truly warm and my kids couldn’t get out of it. Here, they mostly played table tennis because the pool was freezing. I give one star only for the hard-working cleaning and restaurant staff. I’m disappointed and will probably not choose SBH hotels again.

Outstanding Stay at Barceló Tiran Sharm! I had a fantastic stay at Barceló Tiran Sharm and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel is beautiful, with stunning views, clean and comfortable rooms, and excellent facilities. The beach is amazing, the pools are well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the resort is relaxing and welcoming. What truly made the experience special, however, was the exceptional staff. A special thank you goes to Ahmed Hassan, the bartender at the main lobby bar during the night shift. His customer service is absolutely outstanding. Ahmed has a natural ability to instantly connect with guests, making everyone feel welcome and valued the moment they walk up to the bar. His friendly personality, professionalism, and attention to detail make the evenings at the lobby bar one of the highlight of the stay. Ahmed’s service is truly exemplary and reflects the high standard of hospitality at the hotel. Staff members like him make guests want to come back again. Overall, Barceló Tiran Sharm delivers a wonderful holiday experience with excellent service, great amenities, and a fantastic team. I will definitely be returning!

Fantastic holiday beautiful place, the staff cannot do enough for you. Zamir our waiter in the restaurant was outstanding his customer service, friendliness and general care is second to none, Basson the restaurant manger and the whole staff are great, plenty of choice and always greeted with a smile. Beach lads go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and Mahamed ( we named jumper man as he didn't take it off) was so attentive and bought our morning coffees as soon as he saw us . The hotel is very clear, staff all friendly and happy to help, we will definitely be back.

Our stay at Barceló Tiran Sharm was excellent and we would happily recommend this hotel. The rooms were spotless, cleaned daily, and maintained to a very high standard. The food selection was varied and offered something for everyone. We especially enjoyed the beach restaurant, both for its menu and the quality of service. The lobby bar staff remembered our preferences, which was a very nice touch. At the main hotel restaurant we were served by Ahmed R., who did an outstanding job, and at the bar by Mohammed – equally attentive and professional. The beach was well kept, with easy access to the sea and a visible coral reef. The pools were clean, although the main one was sometimes a bit cooler. There were plenty of sunbeds available at all times. The animation team created a great atmosphere – sports activities, dances and evening shows were well organized and very enjoyable. Special mention goes to Wiktoria and Kimo, who stood out for their energy, kindness and excellent connection with guests. Their care for an elderly member of our group truly made our stay even better. Hotel staff were consistently helpful – reception quickly assisted with a room change for an older guest, and the waiters were friendly and attentive. The shop assistant on site was also very kind and offered great recommendations. The atmosphere in the hotel was well balanced, suitable for families while still offering lively moments. Throughout our stay, we felt safe and well looked after. Leaving was difficult because of the wonderful people, the overall atmosphere and the unique character of the hotel, which made the entire experience truly special.

We’ve just had an amazing stay at Barceló Tiran Sharm, and honestly, it exceeded every expectation from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning - spotless rooms, beautiful grounds, great food, and a really relaxed, high-quality resort atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome, not just like guests, but like they were truly happy to have us there. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the overall service was faultless. A special, massive shout-out to Amr behind the bar absolute legend. Amr is a hero. Very, very, very good at what he does. Friendly, professional, fun, and unbelievably talented. His cocktails were fantastic every single time, and he always went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time. He’s the kind of staff member who genuinely makes your holiday memorable. Between the incredible service, the brilliant atmosphere, and standout staff like Amr, this hotel really sets the bar high. We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. We booked it blind with little research into the hotel or area. We were very pleased when we arrived it was excellent. The room was a good size, the only complaint would be lack of wardrobe space. The pool area and food was great as was the entertainment team. The evening entertainment was good, we enjoyed it and it was quite varied. The hotel itself is in quite a quiet area which was perfect for what we wanted. If you are looking for lively this probably isn’t the best choice for you. There isn’t much going on in the town other than the Bea h bar and one shop. All in all the hotel was excellent thanks for having us :)

On arrival, the hotel reception and staff were excellent—friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The maid service was also exceptional throughout our stay. However, the room was very small and felt a bit tired. Although we had booked a room for three people, it was clearly not designed to accommodate three beds. Once the extra bed was added, there was barely any space left, and we couldn’t access the balcony, which was disappointing given the amazing sea view. The restaurant was okay, with a decent variety that suited most tastes. Unfortunately, my daughter didn’t enjoy the very thick pancakes, and the menu didn’t change during our second week, which made meals feel repetitive. Overall, the staff and views were definite highlights, but the room size and dining variety left room for improvement.

Quite a bit of choice for breakfast and dinner but as others said the food isn't hot enough. The location is very quiet and peaceful with not a lot to do outside of the hotel. A couple of bars and two small supermarkets. Overall a great hotel.

Service at reception was very good and they were helpful with a few issues that we had. They do have gluten free beer and food you just have to ask and they will get it for you. Just make sure you ask a chef which foods you can eat and NOT the waiters. We didnt enjoy the entertainment at night as it was nearly all singers and some were not good. The area is very quiet but go for a walk and you can find some lovely coves to swim at. It is possible to catch a local bus to parts of the island you just have to plan well. Would I stay again if I was to return to Menorca yes I would.

Absolutely everything about this hotel was amazing. For us, this was a rest holiday so we mostly stayed inside the hotel, however took part in every excursion - which everyone single one was very cheap and so amazing! When I looked online it was very expensive. So wait to book until you come. The service and the atmosphere of this hotel is something you won’t get anywhere else for the price. The food was very good, some nights better than others but they changed it up very well. Pasta and pizza is your best option if you’re fussy, cooked freshly as well. However I do suggest as a fussy person to venture out! I liked a lot. I cannot even begin to describe how amazing the staff were, very much there to make you feel special and pleased.

Phenomenal hotel. Would give this 5 start based on the service of the staff alone. The cleanliness was fantastic. Some wee areas in need replaced but nothing out of the ordinary. The building itself is stunning and maintained to a high standard. Security is fantastic. Only thing is its quite a drive from the airport so may be a bit of a struggle for people with young kids. But all in all it is a fantastic resort.

We spent plenty of time enjoying the magnificent swimming pools, which serve as a crystal-clear oasis for relaxation. For those who enjoy staying active, the tennis courts were top-tier and provided a great way to enjoy the Mediterranean sun. Between the gorgeous surroundings and the incredible team, we left feeling refreshed and pampered. We are already planning our return and cannot recommend this gem highly enough.

We had a lovely 8-night family holiday over October half term — two families of four — and honestly loved it! The hotel was spotless, gardens beautifully kept, and staff (99% of them!) were so friendly and helpful. The food was great — always plenty of choice, from fresh omelettes and pancakes at breakfast to pizzas, burgers, and salads at the pool snack bar. The kids loved the ice cream and milkshakes, and the Turkish pancakes made fresh by the lady in the corner were amazing! Pools and slides were fantastic, with plenty of quiet spots too. The beach was a short, safe walk across a tiny road — clear water, soft sand, and a handy beach bar serving kebabs and jacket potatoes. Evening entertainment was mixed (some nights better than others), but overall we had so much fun. The pirate ship trip was a real highlight for the kids! Only downside was the amount of single-use plastic cups — hope the hotel swaps to reusable ones soon. Overall, a brilliant, relaxing holiday with great food, lovely staff, and beautiful weather. We’d definitely go back! 🌞🐚

Wonderful stay for a family of 6! Great variety of pools for kids and adults! Food was amazing, there was something new everyday and the freshly live cooking for dinner was amazing. The different variety of food bars through the day especially the grilled kitchen was delicious! The kids loved having chocolate strawbeetwsffles on tap. Staff were very friendly and the hammam was a 10/10! The sweet lady that did our massages was adorable so kind calm and quite ensured we was relaxed throughout! It was out first time in Turkey and it did not disappoint highly recommend!

Since it was the end of the season, the staff seemed a bit less motivated, and the building could use some renovation in the near future. Our favorite spot was the Beach Bar – Cebrail, Emre, and Murat did an excellent job and made our stay even better.

This is rated as a 5 star resort but unfortunately I’d like to disagree. The best thing about this resort is the views it comes with the famous mountains of Antalya. The actual resort itself is quite small. We went on this holiday for my husband’s 30th and we stayed here for a week. Our room was situated in the main building on the 4th floor. In my opinion compared to other rooms in resorts we have booked this room was actually quite small. The hotel furnishings itself seem quite dated. My main issue with this resort was the situation with the food. The food timings were very limited in my opinion in the main food hall as well as the food choices. They were very repetitive and although they catered for a children’s bar it was the same food everyday. Sauces and chips and rice pudding for breakfast but for lunch and dinner the availability is boiled chicken and plain spaghetti. The salad options were vast and a nice variety however the actual food is limited. This may be due to the fact they had a handful of food stalls outside with very simplistic menu that provided food outside of the main hall hours. Overall the food just let down the resort massively in my opinion. The service of some staff was hit and miss. A lot of the staff were standoffish and pushing past you in a rush a lot of the time, however the lady we had for cleaning our room was extremely lovely. Upon arrival we weren’t provided any information about the resort or timings or anything which wasn’t great, overall I feel like the service could have been better. I feel that the resort is advertised as luxury but I wouldn’t rate this as a luxury stay. It’s suitable for families but it’s quite basic and dated. My daughter visited the kids club on site which they had but the activities were extremely limited the actual kids club was quite unclean. The staff were nice. They also had a park on site for young kids. They had a range of different pools indoor and outdoor, they also accommodated to children pools which I thought was quite good. The views of the mountains are absolutely breathtaking and probably my favourite thing about staying in this location.

We came for a week in the beginning of November which was just before they shut for the season so quite quiet which I personally didn’t mind. Staff for the most part are so lovely and very friendly. Rooms are very nice with a mini fridge that’s always stocked. Restaurant is okay, can’t complain- lots of cheeses and breads with relatively the same foods every night but I’ll eat anything so I didn’t mind it. The food court has amazing food with a very sweet lady named Elieef who is always so happy bless her. Only thing I would say is a lady got spiked by someone- I’m guessing another guest, and staff refused to help her and instead, got annoyed that she couldn’t be taken up to her room due to her state. I found this lack of compassion quite cruel. Overall, apart from the incident with the spiking, a decent winter get away with okay food, great drinks, lots of sweet cats dying for your food and cuddles and a mostly amazing team of staff. 7/10

My experience at this hotel raises serious concerns regarding minimum operating and safety standards. The building is in an advanced state of deterioration. There are areas where plaster is coming off, the finishes are visibly damaged, and the overall impression is that of a property that has not been properly maintained for years. The level of wear and neglect goes far beyond the idea of a “modest hotel” and enters the realm of failing to provide basic, decent accommodation conditions. In the room, the furniture was old and damaged, and cleanliness was severely lacking. The presence of cockroaches and ants is not merely unpleasant — it is unacceptable. The bathroom countertop was swollen from moisture and showed clear signs of mold. The doors appeared improvised and patched with panel pieces, which raises further concerns about safety and proper maintenance. Another problematic aspect is the pricing policy. Absolutely basic amenities are charged extra — including the TV remote control and the use of the safe. Practically every service is monetized separately, without the overall standard of the hotel justifying these additional costs. During the night, the room temperature was very low, making it impossible to rest properly. Ensuring a minimum level of thermal comfort should be a standard, not a luxury. Breakfast was below acceptable standards: limited options, poor organization, overcrowding, and a generally questionable level of hygiene. The dining area reflected the same lack of concern for quality. This is not about unrealistic expectations or excessive demands. It is about minimum standards of hygiene, safety, and decency. I believe this property should be seriously evaluated by the relevant authorities and by the platforms that promote it. I strongly advise caution to anyone considering a reservation here.

We were a group of 14 people, we arrived in 4 cars infront of the hotel, super tired after a long trip. In front of the hotel there are places where you can park and places where you cannot park marked with a yellow line or a "no parking" sign, then there are places where parking is not prohibited, the white lines are only lightly sprayed black, but still visible. Visible marking of parking spaces on the road and no other mandatory marking that would not allow us to park means that we can park there. The result was that our cars were towed away and we all received fines and towing fees totaling 1000 EUR. (4x200 EUR + 2x 95 EUR towing). When we went to ask at the reception where our cars were, they calmly said that it is common here that they are towed away. A simple solution would be to stick a sign or inscription on the walls of the hotel's front garden, where it would be absolutely clear at first glance that parking is not allowed there. This of course spoiled the first impression of the hotel for all of us and, frankly, the beginning of our holiday. Considering the dirty, poorly maintained rooms (the bathroom lamps are covered in some kind of brown slime) and the cockroaches and other bugs that are everywhere in the rooms, this hotel cannot be given more than one star. They never skimp on cleanliness! People who pay for cheaper hotels expect a clean place to sleep and bathroom, nothing extra is expected. The only thing that deserves a better rating in my opinion is the service behind the bar, the pre-mixed drinks are terribly sweet, but you can always order simple drinks like a cuba libre, but you get them in a plastic cup :D. Even in all inclusive, all activities are extra paid - billiards, tennis, etc. I have to recommend avoiding this hotel. The parking is not marked with a yellow line as you specify in the response! It is just about 3 metres next to the parking spots. And ofcourse you can do something about it, mark it with signs on the wall infront of your hotels front garden.. its very easy and cheap measure that will help your customers from ruining their holiday

Firstly , let me start with the rooms.. the doors would not open we had to use force to get them to even budge , the door handles were broken making it such a difficult task getting out of the room each day. Several plugs were broken and not working / charging anything which was such a disappointment. Lights in the room were also all broken , main light wasn't working so we had to use the smaller ones which yet again was unnecessary and inconvenient. Nights were very cold with little bedding so we had to really wrap up in Several layers of clothing. Secondly, the kitchen and food was very limited the food was repeated and not very fresh... to the point where I discovered mould in my turkey. Thank goodness I saw the mould before I ate the turkey. This is simply unacceptable ! Food standard and safety should be a bare minimum and not a luxury. The service with some of the waiting staff was very uninviting and cold, we would sit at tables and then they would come and tell us to get up and find a new seat and with each seat we found we would be moved again. I thought this was a joke especially after a long day we were tired and wanted to sit and enjoy our food. As waiting staff it would have been easier if they just allocated us seats instead of us having to play games. Overall , I would not recommend this for long stays and for any families with allergies, small children ect. But the view was lovely and walkable distances to town, bus stops and beaches.

Rooms were beautiful. Service was very nice, but at the restaurant if it wasn’t breakfast you were (at least me) treated like a pest. The location is amazing. Definitely not an area do single people. More for couples and retirees. Had to drive 30 minutes south to find singles. The views were breathtaking. The shower gave you enough pressure but wouldn’t stay warm long enough to get cleaned off. First of all, I understand that price often reflects overall quality, so my expectations weren’t very high… But unfortunately, the stay still left a lot to be desired. Although the kitchens were well-equipped, there were no cleaning products, sponges, or cloths available to wash them, and all the glasses had a slight smell. We also found a cockroach in the bathroom, which was very unpleasant. One thing I really don’t understand: we were traveling as a group of 8. Six of us booked all-inclusive, and two were planning to upgrade on arrival. Because one of the six all-inclusive guests couldn’t make it, we kindly asked to simply update the name (the payment had already been made for the person who couldn’t come), so only one person would need to upgrade. The hotel wouldn’t lose anything, so it seemed like a win-win. But the lady at the reception refused, saying she didn’t trust us and believed the absent guest might still arrive. This was frustrating, especially as all payments had already been made upfront. It was also very cold at night, and a heater would have been useful. Electrical plugs were coming out of the walls, which is a serious safety concern. On the positive side, the location is good, and the rooms have nice, big balconies. The food was very average. Overall, I would say it’s acceptable for a short stay, but there’s no chance for returning.

The rooms are very big and comfy, with a very good view of sea and pools. Also there is a lot of shops on the hotel territory, with very good prices and quality. The hotel are so clean and big, and the lifts are so fast. Also the hotel is well decorated and have a lot of plants. I will definitely come here again!!!

