The worst experience of my life. I don't understand the positive reviews. The rooms are completely outdated. You can hear the neighbours as if they were inside your own room. There's only one power outlet in the room, right in the middle of the floor: we had to put our phone on the ground to charge it, and it's impossible to work at the desk while charging a laptop. The transfer service recommended by the hotel doesn't answer the phone. The hallway light stays on all night, and the room doors provide zero insulation, so it feels like daylight inside the room around the clock. This hotel is full of partygoers who shout in the hallways when coming back from a night out. And to top it all off, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, at 3 a.m. After the first night, we asked to leave: the hotel refused any kind of arrangement and we lost the entire cost of our booking. Be smarter than we were: don't let the positive reviews fool you. Off-season, guests are placed in the renovated rooms at no extra cost, but in high season you end up in the run-down ones. Stay away.

We visited in September 2025, Clean and Tidy hotel, good drinks and food, Pool area clean and tidy plenty of sunbeds. Close to town and beach. Entertainment was ok and the safe where nice and friendly. The only downside for me, was that their is not tea/coffee making equitpment in the rooms and i was told by reception i could not entre the restuarant to get a coffee before 8am.

Location is perfect. The rooms comfortable, clean and spacious. The food was good, not great. The restaurant was busy and very noisy. My biggest concern was dirty plates and cutlery. I could feel the grime! And the entertainment was solely for children. When we asked about that, we were told it is a family hotel. But with every child come an adult, and adults like entertainment too. It was a nice holiday but we would try somewhere else next time. But having sounded quite negative about it in this review, I did really enjoy my stay there.

Great location and fantastic views. The hotel needs more staff in the dining room, tables were cleared quickly but restocking of glasses and crockery was slow, almost every meal time you had to wait for them to be filled up.

My partner and myself stayed here 4 weeks ago and can honestly say that this hotel is well run with lovely staff and very clean rooms and a lovely location for the beach 🏖 would definitely stay again if returned to Alcudia.

A truly fascinating hotel (price-quality correlation). Delicious food, a wonderful area at the beach with a cafe right on the beach with snacks working even in winter. Good indoor pool and spa (free hammam, sauna). A very beautiful lobby area and the rooms are furnitured in a very nice way. There is only one problem - poor sound isolation in the bathroom. The animation team is very nice and friendly, great activities provided during the day (yoga, dart 2 times a day, evening shows). Thanks to Alina, a very friendly girl who is in charge of holding yoga and dart game, was very lively. We want to come back to this hotel!

I have never seen a more terrible hotel, we were on vacation with 5 people, we booked 2 rooms, we arrived and got 1 family room with one shower and one toilet, we said for two nights, everything is understandable, everything happens.. We walked around the territory, nothing impressive there, there is no order everywhere, the staff is unfriendly, does not greet, does not communicate, you will not get what you ask for.. Not only that, when we entered the room, we saw a rat, the receptionist did not believe us until we went and saw it ourselves. In the bathroom, the water from the shower was already in the pool, we said that they would clean it, but they were unable to do it, they only brought new towels. Of course, after all this, they changed our room. In the morning, there was a cockroach in the toilet. We killed it, but unfortunately, the cleaner didn't see it for 6 days and didn't throw it away. The next day, the receptionist said that the cockroach was still there. They put fruit and wine in the room every day, we got it for a couple of days. They said that a table would be reserved for breakfast and dinner, because it's hard to find a seat for five people there. One evening, we found that the table was no longer reserved and we could have asked for it and given euros, but they were completely the same. I'm not talking about the pound, because it's terrible what's happening there. I'm not a complainer, we didn't pay cheaply for the holiday, of course I didn't think that we would have to live in a dump. The food is terrible, there's actually a lot of it, but it's impossible to eat, the plates and cups haven't been washed. In short, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. It won't let me upload footage of the rat running, but if anyone needs it I can send it to you personally.

We travelled as a group with my husband and children to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday, and everything about this trip was truly marvelous, fantastic, and unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The hotel management and staff treated us like kings and queens. I want to give special thanks to MD Sedar and the entire team for their outstanding support and kindness. I have never experienced such genuine care and attention before. The food was amazing—available 24 hours a day with so many options. Even as a fussy eater, I always found something delicious to enjoy, and there were plenty of choices for children as well. The service was top-notch; wherever you go in the hotel, staff are always ready to assist, bringing drinks and ensuring your comfort—even to your room. The hotel facilities are excellent. I highly recommend booking the spa package, which includes the sauna, steam room, Turkish bath, and massage. I came out feeling like a completely new woman! The beach is absolutely beautiful, with no stress over getting sun loungers. There is entertainment throughout the day, and the beach bar and buffet make the experience even more enjoyable. What stood out the most for me was the love, humility, and warm hospitality shown by every member of staff. They are welcoming, friendly, and truly dedicated to making guests feel at home. This holiday was glorious, and one of the best we have ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone around the world looking for an unforgettable experience. Thank you once again to the entire team—may God bless you all for the love and care you showed to me and my family during our stay.

Our stay at the hotel in Turkey from 7th to 14th April 2026 was truly a memorable and delightful experience. I travelled with my wife and children with other group members and we were all warmly received from the moment we arrived. The highlight of our visit was my 60th birthday celebration on the 12th of April, which took place in one of the hotel’s event halls. The entire occasion was a grand success, thanks in large part to the exceptional support from the hotel’s management and staff. They were actively involved from start to finish, beautifully setting up the hall, arranging the food and drinks, and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Their attentiveness and professionalism made the celebration truly special. Throughout our stay, the service we received was outstanding. The staff were consistently helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with any need. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious meals, with plenty of food and drinks always available. The hotel facilities were equally impressive. Its location by the beach provided a stunning and peaceful view, adding to the overall experience. There were excellent amenities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, a disco hall, a beautiful garden, and on-site shops. The spa services were also exceptional. My wife and I personally enjoyed the steam bath, sauna, body wash and massage, which were all carried out to a very high standard. Overall, we had a fantastic time, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable, and well-catered holiday experience. I was very disappointed that Russian patriotic music was played at the hotel disco. As a Ukrainian guest, this was extremely painful and triggering for me. This is not just music — it represents a country that is currently committing violence against my people. Hotels are public spaces and should be safe and comfortable for all guests. I believe staff may not understand the context, but that’s exactly why it’s important to raise awareness and be more sensitive in music choices. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean. The food is varied and good. There are not many attractions in the surrounding area. The service is good and the staff really try to make guests feel comfortable. I did not enjoy the hammam experience — I felt pressured to buy extra services, and similar packages nearby in Alanya cost about half the price. I hope the hotel will take this feedback seriously and avoid such situations in the future.

We stayed for one week and had a really wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, the atmosphere was great, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. The location is close to the beach and everything was well organized and comfortable. We really enjoyed the food and the buffet had a good variety every day. ,Heddi ,at the cooking station was always smiling and prepared everything perfectly. We would definitely come back again.”

We stayed here at the start of May, although we had a lush holiday the hotel was lacking in certain areas. When booking you see photos of building one which looks fresh and newly refurbished but building 2 is a bit more tired and that’s where we was given our room. Rooms are basic, but clean in general and the maids visited every day as long as you put the clean up time sign on your door. They were also very polite and made conversation with us when passing. Our balcony door was broken and didn’t lock which was fixed our last day Food wasn’t the best, we ended up going out every day for breakfast because the selection was there but it wasn’t enjoyable, stone cold hard bacon and undercooked sausage no thanks. Dinner and tea time was a bit more enjoyable, our daughter practically lived on chips and hot dogs. The pool toilet facilities weren’t the best, dimly lit, broken cubical doors with no handles, had to lean and hold it shut, could see out of them which I didn’t like, not sure if you could see in them. Lifts in building 2 - one lift was on and off for the week it was off one day when we first arrived and then halfway through our holiday I got stuck in the lift for about 45-60 mins with a couple. We pressed the alarm and it sent us through to an outside contractor instead of reception so we had no help off the alarm people. I had to borrow one of the couples phone and call my partner who was round the pool to tell reception to get them to come and help us. On the plus side my daughter loved the kids pool and the hotel is in a great location.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The beds were so uncomfortable we had to ask reception for more duvets to make it more comfortable! As a pregnant lady the food was rubbish, everything seemed to be fish so we had to eat out everyday. The walls in the rooms were so thin you could hear people coming in at 2 am arguing. Our room seemed to be covered in little tiny ants. The hotel is split into 2 hotels, we were in number 2. This one seemed to look like the worst out of the 2, more run down and basic. Cleaners were knocking on the door so early and talking so loudly outside the rooms. Hotel is in a great location, staff are great with keeping the pool area tidy. Entertainment team are amazing! Cleaners did clean everything& gave us clean towels daily however didn’t give us any clean bedding on the 10 days we were there. Didn’t change the dirty cups either that was used for tea/coffee or give us more milk & sugar.