⭐ Review of Vikingen Infinity Resort – A disappointing experience We have travelled to Turkey many times and have generally been very satisfied, but unfortunately, this trip did not live up to our expectations. The room We were four people but were placed in a very small room, barely suitable for three. It was not prepared for four guests – only two glasses, two cups, and two towels. After complaining at reception, we were given a folding bed, but the space remained very cramped, and our suitcases had to stay on the floor. The sea view was beautiful, but looking to the sides revealed a dump site and a busy road, making it impossible to enjoy the balcony – which only had two chairs emphasizing that this room was NOT meant for 3 yet alone 4 people. Cleanliness and noise Cleaning was far below standard. On arrival, there was an unused tampon on the floor – and even after I mentioned it, it remained there on day ten. We could hear loud banging noises from the elevator all night, and the cleaning staff were noisy early in the morning. There were no “Do Not Disturb” signs, and staff would knock and enter the room even when we clearly said no. One particularly uncomfortable incident was when a cleaner leaned her head onto our balcony from the neighbouring room while our daughter was sitting there early in the morning – completely unacceptable. Surroundings and service The hotel grounds appear attractive at first, but the traffic noise is constant even by the pools. The overall service level was low, and trash, cups, and used diapers were scattered around the pool area. There were too few bins, and the staff seemed indifferent. Bartenders were slow and unfriendly, while a few Indonesian employees were very kind and helpful – sadly, we witnessed them being treated poorly by their Turkish colleagues, which was uncomfortable to watch. Food and experiences The food selection was large but bland and tasteless, and we ended up eating out several times. In the hotel shop, we had a very unpleasant experience. A woman with short red hair shouted at our children (8 and 11 years old) simply because they asked about prices – which were not displayed anywhere. When I approached her to ask about the situation, she shouted at me as well. It was extremely unprofessional, and we chose to shop elsewhere. Entertainment Our children enjoyed the mini disco, but the rest of the shows were repetitive, with the same dances performed in different costumes. Overall Impression The only positives were the nice sea view, the many pools, and the time we enjoyed as a family. Otherwise, the hotel was a major disappointment. We cannot recommend Vikingen Infinity Resort, and we will never return. It does not deserve its five-star rating, I would rate it 2 at highest.

This is the most terrible hotel!!! When we checked into the room, there were blankets and shower gel. The carpet is dirty, all stained old. The food is disgusting, I took grilled fish, it was rotten, the smell was terrible! Every day the same children ate only fast food of other food there were no cakes just plastic tasteless no taste! There are no fruits, no watermelons, no melons, no strawberries, nothing at all, only apples, oranges, tangerines and bananas. In the main restaurant there were no plates and forks all the time, you had to wait when they brought plates, they were constantly dirty and greasy, you had to go through a bunch of dishes to find a plate and a clean fork. in bars it stinks of cheap alcohol like ,The smell of "dirty" alcohol - the racks are always sticky and dirty. On the beach, in the bar where the corner is the chicken - Mice are running and there were mice on the roof too, it's just horrible. There were always no cutlery in the beach restaurant and the dishes were all dirty and greasy. People just stood waiting for a fork and ate with their hands. A large number of Russian people are impolite who have never seen food and alcohol. Everyone is pushing to shout and swear. In restaurants they just raid on food and push everyone, even children!!! Coffee machines are not working all the time!! The sauna in a very deplorable condition worked only 2 out of 3 and constantly turned off from one to another!! The hotel staff is rude and rude, they don't understand English!!! They want everyone to speak Russian!!! Women in this hotel are not safe to be insulted and the security does not care !!! The entertainment is just terrible, the children's disco is the same thing. The show is not interesting at all! It's impossible to sleep early in the morning, the cleaning lady constantly shouts and they enter the room !!! This hotel is not 5 stars, this hotel should be given -0 stars!! This is the worst ruined vacation!! I don't recommend it to anyone!!! Smoking everywhere like Biggest Smoking area not possible open windows balcony because it’s Smoking smell!!! Horrible!!!!

Avoid, zero stars. This was the worst holiday we have ever been on and to give context we have travelled abroad 4 times in the last 12 months as well as UK holidays. Since arriving home I have made a formal complaint to easyJet and they have offered a partial refund due to the multiple issues we had My family have just returned from this holiday which was absolutely terrible, I feel this hotel has been missold. The hotel is not even close to a 5 star and is more importantly a health and safety hazard. The hotel description does not explain that this hotel is directly next to the motorway and you have to cross the motorway bridge to access the beach. I would never have booked a hotel next to a motorway due to the noise which was continuous. The description should also explain that the noise from the disco goes on until 2am and can be heard throughout the hotel. This is not relaxing or enjoyable at such a loud volume and would only suit an 18 to 30s holiday. We did not sleep the entire 7nights as there was then a call for prayer being sung at sun rise every morning. There was a phone in the hallway outside our room which then rang every morning at around 7am. The room we stayed in was terrible with numerous faults, the most concerning was a leak in the roof which kept us awake with constant dripping down the wall, which then hit the skirting board before dripping onto the carpet. This was reported to reception immediately and they advised someone would come to look straight away and we would be moved rooms if they couldn't fix it. This did not happen, nobody ever arrived to even look at this. The following day the electrics in the hotel kept cutting out and to make matters worse the fire alarms were hanging off the wall so had there been an issue due to the leak it could have cost lives. The shower only gave warm water for approximately 2minutes before turning cold. Blankets were not provided in the room and we had to ask for these as the first night I couldn't sleep due to being cold with only a small sheet provided. The drinks selection is poor, you can ask for the same drink all night but it will beade differently every time depending on what alcohol they have left. If you are Turkish then it is fine to push to the front of the queue and be served immediately, probably why all of the Turkish reviews are 5 star. If you want a nice family holiday this is not the place.

We booked a family holiday here and were completely disappointed. The rooms, hallways, and kitchen were all filthy. The staff were rude, and the food was terrible, with very poor cleanliness throughout. Each evening, there was a huge queue for the all-inclusive bar. There is genuinely nothing positive to say about this place. Save your money and avoid the disappointment – go elsewhere. After we left the next few days apparently the kitchen was under lock and key and customers where been made to walk up the road to other hotels owned by sbh and use there services all week.

But negative points so many thins to talk about them. First of all we had to wait more than 2 hours of check in time to get our room. Reception staff had no idea when rooms will be available. And it was not just us there were 5-7 families were waiting same as us. We were 3 people but there were 2 pillows we had to wait more than 4 hours for another pillow. Room services you should go to reception and asked not just once at least 3-4 times so you could have empty bins at least. For pool you must go 6 am to reserve otherwise no chance to have space to use pool. This hotel is not clean and it s too old, uncomfortable beds, dirty toilets which were close to the pool, no bins with lid in women toilets so dirty pads everywhere in toilets,corridors’s carpet too old and dirty. Most of the walls were mouldy even in the restaurant. Drinks were okay, Foods were too much but quality was too bad. First half an hour of each eating time was okay but after that still too much food but in conditions that you wouldn’t feel good to eat. Most of the food like: chicken, meat even had not been cooked properly.

Where do I begin….we stayed at this hotel for 8 days and they continuously disappointed us. To start, we checked into our room and it absolutely STUNK of sewage and death. No matter what we did, the smell did not go away. We told the front desk about the terrible smells and they didn’t do anything to accommodate or help. So unfortunately we were stuck with a disgustingly smelly room for our whole stay. Next the buffet food - absolute worst we’ve ever experienced. All the same stuff everyday, no flavor, very random combinations that don’t cater to everyone, cold, undercooked, overcooked, dirty plates and glasses. Let alone the cooks didn’t even know what they cooked when we asked them (since barely anything was labeled) The drinks - didn’t expect the best since it’s an all inclusive but most cocktails were just juice and sugar, barely any alcohol or good taste. The wine tasted like vinegar or apple juice, barely even wine. The beer was the best thing. Activities - there was a lack of things to do. Though we weren’t expecting anything crazy, they don’t cater to adults in anyway. Aside from the water aerobics in the morning, they barely play music by the pool. They spring “darts in 5 minutes” upon you but it all just seems lazy, outdated, and boring. The entertainers are good with the kids for the day and mini disco, but the adults entertainment at night is very tacky, effortless, and disappointing. Cleanliness- our floor had crumbs and pretzels from the person staying before, the sheets and pillow cases had stains, the bathroom absolutely stunk of sewage, the shower was old and moldy, & the balcony looked very outdated with cracks in the paint/ceiling. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay. The staff wasn’t very helpful. We had to chase down maids. The whole resort itself needs a big update and more up keep.

A very average stay. The hotel is by no means a 4 star as described - maybe 10 years ago but due a refresh. Hallways are dirty and carpet worn, very tired overall look to the hotel. Rooms are a good size, very basic but with decent amenities. However, the aircon lets off an unpleasant smell. Staff are polite and seem to be doing the best they can with the tools they are given. The entertainment team work very hard and are are all very friendly and energetic! They really do make the holiday - especially for the children. Lots going on; darts, water polo, dances by the pool, aqua aerobics, entertainment in the night. Food is average, bring kind - the freshly cooked meats were nice but after a week, repetitive. I am an adventurous eater but stayed away from anything sat out as often Luke-warm and sat for a long period. Pool area is okay, lovely size pool and right by the beach. Bar staff work very hard at the pool bar and are friendly. However, lots of loose tiles and pool area becomes mucky without cleaning all day. Lifeguard was extremely rude and seemed more of a ‘reinforcer’ than a lifeguard, did not have eyes on the pool for safety at all times but often gave adults ‘rows’ for doing very minor things (playing ball, using a pool float deemed ‘too big’ for the pool etc) I would certainly not go back to the hotel but great location and overall a pleasant holiday.

We checked in late and there was a queue so we had to wait a while so we were exhausted when we got to our room. Room was very basic but it was clean and a place to sleep. We had a sea view so I was happy about that. Food was good. Pools clean . The beach nearby was stunning. The staff worked their socks off they were amazing! Just one young receptionist that had attitude with me but I didn’t let it ruin my holiday. All on all we had a lovely time.

Loved every second of my stay at Club Cala Romani, from the moment I arrived it felt smooth and welcoming. Upon check-in, I was so impressed at how quick and easy it was, it honestly felt like I never had to wait at all. Knowing how check-ins can drag sometimes, it was refreshing to be settled in so fast. Everything about my room was amazing, spotless, and even came with a lovely special treat waiting for me. Let me say, Naim was fantastic, friendly, helpful, and one of the most down-to-earth people I’ve met. On reception, Anna and Joanna were both incredibly kind and guided me whenever I needed help exploring the area. Very grateful for their warmth and patience, they truly made my stay even better. Even though the food was a bit basic, that didn’t bother me because I wasn’t really there for the food. Sometimes I would just grab a pizza or burger and eat in the room, occasionally some Bulgarian treats. Plus, there’s a beautiful beach just down the green path, peaceful, scenic, and absolutely worth the walk. Every moment there felt calm and special, the perfect place to unwind. The whole atmosphere of Club Cala Romani was welcoming and full of good energy. You can tell the team genuinely care about making guests feel happy. All in all, an unforgettable stay that I’d recommend to anyone — can’t wait to come back! ❤️

A lot of harsh reviews on here, rooms are clean and cleaned daily by friendly staff, reception staff are friendly and very helpful. Tv remote and WiFi not included is interesting but not the end of the world, who needs it when on holiday anyway? All inclusive drinks are included using a cup system, maximum of 2 per person at a time but you can have all you want so is no big deal. Really nice area and the pool is great. If you want a quiet place with no children or drunken brits then definitely not the place for you. Would come again 👍

where do i even begin, me giving this hotel 1 star is VERY generous. to start off we payed for an all inclusive hotel. wifi for 7 nights cost us €60, a key to the safe was €20 AND on top of that a tv remote was another €20. the rooms were cleaned to a minimal standard just by making the beds. floor was dirty never cleaned, and the first night we got here there was bugs on the bed and in the bathroom. air-con was temperamental and barely worked. the bar staff were incredibly rude, rushing and shouting at people to hurry up and move along and did not care one bit. hotel staff were ignorant and didn’t care to let us wait for a couple of hours for our coach pickup at 6 when checkout was at 10. as you walk into the restaurant you are first of all greeted with a putrid smell. As you walk around for food there is very limited options and each night is extremely repetitive including mushy pasta, fish and the basic salads. We decided to eat out nearly every night which was disappointing to say as we payed quite a chunk for an all inclusive (if you can call it that) and we only really had our drinks from this place. i will say the food was edible just not pleasant. as previously mentioned the rooms were extremely dirty. not only did we find bugs in there, the floors were not swept the entire time we were there which is unpleasant after a trip to the beach but also unpleasant in general as it shows the lack of hygiene. i understand it is only a 3 star hotel but hygiene is vital. we as guests would do our best to help keep the room tidy but we don’t have the full cleaning facilities to ensure our room is a respectable standard and clearly neither do the cleaning staff as we’d find hair and dust on the floor. finally icecream wasn’t included you had to pay extra for it

Fair place for a family holiday, pool activities for kids all day for different age groups, if you're looking for quiet or relaxing it's not for you. Food was good but breakfast was different each day, not a massive selection of alcoholic drinks, but plenty soft drinks for the kids. The staff can either be really nice or really disrespectful depending. The location is pretty good to walk out the hotel to local shops bars and resteraunts and the beach. Lots of hotels around it.

We really enjoyed our stay here,some of the poor reviews on here must be fake. I'll give you a really honest review here so listen up! The hotel itself is clearly older than the likes of H10 Rubicon which is just down the promenade so obviously is more tired than those places. But, it is a 3 star hotel that, based on its position looking out towards Lobos and Fuerteventura is real value for money, if you take a Seaview room you are literally the width of the promenade from the ocean. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the restaurant food choices are vast, the amount plentiful and the quality is impeccable. Some other reviews state that the food is fine if you're French?? Rubbish. I had Paella for lunch most days, Canadian Rabbit Stew one day and there was literally canarian potatoes mojo rojo and Verde out every single day. Along side all of this local cuisine there was also alot of salad, pasta, chicken, meat, fish. If anything, rather than French there is a lot of German things like schnitzel and Pork etc. The pool is clean and spacious, the pool bar has things like pizza, chips and burgers at lunch time. We had a lot of lager and cocktails up there daily and I'd argue with the people that say it's watered down. Staff were helpful and cheery. We certainly will not hesitate to book here again. It's a lovely hotel in our favourite area of Lanzarote. If you want to be directly in Playa Blanca it's not for you. But we prefer to be out of the hustle and bustle and live the walk down to the centre.

First off a disclaimer, storm Emilia made a visit while I was there and it rained 6 of the 7 days 🫤 And if you're expecting 4 or 5 star service, you're going to be disappointed. Think of it as a budget holiday, its not going to wow you, but its nice for a week away on a budget My room 1111, was large and had a great view of the Atlantic and the islands. The bed was awful and I ended up sleeping on the couch after the first night There was no plug for the bath Door handles were hanging off the doors You had to pay for AC remote, luckily it was cold lol But the worse part of the room was that instead of AC, they have ceiling fans and if any of the rooms around you have them on, the noise is annoying as hell and just drones on and on. Food was good, never struggled to get anything to eat and some of it was rather nice. As it rained for most of the holiday the entertainment was a bit limited, but the young lady did a good job of trying, I was trying to see her name tag, but failed at every attempt. If the hotel sees this, please pass on my thanks, she always took the time to chat and see if I wanted to join in, which is quite rare these days. And if you reply, let me know her name :) The staff are all very good and a credit to the hotel, never saw a grumpy person, they all had a smile and were happy to help. Location is out of the way, youll be walking 30mins to nowhere, but thats also nice in itself I struggled on how to review this hotel, is it basic but also very good at being basic. But you really need to either get a handyman in or get your maintenance team working. Dont expect much when you go and you wont be disappointed, this isnt a luxury hotel but its a good hotel.

We stayed at this hotel September 2024 for a week. Hotel is in lovely, quiet location out of main resort part. Lovely, clean rooms. Housekeepers visited daily. We got a room with balcony and sea view which was great. Food - huge selection for breakfasts, lunches and dinners as well as puddings. Drinks were good too and good choice. Can’t say anything bad about the hotel. Also lovely staff, from housekeeper, to reception, bar and restaurant staff.

Quick, easy, friendly check in. Excellent choice in main restaurant. Meat, fish or pasta at every meal, with the usual sundries. Good salad choice. Plenty of coffee machines & self serve soft drinks, wine & beer. Snack bar (at pool) also has a good choice, pizza, toasties, salad, deserts, ice creams. Bar service at pool is quick & in good size (330ml) beakers. Pool bar is also the evening entertainment room & there was plenty of seats/ tables, with extra outside. Evening entertainment is typical all inclusive and is reasonable. Daytime entertainment is not my thing, but i was still asked if i would like to join in by friendly staff. Location has not much around. It is 45 minutes walk along a nice coastal path to the marina, but, this hotel delivered everything i needed.