This hotel is very clean. The staff are extremely attentive and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. The restaurant is well organised and the food is very good quality, nicely displayed and a wide variety of choices. All inclusive drinks were excellent. The entertainment is good and the location is just minutes from the sandy beach.

Only one thing bad about the hotel so far and that is the lack of WiFi, it’s off more than it’s on. Even my data package is not working great so maybe there’s lack of signal aerials in the area. First I thought it was just my phone but then other guests said the same. The food was great, plenty of variety and always hot. The room are lovely, we had a pool view. And it was a nice touch when they delivered a fruit bowl and a bottle of red on the first night. I liked that they played music around the swimming pool where there were always plenty of beds We are still here for another 5 nights and tomorrow we will try the beach Good value for money but they just need to fix their WiFi issue

Many thanks as well to Gülcan at the hair salon. She created a special hairstyle for me that has received countless compliments and has been loved by my colleagues and friends ever since. Her professionalism, talent, and attention to detail made the experience truly memorable. The spa experience was another highlight of our stay. We would like to thank Konmin for the excellent treatments and professional care, as well as Memo for his warm hospitality and for making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel offers fantastic value for money, with excellent facilities, food, entertainment, and service. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antalya.

Great place to stay. Lovely pool and restaurants. Food was good and staff friendly. When we arrived though our room was not ready and they were going to move us to another hotel for a night! We arrived at 11pm having traveled all day and said this was not ok. The manager kindly gave up his room and let us have it. Some of the coffee shops were not manned very well and often we had to walk away as we were waiting for staff to serve us. The gym wasn’t good did not have much at all but across the road are 2 independent gyms you can use for a good price.

The hotel is absolutely stunning – modern, stylish, and very well-kept. Everything was clean, organized, and designed for comfort. Our room was spacious and cozy, with a beautiful view and all the amenities we needed. Housekeeping did a wonderful job every day, keeping everything fresh and spotless. The food was one of the highlights of our stay – such a wide variety of delicious options at every meal. We especially enjoyed the themed nights and the fresh Turkish dishes. There was something for everyone, and the desserts were amazing! The staff truly went above and beyond – always friendly, helpful, and professional. Whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or by the pool, they made us feel special every day. The entertainment team brought great energy with daily activities and evening shows, but also gave us space to relax when we wanted peace and quiet. The pool area was beautiful and the shuttle to the beach was quick and easy – the private beach was clean, calm, and perfect for sunbathing.

We have just left here after 10 nights, we have had a lovely stay here. Reception staff, especially Mert were amazing, always going the extra mile for us if we needed it. Staff around the hotel were chatty and helpful too, bar staff very quick! Room was good size, with lovely view of the pool from our balcony. Food was good, we managed to find something to eat most nights, snack bar by the pool is great too! Would definitely come back!

The food was delicious with plenty of variety, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional. We had a wonderful holiday at Labranda Mares Marmaris. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful pine trees and has an amazing sea view. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food had many options, especially at breakfast and dinner. The private beach and pool areas were very relaxing. The location is perfect for a peaceful vacation close to Marmaris center. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely visit again.

This is our 4th time visiting this hotel. On this occasion the room wasn't quite up to standard but once we went to reception they were super quick in changing the room for us with a view to die for. The location of the hotel is amazing. Views are outstanding. The main reason we come back to this hotel is the fantastic service we always receive. A huge thank you to Chagatay and Eros who always make our stay memorable. 5 stars all round.

We have had a lovely time at this hotel. Staff are excellent and good variety of food. Gym location is perfect with adequate equipment. It would be nice if they had music in the gym. Mahmut from the spa looked after us and was always very friendly.

Located in the Marmaris Icmeler district, Marmaris Labranda Mares Hotel is approximately 15 km from Marmaris city center. Those arriving by air can use Dalaman Airport. Transfers from the airport to the hotel can be made by private vehicle. The hotel has a covered parking garage with 12-15 vehicles. Those who cannot find a space can park their vehicles in the open parking lot. A group of 130 people stayed here between September 30 and October 5, 2025, to celebrate our school's 42nd graduation anniversary and reminisce. My wife and I stayed in room 1210. The room was spacious and comfortable. Access to the pool, sea, and other amenities is very easy. The sea was Blue Flag-winning. The pool was clean and refreshing. The restaurant was spacious, with delicious and varied food. It was possible to try local specialties like kebabs, soups, pide, and desserts. The entertainment and show team were excellent. I would choose them again. I would also like to thank the Front Office Staff Ms. Emine Çetin Toka, who responded to my questions and emails before joining the hotel, and the Front Office Supervisor Mr. Volkan and Front Office Staff Ms. Zeynep, who displayed a professional approach during joining.

After reading some of the reviews was abit nervous about staying here. The hotel is in a good location, good views, very close to the beach and local shops. Food was okay, a good selection, always warmish, didnt eat at the pool bar but always looked like a good selection. Good selection of drinks at pool bar. Staff were friendly and helpful Hotel rooms were always clean and tidy however hotel needs some serious maintenance, could do with a really good freshen up, and more attention to cleaning in communal areas, especially as this is a 4 star hotel. Could also do with a second bar as the only bar is around the busiest pool and the other pools are abit far from the pool bar. Also a warning that the transfer is a long one from the aiport. Could also maybe do with some more up to date sunbeds ( always plenty around the pool though) Spa was a little disappointing, sauna was out of order and was abit disappointed no indoor pool. Although the massage was lovely and the staff very nice. Overall a nice stay, nice weather, okay food. But would I stay here again no

Overall, SBH Maxorata Resort was okay and I would rate it closer to a 3-star hotel than a 4-star. The hotel is clean and in a great location, with the beach opposite and shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is also a good choice of pools. However, the hotel is in need of maintenance and refurbishment. The food was repetitive, often not very hot, and the snack bar served the same things every day. We were also disappointed that the second restaurant was closed throughout our stay. Most bar staff, waiters and the animation team were friendly, but some reception staff came across as moody and rude. Charging €4.50 per day to use the room safe was ridiculous. A lovely touch was the birthday surprise – a bottle of cava, a card and a specially decorated dinner table, which was much appreciated. Overall, there were some positives, but I expected more from a 4-star hotel.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Clean, modern, friendly staff. A huge selection of food. Room had a terrace with a sea view, mini fridge, comfy beds, nice bathroom. The hotel felt safe and was a 10 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed at SBH for a short solo break at the end of March 2026. I’ll admit, the mixed reviews made me a bit nervous beforehand, but to be honest, the hotel is lovely. Yes, some areas are a little tired and could benefit from a refurbishment, but nothing that negatively impacted my stay. My room was cleaned every day no matter what time I left, I returned to a freshly made bed and new towels. The housekeeping team absolutely deserves a 10/10. The food is what you’d expect from a standard all-inclusive nothing exceptional, but perfectly fine. The drinks offered plenty of variety, including English and Italian options, plus cocktails and shots. Lots to choose from. The staff were absolutely amazing. From housekeeping, who kept my room spotless throughout, to the bartenders who remained attentive and friendly even during busy periods to the waitstaff, who worked incredibly hard. I rarely saw an empty glass left on a table for long. A special mention goes to the animation team, especially Luca, Isa, Moris, and Minea, who made my experience from morning poolside to evening entertainment truly enjoyable. They really deserve recognition. Overall, I had a great stay. There’s no need to worry about the exaggerated negative comments, i would personally return.