Great family holiday, thanks to the amazing entertainment team! We stayed at Evita Resort in Rhodes as a family of four (me, my husband, our 4-year-old son, and my mother-in-law). Overall, we had a lovely time! The room was alright — nothing fancy but comfortable enough. We did have a few ants in the bathroom at first, but once we mentioned it to reception, they sent someone to clean it right away, and it was sorted. The food in the main restaurant was okay – not a huge variety, but what they had was tasty. The real star, though, was the snack bar – 10 out of 10! The gyros, pizza, chicken, and fries were amazing. Honestly, some days we skipped lunch because the snack bar food was even better than the main buffet. The main pool was always clean, and the water park was great fun for both adults and kids. Now, the entertainment team – they absolutely made our holiday! On the first day, we thought the entertainment wasn’t that great (we later found out Leo was off that day), but once he was back, everything changed. Leo is such a fun, positive, and energetic guy – he brings the vibe every day and night. Our 4-year-old loved the mini-disco, and even when he was the only child there, Leo and Billy still did the full show just for him, which meant so much to us. Billy also ran a great aqua gym, but Leo was honestly the highlight of our holiday. We really enjoyed the evening entertainment too — the music quiz, video quiz, and karaoke nights were brilliant. Sam was funny as well, especially during water polo. But out of everyone, Leo stood out – he’s the best! The bar staff were mostly friendly. Slava was lovely and always had a smile. However, the young Albanian barman could use a bit more maturity and tact — when he heard I was 27, he said, “Oh God, you’re 10 years older than me,” which wasn’t exactly a nice thing to say to a lady! He’s only 17 though, so hopefully with time he’ll learn how to be more respectful. All in all, we had a really enjoyable stay and made some lovely memories — mainly thanks to the wonderful entertainment team, especially Leo!

As a group of 6 that turned up at 8pm on a Saturday night we were told our rooms wasn't ready due to fumes!!! no apology so we was shipped out to different hotels not the best start. Arrived back Sunday morning where reception apologised for the misunderstanding of double booking which they could have just said that Saturday night instead of lying. 3 days in we were in room 516 and the shower door came clean off the rails and smashed everywhere luckily we wasn't hurt just a few grazes husband went to reception who sent him back with an accident form and 2 plasters followed by maintenance men and 2 housekeepers. No shower door for the rest of our stay no apology no check on our welfare nothing from them when I chased this up the next 2 days was just given towels for the floor. I feel the accident form was just for show and lying in a shredder somewhere. Entertainment and bar staff really good and to be honest the best thing about this hotel, housekeeping good and its a clean hotel. Food aways cold in the resturant no matter if you're in early or late not much choice either but could be because we were approaching the end of season, however Snack bar was really good gyros and pizza were lovely. Pool good and always managed to get sunbeds. You get what you pay for I suppose and was realy nice to see the peacocks wandering about too. Wouldn't class this as a 4 star hotel more a 3.

The staff hated being there, always looking bored and angry. One cleaning lady was kind though, so off course age got all our tips. The buffet had lower quality than a School cafeteria, though the pizza and gyro in the streetfood section was pretty delicious. The pool was dirty and the rooms were simple, damaged and stained. Would not recomend as an all inlcusive destination.

There was an issue with the air conditioning however they resolved this and in the showers there was nowhere to put products like a shelf which really annoys me as it’s a very basic thing , also the shower head holder did that droopy thing or was tilting right up at the ceiling so you have to get the pressure right to stop this , the staff were very friendly and the room cleaning was superb and a nice touch replenished water in the fridge daily. Although the distance from town was a mile there was a taxi point and we used the electric scooters (hopp) that you download the app and go , the food was adequate not superb but I have had a lot worse , overall I would come back 👍

We booked our trip in May through TUI. Unfortunately, the problems started right after check-in. The room we received was completely different from what we booked – instead of a double room, we got a “family” room with three beds and an unpleasant bathroom. After contacting reception and our travel agency, we were told to come back in the morning to change the room. When we did, the receptionist (dark hair, glasses) was extremely rude, asking what our problem was since we got an “upgrade.” The problem is that we did not book a family room – we booked a double room! Eventually, with great reluctance, they gave us the correct room. Saying “there are no other rooms” after a booking made months in advance is the peak of unprofessionalism. The second and even worse issue – our Dior Sauvage 100 ml perfume disappeared from the room. I have a photo showing the perfume on the desk on Sunday, and it disappeared after housekeeping on Monday and Tuesday while we were on trips and at the beach. We searched the room countless times – nothing. If the perfume had been broken, the smell would have been obvious. We reported this to the reception and to our travel agency immediately. Our agency called the hotel daily, but the only answer we got was “the manager has not replied yet.” The manager never showed up to speak with us and there was no confrontation with the cleaning staff. After constant pressure, we received a ridiculous 50 euros compensation, which is an insult compared to the value of the loss. This is completely unacceptable and disrespectful towards guests. To the person who stole our perfume – you are a disgrace. Stealing from hotel guests is one of the lowest and most shameful things a person can do. We hope karma catches up with you very soon, because you don’t deserve to be working around other people’s belongings. Hotel management is absolutely incompetent! A manager should be present in the hotel and handle such serious issues immediately, not hide away. This hotel deserves 0 stars. The only positive: the restaurant staff and the animators. The restaurant service was always smiling, very attentive, and kept everything clean inside and outside. Pool bar – tasty drinks and friendly service. Animators – amazing, full of energy. Snack bar – delicious pizza and pita. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. We will never come back and we do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Despite the small issue at the beginning, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely come back again.

The only thing I would complain is that I requested a manicure and the original price was supposed to be 10€, but then they ended up charging me 25€, saying that my service was different. I just recommend they are clearer when explaining the services.

This must be the 15 year we have stayed at This hotel it has changed a lot over the years. The restaurant of an evening is delightful with fantastic scenery and a really good menu. We have been to lots and lots of restaurants in Malta and they don’t live up to this one. They really don’t. The breakfast is Okay, but it’s like any buffet breakfast it will never be 100% like when it’s cooked fresh but we sometimes skip it and go out for breakfast as it’s only cheap. The great thing with the hotel is its location it’s quiet away from the town where even when we have stayed at the Hilton, we have heard a constant banging of music throughout the night. You don’t get that here. It is completely quiet and to get up in the morning and literally walk into the sea just by jumping off a little wall is fantastic. Lots of hotels do not have this facility and it is one of the main reasons we stay here because I love swimming in the sea. It takes all the impurities out of you the stuff are trained to be nice. I don’t know how anyone can say that they’re not because they always are so so if I have helped anyone then good because you won’t regret your stay unless you are a real critic just out to slag things off get a grip and enjoy yourself.

Fabulous position overlooking St Julian's bay and the marina and from the outside, the hotel looks very classy. Inside however is a different story. The hotel is let down by the dull and basic furnishings, the ongoing issues with the lifts (only one decent one working) and one in a state of disrepair. It was very slow and I'd have hated to be using them in high season. The staff lacked basic communication skills and looked miserable, although the lady who cleaned our room and spoke no English had a lovely smile. The bathroom was very small for a superior room, with a walk in shower which was very temperamental in getting the temperature right. Views were amazing and about the best part. We didnt use the pools, as outdoor was too cold (December) and indoor was very underwhelming. Breakfast was plentiful, with a good selection of hot/cold but the plastic chairs again gave a very basic feel to the dining area. The patio doors in all the areas of the hotel were very stiff and difficult to move. The air con in the room did not work. Room safe required swiping of a card and the condiments in the room were very sparce. Overall, its rated as 4 star for the facilities but did not have the feel of a 4 star, more 3. Disappointing but did the job for a 2 night stay. Don't think I'd return.

We spent a few days here and, unfortunately, it was a pretty disappointing experience overall. I’m generally not fussy and will eat most things, but I actually ended up being unwell towards the end of the stay. Hygiene standards appeared questionable — we saw food being handled without gloves on multiple occasions. The displayed food hygiene certificate was dated 2019, which didn’t inspire much confidence. The staff were mostly fine, but there was only one bar open, which meant long queues most of the time. Our room also had no hot water for a period, which was frustrating. The grounds and facilities felt tired and worn, and the fact that smoking is allowed inside the building makes the place feel quite dated. The gym and indoor pool are ruined and the whole place seems worn out. If you’re looking for a very cheap holiday and aren’t too concerned about standards, it might suit you. I’m fairly low-maintenance and not particularly hard to please, but even so, I found this hotel to be quite rough overall. I would say the entertainment for kids was good but you need to go in with low expectations. It’s definitely not a 4 star hotel. I would give it a 2 star at best. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Lellabaya Hotel and Resort is a beautiful place to stay. The staff are attentive and courteous, and the food is plentiful and varied, catering to a wide range of tastes. However, the experience is let down by the constant, heavy selling from the gift shop and excursion vendors. They can be extremely persistent, to the point where you feel pressured into being blunt, only to be told you’re being rude. “No” doesn’t seem to be accepted as an answer, and prices feel inflated — for example, £10 for a fridge magnet. Some sellers also try to take advantage of Tunisia’s closed currency by confusing visitors with the exchange rate (e.g., 100 TND = £29.99). It’s a lovely resort, but the pushy sales tactics definitely impact the overall enjoyment. Also, bear in mind that all inclusive does not include all alcoholic drinks.

The location is the only thing that is a plus for this place… The catering is appalling my dogs eat better and the staff do not have manners or respect. Animation team were great but the staff cleaners and so forth act as if they are here under duress! The only tip for them well deserved was to tell them to buzz off like the infestation of flies on the resort. Please do not underestimate the bad reviews online please take note of them and do not waste your money on this place from my heart. Oh yeh they stated Wi-Fi on advertisement but forgot to mention that WiFi only works in the lobby so here I am in the lobby using their WiFi

The place needs a refurb but it’s clean. They don’t switch on the heating in November and it’s freezing in the night in the room. If you are travelling from EU, the WiFi doesn’t reach the rooms so you need a local eSIM. The waiters are too relaxed and don’t go out of their way. Worst holiday I’ve ever been on. They did not like English! Ignore you when you’re trying to be served. The food is disgusting no air conditioning no Internet unless you’re at reception desk. Down by the pool is very loud music in the evenings. It feels like someone’s actually in your room, singing karaoke to you till 11pm. Drinks are very limited And I’m drinkable really. We moved hotels halfway through because this really was unbearable!! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody!

I think a lot of the reviews are unfair. This place is not expensive and you get what you pay for. The rooms need upgrading yes, but everywhere is very clean, the food is good and varied every day, always pasta, potatoes, salad etc if you are a fussy eater. The staff have all been fantastic except the guy who showed us our rooms. Reception is good, quick to check in, helpful, provide a really good packed lunch if you need one. The staff do not insist on tips but are grateful if you do tip. Local alcohol is not amazing, but the price of the holiday is low so I do not think you can complain, and you can pay extra for branded if you like. There are bars you have to pay extra to get into, but most you don't. Be careful booking tours within the hotel, we had a mixed experience, one (orange bay) was wonderful, the other (the pyramids) was the worst trip ever. My advice would be, if you want to see the pyramids, either fly or take a private tour. I think if you want a good hotel that is clean and has a nice pool area, you cannot go wrong here. If you expect a kings holiday, for a cheap price, expect to be disappointed. We certainly were not.

We had 2 rooms and they are really good, clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff are polite, friendly, and helpful. I cannot fault the place. It was such a great experience at this hotel. We stayed 10 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A special mention to Teddy Bear, he was one of the entertainment staff who was always around, so friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the Royal Lagoons Resort in Hurghada from 12–26 December, 2025, and had a wonderful all-inclusive experience. The hotel was excellent in every way: comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good food, and a relaxed atmosphere. Excellent value for money. The Christmas Gala dinner and show were especially impressive and well organized. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable, and the hotel played a big role in making our holiday in Egypt a success. Highly recommended for a pleasant and memorable stay in Hurghada. We booked excursions in the hotel after meeting with Hossam Yousif from Sun International and everything was handled professionally and with genuine care. Spacious with very well tendered gardens, beautifully kept. Room staff friendly, food amazing so much choice, friendly chefs. Coffee bar Mumtaz. Entertainment, not why i was there, saw once felt a bit embarrassed as no one watching, dancers tried hard, room a bit grim. I would have given another star rating but the night manager shouted across reception that my friend and I had broken the toilet! Ignorred as did not think he was shouting at us. After he shouted again, much to our horror and embarrasment we went over to him and he then accused us of smashing a window!! ( We never touched the window) We had to leave our group ( waiting to go on a Nile cruise) to look at the 'damage' There was a tiny crack in the window which we did not see as did not open the bathroom window. This man was unfriendly, unprofessional and a poor representative of the hotel! Not good at all, other witnesses in our group were disgusted. On returning after our Nile cruise, there wete locks falling off so made sure staff wete aware so we would not be wrongly accused. This actually tainted our holiday. Thank you to Karim, the lovely lady on reception and other reception staff for being helpful. They advised us, this man must have been the night manager. It happened on the very early morning of 10 Jan, There were a few snags with the room, aircon didnt work but overall not a bad stay.

The hotel is beautiful, the gardens are well-kept, and the service is friendly and helpful. The waiters are friendly and smiling. The entertainers are chatty and encourage people to join in the fun, games, dancing, and active recreation. The food is very diverse, so everyone will surely find something they enjoy. The hotel is close to the airport, shops, cafes, pharmacies, and important city attractions. There are evening performances. There is a beautiful coral reef, and you can rent one in front of it; I recommend bringing your own. In winter, there is a shallow, heated pool for children – a big plus. The deep pool is not buried. There is also a jacuzzi "in a cave" – a beautiful place to relax and take photos. The renovated rooms are beautiful and clean. The rooms before the renovation need updating, but they are cleaned and the water is refilled daily. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel. Thank you for the lovely atmosphere and a great stay.

We have stayed at the Parrotel Beach resort twice now and we love it there. The staff are amazing, friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and so well maintained. We had a lovely room, it was cleaned every day and we received bottled water every day and a top up of tea and coffee and clean towels. The private beach is stunning. The food at breakfast lunch and dinner is good, the restaurant staff are hard working and make a real effort to ensure that you have everything you need. We would highly recommend this hotel .

Spent a week there from 23rd to 30th Jan 2026. Initial impression is very good. Lovely smart entrance to the hotel and reception area. Hotel staff were all excellent very friendly and helpful. Food was satisfactory. Hotel is only letdown by standard of the rooms. There were 4 of us and we had two rooms - both of which were very tired and in desperate need of some TLC. Cleanliness was superb throughout the complex and the gardens were beautifully maintained. Pools were lovely and snorkelling off the pier was amazing.

Mixed feelings about this hotel. Room was large clean comfortable, but pillow was hard as a rock. Plenty of food to choose from. But restaurant left a lot to be desired. Definitely understaffed. Que's of 10 people or more waiting for a drink and the server always waiting for glasses , when they did arrive they were straight from dishwasher and roasting, so therefore your drink was never cold as should be, 8/10 times i'd say. Never enough plates or cutlery. Only minor complaints but definitely room for improvement.

We have returned after spending 15 enjoyable days at this hotel. The location was excellent with shops outside within walking distance. The beach was very nice but rather rocky although using the pier it was possible to enjoy the water and the marine life up close. The resort is very spacious and a delight to walk around and the garden is well kept and maintained. The swimming pools are kept very clean. The pool staff are excellent and are always available to help. A special call out to Elsayed who was very helpful and pleasant. The outside bars are available all day and bar staff are always pleasant. Our accommodation was comfortable and well appointed. We had a problem with the sink which was promptly attended to. The room attendant was always pleasant and made us feel welcome, surprising us with daily towel animations. The restaurant was very clean, the food was very good and the selection was impressive although somewhat repetitive. Restaurant staff were amazing, going out of their way to be helpful and always made us feel very welcome. We met Abd EIRahman in the restaurant on many occasions, he was always pleasant and helpful and along with others did long shifts and worked hard and always with a smile. It cannot be emphasised enough how hard the staff work and cope with the long hours. We also met several managers who were also accessible and happy to help. The entertainment was ok and varied but was more directed towards audience participation. Altogether a great holiday thanks to everyone and 'we'll be back'.

Came for a short break in November without the kids. Can't fault the hotel. Good food, clean rooms of a little basic but on the plus side have you own balcony and sun loungers, cooker, microwave and fridge even though all inclusive. Might not be the greatest place with the kids but otherwise spot on!

Great hotel! Food was really good, evening entertainment was pretty decent. Only down side was the Lift. The rest fo the hotel is really good. The gym has some radio equipment but lacks any kind of resistance training equipment. All rooms are sea view and have self catering facilities no real need to be all inclusive. Only 4 inclusive cocktails.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS The elevator was completely out of order, and we were forced to carry extremely heavy luggage up 8 floors ourselves. This was a serious health and safety risk. Staff promised help and then refused, leaving us on our own. I have stayed in countless hotels, and this was by far the worst service I have ever experienced. Housekeeping entered the room early in the morning with almost no warning. Never again. Severely overrated and unacceptable.

Just had one week here, all inclusive. The hotel is beautiful and clean, the views amazing over the bay. All the hotels in this area are on steep hills so even though there are lifts you will find yourself walking up steep stairs.The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our rooms were lovely and spacious. The meals were all Hot and Cold buffet style meals. We found there was plenty to choose from and it was excellent. There were 2 pools and plenty of sunbeds. There was a well stocked shop in the Reception, massage chairs and a Hairdresser and Beauty Salon. You could book the trips in the hotel foyer, taxis were available outside the door. There was entertainment each evening, however it was a reasonably quiet hotel and this suited me very well.

Currently staying here. Great hotel. Rooms are very spaceous, slightly outdated but nothing wrong with them. Staff are excellent 👌. Night entrainment is very good. Kids disco is short but very good and the next entertainment doesn't start for 20 to 30mins later. We went half board. Food so far has been very good with different themes every night and plenty options at breakfast. Pool is slightly cold and the kids waterslides aren't really usable because they are not in a pool so hitting hard concrete but kids still enjoyed the pool and the small pool. Location is poor, about 20min walk to the end of termolinos prominade. They do have shuttle bus but we didn't use it yet. Room we had was noisey, facing the entertainment stage and beside a busy road so alot of excess noise, if you put kids to bed early and like to keep the door open etc, you can't. For value for money and overall the hotel is great and worth the stay. I would probable ask for a room facing the front of the hotel to avoid the noise.

I stayed at the AluaSun Resort for a week. Overall, it was a good experience for the price, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The front desk is always busy, and guests often have to queue for quite a while because there isn’t enough staff. On the other hand, the restaurant staff work incredibly hard and deserve recognition for their effort. My room was also always clean, which I appreciated. A big shoutout to Antonio, who went above and beyond to help me with directions and did his best to contact the trip agency after Karin, the manager, gave me the wrong time information. His professionalism really stood out. One serious concern: the lifeguards should sit in a more visible spot. One day, a child was drowning, and I had to jump into the water because the lifeguards, sitting in a hidden corner, didn’t notice. I hope the parents reported this incident to reception. There’s also supposed to be a free shuttle bus, but it didn’t show up on several occasions. Even after two days, the manager still couldn’t explain what happened — her customer service could really use improvement. All in all, the resort offers decent value for money, but with better staffing, clearer communication, and stronger safety awareness, it could be much better.

Very clean hotel. Rooms are outdated but a nice size and very clean! The hotel is lovely for a family holiday. The staff was very friendly to everyone and great with children. The all inclusive restaurant food was very clean and lots of options for everyone! The hotel has beautiful views, great entertainment for the kids and adults later that evening! We will be returning again next year! We really enjoyed it as a family of 6.

Loved this hotel. Staff were so friendly, helpful & polite. Food was exceptional, bit boring some nights but overall 90% happy. Facilities were spotlessly clean although a few tired sun loungers ripped at the sides. Rooms were spotlessly clean with friendly cleaners each day who made your bed, replaced towels etc Entertainment in the evening was ok .. singers were my favourite. Queues for the bar were annoying with sometimes only 1 barman working but always friendly and chatty. Overall we were happy and good value for money.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5) I stayed at AluaSun Costa Park for three nights at the end of September and had an overall good experience. Positives: The hotel has a good location and offers great value for money. There are plenty of activities, especially for children. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and had a balcony with a nice view of the pool. Areas for improvement: In the evenings, music plays until midnight — so if you’re an early sleeper, you might want to request a room away from the pool area. The breakfast buffet was fine but lacked variety. The hotel looks modern from the outside, while the hallways and staircases feel a bit dated. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks, but a good choice for families and short getaways.

We had the most amazing stay at Allegro Agadir! The hotel is spotless and our room was perfect for what we needed. The beds are huge, the pillows are super comfy (and you get two!), and everything just works. The only tiny thing was that there wasn’t a kettle in the room, but I’m sure if we’d asked they would’ve sorted one straight away. The staff here are just incredible. The two waitresses at mealtimes were so helpful, kind, and pleasant, they really made every meal a joy. The cleaners were lovely too, always friendly and happy to help. The location is brilliant, and the animation team are just fantastic.. so friendly, welcoming, and really good at what they do. Would I recommend this place? 100% yes. Would I come back? Absolutely, without a doubt!

Pleasantly surprised at how good this was. Our room was newly decorated and really nice. The big oil was a little cold, but then we did go February half term. The one in the middle was heated and lovely though! Be prepared for sunbed wars though if you plan on being there all day. The food was generally really good, but could have done with more fruit, melon, strawberries etc. There was noone of these and only bananas. If you have picky eaters, you will struggle on the odd night so make sure they fill up at the pool bar during the day. The pizzas were out of this world! All the bar staff were really nice and always engaged with my daughters.

Chose to stay here to celebrate husbands 60th birthday. We absolutely loved every day, of the 10 days we stayed. Stayed in block 1 and our room was great, cleaned every day. 2 minute stroll to the pool and restaurant from our room. The animation team were fabulous and were always around talking to visitors, as well entertaining. The pool was clean and well looked after. The restaurant spotless and a great selection of food to choose from, even for the people that would like to eat healthy, with plenty of salad options and freshly made smoothies. Less than a 5 minute walk from the beach where the hotel has its own area. Would definately return, the staff were amazing and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Hotel about 30 min from airport, room size ok but not very clean , bed very comfortable, in the bathroom mould on the wall, not proper cleaned either, mirrow was all with fingers stains. Staff was great, cleaners some very nice, some not asked 2 days for an iron , never got it. Food was amazing, pool and facilities was good. I was missing coffee in the room. I wake up early had to wait till restaurant open n have a coffee. The bar was good , cocktails was cheap not proper cocktails, I had Mojitto, its just mix with cordial and put leave of mint. Don't buy from hotel excursions, over priced. I found better n cheaper online. Don't like to be rip off. The receptions great very helpful. But overall this hotel is 3 star not 4.

Hotel room was lovely, the shower was gross. Love holidays is where we booked and the transfer bus left us off at the side of the road, we had to call the hotel to come get us. This is no big deal if when booking you were informed of this, its understandable as a big coach would not make it up the 2km of winding Road. The Hotel was lovely staff amazing. Views great. Food good. All good except for gross bathroom and stranded at side of the road. Lovely location too.

The service was outstanding—every staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. They really go above and beyond to take care of the guests. The staff provided amazing service and I really enjoyed my stay.The location is so perfect just a two minute walk from the beach and five minutes from the strip. I visited in January so the hotel itself wasn’t too crowded, but the strip was still lively and there was still plenty of excursions to do in the area. I would definitely travel here again. The gym I would say is a 7/10 they had the main equipment but which they had a little more.The all inclusive package included a many variety of cocktails and Ussumane Ba made them perfectly. I enjoyed the entertainment like cocktail making, karaoke, and bingo. The hotel also gave my mom cake and wine for her birthday which was so sweetttt. The food was the only thing that could be slightly improved but to be fair I can be a picky eater. I still enjoyed the meals, especially the chicken and croissants.

The rooms need fixing up and modernising. Some outdoor areas have broken tiles in multiple places. Cannot leave any food around or they get covered in ants. The indoor pool is great for kids and adults both. The massage/jacuzzi/sauna is chargeable but good, but the pricing needs to be clear. The Aqua bar is nearby but the Jac's bar and restaurant (at Clube praia de oura hotel part of the same group) which at a walkable distance is much better for meals and the staff there is amazing and welcoming. They also could do with fruit juices in addition to the fizzy drinks. The free outdoor sauna and the themed restaurants (Mexican, Mandarin, Indian and grill) all walkable distance are good too. Not all themed restaurants are open in winter. Good amount of car parking and good outdoor pool. Access to beach from the outdoor pool. The beach is really good and clean.

We have had an amazing holidays. We had booked an apartment. The view was beautiful, the apartment clean, spacious and complete. Nice finish, very spacious balcony, good beds. The location is great. And altho the hotel is near the Strip, it was a very quiet location. Right on the beach and shops also close by. Good food, friendly staff. My kids loved an animators and of course the pool🫶. There's an entertainment every evening. Reading all this reviews make me feel like we have been in different place. If only they'd be telling the truth 🤦‍♀️ There's no charge for sun loungers, there's no €25 charge if you lost your wristband and I know as we have lost to wristbands during our stay we just went to reception and the have just gave us a new one. The only charge there was, was for a beach towels. All hotels charge you for that, but you dont have to pay for it, its your choice you did. Why are you making a lot of fuss about it. You can go to the shop and buy yourself a new one for €5 if you didn't bring it with you. Hotel is really nice, clean, staff is very friendly and the view is breathtaking I would go back. Definitely can recommend We really enjoyed our stay, best hotel ever.

A special thank you to Anabela, Felipe, Valdemiro and Jaqueline at reception. They were friendly, helpful and made everything smooth from check in to check out. I stayed here for the first time during my trip to Faro and had a genuinely excellent experience. I booked a Deluxe Studio and it exceeded expectations. The room was spacious, modern and beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed, a great shower and a fully equipped kitchen. All appliances were brand new, including a dishwasher, which made the stay even easier. The sea view from the room was stunning (check out my photos) I travelled in November 2025, so the hotel was quiet and perfect for rest. I cannot comment on the summer season, but during low season it was peaceful and ideal for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent, with plenty of parking and direct access to the beach through the hotel’s restaurant and pool area. There are also great terraces and restaurants by the shore. A major highlight was the indoor heated pool. It is a good size and allowed me to keep up with my swim training during my stay. The outdoor pool also looks beautiful, even though I could not use it due to the season. The gym is well equipped and very clean. The hotel building is slightly aged, but very well maintained, and the modern rooms balance this perfectly. I did not use the restaurant, so I cannot comment on the food. For the time of year, the value for money was excellent. I will definitely return and plan to stay for even longer next time.

location 10/10, beach is literally a staircase down walk away. The rooms in my opinion were perfect, very clean, very comfortable mattresses. Staff were very sweet and always helpful, indoor pool has sun beds so you can lay down, the gym had most gym equipment, This hotel really lived up to a five star standard, and my father who has been to many 5 star hotels described this hotel as the best one.

We stayed at St George Palace in North Corfu and it’s in such a beautiful location, surrounded by lovely views and only about a ten-minute walk from the beach. The hotel itself is really nice with great facilities and three fantastic pools. We especially loved the water slide, it was so much fun. The rooms were okay and kept spotless every day by the amazing cleaners. The only issue was the shower, which tended to flood quite easily, but otherwise everything was clean and comfortable. The main thing that let our stay down was the food. It was often cold and didn’t taste very fresh, and it really needed more flavour and variety and actually the food was very repetitive each day. We ended up eating out a lot instead, which was a bit disappointing for an all-inclusive. A massive shout out to Donny at reception, who was honestly brilliant. He was so friendly and we had such a great time chatting to him.

Worst experience ever. For couple of days we had only cold water when it was already cold outside. It made me sick. Then for whole day the electricity went off. Food is mostly the same the whole week. And quite cold. But the worst - bed bugs. When we told the receptionist the manager said well I don’t see it. Location is okay. It’s a village, not much to do, but honestly I do not recommend this hotel. The conditions are not sanitary.

Went with my family for a week in October. It was (almost) the end of the season, so many places were already closed. The weather was still nice, it was a good trip. This hotel seems to be divided into 2 buildings. We stayed at both, since we had to be moved for 1 night. They more less have the same style and standard. Reception staff at st george hotel was really nice and helpful, especially morning staff such as Joanna. Many thanks for helping us out with taxis and getting around the island! The bell made my trip, thanks! 😃🛎️🛎️🛎️ Theres a beautiful view from the hotel, gorgeous beach and surroundings around 10mins walk from the hotel. We visited many villages around. Theres a bus that goes directly to Corfu Town which is stunning, ask reception for help. Car rentals are also everywhere. Rooms are a little outdated, but are clean and comfortable. The only issue I had is that I am vegetarian and there was very limited options at the buffet every day. I am already missing the Corfu beauties that are EVERYWHERE around the hotel and on the way to the beach. We were feeding them every day, I hope they are well. Please feed these gorgeous poor cats whenever you got a chance… it means a lot. ♥️

Honest opinion. Room small.with a frosted glass door on the bathroom (toilet). 2 staff members were brilliant they rest of they like they don't know you existed. One bar man was so rude he would just slam the drink down in front of you. Food was grim very basic but the worst thing is that nothing was hot, just warm at a push. Drinks- poor choice, watered down beer, cheap fizzy pop. Also drinks are only served in plastic cups day & night. We ending up going out for food & drink as the hotel was so bad. Our family came to join us on our holiday for birthday celebrations but had to spend 2 nights in a hotel 30 mins drive away, due to an issue with the rooms. In this time we saw others actually check in.

I would give the hotel 3.5 stars. Our room was very basic, with the bare essentials like a fridge, T.V., hairdryer etc but this was fine. The room was also very clean. However, our shower was poor - the holder for the shower head was rusted, so came away from the wall a couple of times which could be frustrating. Alongside this, the showerhead was also similarly rusted/damaged so all of the water would come out of the side of the head. This isn't something we mentioned to the staff as it was bearable, but is a shame it hadn't been picked up prior to our stay. The bedroom had a lovely balcony overlooking the main pool and the air-conditioning in the room was great. Sheets/towels are changed every 3 days, which from a sustainability perspective is excellent. The food was okay - their was a good selection of foods to choose from, including salads, stuffed vegetables and plenty of meat/fish options also. The food was quite basic but was tasty, although at times was samey and I was ready for a change by the end of the week. It would be good if the foods could be labelled with allergens as my friend is gluten intolerant, although I'm completely understand that this is a small business so this likely isn't possible. I wasn't a huge fan of the ice-cream, and the wines weren't particularly nice, although the cocktails were very good as were the soft drinks options. We enjoyed the location - there is a beach just a short walk away from the hotel. There are plenty of local shops & restaurants by the beach also, a couple of which we tried and enjoyed. There aren't many bus connections available - there is one bus that goes to Corfu town (A7), that you need to pre-book tickets for at Alexandros Bikes which is by the beach and is €4 each way. There is another bus but I can't remember where this goes! There is also a sulphuric smell, particularly sitting in the outside seating area, however I don't think this is something the hotel can control and is likely due to the older plumbing on the island. The staff are also very friendly & willing to help - multiple times we asked the reception staff for help and the woman manning it was really helpful, answering all our questions and helping us navigate the buses & our trip to Aqualand! This made us feel very welcomed and did really come in handy when it came to getting out & about. Overall, I have to say this didn't feel like a 4 star hotel.

Great staff, waiters and bar staff seem to work morning till night! Special shout out to Keya and Jehu, always a nice welcome and friendly chat. Jess from entertainment team really tried to get us to join in but we were there to relax, but she was good at her and job and friendly. Really enjoyed food good selection and lovely fresh salads. The beach is not a beach to rekax on, full of stones and boulders, but once past the large rocks was lovely clear waters. Pool is lovely. There are bars and restaurants around 10min walk and nice coastal walk to viewpoint. I would recommend a visit to coral bay beach nice sandy beach and beautiful clear waters.