Hotel is lovely. Set out well with a main focus point for restaurant and reception. Rooms are clean and looked after. Sunsets are incredible. Remember to haggle everywhere. Including the onsite shops. Ride the camel Zoltan! He’s lovely as is the owner and loves some fresh fruit off the restaurant table ;) staff are 50/50, some are polite and some nod or grunt at you. The food isn’t warm unless it’s fresh of the grills like you’d expect in most places abroad. Don’t forget your mosquito spray and a lot of sun cream as most items like that are £10 each at the shops. Been incredible nonetheless due to weather and the swim up pool room to cool off in.

My experience at Barceló Tiran Sharm El Sheikh was fantastic from start to finish. The staff really made the stay special—everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about guests’ comfort. The hotel facilities were excellent. The pools were spotless, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and everything was kept in great condition. There were tons of daily activities, from fitness sessions and games to evening entertainment, so there was always something to do without feeling overwhelmed. The beach is definitely one of the highlights. The sand is soft, the water is crystal clear, and it’s a perfect location for snorkeling with beautiful coral and fish just a short swim away. Overall, I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for relaxation, fun, and great service in Sharm El Sheikh. Absolutely loved my stay at Barceló Tiran Sharm El Sheikh! The staff went above and beyond every day—they were friendly, professional, and made me feel truly welcome. The facilities were top-notch, from the pools and gardens to the comfortable rooms. The entertainment team kept the energy high with fun daily activities, fitness classes, and great evening shows. You can relax or stay active—there’s something for everyone. The beach is stunning. Beautiful blue water, amazing snorkeling right off the shore, and plenty of space to relax in the sun. This hotel has the perfect balance of comfort, service, and natural beauty. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

Ahmed’s service is truly exemplary and reflects the high standard of hospitality at the hotel. Staff members like him make guests want to come back again. Overall, Barceló Tiran Sharm delivers a wonderful holiday experience with excellent service, great amenities, and a fantastic team. I will definitely be returning!

Well I've just got home after a week at this hotel and wow what can I say, I've never been to such a warm friendly hotel. The hotel is exceptionally clean everywhere, the rooms are spacious with great views of the sea and pool area, and the entertainment at night is good and varied. The pool is refreshing and the food is lovely and hot, especially the breakfast, and each evening there is different theme for dinner. The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you especially the sous chef. Location is quiet which suited me but short taxi or bus ride takes you into town. The beach at Punta Prima is stunning and well worth a visit, only 8 mins by taxi. I will be recommending this hotel to everyone and hope to return soon.

Just spent a very enjoyable week at this hotel. All staff very helpful. Restaurant excellent, good selection of food at each meal (we were all inclusive) Entertainment team were good fun, especially "Pleunie" the Dutch lady. Tom and Noah were good too. Bruno was a bit too serious. There were plenty of sports available, including archery, bowls and petanque.

We have had a fantastic stay at Alua Illa de Menorca, and we would especially like to thank Chef Nicholas for the exceptional care and attention he provided throughout our holiday. As someone with coeliac disease, eating away from home can often be stressful, particularly at a buffet restaurant. From the very first meal, Nicholas went above and beyond to ensure everything was safe to eat. He carefully checked every food item, and if something didn't have a gluten-free symbol, he would personally take a photograph of the ingredients and show us so we could make an informed decision. We’ve absolutely loved our stay - amazing, friendly staff who really care about ensuring each guest has a wonderful time. The animation team are particularly good, and have been wonderful with our three young children. The view from our seafront family room took my breath away the first time I saw it - just incredible! We had an amazing stay overall, and a huge part of it was thanks to the entertainment team! Every day they brought incredible energy, positivity, and fun activities for everyone. From games by the pool to evening shows, they made the atmosphere lively and enjoyable for both adults and kids. The team was always friendly, welcoming, and full of enthusiasm, and they truly made our vacation more enjoyable. However, there were also some disappointing aspects regarding cleanliness and hygiene. I noticed that the dishes and glasses often did not seem properly cleaned. One time I ordered a mint tea and the glass still had lipstick marks on it. I also saw that the glasses at the outdoor bar were being washed by hand instead of in a dishwasher with high temperatures for proper sanitization. Many things simply did not feel as clean as they should have been for a hotel of this standard. I believe the hotel should pay much more attention to hygiene and cleanliness, as this is extremely important for guests’ comfort and health. During our stay, I even developed a cold sore, which made me even more concerned about the hygiene standards. The entertainment team truly deserves praise, but improving cleanliness would make the overall experience much better.

The hotel is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable, with a great location by the sea. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of tasty dishes available every day, so there was always something for everyone to enjoy. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. It was my second stay at this hotel and I'm pleasantly surprised by the improvements — the rooms have been renovated and the food has improved too. At the same time, I was disappointed by the smell in the bathroom — there was a sewage smell coming from the shower, not the toilet. I stayed in room 1417 on the top floor. I was also struck by the fact that most of the guests were British, which is quite unusual for me to see, and suggests that the hotel does a great job of attracting this audience. The best part about visiting in May is that while the sea temperature is only 20°C, the swimming pools are heated — back in 2023 there was no chance to enjoy swimming, so this is a big improvement. I'm also glad that guests now have the option of gluten-free and healthy dishes, as well as interesting desserts such as Basque cheesecake, which is absolutely delicious. The staff varies, but is mostly kind and attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a beautiful holiday here, staff so friendly , food selection was really great, so much choice on the main restaurant plus all the snack huts outside. Loved the coffee house and the flamingo hut for ice creams and smoothies, towel alert was a lovely touch each day to our room. Evening entertainment was good, few bars dotted around the resort our favourite was Marin bar, shops out the back and turn left , we loved the beach side of the hotel always quite down there, could also get food from 12 jacket potatoes and kebabs, bar also on site there that did coffees tea and alcohol drinks, good selection of cocktails on the menu. Our last day today and I can honestly say we have had a beautiful holiday here and would definitely return, thank you for a great holiday Dosinia .oh and the mountains surrounding the hotel are beautiful.

The activities are lacking heavy on this hotel food is great mainly dessert and kids friendly food. Outside food more better for lunch due to more flavour. Activities again is lacking trust me its not just me thats says this. Adult disco is presented on the website but yet not performed, live music is another one but overall is good but activities is not taken seriously and followed which is not okay as i paid for whats prescribed on website. They dont have nothing entertaining for adults at night…they have good standard activities like game room and pool indoor pool. Also be prepared every staff will beg you for review well nearly all staffs it can get quite annoying as they demand it on the spot even while im in middle of my dinner one example the dinner bartender its bad taste to name names. I see him ask every single person he serves for review that is little bit odd. I hope management correct this. On a side note Resit the server has great service he is very attentive towards everyone and has positive attitude. Spa area is extortion prices 30 min head massage 40-50 euro classic massage 70 euro for just wow… its more than UK prices then after massage they are very persistent on you getting another massage like to the point where it throws me off on not getting another massage, And look for local one but unfortunately there is no local massage near hotel. I would say if you have kids they would love this hotel.

My experience at this hotel raises serious concerns regarding minimum operating and safety standards. The building is in an advanced state of deterioration. There are areas where plaster is coming off, the finishes are visibly damaged, and the overall impression is that of a property that has not been properly maintained for years. The level of wear and neglect goes far beyond the idea of a “modest hotel” and enters the realm of failing to provide basic, decent accommodation conditions. In the room, the furniture was old and damaged, and cleanliness was severely lacking. The presence of cockroaches and ants is not merely unpleasant — it is unacceptable. The bathroom countertop was swollen from moisture and showed clear signs of mold. The doors appeared improvised and patched with panel pieces, which raises further concerns about safety and proper maintenance. Another problematic aspect is the pricing policy. Absolutely basic amenities are charged extra — including the TV remote control and the use of the safe. Practically every service is monetized separately, without the overall standard of the hotel justifying these additional costs. During the night, the room temperature was very low, making it impossible to rest properly. Ensuring a minimum level of thermal comfort should be a standard, not a luxury. Breakfast was below acceptable standards: limited options, poor organization, overcrowding, and a generally questionable level of hygiene. The dining area reflected the same lack of concern for quality. This is not about unrealistic expectations or excessive demands. It is about minimum standards of hygiene, safety, and decency. I believe this property should be seriously evaluated by the relevant authorities and by the platforms that promote it. I strongly advise caution to anyone considering a reservation here.

Blue Sea is an uncomplicated hotel with huge apartments all with large veranda . Although a little old fashioned , the rooms are serviced spotlessly regularly with no shortage of fresh towels. The pools are so nice. We chose the large one as we like a good swim. The bar served all day. San Miguel is the house beer & wine is like a mild pino. The breakfasts are perfectly adequate with all the expected options. I recommend the lovely freshly cooked omelette. lunch was very good each Day with a wide choice. Dinner was similar but seemed less choice. The staff are very friendly and quietly clear tables with a smile. There are a couple of nice places to eat nearby. Masala was very good. I didn't like el delphin as its a bit clostophobic. We mostly enjoyed the atmosphere of the malibu with live music. Nice stroll to Laura's cafe is recommend for an excellent coffee under some gently tree shade .

Stayed here for a week with my family, let's get the negatives out the way. This is not a 5 ⭐️ place so don't expect it to be, the whole complex could do with some minor maintenance here n there n a lick of paint and the apartments didn't have Aircon. However what you do get is a buffet restaurant good choices we never went hungry or had a bad meal, 3 terrific swimming pools good drinks selection on AI and very friendly helpful staff. Yes the apartment lacked AC but we didn't need it and yes it was a bit basic but it was clean and spacious. If you can tolerate the minor negatives you won't go far wrong.

I stayed here in November 2025. The location is convenient and the ocean view is nice. Breakfast was simple but fine for the price, and the staff were friendly in daily interactions. The main issue was the hygiene conditions inside the studio. I found cockroaches from the first nights onward. Mid-stay, I discovered several dead insects inside the ceiling lamp directly above the bed, and I also found one on the bed after waking up. I continued seeing them on the walls, bathroom, and ceiling throughout the stay. I reported the situation at reception and also sent messages via Booking.com and email. I didn’t receive replies to the written messages, and every time I asked to speak with the director, I was told he was not available. Booking.com later confirmed to me in writing that they tried to contact the property during the escalation but received no response. I stayed here last year without problems, which is why I booked again, but this time the conditions and the lack of follow-up were far below what I consider acceptable. I have filed a formal complaint through the official “hoja de reclamaciones.”

Overall, I would rate this hotel around 4.3/5, which is pretty much in line with its Google rating. The hotel was very clean, and the housekeeping lady was an incredibly kind and friendly person. The resort itself is huge, with plenty of entertainment, great facilities for children, a nice gym, fun water slides, and a fantastic option to order food from the menu by the aquapark. That said, there are a few things that could definitely be improved. The rooms are a bit outdated. The toilet seat moved from side to side, and the shower door desperately needed some oil because it squeaked every time it was opened. The room doors offer almost no sound insulation – you can literally hear EVERY sound from the corridor. We stayed on the second floor, and unfortunately many guests behaved terribly during the night. From around 10 pm until 5–6 am there were constant screams, shouting, arguments, and noise. It seemed like nobody cared that other people were trying to sleep. If you’re expecting a peaceful night’s sleep, you might be disappointed. We arrived as a family of four (two adults and two children) and found only three beds and three sets of bedding. It turned out one child was expected to sleep on a small sofa bed, but there wasn’t even bedding prepared for it. Since we arrived at 3 am, this wasn’t exactly ideal. Another strange experience was receiving a phone call from reception at 8 am about excursion meetings. After arriving in the middle of the night, a little time to rest would have been appreciated! 🙉 The coffee bar in the lobby was also interesting. The gentleman making coffee looked like he was serving customers as a punishment all week – ordering a coffee felt slightly intimidating! 😅 One funny situation involved the all-inclusive drinks policy. For five days we filled our drinks into our own reusable cup without any issues. On day six, a manager suddenly decided he didn’t like that. So I had to order four separate cups of Coca-Cola and then pour them all into my own cup right in front of him. It was quite amusing to watch someone police drink transfers when you’re already on an all-inclusive package. 😂 Another issue was the sunbeds. They were “reserved” with towels from around 8 am every day, and hotel staff did absolutely nothing about it, making it very difficult to find a free one. As for the food, it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t amazing either. Breakfast was almost exactly the same every day, so by day five you start to get a little tired of it. Still, there was always something to eat. Overall, we had a good holiday and enjoyed our stay. We don’t have unrealistic expectations, and the positives definitely outweighed the negatives. The hotel is clean, family-friendly, and offers plenty to do. With a few improvements, it could easily be even better. 🤞😊

A spa, a hairdresser, a beauty salon, souvenir and clothing shops… luxurious rooms, a beautiful sea view. We booked a family holiday here and were completely disappointed. The rooms, hallways, and kitchen were all filthy. The staff were rude, and the food was terrible, with very poor cleanliness throughout. Each evening, there was a huge queue for the all-inclusive bar. There is genuinely nothing positive to say about this place. Save your money and avoid the disappointment – go elsewhere. After we left the next few days apparently the kitchen was under lock and key and customers where been made to walk up the road to other hotels owned by sbh and use there services all week.

Firstly, the elevator was broken as the button to call for it was exposed and could cause an electrical hazard. Another issue was that we had found that cockroaches had seeped their way into the food. To elaborate, some rooms contained mould growing near the air conditioning which was not only visual pollution but also a problem in smell as that smell would spread throughout the room. Some of the sun beds had broken legs which could easily make someone hurt their leg. Cups and cutlery provided often came dirty alongside cold food which did not make a satisfactory dining experience. The standard stated on the website is not equal to the standard met when visiting in person.

We stayed at SBH Fuerteventura Playa in July 2025 with our 5-month-old baby and feel compelled to warn other families. From check-in to departure, the experience was completely unacceptable: • Check-in delay: We waited 1.5 hours for our room keys with a baby, after a long journey. • Misleading advertising: The hotel looks nothing like the photos online; it feels closer to 2–3 stars. • Infestation & hygiene issues: Our room had mosquitoes, ants, and large cockroaches. We even had to buy our own insect diffuser to protect our baby. • Room lock & safety: Our door lock broke, leaving us unable to access our baby’s milk for over an hour. Reception repeatedly claimed they could not help because staff were alone. • Poor management & understaffing: Long queues at the pool bar and kitchen, with staff overwhelmed and visibly stressed. Hygiene standards were low. • Food poisoning & quality: Buffet meals caused illness, and overall food quality and taste were extremely poor. • Receptionist failures: Requests such as dinner reservations were mishandled or ignored. The hotel director ignored our formal complaints, showing clear incompetence in managing guest safety and satisfaction. We cannot recommend this hotel to families or anyone expecting a safe, hygienic, and well-managed 4-star experience. Save your money and avoid this property.

Where do I begin….we stayed at this hotel for 8 days and they continuously disappointed us. To start, we checked into our room and it absolutely STUNK of sewage and death. No matter what we did, the smell did not go away. We told the front desk about the terrible smells and they didn’t do anything to accommodate or help. So unfortunately we were stuck with a disgustingly smelly room for our whole stay. Next the buffet food - absolute worst we’ve ever experienced. All the same stuff everyday, no flavor, very random combinations that don’t cater to everyone, cold, undercooked, overcooked, dirty plates and glasses. Let alone the cooks didn’t even know what they cooked when we asked them (since barely anything was labeled) The drinks - didn’t expect the best since it’s an all inclusive but most cocktails were just juice and sugar, barely any alcohol or good taste. The wine tasted like vinegar or apple juice, barely even wine. The beer was the best thing. Activities - there was a lack of things to do. Though we weren’t expecting anything crazy, they don’t cater to adults in anyway. Aside from the water aerobics in the morning, they barely play music by the pool. They spring “darts in 5 minutes” upon you but it all just seems lazy, outdated, and boring. The entertainers are good with the kids for the day and mini disco, but the adults entertainment at night is very tacky, effortless, and disappointing. Cleanliness- our floor had crumbs and pretzels from the person staying before, the sheets and pillow cases had stains, the bathroom absolutely stunk of sewage, the shower was old and moldy, & the balcony looked very outdated with cracks in the paint/ceiling. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay. The staff wasn’t very helpful. We had to chase down maids. The whole resort itself needs a big update and more up keep.