This hotel is advised as 4 star but sadly it is at best an average 3 star by Irish standards. The hotel is in need of a major update and is very poorly maintained in some areas. However, the pool area is fabulous with views of the Mediterranean are breathtaking. We were always able to get sunloungers and umbrellas not matter what time we visited the pool. Make use of your balcony to watch the amazing sunsets. Rooms are large but again dated. Beds and pillows especially fall short in the comfort department. Food is buffet style and is good overall. The drinks menu is limited and what is on offer is of poor quality, especially the beer and wine options.There are no international drink labels on offer at the bar either if you wanted to upgrade your drink to your usual tipple from home. This proved to be a major barrier to our travel group enjoying their evenings in the hotel. I don't drink alcohol and found the soft drink options to be fine. We had a few minor issues during our stay which were dealt with immediately. The staff are hard working and friendly. Rooms above or near the nightly entertainment will be disturbed by the noise. Overall the location is the major draw for this hotel, the pool was amazing. If you can overlook the faded grandeur of this hotel it is a good option for pool lovers and is close to the main strip and a short distance from Coral Bay beach.

I had a lovely break from start to finish! We arrived late at night on 27/07/25, after 10 PM. Even though dinner time had finished, Loretta at reception kindly offered us dinner. She is such a lovely and welcoming person – thank you, Loretta! All the hotel staff were professional, caring, and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard – thank you to the housekeeping team! Both the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were clean and well-maintained. My son and I also really enjoyed using the gym and sauna – everything was fantastic. The food was amazing – honestly some of the best I’ve had on a holiday. I felt completely relaxed and was able to make the most of all the facilities, which meant a lot given how busy my life usually is. This was truly one of my most unforgettable holidays. A very nice hotel that I would definitely love to return to!

The only shame is that in the evening you can hear the music quite a bit from the hotel room... and regarding the meals, a little more variety would have been great, but it's still super good, so not too disturbing. Otherwise, having booked on Booking.com, we were told there was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and vice versa, but on site there isn't all that... it's a shame... but otherwise GREAT

The hotel has wonderful facilities and potential; the staff seemed to do their absolute best with what has been offered to them. The stay was pleasant albeit that there are some down sides… Waiters were wonderful. The pool is continuously cleaned and the grounds are maintained but THE HOTEL IS VERY OUT OF DATE … there is alot of maintenance that needs to take place, polishing the floors, vacuuming the carpets (appalling), sliding doors don’t close nor lock; the elevators are absolutely disgusting… the entertainment was enjoyable as they really tried their best to keep the guests happy. The hotel store is extremely overpriced- All in All this Hotel needs to be Updated.

Great service! We had a check-out time at 12, but we were allowed to stay in the hotel until the end of the day (our flight was around 7 PM), and we could even take a shower before heading to the airport. Breakfasts were quite generous. The apartment was fully equipped: kettle, kitchenware, hairdryer, pots, cutlery, even an iron! There was also a sponge and dish soap provided. Every day there was a mini disco for the kids – such a great touch, even off-season. Parking was a bit tricky since the hotel doesn’t have private parking; street parking is very limited. Despite that, we were very happy with the hotel and I highly recommend it!

Immediately after landing, we received a message from the hotel that we were being transferred to the neighbouring Mirage Hotel. Without asking about our needs or preferences. We chose a specific room at Beverly Hills Heights because it looked renovated and of a much higher standard than at the Mirage. In addition, at the time of booking, the room we chose was more expensive. We were offered a room which, according to the receptionist, was much better because it "has two bathrooms". Upon entering this part of the hotel, we were struck by the smell of chemicals and the loud noise from the swimming pool. And then there was the lower standard of the early 2000s. We did not agree to this room. We explained our expectations, and the "customer relations" employee laughed in our faces. In the end, we took a room in a quieter part of the hotel, and they gave us a free dinner as compensation. Unfortunately, that room was not quiet either, as the bedroom window overlooked the corridor. In addition, there were ants, no cleaning and a broken hairdryer. The only plus was the breakfast, and that's it. The hotel is good for people who don't mind overbooking and less valuable customers being moved to worse rooms. We had a really enjoyable stay at Hollywood Mirage Hotel and overall would recommend it, especially for families. The rooms were spacious and very clean. There was plenty to do for kids, and the kids’ club was great — our 2-year-old loved it. The pool area was excellent, with one warm heated pool and two other pools offering lots of entertainment throughout the day. Unfortunately, the only negative aspect of our stay was an issue with customer service at reception. One receptionist with brown hair was extremely rude to us on two separate occasions and showed very poor customer service skills. We also spoke to another couple who had experienced the same issue with her, which suggests this wasn’t an isolated incident. Aside from this, everything else about the hotel was very good, and with better consistency in customer service, it would be an excellent family resort.

We spent 8 days and 7 nights at this hotel, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, it was clear that the reception staff were unfriendly and not helpful at all. The room we received had no soundproofing whatsoever, and when we arrived at night, the terrace door had been left open. It had rained, so the water was standing on the tiles inside the room, and we had to clean it up ourselves. We were placed on the ground floor, where the view was just a fence of the neighboring hotel, and people could easily see into our room. From 10 a.m. until 11 p.m., loud music was playing from the neighboring pool and stage area, with heavy bass. Every morning at 6 a.m., a Turkish prayer was broadcast loudly through speakers, which woke us up without fail. There was a gap of about 3 cm between the door and the frame, and we could hear absolutely everything from the neighboring rooms - even people using the bathroom. Each day, we received half a roll of toilet paper for two people and one bottle of water. The floors were never mopped, no dusting was done, and the shower was in poor condition. There is a safe in the room, but they charge 2 euros per day for it, and if you don't pay, they take no responsibility for anything that goes missing. The internet is also charged separately, 2 euros per day. Another completely unacceptable incident also happened: One day around 10 a.m., someone started knocking on our door. The "Do Not Disturb" sign was hanging outside, and we were in the middle of getting dressed to go to the beach. We said "just a moment," but the knocking continued more aggressively. When we opened the door, three grumpy men in work clothes were standing there. Without any proper explanation, one of them said in a rude tone: "telephone control," and they forced us out of the room and entered without giving any reason. This behavior was extremely disrespectful and unacceptable. The food was also very disappointing. Breakfast was the same every single day: eggs, yesterday's cheese and cold cuts that already looked questionable. Lunch typically consisted of three options: pasta, rice, sometimes fish, and tasteless grilled meat. Dinner was occasionally slightly better, but not always. The desserts looked nice, but most of them tasted almost the same. Fruits included watermelon, grapes, and moldy plums. The alcoholic drinks were just acceptable, but the beer was very weak, almost like water. The coffee from the machine was terrible. The pools and "services" were not enjoyable either. There are two pools (not counting the one with the slide). One was so cold that hardly anyone used it, and the other was heated and therefore crowded, mostly with children. At the pool bar, a man repeatedly and aggressively offered massages. Even after we said we were not interested, it was very difficult to get rid of him. He was arrogant and pushy, and many other guests were clearly uncomfortable with him as well. There is no disco room, daily programs are rare or low-quality, and the evening shows were not impressive - the only acceptable performance was by some African acrobats. The beach is about 800-900 meters from the hotel. A tractor with a trailer takes guests there, but we preferred walking. The hotel's designated beach area itself was not bad; snacks and beer were available, and the man working there was polite and pleasant. The sea was warm, but a river flows into it nearby and brings a lot of trash, so it's not unusual to see plastic bags floating around you. The hotel shop is very expensive, but there is a bazaar nearby where you can buy the same products for much less. However, the sellers there are very aggressive, especially during the day when there are fewer customers - they try to pull you into their shops, which is very uncomfortable. At night, when there are more people, this is less of an issue. Overall, we are extremely dissatisfied with this hotel. We will definitely not return, and we cannot recommend it to anyone.

The best part was definitely the staff, especially the Animation Team and Kadir – they were very friendly and always helpful whenever we needed anything.We also really liked the evening activities! Still at the hotel but what a big disappointment. The staff is unfriendly and short. The rooms are minuscule and dated, shower head is blocked, cockroaches in the room. Only 2 swimming pools and quite small, people blocking seats since the night before and no one doing anything about it. Floors are slippery everywhere even in your own bathroom, Wifi is 17eur per person, can’t even share because they ask for your phone and put in the code themselves. Music is super loud everywhere. A la carte restaurant is closed while in high season. Hotel gives an all-over worn impression, we payed quite a big sum to stay here, and when you arrive you see this old hotel, what a bummer. Food is ok, not too bad but showcased in a way it really does not inspire your hunger. Very chaotic at meal times. Beach is 15min walk away and quite ok, snacks at beach are not included however, so if you stay the day you have to keep going back and forth. Antalya center is 15kms away, 1hr in public transport, so no center at walking distance, only a few bazars with very unpleasant personnel. We booked through Sunweb and had a 3 hour drive from the airport. With a stop in between where they charge you enormous amounts in Turkish Lira for eating something (we had to eat since our flight was delayed for 3 hours and it was already passed midnight and we hadn’t eaten in forever) 7eur for a very small kebab and 7eur for a really small portion of fries. So beware!

Our stay at Club Mermaid Village was exceptional in every way. The staff – from the reception, technicians, and cleaning team to the bartenders – were always smiling, friendly, and ready to help. The hotel is spotless throughout, which makes the stay even more comfortable. The lush, well-kept greenery makes the hotel stand out among other local properties, creating a true oasis of peace. Every evening there is something interesting and different to enjoy, and during the day the animation team organizes various games and activities, so it’s hard to get bored here. We recently stayed at Club Mermaid Village. Overall, the hotel is fine — the rooms are clean, the facilities are decent, and the general atmosphere is pleasant enough. However, there are two things that really took away from the experience. First, the music at the pool area is excessively loud. It’s not just lively — it’s blasting to the point where you can barely hold a conversation or enjoy a moment of peace. If you’re hoping to relax by the pool, this can quickly become overwhelming. Second, while I understand that guests want to have fun, it’s frustrating and genuinely unsafe when people play with a hard volleyball around the pool. There are plenty of guests trying to relax, yet large goals are set up right next to sunbeds, and balls are flying dangerously close — or directly into — people. I was hit in the head with full force, ended up with a black eye, swelling, and had to spend an entire day in my room with a headache. What’s particularly frustrating is that there’s another pool nearby, next to the water slides, which is closed every day from 12 to 2 PM. It would make far more sense — and be much safer — to allow ball games in that area during that time, rather than in the middle of a crowded poolside filled with families. All in all, Club Mermaid Village has potential, but some basic changes to noise levels and a serious rethink of safety around the pool area are needed.

Good, central location 20 minutes from the airport. Useful for a base to get all around the island, everywhere can be reached by about an hour in the car. Not much of a view from the hotel, but it's self contained so probably don't need it. 15 minute walk to the Caleta De Fuste beach, a bit longer to the better beach further round. Family room was large. Old decor, but clean and basic. Beds were okay, newish mattresses on old bed frames, but functional. Food fairly basic, however they try to do a different theme every night, but there is quite a lot of choice and gets replenished frequently. Breakfast and evening dinner better, lunch was a bit pointless. Snacks in the bar area were usually hotdogs or burgers and stuff leftover from breakfast. Every staff member was friendly and extremely hard working, they appear to do long hours to keep everything moving. Inclusive drinks are machine made cocktails, Amstel lager and soft drinks and a coffee machine. Would have liked coffee in the dining area after evening dinner, but they turn it all off after breakfast. Parking was a bit hit and miss, seemed the best time to get a spot near the hotel was at about 3.30 pm ... We had a decent week there during February half term.

Location was ok, we spent most of the day out at the beach. Staff were not pleasant but I think that's because fellow customers were equally unpleasant with drunkeness. There was just a negative vibe and we had to spend all our time elsewhere. Valuable item of clothing taken from the room. Pool was too cold to use so I would have been better off paying for an apartment elsewhere. My 4 year old had a great time but the first night he didn't sleep as he wasn't given a blanket. They begrudgingly gave us a blanket but I did not request anything else as they were so difficult. Beds were very hard and our room smelled mouldy, I left with a bad back. Some mystery charges were placed on my card by SMY that reception could not explain. Food was ok half the time, the other half you wouldn't feed your pet, a real gamble. Resteraunt staff are more like bouncers than helpful. It gets a star for the lovely yoga teacher Christiana, she tried her best and was from an external company. This place is ok if you want a base to go walking and swimming elsewhere but only if you get a very cheap rate. It's a shame as its so near to a beautiful beach and a beautiful sunrise they should change that horrid green fence, it felt like prison. I like the simple traditional Architecture but they really need to improve their external landscaping for safety and SMY need to support their staff who are I think trying their best.

I really wanted to like this hotel. The location is excellent (near the airport and beaches) and ideally, this would be a great spot for an all-inclusive holiday. However, the rooms let this hotel down completely: Maintenance: The rooms are incredibly outdated and do not match the promotional photos. The shower was so dirty and the tub peeling so badly that we had to wear flip-flops to shower. There was a bad smell and signs of damp, likely because the ventilator was broken and clogged with dust. When we tried to open the hardwood shutters for fresh air, they were rusted stuck and a struggle to operate. Comfort: The curtains were old and not blackout, so the room was bright at sunrise. The beds were very hard. Also, while we needed 3 beds, the sofa bed was left with the sheets on top, but the bed itself was not made up for us. Noise: The walls are paper-thin. We could hear loud music from the pool bar and conversations of other guests on their balconies. Health & Safety Concerns: This was a major worry. There appeared to be only one fire alarm (which didn't look functional), and the one in the bedroom had been removed. There were no emergency exit signs. If the main door was blocked, the only exit would be a high balcony, which is dangerous especially since the shutters are nearly impossible to open. The Positives: • The staff were lovely and polite. • The food was fine. • Great location (10–15 mins from the airport) with local restaurants and a Dino supermarket nearby. • Close to various beaches. This hotel has potential given the pool, all-inclusive options, and location. However, until the rooms undergo an extreme makeover and safety standards are addressed, I cannot recommend it. I think you could get something similar in the area in better condition

Having stayed here 10 times now within the last 5 years I can highly recommend SMY Tahona! It’s a fantastic hotel with great staff from the cleaners to the pool bar staff and throughout there all very friendly and extremely helpful, the rooms are all a good size and clean throughout, it’s well situated within walking distance of local shops bars and the beach, it’s a relaxed around the pool area and great entertainment on the night every night! The food is also brilliant especially the breakfast plenty of options for everyone, this hotel with the amazing staff they have there make your holiday special every time hence why it’s top of my list and keep going back! For the price it’s excellent those who complain (if anyone cheerio) no complaints here and will see you again in April 😊 Thankyou to SMY Tahona and all your brilliant staff that make it all happen perfectly! Before booking a room, I read the reviews, sometimes coming across the complaints. When arriving, I was ready for anything. But... I found a paradise, beautiful colours, beautiful smiles, feeling welcomed, fantastic views, delicious food. The only problem was with leaving the hotel. Best 3 star hotel i have EVER stayed in. staff are amazing, animation team was great, and entertainment during day and night time was always really enjoyable. The food was great, nice and simple, and always loads of options. snack bar was open pretty much all day so never having to wait for the food hall to open. The rooms were spacious and very well maintained and clean. the area is lovely, lots of nice walks to go on and the beach is so close! i’m so impressed, and cannot wait to to return. the price is unbelievable for the quality of service, thank you everyone at aluasun, absolutely made our trip

We spent a wonderful vacation here at the end of the season (September). The rooms were nice and clean. The food (all inclusive) was excellent. The bar and evening entertainment were great. There is a small beach 5 minutes from the hotel, and two beautiful larger beaches are a 15-minute walk away. Overall, the area around the hotel is very nice. But what I would highlight most is the amazing attitude of the entire staff. The receptionist, cleaning lady, bartender, chef, simply all the hotel staff were incredibly nice, helpful, and did their job perfectly. Big thanks to the entire hotel staff for a wonderful vacation!

This was a last minute booking for us, never been to this part before and was pleasantly surprised at how nice it is. The hotel is nice and clean and the staff and service are excellent, the restaurant is a bit basic and very much a canteen feel but the food out weighs that because it is lovely and to be fair it was nicer than some 4stars. The pool area and gardens are very nice with plenty of sun loungers and a nice outdoor seating area. The only negative we had was that there was only one electric socket in the room and it was hidden behind a large unit which we had to pull out so we could use it, not very good when you both need to charge your phones or any other electronic devices.

We had a very pleasant stay at AluaSun Cala Antena. The food was really tasty – a wide variety and great quality. The hotel itself is a bit dated and would definitely benefit from some renovation, but the amazing staff more than makes up for it. A special mention goes to Lidia – her smile, kindness, and warm attitude created a truly unique atmosphere. Thanks to her and the whole team, we felt very welcome. Evening entertainment was also a big plus – fun, engaging, and well-organized. All in all, a hotel with character, delicious food, and wonderful staff – we’d love to come back, especially after some updates!