⭐ 1/5 – The Worst All-Inclusive Hotel I Have Ever Stayed In I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Club Cala Romani. This was, without a doubt, the worst all-inclusive hotel I have ever experienced. The food was absolutely terrible. The quality was so poor that it felt more like prison food than food served in a holiday resort. Breakfast was exactly the same every single day with very little choice. The snack selection was even worse – every day it was basically tuna, bread, onions, vegetables, and the worst-quality burgers I have ever seen. We paid for an all-inclusive package, but we ended up eating out at restaurants almost every day because the hotel food was simply not edible. As a result, we spent a lot more money than planned, which should never happen when you have paid for full board and drinks. The service was also disappointing. Some staff members at the bar were unfriendly and often treated guests without basic courtesy or a welcoming attitude. Another shocking issue was the Wi-Fi. I have stayed in many hotels over the years, and this is the first time I have been asked to pay such a high fee for internet access. In today's world, free Wi-Fi should be a basic service. The coffee was awful as well, tasting like the cheapest instant coffee powder mixed with water. I have travelled extensively and stayed in many hotels. Some have been better, some worse, but I have never experienced a hotel operating at such a low standard. I have never felt the need to leave a negative hotel review before, despite staying in many different places, but in this case I feel people should be warned before booking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those expecting a genuine all-inclusive experience. It was a very disappointing holiday experience and certainly not worth the money.

Just the manager Alisia needs to be a bit more helpful, it just looks like she pushes her duties onto other people (it helps I speak Spanish). The food is manageable and the smell needs to be rectified in the food area, but other than that it was great. Will be back in August. Thank you to Joanna at reception who was very, very helpful.

I cannot recommend this hotel at all the reception staff who were very abrupt and unhelpful as were 90% of the staff and as for the food and drink I cannot understand why they do what they do i am gluten free so nothing is labelled with ingredients but they will give you a half a4 size laminated bright orange card to carry round every meal and snack time just to make you feel special with your 1 euro plastic cup but you still have to try and ask what's in the food as they didn't always understand the card or understand that could they make me something else that was gluten free other Hotels have been amazing but here down right rude and why could we be human and have tea and coffee in mugs with breakfast but only in our plastic beakers from an outside machine with lunch and dinner shocking behaviour for civil people. however bethanty did try and sort a situation out for me by walking me into the middle of the busy restaurant and making me feel absolutely awful i hope she reads this and realises thats not how its done because after that I just didn't go back and lost all respect for the hotel. Its a 1 star at best

Overall, we had a brilliant holiday and made some amazing memories. The hotel was spotless throughout our stay and the housekeeping staff were always friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect for what we needed and the double shower was a lovely bonus. The pools were clean and well maintained, with lifeguards always paying attention and keeping an eye on things. We had read lots of reviews beforehand mentioning pool closures, but during our entire stay all three pools remained open with no issues at all. As quite fussy eaters, we were pleasantly surprised by the food options available. There was always something to eat, with plenty of choice at breakfast, snack times and dinner. The restaurant staff worked incredibly hard every single day and were always polite and welcoming. What really made this holiday special for us though was the staff — especially Enrique at the bar. Enrique was genuinely one of the nicest, funniest and most professional members of staff we have ever met on holiday. Even with a language barrier, he always made an effort to speak with us, have a laugh, and make us feel welcome every single day. He worked unbelievably hard, especially during busy periods, yet always stayed smiling, friendly and patient. Staff like Enrique are a huge credit to the hotel and honestly made our holiday even more enjoyable. We also really enjoyed the daytime entertainment around the pool, especially the saxophone performer, who was fantastic. Mia from the children’s entertainment team was also brilliant with the children and always full of energy. The location of the hotel was ideal, with a private walkway to the beautiful cove beach and plenty of nearby shops, restaurants and nightlife within walking distance. Overall, we had a genuinely lovely holiday. No hotel is perfect, but we felt the staff worked incredibly hard and deserved recognition for the effort they put in every day. Thank you again to Enrique and the whole team for helping make our stay so memorable.

Most of the pictures of the building are real. The hotel has cracked outside walls paint scabbing, doors that barely open/close. The location of it is decent, right on the sea side. The pools are small and the water is not clear and doesn't seem particularly clean. The bar is outdated and in need of renovation, the same for the tennis and volley, courts. Cracks and rust almost everywhere. On the other side, the staff is what made our stay amazing 👏! The staff are 5 ⭐️ , starting from the reception : Nyle, Angela and the older man with glasses - all of them are profesional, friendly and extremely helpful, they made the check in/ out process so smooth and quick, helped us with any queries. The restaurant staff were so friendly and efficient, we could not fault any of them , specifically Dan and Julian, they were so kind and attentive with guests that you could see that they enjoy their jobs. The animation crew was so small ( we only met Akos and Quentin in the whole week that we were there) , and it seemed that it was a afterthought. The kids club was almost non existent, the kids disco was really boring and didn't really captivated kids. The boys did try, I will admit that, however it needs more organisation. The food is again one of the highlights , as it was soooo delicious and cooked fresh 😋. So much variety and so flavour, we absolutely enjoyed every meal we had, and we never got bored of the menus. Also, the drinks were really nice, exactly what you need on a seaside . All in all, with the good and the bad, we would go again and we HIGHLY RECCOMEND the hotel!

I returned from this hotel just two days ago, and while I may have stayed in more beautiful places before, I'm not so sure I've stayed in many better ones. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful at all times. Honestly, I find it hard to believe some of the reviews claiming that the staff are unfriendly. Our experience was exactly the opposite. The children's mini disco was held every evening, even on nights when there were only two children staying at the hotel. Special thanks to AKOS NAGY for his dedication. Despite the low attendance, he was always friendly, enthusiastic, and very attentive to our children. The food was consistently delicious. I also think that anyone claiming there is "no variety" in the food may have unrealistic expectations. Every day there were several different options available, including rice, potatoes, fries, fish, pork, and chicken, along with a wide selection of vegetables and salads. There were also traditional local desserts, ice cream, fresh fruits, yogurts, creams, and mousses. If someone considers this amount of choice insufficient, then perhaps no hotel would ever meet their expectations. To sum it up, yes, you can certainly find more luxurious and visually impressive hotels if you are willing to pay significantly more. However, for a 3-star hotel, this place more than meets expectations. We had a wonderful stay here and spent a very enjoyable holiday at the hotel.

Me and my partner stayed here for a week, we are a young couple and honestly this hotel shocked us, we couldn’t believe it was only 3 stars. We payed for all inclusive and it was lovely the service was amazing although the food did get a tiny bit repetitive but still amazing. The rooms were so clean, also had a cleaner come in every single day cleaned the floors, bathroom, and made the beds look lush. The repetition staff were honestly incredible all of them were so lovely, I did have my bed break due to wear and tear no one’s fault and we went to reception and it was sorted out straight away we had a maintenance man come 10 minutes before his shift finished and still continued to sort it out he was amazing. The pool area was lovely lots of sun loungers, the pool bar was amazing - snacks and drinks all day long, also had a pool table, the service was amazing in there there was one lady called Sandra and she was so so lovely. Also the reps were really good, they’d always do games and it was be very inclusive they also would put on some type of game or show every night and the pool bar for example: bingo, music quizzes, acrobatics. One of the reps he was Hungarian (we keep forgetting his name) but he was the most genuine person ever my boyfriend asked him to play football and he went out of his way to go play football with just him for about an hour and half. Honestly couldn’t fault this place, the view is incredible lots of sun loungers on the beach. About a 5-7 minute drive from playa Blanca costing about €6 in taxi. 10/10 hotel. I’d recommend!

Great location, right on the sea, some room got amazing sea view. A lot of sunbed at pool and beach. Short walk from rooms to restaurant, pool bar, beach or pool. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, especially animation team. Food is great, drinks good too: Amstel beer, great local wines and sangria, good cocktails. Rooms and hotel is due for refurbishment, but still good quality, nice, clean and tidy. I think all rooms got balconies or terraces. Nice family hotel. 5-7 min to playa blanca center bytaxi for € 6/7 one way.

I arrived after a long day of travel to be greeted by a lovely lady on reception (Angela), who took my details and told me to leave my luggage and go and get some food from food hall before it closed! I had a lovely evening meal, then went back to reception to retrieve my luggage and obtain room key, my room has been upgraded and it’s such a lovely clean room, I have Wi-Fi, a fan I lounge and fan and AC in bedroom. Will update at the end of my stay but so far have nothing but positive praise for staff and location! Update: Overall a fantastic stay! The hotel is a great location and you can easily walk to the bus stop in Faro (10 min walk) and catch a bus into Playa Blanca Marina at around €1.40. The local Hyper dino shop saved the day! I would go for snacks and such as although the food was good, its wasn’t always a good selection for my tastes, which leads me onto my next point, if I were to stay here again I would only do room only, as I ate out most of the time! I feel the all inclusive was a genuine waste of money! Like I said I could not fault the staff every one was lovely and professional, I remember one staff member Mohammed, who was very friendly as he could see I was travelling on my way own and I really appreciated his kindness in stopping to chat with me. The beach facilities were fab! Having my own little cove to sunbathe in was a great joy! The club house was fun but I didn’t tend to use it much at night, I’d go into the marina area for the bars and restaurants. My room was cleaned most days and again I have nothing but praise for the room cleaners, they were lovely and professional and the rooms were always cleaned to a high standard. Also the reception staff here are amazing! They were always so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend a stay here! But if you are looking for super lively go stay closer to the marina or stay in PDC. This hotel stay gave me the peace and mental reset I needed and wanted.

We stayed at Evita Resort Rhodes as a family with our 2-year-old, and overall we had a really enjoyable experience. The resort was very family-friendly, which made traveling with a young child much easier and more relaxing. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, always happy to assist when needed. One of the highlights for us was the food. There was always plenty available, with lots of choice at every meal. We especially appreciated the Greek section, which gave us the chance to try local dishes alongside more familiar options. It made dining easy and enjoyable for both adults and our little one. A special mention has to go to Erika in the restaurant, who was always very pleasant and brought a smile to our faces with her friendly nature and sense of humour. The restaurant itself was also very well run, and credit to Costa for keeping everything efficient and organised, even during busy times. The atmosphere around the resort was relaxed and perfect for families, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. It’s a great option if you’re travelling with young children and want somewhere that offers good value, variety, and a stress-free environment. Overall, a lovely family holiday and a place we would definitely consider returning to.

I have recently spent a week at the Evita resort hotel, with my two sisters and friend! And we have done nothing but laugh since we arrived! The hotel itself is massive and has everything you need on it. There are buses that come right outside the hotel, that take you to Rhodes, lindos and many other excursions. Now for the staff at the Evita! Well where do I start, the whole team from the reception staff, cleaners, bar and restaurant staff was so friendly polite and helpful! Then we have the amazing reps who absolutely made our holiday! Sam ( meow meow) Billy, Fero and Ralu, are just amazing and show up everyday with an amazing attitude and incredible energy! How they do it every day I don’t know. But they made our holiday, they felt more like friends than reps! They make you feel welcome get you involved, always asking if you’re okay. And just being absolute super stars! Thank you for making my first time in Rhodes a special one, me and the girls couldn’t be happier! Keep up the good work! Will definitely be back! During our stay, my partner drank far too much and behaved in a completely unacceptable way. It was an embarrassing and difficult situation, and one that could easily have ended very differently. Instead of reacting with anger or simply asking us to leave, Despina and the entire management team handled the situation with a rare combination of professionalism, firmness, and genuine compassion. They took the matter seriously, set clear boundaries, and addressed it appropriately, but they also showed remarkable understanding and humanity. What touched me most was the way they treated me. In a moment when I felt overwhelmed and vulnerable, they looked after me almost as if I were part of their own family. Rather than distancing themselves from us, they upgraded our room and continued to treat us with kindness and respect. Their response felt less like that of hotel staff and more like that of caring parents who know when to be strict and when to show empathy. That is something you cannot teach in hospitality school. This is a lovely hotel in a quiet area of St. Julians. Rooms are spacious but the bathroom in the standard room is quite small. Pool area is clean, could do with a few more parasols, but staff are happy to find one for you. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice & very fresh. There are some lovely restaurants 5 minutes walk from the Hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a hair appointment at the hotel spa, and Carmen was lovely & did a really good wash & blow. Would recommend.

Staff very friendly! The place is quiet, clean and has a marvelous sea view! The breakfast is súper complete and offers lactose free - gluten free options. The only thing I would complain is that I requested a manicure and the original price was supposed to be 10€, but then they ended up charging me 25€, saying that my service was different. I just recommend they are clearer when explaining the services.

Drab and cost-cutting in the extreme. The Ryanair of hotels. Staying here for two nights on a work trip in a superior room. On arrival the foyer looked minimal?…or just unfinished? Like an amateur DIY project that didn’t really come together and the finishing is very poor. However the check in staff as all the staff were super friendly and helpful. 5 stars for service. But the room…. Bleak and dark. The cheapest of furniture (check out the side tables!). Sparse. Looks like they have taken a razor to the budget and just gone for the cheapest of everything Yes the lovely outlook during the day made up for much of it, but by night…. One dim fluoro bulb in the ceiling. No table or floor lights to soften and made the desk or other spaces usable. Blank sterile walls… the only art hotel with zero art or any decoration in the room. The hotel did send up a lamp when I complained straight away which was great though. The mattress and pillows are both very hard foam so great if you like that but not great if you need any degree of contouring on your body. The breakfast was varied but the quality of the food was again, the cheapest of everything and not very appealing. Room service was pay as you go unless you leave €100 at reception. The spa was cash only (not bad though and very good value). Also a pleasant outdoor area and pool, the quietest part of St Julian’s. No doubt they will reply with how sad they are. That my experience maybe that they are in the middle of refurbishment but whatever excuses, the fact still remains that this was a very below par room and experience.

My main issue is the gym - it is very very small and limited on equipment. I would have expected a better gym for the price. Another thing to mention, there was a little bit of mould seen in the bathroom, and a strange smell when you entered the room. I have very mixed opinions about this hotel. The location is amazing, lots of restaurants, staff is welcoming, breakfast is very good. However, this hotel either needs to be renovated or torn down. I was staying in a newly renovated room and there were many broken things, mold, and you can tell it was cheaply done. Also found 2 cockroaches in the bathroom… Is not the worst hotel, but not the best. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, probably worth a 3 star. Needs major quality upgrades and especially in the main areas. Nothing looks like the photos and the elevators are slow and noisy for close by rooms. I would still consider staying here for price and location, and it wasn’t that bad.

We spent a few days here and, unfortunately, it was a pretty disappointing experience overall. I’m generally not fussy and will eat most things, but I actually ended up being unwell towards the end of the stay. Hygiene standards appeared questionable — we saw food being handled without gloves on multiple occasions. The displayed food hygiene certificate was dated 2019, which didn’t inspire much confidence. The staff were mostly fine, but there was only one bar open, which meant long queues most of the time. Our room also had no hot water for a period, which was frustrating. The grounds and facilities felt tired and worn, and the fact that smoking is allowed inside the building makes the place feel quite dated. The gym and indoor pool are ruined and the whole place seems worn out. If you’re looking for a very cheap holiday and aren’t too concerned about standards, it might suit you. I’m fairly low-maintenance and not particularly hard to please, but even so, I found this hotel to be quite rough overall. I would say the entertainment for kids was good but you need to go in with low expectations. It’s definitely not a 4 star hotel. I would give it a 2 star at best. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We had a great week. Weather could have been better , not the hotel’s fault. Bedroom huge and spacious. The staff make it as they are all friendly. It’s an all inclusive hotel and the drinks selection is limited. The food on is good . There’s both indoor pool and outdoor pool. The evening entertainment is varied and good.

First day here... shocking experience so far. Rooms are full of ants. Dirty rooms and toilets... mould everywhere. Telephone not working. Can hear cars drive past outside on the main road every minute. 3 beds... but 2 blankets. Pillows incredibly uncomfortable. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. I've stayed in better 3 star hotel. Food prepared on arrival was stone cold. No tv remote. Cant wait to discover what's in store tomorrow morning. Oh and... if you are Muslim and a female wearing hijab... do expect some rude stares from the older generation french guests staying at the hotel. The only thing id say was good was the animation team. They were great with kids and are the reason we managed to enjoy our stay. Part or this review was written whilst I was staying and part when I returned. The experience was the same throughout.