We enjoyed our stay at Alusun cala Antena hotel. It was clean fresh room sometimes bit noisy doors banging .great seaview food was perfect great selection . Very friendly staff was nice as well entertainment was good maybe not for kids. Shops local we bit walk if you want beach but well worth it the beach stunning . Pubs local staff friendly ..the only downfall was when you check out at 12 they take the wrist band off . You can't have drink or bite to eat . As our flight was at 6.30 at night so was long day plus I think you should still be allowed to eat and drink . They need to change there rules for that I would come back .

For a three star hotel, you can’t deny that they do quite well and you get what you pay for. My visit here was for 7 days and my group and I had a great time. One of the things that I was a bit disappointed by was the food. While there was quite a range of foods and drinks, I just wasn’t impressed by the quality of some of the foods. Again, nothing terrible, I managed to eat everything and I’m not a picky eater but there were certain things that were just a bit poor quality and not very tasty. The service was great! Staff were kind and helpful whenever we needed anything and actually I felt that it was very pleasant. Same goes for the entertainment in the evening and also poolside entertainment was good too. Location of the town from the hotel was a bit of a walk, about 20 minutes one way, so not awful but after a couple of days it did get quite tedious. Overall, we had a great time, food was good enough, drinks were good and rooms were great too. If you are going as friend group, I’d probs just avoid as it was heavily family orientated which we didn’t realise when booking.

Came with our family of 4 in September and it was a great trip! The staff where outstanding and couldn’t have done anymore to help us, the rooms where a little bit small for 4 of us but you only slept in them was wasn’t horrible. The food was great with a great Selection each day so always something to eat. You get a plastic cup when you arrive and that is yours for the full time you are there and they are very hot on this and won’t give you a drink unless you have one, I like the idea but trying not to loose or keep remembering your cup was hard with 2 kids running around! Entertainment team where spot on with lots of things to do, and then the evening was very good fun.

We booked a week’s holiday planning to stay at this hotel but ended up leaving after just two nights. The room itself was clean and had everything you’d expect, though it was extremely dated. The walls were paper-thin and you could hear not only other guests but also the air-conditioning units humming constantly. The food was acceptable at best; standard cheap all-inclusive fare. Some of the meats didn’t look particularly appetising, so we mostly stuck to fruit and potatoes. The staff, to their credit, were friendly and tried their best to help where they could. However, none of the above was the real reason we cut our stay short. What truly ruined the experience was the behaviour of other guests and sadly, many of them were fellow Brits. As a British person myself, I was embarrassed by what I saw. From people stumbling around blind drunk at breakfast to the shocking situation of a baby being left alone in a room while the parents went out drinking, it was nothing short of disgraceful. We did manage to save the holiday by booking our last 5 nights in cala d'or which was nothing short of beautiful and significantly better atmosphere. This isn’t just about one hotel — it’s about a culture that seems to celebrate cheap excess over decency and respect. The “Brits abroad” stereotype was on full display, and it’s disheartening to see how accurate it can be. Until this attitude changes, no amount of sunshine or all-inclusive deals can make up for the shameful behaviour that gives us all a bad name and would dread to think how much worse it probably is during the peak season aswell.

The hotel itself is great, with nightly entertainment and comfortable rooms. The only minor downside is that the rooms are not soundproof, so you can sometimes hear noise from neighboring rooms, though this was not a big issue for us. Unfortunately, midway through our stay, both my partner and I experienced severe food poisoning from the restaurant. We had not eaten anywhere else, so we know it came from there. It was bad enough that we were both unwell for days, unable to enjoy our holiday. We travel frequently and have never experienced food poisoning like this before, which was very disappointing and had a big impact on our trip.

booked last minute for 2 adults and 4 year old. upon reading the reviews wasn't expecting much. arrived about 1am straight to check in fast check in told me a few details took picture of meal times and rules. off to room first thing with room was smelt nice and clean, I always check sheets and mattresses all were clean. wardrobe smelled stale and damp but we left it open the whole holiday and was fine. bathroom was clean fresh towels. balcony bit small and only 2 chairs for 3 people but we just brought out the chair from small desk and mirror. so meals, all fresh salad,breads. meals are very repetitive especially snack times. hot dogs sometimes rolls sometimes not. chips always. food wasn't overly warm but they do provide microwave at the back of hall. now saying they are a family hotel but only doing chicken nuggets 1 night in a week is very poor. should be more kids choice. pudding section was the best. unlimited little tubs of ice cream too. plus Mr whippy at pool bar. drinks in plastic cups I read reviews saying disgusting using same cup all the time if u ask to get a fresh cup they will happily change for u. good idea that way no random cups lying about. coffee machine is life but also those tiny paper cups🙄 pool areas very clean. building was clean. also free bus to beach times at reception beach is a must do absolutely beautiful 😍 *bad points* >there should be lights at the park at night time my daughter didn't like all the loud music and just wanted to play at the park but no lights?? >repetitive food was good but just bored of same stuff. >the staff, some were very polite and welcoming, others ie one barman looked like he hated his job and people. reception staff are nice but they seem so busy all the time that when u have a question they just answer quick and wave u on. not great if u didn't understand 😕 >to get to the town we got the bus €6 one way because there are only 2 taxis for the whole resort which is just pointless. so we also got the bus back but when u got to the town hardly anything was open we went scottish school holidays so expected stuff to be open. 😔 very disappointed. cala mallorca. overall we had a good time we would go back.

Had a really lovely, hassle-free stay at Livvo Morromar — genuinely couldn’t complain. The place is well looked after, and the staff were all really friendly and easy to deal with. We arrived early (around 10) knowing check-in wasn’t till 3, but they gave us the all-inclusive bands straight away, which was a great touch and made the whole thing very easy. The food in the main restaurant was beautiful with plenty of choice. Apartment was comfortable and perfect for the two of us. Overall, great value, very relaxed atmosphere, and we really enjoyed every minute. Would happily go back again.

The food was varied and delicious, offering something for everyone every day. We would especially like to highlight the animation team: the staff make a great effort, are very dedicated, and create a fantastic atmosphere with their friendliness and enthusiasm. The staff at the bar and in the restaurant were also very attentive and friendly. One small point of criticism is that the floor in our room could have been cleaner upon arrival. However, this did not significantly affect our overall very positive impression. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back!

The hotel feels like a small village, which is very typical for Lanzarote. The apartments are atmospheric and have a lot of character, and the food was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. It was not as clean as I would expect, and sadly it felt quite dirty in places. On the negative side, the gym is available for €5 per day, regardless of whether you are on all-inclusive or not. To be honest, the gym is not in great condition and could really use some improvements. Coffee between meals is also chargeable, which was a bit disappointing. The tennis court is in a really poor state – it honestly feels neglected. It either needs to be properly renovated or removed entirely. As for the all-inclusive package, drinks are included only until 22:30. After that time, all-inclusive no longer applies. Also, unlike in some other hotels, you cannot have lunch after check-out within the all-inclusive package. If you want to eat, you have to pay extra. Overall, I would not return to this hotel.

Stayed here with my family and loved every second of it! The food was absolutely lovely and there was lots to choose from ,great for picky eaters 😂, our rooms were very clean and cleaners visited every morning to make beds, empty bins and clean the floor.The pool was so relaxing and felt like an award going into it after a long hot day the staff are lovely and lastly it’s only a 5 minute walk from the beach and all the shops,I definitely wouldn’t mind coming here again fully recommend!

My husband and I just left and were very pleased with our stay. I am giving the resort 4 stars instead of 5 because, as many others have said, some things need to be updated. Regardless, it was a lovely vacation! Pros: All inclusive means ALL INCLUSIVE! My husband and I ate at the A la carte restaurants on 4 occasions, drank plenty of cocktails and coffee drinks (the iced frappe and Freddo Cappuccinos are amazing!), had plenty of snacks, used the mini bar…and we didn’t have any additional charges. The drinks at the main bar are truly delicious and the beach bar had quick service and decent drinks! Speaking of service, the staff was incredibly friendly. The staff at the bars, restaurants, and front desk were extremely helpful and would remember you from past encounters. For what we paid, this resort had amazing value! Cons: As previously stated, some things need to be updated such as the rooms and beach chairs. The room was comfortable, but the walls were a bit thin and we had to carry a physical key with us. Not a big deal, but something to note. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend!

Lovely resort and we had a great holiday. I would say the hotel is more of 4* and would benefit from some updating but generally a good hotel. Pros: lovely staff, some great entertainment with magic show/superheroes/comedy shows. Amazing pizza and crepe places. The last week of September 2025 we spent here, and it was an excellent experience! First of all, the staff were all friendly and helpful, with some being such a joy to be around that I was just hoping to see them again. Any time there was a question or a problem, it was solved quickly and proactively. You get your money's worth and then some, I'd say. I'm glad we went for the room with a sea view because we caught the sun rising up from the sea every morning. And it was nice not having people pass by all the time, but for families with kids it might be good to have the additional grassy space on the "garden" level. The beach is very close, it probably took us 5 minutes or less to get from the room to the beach. I was very happy about the pools having salt water as well. It would be nice if the pools were open a little longer in the evening, there were definitely times we would have loved a swim before dinner, but the pool was already closed for cleaning. Food at the general buffet was nothing to write home about although you can definitely find some good stuff if you have an eye for it ;) (and delicious wine and beer) There are also a la carte restaurants and snack bars, I'd say it's impossible to go hungry for even a minute, the bigger challenge is to manage to try everything available. There is no shortage of cocktails either. For those who don't feel like renting a car or booking tours - there is not that much to see walking-distance from the hotel, just a bunch of souvenir shops. But it's very easy to get to Lindos, there is a bus stop just outside the hotel. You can also take a bus to Rodos, that ride is significantly longer though. Still, the bus is comfortable and you can get a full day in the city if you don't need to sleep in too much. Speedboat to/from Rodos? It can become a dumpy ride, proceed with caution :D We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back again (...if the world weren't so big, with so many other places to see).

Mitsis Rodos Maris on Rhodes is simply wonderful. The hotel may be a little older, but the warmth and kindness of the people make it truly special. We first came here in July 2023 when we had to be evacuated because of the fires. Everyone took amazing care of us and treated us like family. That touched us deeply, so we came back again in October and have been returning ever since. Special thanks to Despina, Ela and Babis at the Gelateria, Maria at the Kafeneo and Elizabeth at the Main Bar. You all make this place unforgettable. The food is always delicious, the themed restaurants are great and the Greek Restaurant brunch is our highlight. There are always free sunbeds by the pool and beach, even if they could be a bit more comfortable. We love this place and the people who make it so special. It truly feels like coming home every time we return. 💙

I arrived at the hotel without expectations because of bad reviews from guests. And the experience was actually good. The reception staff are very nice. The restaurant staff are excellent. We were a very large family and it felt like they had no patience for us at the a ka cart restaurants. The water in the pool is frozen, even in September. The spa pool is also frozen. It is not clear why it is not heated. The chairs in the pool fold when you try to sit. If so many people complain about it, why don't they replace them??? The performances were nice. But I recommend starting them on time and not just writing down an hour, and the performance starts half an hour later. The kids' club when we were there, there was an activity listed and it didn't take place, which is a shame, the kids were really looking forward to it. The meeting with Minnie and Mickey is also listed in the amphitheater and there was nothing. In the end, it turned out that they were in the pool area. The atmosphere is good and pleasant in the hotel overall.

The positives: the food service is excellent — breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all very good. The dining hall staff are outstanding: the man who greets you at the entrance is always so welcoming, and the lady with red hair who clears tables has such a lovely smile that brightens the whole room. A special mention goes to Barkeh, who was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout our stay. He always did his best to resolve any issues and made us feel very welcome. However, there were several downsides. Room service didn’t happen for two days, and when it finally did, very little was actually done. The Wi-Fi, which is advertised, didn’t work in our room at all, and large parts of the hotel had no coverage either — unfortunately, no help was offered to fix this. The gym looks abandoned, with equipment that doesn’t work. In our room, the AC was unreliable, and the main light didn’t work, making it difficult to get ready in the evenings. Lastly, while most of the staff were fantastic, the lady serving drinks at the bar wasn’t very friendly compared to the rest of the team. Overall, this hotel shines because of its dining services and wonderful staff like Barkeh, but the lack of reliable Wi-Fi, poor room upkeep, and neglected facilities really let it down.

We arrived early hours of the morning and was given a room under the pool, known as the dungeons. Probably for good reason. Stunk. No doors on the bathroom and flea like creatures roaming around. We put up with for a few days and then the AC started to randomly make noises and jingles throughout the night. Eventually they moved us to a room in the hotel. It was much better. Food is edible but far from desirable. The word on the street is that TUI is taking over and they seem to saving a bit of cash. Beer is warm and out of a can. The head would put Bonnie Blue to shame. Only one spirit Vodka! The Russians were not complaining. The place had all the elements to be stunning but sadly it’s like squatting in a Disney Castle. Good luck

After booking this hotel on a win for the price, I decided to check the reviews after can’t lie I was dreading this holiday after reading negative reviews. staff were friendly and tried their hardest to understand & speak English, previous reviews noting they didn’t speak English. You’re in Turkey what do you expect? We are the problem for not learning their language unfortunately us English are lazy for that and assume. Hotel was clean & rooms were clean. You can clearly tell the hotel is mid renovation for the fact it looks relatively modern & rooms are half finished. Our shower wasn’t hot at all but we noticed all hotels in Turkey have water tanks on the roof of hotels for the sun to heat hence it’s not warm, but on a day where it’s 30-40 cooler shower isn’t a bad thing. There are the odd wire handing out the wall but are covered with Electrical tape. It’s September towards the end of holiday season so I’m sure the hotel will look brilliant when it’s not peak summer ready for next year. Dining if you’re a fussy eater with a pallet of a 5 year old you’ll be disappointed & you’ll complain and eat out like half of these reviews. If you love salads, pasta, soup random meat stews, grilled fish, omelettes you know typical food in a hot country you’ll be chuffed. You’re in Turkey not a 5* restaurant in England. Drinks - beer is canned I can’t complain it’s decent beer, water isn’t refrigerated some beers are some aren’t the demand at this hotel there’s no surprise it’s not cool enough. Cocktails are pretty random some are great some aren’t a mystery again the price we payed for this holiday there is no way you could get close to £600 for a week for 2 people food drinks flights transfers etc in the uk There’s a shuttle bus to the beach, the town is 10 minutes walk away the hill is an absolute killer to walk back up but there is a taxi rank at the bottom of the road costs £4 for get back up to the hotel. We generally got a bloody good deal can’t complain. If you’re expecting the ritz you’ll be disappointed it’s a cheap holiday, it is what you make it.

I really wish I had read the reviews before booking. Unfortunately, the room we were given was in very poor condition. The toilet had unpleasant stains, the room lights and AC didn’t work properly, the WiFi wouldn’t work, even around most of the resort and the room service phone was out of order. There were no duvets provided. Housekeeping only came once during our entire stay, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the food was quite good, and most of the staff were genuinely lovely - especially the receptionist who checked us in and the ladies who took care of the dining area. Sadly, the bartender was the opposite and she left us with a bad impression. If you enjoy the pool and want a nearby beach to relax at, the resort can be okay. However, location-wise, it’s not ideal- thankfully, we had a rental car, which made it easier to explore attractions, but without one, we would’ve felt quite stuck.

We got put in a room across the pool and down some steps so can’t comment about the main hotel rooms. Our room was big, the bed was really comfortable and the aircon was fab. However the room was shabby, finished poorly and smelled like a drain (we went out and bought air freshener it was so bad) the shower was massive but never got properly warm and the shower head was angled weird so you had to hold it all shower. The view from the panoramic bar is stunning, but let down by crap drinks (pina coladas are good when they actually have the stuff to make them) the bars are understaffed so make sure you get more than one drink at at a time. All the staff we came across were pleasant and spoke reasonable English. On the first day we were pleasantly surprised by the food by the fourth day I literally couldn’t stomach it. The same flavourless stuff every meal time. We ate out half of the nights (and spent a fortune) , incredibly disappointing considering it’s meant to be AI. The grounds of the hotel are lush and well maintained. The pool is lovely, plenty of sunbeds but be prepared to get up and save one if you want a specific place, no thumping music, if anything we hoped they would play something to add some atmosphere. No entertainment at all, you make your own fun. Town is a two minute taxi ride away which cost 200 lira, beware the hill. Beach is lovely didn’t use the bar there but was told only soft drinks and coffee. Overall we had a lovely holiday, made by the people we met, the town and surroundings are great but would never return to the x life hotel.