Rooms we had a villa room was not outdated I loved it was amazing and spacious . We also arrived earlier and was allowed to check in at 10 am which I found amazing . Perfect hotel . Pools amazing beach is good . Only fault I had to say is guest relation caused me issues . Before booking my trip I expained im British and my situation and was told something completely different to what happened and was charged extra when arrived and was told it has nothing to do with guest relation but I said no it’s their job to inform guests of all info and check in policy as I work in guest relation so I know what is needed and she did not help at all if she informed me instead I would’ve. Come prepared instead a huge hassle occurred instead jasmine guest relation appalling instead of helping caused issues the only issue on the hotel was this The receptions waet helped me in the situation and was good staff amazing animation perfect hotel lovely would definitely come again

Lovely hotel enjoyed with my family, the rooms are nice villa type and right next to the pool. Food was nice and great choice every day. Entertainment was good. Rooms could be a tiny bit more done up. Beach is nice with a nice beach bar with really nice food and drink. A hotel shuttle bus runs from the hotel to the beach and takes 5 mins. These buses run regularly. No wifi anywhere apart from the lobby, but I didn’t mind since I was too busy enjoying with my family. Overall lovely hotel and nice staff.

Definately not a 5 star hotel. Terrible experience here. On arrival we were left to wait in the lobby for over two hours without no drink or food offered to us. Ahmed at reception is rude and abrupt and does not care for guests. Most the staff at this resort are rude and angry. If they’re not getting tipped they treat you with disrespect. Ruined our Egypt experience for me and my two boys who very excited to go. Also there were 8 of us who went and about 5 of us suffered with a bad belly lasting around two weeks. Rooms are very old fashioned didn’t even have a head board to my bed. Drinks at the hotel were the worst I ever had. Overall this has got to be the worst hotel I have been to in the last 7 years of travelling.

The hotel surprised me with its food, which was quite good for a budget five-star hotel. They also have organic coffee and plenty of swimming pools. The hotel is on the second beach, so a shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes to the hotel's private beach. I was pleased with the hotel management's friendly attitude toward its guests, who don't cut off bracelets for guests with late check-outs. Overall, the hotel made a very good impression.

We have stayed at the Parrotel Beach resort twice now and we love it there. The staff are amazing, friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and so well maintained. We had a lovely room, it was cleaned every day and we received bottled water every day and a top up of tea and coffee and clean towels. The private beach is stunning. The food at breakfast lunch and dinner is good, the restaurant staff are hard working and make a real effort to ensure that you have everything you need. We would highly recommend this hotel .

The hotel is beautiful, the gardens are well-kept, and the service is friendly and helpful. The waiters are friendly and smiling. The entertainers are chatty and encourage people to join in the fun, games, dancing, and active recreation. The food is very diverse, so everyone will surely find something they enjoy. The hotel is close to the airport, shops, cafes, pharmacies, and important city attractions. There are evening performances. There is a beautiful coral reef, and you can rent one in front of it; I recommend bringing your own. In winter, there is a shallow, heated pool for children – a big plus. The deep pool is not buried. There is also a jacuzzi "in a cave" – a beautiful place to relax and take photos. The renovated rooms are beautiful and clean. The rooms before the renovation need updating, but they are cleaned and the water is refilled daily. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel. Thank you for the lovely atmosphere and a great stay.

The hotel itself was fully renovated, and the staff were very kind. However, the food was repetitive every day. Only on weekends did it feel like a 5-star hotel. The man behind the lobby bar didn’t behave well at all—I think they work very long hours and were tired and low on patience. But everything else was very good.

From the freshly grilled shrimps to the handmade burgers there was nothing I could fault and ate well every day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I rate my stay at this hotel positively, but there are definitely a few things that need improvement. On the plus side, the food was delicious and there was always a wide selection. Another great thing was the balcony view, as well as the sun loungers and umbrella on the terrace. ​However, room cleanliness could be slightly better; it wasn't terrible, but there is definitely room for improvement. The second thing I would criticize is the communication with the hotel. Before our arrival, I tried to contact them regarding an upgrade from half board to all-inclusive. When I finally managed to get in touch, they calculated the upgrade price at around €350 for the entire stay. However, I checked their website and saw that for my exact dates, the price difference between half board and all-inclusive was only about €100, so of course, I declined their offer. When we arrived for check-in and I asked about the upgrade again, they quoted me around €160 on-site. I accepted it, but I still feel it was unnecessarily overpriced, considering the website difference was only around €100 and I had tried to resolve this a week before arrival. ​Lastly, I would definitely like to point out the luggage scale, which you have to pay for to weigh your suitcase. The fee is €1 per bag, which isn't a lot, but I think that when you pay so much money for accommodation, such a scale should be free to use just like in other hotels, rather than charging for this kind of service.

This hotel is just beautiful. The location is perfect, just 20-30 min walk to the beach,harbour, commercial centre and 5 minutes to the europa centre. If you are not able to walk taxi are always outside to jump into. Our room was perfect, with views of the pool and sea, cleaners came in every other day as well. The hotel has two pools one for games,kids,people with floats etc or a quieter one near the bar to relax in. The food was good a large selection of foods and drinks with a snack bar open between meal times so you could grab a bite pretty much any time you wanted. I cannot recommend this hotel enough it ticks every box it is exceptional value for money. We have enjoyed it so much that we are not leaving till tomorrow and already booked a holiday here again for next year. Thank you servatur altamar for making our holiday everything we wanted.

This is a nice, small hotel with beautiful views from every room. We stayed in late June and there were always sun beds available and the hotel never felt too busy. The rooms were basic but fine and had a pair of sun loungers in the balcony - but the aircon is set to 23 degrees and you cannot lower it unless you beg at reception, and for some reason it is only in the living area and not the bedroom. The food was fine, standard all inclusive fare, with the breakfast particularly good. There’s only one restaurant/bar meaning you’re quite tied to it throughout the day. The gym has next to no equipment so was not worth using. The main fault would be that the parasols above the sun beds were slightly sheer, meaning we got burnt even when we thought we were in the shade, which is a sun safety issue and not really on. When you can see shadows even under the parasol, it isn’t really functioning. Overall a nice hotel but this really would prevent me from returning or recommending it.

Our stay at Servatur Almatar was extremely enjoyable. We have just returned from a 5 night stay and would definitely recommend this hotel - especially the all inclusive package. The food was great, room was nice, amenities were good and view was amazing. They had all that you could ask for around the hotel. I would definitely recommend hiring a car as the island itself is beautiful but very hilly as expected. One thing that I would like to note is entertainment is very limited. There are a few things on for kids (cannot comment on this as we were a group of adults). Bingo is at 4. Shows are on in the restaurant at 9 and typically last 45 minutes. They play music after this and the occasional game but nothing worth sticking around for. There is also 1 bar in the resort, it appears that the second bar is now a hairdressers. Bonus points for there always being available sunbeds (mid June) and it being generally quite quiet. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Great place to have as a base. We have been here numerous times over the years. We were a party of 10 of various ages. Food and drink in the all inclusive package is well worth the money. You can't please everyone so if you want a break go down to one of the many local restaurants available. Staff are very efficient and work hard across the site. Once again a smile goes a long way, just say hello and you will be greated back from all of the amazing staff. The pool area was always clean and lifeguards were on hand to make sure it was kept that way. There are alot of steps but that's the same for all of this area. Onside shop has everything at reasonable prices. Large balconies and sun loungers outside your room. Will definitely be back again.