Pleasant enough room - stayed for 10 days solo. was some noise from the next door but not the hotels fault. Food was good with plenty of variety and options. Staff were friendly and helpful. The roof top bar was nice but a little small considering the hotel size buy I understand a new level is being created with additional pool/terrace/restaurant in 2026. The food and drinks on the roof bar were extra which wasn’t clear at first. Otherwise it’s relatively central and I went out each night to St Paul’s bay which was easily walkable within 15 mins or so. Didn’t find much evening atmosphere in the hotel hence I went out ( was a live band downstairs but not for me personally ) would recommend for central location

Stayed in this hotel through a Group Trip. Location is good. Clean, view from the room was a construction site. Roof Top pool not the best. Needs a whole new refurbishment. Food, Breakfast & Dinner was nice. Half Board. Beer & Wine was offered free as part of your dinner. Entertainment at nite. Service was good. But just be very careful your personal items in your room. Would I stay here again I would have had until my last day change my mind completely..

We had a great week at this hotel in St Paul’s Bay – the location was ideal for boat trips and nearby beaches. The rooftop pool and bar were a highlight, perfect for sunbathing and even watching the Malta Air Show. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming, especially Prashanth at the bar. Zazen Bar was a lovely spot for a post-dinner drink. The food was a bit underwhelming, possibly due to end-of-season timing. My partner (a vegetarian) felt the veggie options were more like side dishes than proper mains. Cleanliness was generally good, though we did find a pair of underwear in the wardrobe!!! The small gym has basic equipment, but the low ceiling meant I couldn’t use the treadmill (I’m 6’1”). Overall, a solid stay with a few quirks – would recommend.

Very average hotel and in need of refurbishment. I don't know how this place could be awarded 4 Star, it's a 3 star at best. Rooftop pool out of service for repairs/ refurbishment. Walls damp where showers leak through walls. The staff were all very polite and professional. The food was not good, limited options but always something eatable.

My husband and myself Just left Royal Thalassa to return home. We are deeply saddened for this holiday to end. I will miss the amazing time I spent at this exceptionally wonderful hotel.Great staff, great food and above all excellent service. Good variety of food dishes that also changed regularly. from the main restaurant However Wasn’t too impressed with Mona restaurant.Limited dishes to choose from. The most I will miss is the swimming at the indoor pool. I was a beginner when I stepped into that pool but with the help and guidance of Yaseen the life guard and Moiz I can now swim. Osam every morning saw me walk in and prepared a fresh doughnut for me. All the team in the restaurant was amazing, they always greeted us with a massive smile and were never reluctant to help. Momo, Chica and Meme were always fun to be around. The trip to the Olive festive was a pleasant surprise.Tasting various types of breads and olive oils which was arranged by the hotel staff. The staff at reception desk were friendly and always helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard with fresh water bottles on daily bases. I will definitely go back.

Right we arrived for a Christmas break and leave on the 28th December. Hotel is clean but tired, gym is chargeable per day, Food is a small selection, very similar everyday with long waits for the grill and pancakes. Overall disappointed with food choice. Location...middle of nowhere, nothing outside the resort in a walkable distance. Service is ok, if you speak French it's a major plus, English speak folk will struggle!! No onsite shop/arcades etc The entertainment....well it's cringy, awful and runs late! Rather not have it than see the room walk out during the acts it was that bad! Beach is limited and covered in litter either side of the hotel not a nice walk on the beach. All inclusive drinks are served from one bar so it does gets busy and water is chargeable!! You are provided with 2 bottles a day (if you're lucky) then it's about £2 a bottle of water 7TDN for a 900ml glass bottle. Overall all better places to stay for the money!!

Food selection was not great, same things on menu most nights. Mainly catered to French and Russian. Food not labelled well at all, had what i thought was chicken and labelled as chicken, turned out to be fish!! Good job i didn’t have any allergies. Same again with dessert, my partner had a cake that had nuts in but this was disclaimed anywhere! Again, luckily not allergies but only a matter of time until someone does have a reaction to the poor labelling system. Bar staff morning and night were amazing, very attentive and friendly! Rooms were okay, we had pool view and the toilet made a constant ‘filling up/flushing’ sound which was annoying. Beds were comfy and TV had Netflix, Prime etc which was good. We had a distressing encounter with our coach driver on the transfer on the way back which we have contacted our provider about. We booked a massage at the spa and we were forgotten about! Got into our massage 50 mins after the allotted time, which it was then rushed and the massage was not 50 minutes (which is what we paid for) The hotel itself is no longer a 5-star as it is quite aged and needs some funds putting into it.

Loved coming and staying here. The staff were lovely. The food was tasty, particularly the couscous. There was always a variety to cater to different food palettes. It was also lovely how the staff mingled with the guests and this created a very homely, welcoming environment, particularly Chada. There were direct, regular trains to Monastir and Sousse. It costs half a dinar, so much cheaper than the 30 dinar plus that you are charged by the taxi drivers. There isn't a masjid in the area, but you can easily hop on the train if you want to join for communal prayer. It is a quick journey into Monastir and the masjid is about a 5 minute walk when you get there. My room was lovely and kept looking lovely by the staff. Noura was always really warm. The themed nights were entertaining. Some hit differently but that's because people have different tastes, which is why they do a variety. The other guests were also really welcoming, too. I look forward to coming back and seeing everyone again. I have made some friends on this trip, both in the hotel and on my travels, that I will definitely keep in touch with and hope to see again soon.

You’re comparing this place unnecessarily to a European hotel. Let’s not forget, you didn’t choose this one by accident — the good price also comes with different standards than what you’re used to in Europe. The courtyard and the pool area are very neat and clean, and the beach is also well maintained. However, the tennis court, and especially the tennis rackets, are in quite poor condition. The animators are rather annoying, constantly shouting — especially Zero. The DJ is terrible; it would honestly be better if he just let the music play on its own. The live music evenings were mostly nice, except for the synthesizer duo, which was more like a comedy show than a concert. As for the food, some dishes are really tasty, while others are almost inedible. The fruits are dry and flavorless. On the positive side, the pizza, pancakes, fries, seafood, and most of the fish dishes were delicious. The vegetable cream soups were also good. The bottled drinks were nice, but the lemonades and slushy were about ten times sweeter than they should be. The desserts were mostly tasty, and the ice cream was fine too. However, no matter how many cocktails you drink throughout the day, you won’t get drunk — I have no idea what they’re mixing into the spirits (rum, whiskey, etc.). The beer is also of pretty low quality

The hotel staff were really nice, they always made sure we are comfortable and had a good time, 5⭐️ for them. Rooms are nice and clean, beautiful garden. Wi-Fi is non existing at this place.. The food at the buffet is not nice at all.. Boring and you get the same food every single day with different seasonings we was really disappointed. We couldn’t wait to get home and have a nice food again. If you are going for a full day trip to Luxor or Cairo you can request a breakfast at the reception but you will be shocked, you get 2 bread roll in 1 with 2 tiny slices of cheese and the second one with 2 small slices of some kind of “ham” they were tasteless.. We only eat it because we was starving and our lunch was at 2pm on both trip. We was lucky to try they new Italian restaurant the night before leaving. The food was nice but had to wait 25 minutes for the steak and we was running out of time, we couldn’t enjoy our dinner because our booking was at 8 and the restaurant closed at 9… The sea was beautiful at the beach with beautiful corals, but they could upgrade the sunbathing area as it looked very cheap with dirty sun beds. The alcoholic drinks didn’t taste good the only cocktail was drinkable is the blue hawaii. ⭐️The Safari Park guys next to the pool were really nice with excellent prices and great tours. ⭐️

The place is good the staff are great the food was good. It is very clean and the beach toilets are as good as the reception toilets the beach staff cant do enough to help. It is located a long way from anywhere and there is nothing really to do. The onsite facilities are expensive but they do try. If you want to laze by the pool or beach it is perfect if you want to venture out you need transport. Overall the hotel is great for an all inclusive no hassle week or 2

This is the worst hotel I’ve been to in Egypt. It is advertised as all inclusive, it is not. Beer is only available in the dining room at lunch and dinner. If you want beer at the pool bar, lobby bar or Shooters bar you have to pay for it. Wine is not available unless you pay for it. The spirits available are undrinkable, not real but made from Ethyl alcohol (Ethanol) with flavour and colouring. Entertainment is very limited. The food other than the salad bar is very poor with the chicken always having bones in and any beef was full of gristle and pipes. The only good thing here are the staff who have to work here. Special mention to Ragy and Mohammed in the dining room and The chef Mohammed who made my wife beautiful salads, and the pool life guard who looked after the slides and the lovely older room cleaner, I can’t remember their names. We had booked with Holidaygems a year ago for 28days when the reviews were okay, I don’t know what happened since then but it should not be advertised as all inclusive. We could not afford to move hotels but after 3 weeks we spent another £600.00 and went to the St. George Homestay for the last week which was wonderful. If you want an All inclusive holiday don’t book the Tivoli.

Overall, my stay was good, but there were a few mixed points worth mentioning. Breakfast was honestly below expectations — very limited options and not what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. The vibe of the place was a mix of good and bad; the atmosphere was nice, but some details definitely needed attention. My room wasn’t in great condition at first, but when I reported it, they fixed everything quickly, which showed they actually care about guests. Lunch was much better. You could tell they put effort into making it a good experience. The drinks, shisha, and food were all solid, and I genuinely enjoyed it. For a relaxed stay, it’s not a bad choice

This hotel is not child friendly at all, life guards tried to square up to my 9year old in the car park. Shout at the children with no respect even I had 2 children on the spectrum with me and they was always out in situations they shouldn’t have been in by the staff members. They shout at woman also with no empathy, only treat you well if moneys involved. Also NO woman work at this hotel, it’s all men who talk and stare at you constantly and laugh unions themselves. I saw the reviews but booked through agents so was so hard to change but I wish I never ever come across this hotel, it ruined everything my money the kids experience it isn’t child friendly at all. Once the pools close there is nothing to do for children. NOTHING & I mean NOTHING is all inclusive about this hotel except sides they give like salad. This place hasn’t been touched since it’s opened nothings been changed updated nothing. This place needs a whole reform the drinks the food are given like you didn’t pay for it and are lucky to get anything. Ended up eating out so so much. Everywhere is they double charge you please go search a restaurant called Abu Ali, there is where all the locals live and go and everything is so so cheap it’s hard to even spend 200 Egyptian there. The vibe is so so good the food the clothes the fresh juices honestly enjoyed there more than the old market. Would never return to this hotel again! If you booked try rebook somewhere else.

The Worst Hostel Experience Ever I booked this place for ten nights without checking the reviews, and that was a huge mistake. After checking in, the first night turned out to be the most miserable experience I’ve ever had in any accommodation. The room was dirty and full of insects—I even got insect bites. The furniture was extremely old and in urgent need of repair. There was no minibar, no coffee, and not even a bottle of water provided. The bathroom was also dirty and poorly maintained. The restaurant was just as bad. The chairs were broken, and there were cats walking inside and eating near the guests. The food was not clean, lacked any quality, and didn’t represent Egyptian taste at all. There was almost no variety in the meals. The “all inclusive” package was basically useless. It didn’t include basic things like bottled water or any type of coffee. If you wanted water, you had to drink from a dispenser, and it was the worst water I’ve ever tasted. I had to leave the hostel to buy clean water and food from outside. After this terrible night, I went to the reception in the morning to check out. When they asked why I was leaving after only one night, I explained everything. The receptionist responded by saying this is “normal in all hotels in Sharm El Sheikh” — which is absolutely not true. He was rude, unprofessional, and didn’t even try to solve the problem. I will never recommend this place to anyone. It was a complete disaster from start to finish.

I stayed for less than 24 hours, mainly just to sleep, so the short stay was fine for my needs. Location: Very good — about a 10-minute drive from several city attractions and around 15 minutes from the airport. Price: Reasonable and not expensive. Room & Service: The room was spacious and included a bathroom and a small kitchen, but the furniture was very old and worn out. Only towels were provided — no soap or tissues. Overall, the service was acceptable. Staff: Friendly and accommodating. They kindly offered to prepare an early breakfast since we had to leave before the regular breakfast time. Facilities: The hotel has a restaurant and a bar, and I noticed a couple of nearby shops open until midnight. Internet service was not free. There’s also a private hotel taxi — I used it once; it was an old van but functional and fairly priced. I didn’t try other facilities like the pool, breakfast, or room service, so I can’t comment on those. Overall, my short stay (less than 18 hours) was acceptable, but it’s not a place I would choose to stay at again

Sanctuary for Solo traveler – 10/10 Royal Level Experience I am currently finishing a fantastic stay at the Barceló Margaritas Royal Level and cannot recommend it enough. As a solo female traveler, safety and comfort are my top priorities, and I felt completely looked after from the moment I arrived. The hotel is a true sanctuary. I stayed on the 6th floor, which was perfect—very quiet, private, and offered lovely views that made my mornings so peaceful. The service has been top-tier! Special shout-out must go to Monica at the restaurant. She was absolutely brilliant and made meal times very easy as opposed to awkward which is often the case when dining on your own. . Between the excellent food at La Palapa and the exclusive, relaxed pool area, this has been the high-end getaway I needed. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

For 4* is a good option, they care about quality is visible. Room was big enough nice pool view. Quiet area, quiet room and we enjoyed the holiday. Food amazing every day and evening, we had a half board and I recommend half board. Everything evening different menu theme and almost all the food was live cooked in front of us. All the staff from the restaurant very professional and kind. Position: very good. Taxi station is very closest and bust stations are all around max 5min walk. Walking til Playa del Ingles around 15-20min, a nice walk down feom the hill for us was a pleasure when weather is great. A minus for cleaning team which were just pretending to do the room, skipping our room or just not changing sheets on beds. We complain and still the cleaner discharge sheets. I would recommend cleaning team to be checked by manager what they are doing because they are not at best level of quality services. Because of this I can't give 5*. Overall we had a great holiday and when we will come back this hotel will be an option. I recommend the hotel.

The service at this hotel was excellent and we can't fault the staff in any way. However I do think this hotel could really do with some improvement especially as barcelo is a trusted brand with a good reputation. The hotel rooms need to be updated and more appealing. The lobby area is nice but needs more seating. The cleanliness needs to be looked at as the rooms are not spotless for example stained towels. The walk to the rooms is not pleasant as the hallways are marked and gloomy with bars across all the windows. We wouldn't return unfortunately

This hotel is amazing it is immaculately clean and kept spotless not a bit of rubbish to be seen ..the gardens are beautifully manicured tended to everyday .. the entertainment staff were brilliant witty funny happy youngsters really attentive. The only downside which is a minimal moan.. was the coffee in the dining room it was tasteless and not enjoyable but on the bar areas it was lovely coffee. Also we were half board so paid for our drinks and they disturbed you whilst you were eating your meal to pay for them ..i think it would be better paid for after ...other than that the perfect stay ...

The rooms are spacious and with a balcony that faces the pool at no extra charge. The only downside is the beds are two single beds pushed together so you don’t get a double, a bit annoying. You get a fridge which is a bonus. There are 2 pools and plenty of sunbeds to go around. There is also an arcade open 24/7 I believe with some fun games and table tennis tables. Staff are really friendly and attentive. Thank you to Marcelo on entertainment who was fantastic and friendly. And Luciano at the breakfast and dinner buffet who was really friendly. Food wise- good food for a 4 star resort on a half board basis. Great variety of fresh fruit and vegetables. Not the best for a vegetarian (only pasta, pizza, potatoes, chips, fruit, veg, pastries on offer), but it’s as to expect in such a resorts. Barely any vegan options. Perhaps the hotel could improve on having more options for this. They do have milk alternatives on offer which is great. Overall, fantastic value for the price and I would stay again

Where to start! The Hotel receptionist who was on duty was not very welcoming, looked as if he could not be bothered. Went to the room, hotel is dated and a little rough. Our room was ok, it was clean. Was looking forward to dinner ,went downstairs to what can only be decribed as a school lunch room ,zero ambience at all, the buffet provided served food barely warm,we were offered a microwave to heat it though?! I was disappointed and barely ate. Not even the dessert redeemed itself. I watched as the roof leaked and dripped into the bar area where our drinks are poured, Delightful! The hallways are noisy so forget a goodnights sleep. Then sat on the balcony to over look the dirty canal and all you can smell is weed. Facilities?! A Gym you can't swing a cat in with no ventilation and smells musty, you can only get to the pool area by walking out the main entrance and all the way around. How is this rated a 4 star hotel??? Please see picture of the dry shoelace Pulled pork on offer. Don't waste your money.

location is amazing. if you are looking to just have a place to sleep and be in a great location then this is the place. we walk out and we are basically in the sea it’s great. we’ve had a few small issues with our room such as the heating not working, our shower being too hot or too cold not middle term and our bed lifting. These issues definitely didn’t stop us from having a great time and enjoying the delicious breakfast they offer and their pool. I recommend.

Enjoyed my stay here so much. Used the all inclusive option and fell in-love with the cocktails 🍹 variety accompanied by it. The rooms and washrooms were spacious and neat. The available Tv 📺 stations were also inclusive as I had various options to choose from for me and my kids when I wanted to just stay in from hiding from the rain 🌧️ or the sun ☀️. Also, I enjoyed my meals and the meal suggestions for the day. Available vending machine for immediate needs if you do not want to leave the hotel. However, I do recommend that the pool be heated during winter as I and my kids were unable to enjoy the pool as suppose as it was so so cold 🥶, giving it a 4 ⭐️ for this.

We had a wonderful family holiday here! We traveled as a family of three with our 2-year-old son and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our room (a superior with sea view) was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a lovely balcony and a large bathroom. The staff (including the cleaning team and animators) were absolutely amazing — always kind and helpful, even lending a hand during breakfast when I needed help while picking food for our little one. Anas at the reception desk was also our guide to the beautiful region that we discovered- a special thanks to him!The hotel’s location is perfect, with direct access to the beach right from the exit, and plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. There’s even a Chinese store just around the corner where you can find anything you might need! Parking is paid but very convenient and reasonably priced, and there’s also public parking close by. Overall, everything was perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable family stay. Highly recommended — we would definitely come back! + Lots of activities organized by the hotel: gym, aquagym, karaoke… Ps: I was surprised by the bad reviews. I think some parts of the hotel could get some work done but it is very clean. The location and the service quality compensates for everything else.

After seeing a lot of negative reviews I was very sceptical about coming here but it exexceeded my expectations. The hotel is lovely although could do with a revamp as it is quite dated but that didnt make a difference to my holiday. The rooms are clean & spacious. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the pool and it's views overlooking the beach is beautiful. The beach is right outside the hotel. The hotel is within walking distance to the shops, pubs/restaurants, bus stops and town. We didn't try the food at this hotel so can't comment on that but would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Good hotel, rooms could be a little bit better, toilet didn't flush very well. Staff very helpful and polite. Almost all the staff smiled and helped for example with luggage and poured water on table when eating. This is not a 4* hotel, it is worse than a UK Premie Inn. The level of service was appalling, check-in took very long, rooms were not clean, there were spiders and bugs in the room and items were not replenished such as towels and tea/ coffee items. There are no lifts in the buildings so you have to walk flights of stairs. At one point the water pressure was 0, no water at all for the whole floor so we couldn't use the bathroom for hours and that there was nothing they could do. This was eventually fixed but it's not acceptable for any rating of hotel. We had to walk to reception for simple things as the phone was iot answered. I have seen guests go to reception which is not nearby just to simply ask for towels and queues of guests because the reservation system was down. Breakfast was pretty basic, glasses and cutlery were dirty and for some reason cups were not given. The teacups over fill when you use the coffee machine and there is no milk/ coffee mate for teas+ coffees in the room. I needed a letter from the hotel for travel insurance purposes as a relative was unable to make it on the holiday, to state he was removed of the booking. I chased this for 7 days and was told there is no designated manager for this hotel to speak to in-case of any problems. They did not want to take any accountability for anything. I was told to email the reservation team but got no response, I enquired at reception again and was told that the "manager" or reservation tean does not work on a Sunday. Then on the Monday apparently writing a simple letter or email reply was "forbidden" for whatever reason I don't know I tried explaining that it was for travel insurance purposes but they did not listen. Overall the hotel is very dated, and management is extremely bad. The level of organisation is appalling and you are not provided with the 4* service and amenities you would expect. Please stay elsewhere!

The hotel itself was quite pleasant. However, the room that I paid for was downgraded, to a room without a fruit basket or TV in the furthest part of the hotel room without reason. I also rented another room for my girlfriend as I wanted to show her respect by paying for her own separate room. When I visited her room she had a fruit basket and a TV and a balcony unlike mine, she’s Moroccan and most likely more respected than me, a foreigner from The UK. My Girlfriend and I stayed at the City Green Hotel for 7 nights in October 2025 and overall I was happy. If you have a package holiday with a coach drop off you get dropped off about 3 minutes down the road, but it is easy to find and safe. Not the grandest hotel I have stayed at but, for the price, it is more than good enough. Two small/medium sized pools, with plenty of sun beds (for the size of the hotel) but pools are not heated, with how cold they are they may even put ice in them! The rooms are ok, more than good enough for me but some may say they could be a tad cleaner. Only one elevator, with the restaurant on the 4th floor, which again was not a problem for myself and my girlfriend but for less able people, could be an issue. The food was okay, would have liked a bigger selection of fruit and possibly more variety, but everything I did have tasted nice. Good selection of cocktails at the bar, along with spirits too. We recommend the City High cocktail. Two nights of entertainment I believe, we saw the Greek dancing and it looked fun. Fantastic location, nice and close to the beach and the main strip with all the bars and restaurants, also very close to the hills which are great for a nice hike! Loads of cats in and around the hotel, we loved it but some may not like that!

The location of the hotel is quite near local bars and restaurants. However, that is the only positive thing I can say. The room was not cleaned all week, the dust and dirt on the floor from when we arrived was still there when we left. Food is not great and staff were unhelpful. I will not be visiting that hotel again.

Rooms 🏢 Spacious, clean, no complaints regarding the standard. Medium-sized bathroom – for bigger people it may be hard to manoeuvre, e.g. while changing clothes. On the good side – large sink; on the bad – the shower cabin floor edge is so low you have to be careful about the water flow. Other benefits: an air conditioner, a balcony with chairs and table, 2 large mirrors, a tea set with electric kettle (but why is it connected in the closet?), and a fridge that unfortunately gathers a bit of water inside. Area 🏖 The hotel is not too far from the beach and bus stops. Staff and service 💁‍♀️ The biggest benefit. Very helpful, quick with formalities. A few members speak Polish, including Mrs. Bogusia who provides advice on where to go, what to visit, how bus transport works, and much more. Big kudos for that. There is also one person at the reception and one at the bar who also speak Polish. Food 🍽 It is ok. When it comes to taste, everything is quite good or often even delicious. The thing is.. the choice. The most humble is breakfast. There is of course everything you need for a sandwich, cereals, dried fruits, pancakes, beans and bacon (quite English breakfast elements), but for vegans/lactose-free guests it may be a little monotonous, with the selection limited to fruits, bread, and raw vegetables. Lunch and dinner are more satisfying, with options changing more often. There is a lot of meat but also vegetable-based dishes, although sometimes the balance is not even and one predominates over the other. A big plus for Greek night every Friday with a delicious feast. Other 🎶 Plus for events like saxophone play at the bar. Overall It is definitely a recommendation for Poles who are not so fluent in English nor have much experience with holidays abroad.

We have had a fantastic holiday in Crete, The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but very well maintained and very clean. Room service comes everyday and a good supply of fresh towels are never a problem. There has never been a race to the sun beds. 2 pools have enough for most sun bathers. Although the pool around the back is cold compared to the main pool. The bar staff are fantastic, well done to George, Paulina and Manos for having a smile and a joke with us. You helped make the holiday enjoyanle. No one can complain about the food, the selection was good and it changed every lunchtime and evening. The deserts are fantastic 😍. Again the staff in the restaurant was helpful and polite. And even at busy times there was enough tables. The all Inclusive drinks are standard fayre, drinkable without being fantastic. You can upgrade to named drinks but it didn't look value for money. The hotel is well presented , clean and tidy with air con in the rooms and reception area. It's us located a few minutes walk from a multitude of shops, cafes , restaurants and bars. With the beach oy a fewinutes more away. The bar which is by the main pool has snacks during the day including ice-cream. It stays open quite late but all inclusive stops at 1pm. It could do with some of the sun beds being moved and a few more table and chairs being put out in the evening though. Friday night is BBQ night by the pool with traditional cretian dancing which we enjoyed. Definitely had value for money here and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of this hotel, definitely book. Very happy with our experience at City Green . Thank you very much.

After reading reviews before we went I was a little worried but when we got there it is a lovely adult hotel situated in a great location, close to the main street and seafront of Hersonissos. Clean and tidy rooms, with comfortable beds, bathroom was a little small but at the end of the day it is adequate for the purpose. We found the staff friendly and helpful, and they had prepared some food for us as we were arriving late at night, which was a very nice touch. Food and drink was pretty good but we did eat out too to try the Greek restaurants. All in all, we had a brilliant stay here, and the hotel served as a fantastic base for us to get out and explore the island. We would definitely return.

Excellent stay, plenty of pools to relax at. The rooms were a great size with a large variety of channels on the TV including Sky Sports. Kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was very good in the bedroom and the living room. If you wanted to unwind then everything on site Including Spar so you don't have to move.

Nice hotel with great amenities. Apartment spacious. However, room was not cleaned or towels changed until after 4 days, despite asking. Toilet also not very clean with mould on tiles. Had to buy soap as dispenser empty, even after clean.

We booked a one bedroom apartment and were delighted with the location, it has a well equipped kitchen, large lounge/dining area, two balconies plus ample parking. We were about one minutes walk from the nearest pool which had a snack bar staffed by a lovely woman who helped me with my Portuguese pronunciation. There were ample loungers by the pool and immaculately clean toilets.

We stayed for 2 days over including New year's eve. Check -in was quick (we requested early check-in but was sent message as depending on availability, so didn't bother going early). The village itself is massive, we noticed tennis court (didn't use it), indoor pool + jacuzzi, small gym & kids playing area. Room was very spacious (we stayed in 2 bedroom superior apt) & clean (considering all the reports of mould, we actually were surprised). Apt had all the amenities including 2 decent size bedrooms, living room with 65 inch TV & & again another one in bedroom, fully fledged kitchen (microwave, dish washer, oven, pretty much all the utensils), utility room (washing machine didn't work). Apt itself used to get cold in the morning but all the rooms had AC & bathroom had heaters which kept us comfortable. Check out was again quick & they let us stay for additional 2h (as it was New year's day to recover from overnight late night party) which was nice. Overall, very pleasant stay & would visit again. Only dowmside is minor things (for eg, some of bulbs were burnt, sockets out of walls, working appliances, really just maintainence of existing facilities) .

When we did eventually check in, it was dark and we were given terrible directions to get to our apartment; took us over half an hour to find the right one! And that was only because one of the other residents helped us.

Just returned from a week in the Amour Hotel and had a very enjoyable week. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the food was lovely. A very relaxing week although there were children there so not sure how they can advertise as adults only. Rooms were a bit tired but I understand that they are being renovated, but the biggest problem for us was having no inside bar only a pool bar. The location is excellent with a short walk into the town and having the beach over the road. Thank you again Iris and Joan

We had a wonderful stay at Amour Holiday Resort. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, and they truly took great care of us throughout our holiday. The manager is absolutely the right person for his role – he genuinely puts the guests’ well-being first, and you can feel that in every detail. The resort itself is beautiful, cozy, and very well maintained. The private pool was such a treat, perfect for relaxing in peace. The location is also excellent – just a short walk to the charming Amour Bay and the stunning Apokritipi Beach. This is the perfect place for anyone who doesn’t enjoy huge, crowded hotels but instead wants a pleasant, quiet, and welcoming atmosphere. We can wholeheartedly recommend Amour Holiday Resort, and we’ll definitely be happy to return.

I stayed in a junior suite, which had been recently renovated – everything felt modern, fresh, and beautifully designed. The food was very good and matched my expectations, so I have absolutely nothing to complain about. While the hotel is not located directly on the beach, everything you might need is close by, making the location very convenient. Overall, a great experience that I would gladly recommend.

Pros: Very kind and friendly cleaning staff, very good food with a good variety, and a beautiful, well-maintained garden. The hotel grounds are green and pleasant, which makes the stay enjoyable. Cons: Unfortunately, our stay was problematic from the very beginning. Upon arrival, the hotel was not aware that our reservation was for 2 adults and 2 children – the children were not included in their system. We arrived late in the evening, the children were already very tired, and the check-in process took a long time, which was stressful. When we finally got to the room, we were disappointed, as it did not match the description shown on Booking.com. According to the booking, the family room should have included one double bed and two sofa beds. In reality, there was only one sofa, and a foldable extra bed was added only after the first night. One of our children slept on this temporary bed for most of the stay, which was uncomfortable. Throughout most of the stay, the hotel placed responsibility on Booking.com and did not offer a clear solution. Despite messages and requests, there was a lack of timely response. We were eventually referred to a guest relations manager, who turned out to be unavailable at that time. Additionally, children’s animations, which were listed in the schedule, were carried out only partially or not at all. At the very end of the stay, we managed to obtain a free late check-out, however this was our own suggestion, not something proactively offered by the hotel. Overall, the hotel has good facilities, very good food and lovely surroundings, but the handling of issues and communication with guests - especially families with children - needs improvement.

We highly recommend Mayfair Hotel Paphos. We spent a wonderful time here – delicious food, great atmosphere, and very friendly service. Special greetings to the animation team: Stan, Mario, and the lovely girl from Hawaii, who made every day enjoyable, especially during the bingo games. The reception staff was also excellent. We will definitely return, as both the hotel and Pafos left a great impression on us.

The Mayfair hotel is a lovely family holiday with a few buildings within the complex offering a variety of packages from breakfast only to half -board and all inclusive. Has outdoor pools and an indoor pool . Location is close to the Paphos harbour ( about 20 minutes walk ) mall and tomb of Kings . Great for families.

Beautiful hotel and gardens accommodation that caters for families and couples. Accommodation is clean, tidy and spacious. Nothing is too much trouble for staff, very attentive. Food of excellent quality and even there is something that even a picky eater could eat. Pool areas clean and tidy. Pools of good size and clean. Would highly recommend.

We stayed for 7 nights and had a really lovely time. The hotel was great, and the staff were all very polite and friendly, which made us feel very welcome. The pool was a bit on the cold side (lol), but there were always plenty of sun loungers available, which was perfect for relaxing. The food was nice, and although the room was fairly basic, it had everything we needed and was comfortable throughout our stay. The only downside wasn’t the hotel’s fault at all, unfortunately, we had some inconsiderate neighbours who were quite noisy during the night. Aside from that, we really have no complaints. We had a fantastic holiday and would happily return!

Just a one night experience meeting friends, staff were very good and evening meal and breakfast both buffet style help yourself was enjoyable and plenty of choice. I did not use the bar or pool areas. There is an underground car parking facility which I used and paid by the day, unfortunately I had problems getting out of parking as the card key given did not work twice, however, a technician was called and quickly sorted out the problem. I would recommend this hotel and look forward to my next visit.

A solo traveller staying in January. A very comfortable clean room nice comfortable bed and a tv with a few English channels. I was in for a week bed and breakfast and the food was very good plenty of choices and nice friendly staff. Being January it's not to busy either. A good location bars and restaurants close and 5 mins down to the beach front. The pool here is amazing but to cold to go in but was nice enough to sit in the sunshine around the pool .

Lovely stay at sol pelicanos, rooms were as expected, clean and serviceable. Food was good, as a vegetarian I always had something to eat. Service was great, very attentive. Since it's the off season we didn't use the pool, but had plenty of activities to do in the day thanks to Javi's yoga classes! Very funny and great for beginners Value for money but would recommend coming when it's a bit warmer since the area was quite quiet.

Stayed here for a week good location found the staff very friendly food was OK bit repetitive but choice was fine meat fish pasta and salad. The rooms were a good size people say a bit dated ok but it was only to sleep in didn't intend to spend a week in it. Cleaning and change of bedding every day so can't complain there all in all would I stay again for the price yes.