From check-In to check-out it was perfect. The rooms was spotless when we arrived and the staff cleaned the rooms everyday and replaced all the towels daily which is always a plus in any hotel. The staff where amazing, the man I believe is the manager is probs the best hotel manager for any company, hopefully they recognise how amazing all their staff are..he was there from the moment we went downstairs till midnight when we went to bed after entertainment. Food was great, better than other hotels I have been at, there was great selection and my kids are like they never been fed before. The entertainment was good, it's more catered to say the older folk, but was still enjoyable. Only thing I would change is more update music and music around the younger generations. I think it would of kept more people around longer in the night. But like I said it's not bad and we all still loved every moment of It. Also which was great, the free shuttle bus to town and the beach! No extra charge. Would recommend to all my friends who wants an all inclusive holiday and gives it all. We just left the resort yesterday and it was by far one of the best holidays we’ve had. The hotel was very clean and beautifully furnished and even has its own spa and shop on the bottom floor. There were 2 beautiful swimming pools with a small splash park for children and ample places for sunbathing or staying in the shade. The service we received at reception was very professional, informative and welcoming. There was a good range of food available in the restaurant each day, however some of it was very repetitive. We thoroughly enjoyed the food that we ate. The waiting staff and bar staff went out of their way to make our holiday enjoyable. They were all very friendly and were happy to have a chat as you ordered. The animation team were by far the best part of our holiday! From running activities in the daytime to putting on incredible entertainment and shows in the evening. We even learnt some spanish dances! It would be too difficult to mention particular staff from this team as they all went above and beyond to make us laugh and feel comfortable in everything we did. We were amazed at the amount of languages that they could speak. We definitely recommend this resort to people of all ages and we can’t wait to go back and visit again!

We had a fantastic stay at Aluasun Costa Park Hotel. The staff were all amazing friendly, welcoming, and always helpful and everything was kept spotless throughout our visit. The entertainment team did a brilliant job and really added to the overall experience. There was a great variety of food every day, and every meal was enjoyable. I also spoke with Valentina during our stay and shared how happy we were with everything. The location is very convenient, with the beach just a short walk away, or you can use the free shuttle bus provided by the hotel. There are also several shops nearby, as well as some within the hotel itself, which was very handy. We would definitely come back and would highly recommend this hotel to others!

A lovely week at this lovely hotel. Excellent staff. We was on floor 3 and the housekeeper was lovely and always said hello. The restaurant and front of house staff excellent. Food was great for the price, we was half board, and my son Lucas absolutely loved the entertainment team, all of them so friendly and kind. He loved the kids club and the evening shows put on, he is 12 so he’s hoping they put the age up for the club so he can keep coming back. Thanks for a fab week 🙂 xxx

The hotel itself must have had renovations recently, as it is not "dated" like some of the reviews suggest, unless only some of the rooms have been renovated, but not the others. I booked directly through the website, and it is a bit misleading as the booking was for "full board with drinks included" and I thought this meant all inclusive, but you only get drinks during meal times. The outside bar is shut at the moment (March), so assume they open from April. The hotel staff work really hard to keep up with the demand during meal times, and special mention to Imed, who was very knowledgeable and made a lot of suggestions during the stay! Unfortunately you have to queue for meal times and the queues can be very long at peak times, which is ridiculous considering it is a hotel and should be able to manage this better, by either expanding the restaurant or have less guests. There wasn't a huge variety of food and most of it was repeated each day, so we ended up eating out a few times. The entertainment was non existent, so there was not a lot to do during the day time or evenings at the hotel. They had bingo and "dancing" for guests every night. 95% guests were a lot older and I suppose they just catered entertainment towards them. Surprisingly for a 4 star hotel there is no gym here... So for me, it is more of a 3 star hotel, but the staff do work hard and it is very clean, and do not want to take anything away from them. If you're thinking of coming out of season, do not expect much other than a decent room to stay with nice views (if you are the right side of the hotel). Train station (La Colina) is a kilometre away and your best bet is to go to Málaga city centre (20 minutes train) if you want things to do, or you can walk down to Playamar beach (20 - 30 minutes from the hotel) for restaurants, cafes, bars and a bit of entertainment. However, there wasn't a lot going on as it is out of season, and if you want atmosphere, Saturday night is your best shout and it got kind of busy around midnight onwards

We had a really nice stay here. The hotel itself is good, clean, comfortable and well kept. The cleaners were regular and always keeping on top of the little things like fresh towels, although sometimes very early in the morning! The food was mostly good but sometimes a little limited. The entertainment team were outstanding. They really are on another level, the energy, friendliness and effort they bring every day and every night is what truly made a difference to our stay. A special mention must go to Oussama and Emma, who were incredible with our daughter. They were super friendly, full of energy and seemed to genuinely care. She adored them and they made her feel welcome and involved in everything. Also the second girl from the kids club and the photographer, who I didn't get their names, as well as everyone of the entertainment who were amazing. The location was also good, right next to the beach, the area seems safe and well looked after. The gardens at the hotel are beautifully kept

We stayed in room 1117. Our room was clean and tidy upon arrival. The room itself was bright and airy so it was a nice place to be in. The hotel and facilities seem to be in good order. The hotel itself is clean and tidy. The pool and pool area is well maintained and the pool is a good size. The restaurant is very clean and there is a decent choice of foods on offer. The only problem with the food is that it isn't in our opinion kept warm enough on the buffet,some of our meals were only just warm. We actually dined out twice during our stay. The drinks on offer with all inclusive are local brands and not international ones. We found The drinks to be fine.The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, lovely people. We enjoyed our week at the Allegro Agadir. The only issue was that the food wasn't hot enough on the buffet. All in all a lovely week in beautiful Agadir,we shall be back.

We had the most amazing stay at Allegro Agadir! The hotel is spotless and our room was perfect for what we needed. The beds are huge, the pillows are super comfy (and you get two!), and everything just works. The only tiny thing was that there wasn’t a kettle in the room, but I’m sure if we’d asked they would’ve sorted one straight away. The staff here are just incredible. The two waitresses at mealtimes were so helpful, kind, and pleasant, they really made every meal a joy. The cleaners were lovely too, always friendly and happy to help. The location is brilliant, and the animation team are just fantastic.. so friendly, welcoming, and really good at what they do. Would I recommend this place? 100% yes. Would I come back? Absolutely, without a doubt!

Our stay at Filion Suites Resort & Spa was nothing short of wonderful. If you are looking to escape the hustle and bustle and truly unwind, this is the place to be. ​The Location & Ambiance: Tucked away in the scenic Cretan hillsides near Bali, the resort is surrounded by beautiful olive groves and dramatic mountain views. It feels like a private, secluded oasis of pure nature. The tranquility here is unmatched; waking up to the sound of birds and looking out over the landscape from the restaurant was incredibly peaceful. It’s the perfect setting to recharge. What truly elevates this resort, however, is the staff. The level of customer service here is exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everyone we encountered was genuinely warm, friendly, and attentive. They consistently went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, always greeting us with a smile. ​Going Above and Beyond: A massive thank you to the management and reception team for being so incredibly accommodating on our final day. They graciously granted us a complimentary late check-out, which allowed us to enjoy one last relaxing morning by the pool without any of the usual departure rush. The blood on our bed sheets was the stand out. But everything else didn’t fall far behind. To begin with, everything was filthy, I don’t understand how this hotel can have a five star rating. Our bed sheets were covered in mystery stains, including the very apparent blood stains, toilet was filthy, bugs all over the room, cleaners didn’t clean even once the week we were there just dropped new (also stained) towels in. Cups in the restaurant were not even wiped, food stayed out for days in the same place, stale bread and pink chicken. We had bad stomachs throughout our stay. Ended up paying to eat out but also for our own soft drinks from the shop as the all inclusive drinks are genuinely inedible. I don’t even know what that is! It’s like it’s some sort of soft drink syrup and soda water or something, we spoke to several people who also said the drinks were vile, genuinely like drinking acid. To pay for all inclusive and still opt for paying for your own food and drink separately speaks volumes I think. Also worth noting, if you get the option to book a transfer to the hotel, please note it won’t actually drop you at the hotel, instead at a hotel in the middle of nowhere where you’ll have to ring filion and hope they can come and get you. Same applies when you need to fly home, which of course no one tells you either. You’d assume paying for a hotel transfer would mean you’d be taken to and from your hotel but apparently not. Other than that the view is beautiful, and some of the staff are nice, but it was definitely still the worst place I’ve ever stayed and I wouldn’t book it again. Really disappointed.

Nice hotel, location is OK. If you can work out the bus times though you can get to and from Heraklion and Rethimno pretty well without having to do a tour just a 20 minute walk, but you need to be fit, steep roads. Food OK, but not that much variety each day. Desserts were amazing though. They need to give mixology classes to the bar staff as the cocktails weren't the best. It might be 5 star because of the services it offers but it isn't luxury.

The pool area was generally quiet, spacious, and never felt overcrowded, which made it a pleasant place to relax. The main restaurant offers a self-service buffet with different cuisines each evening. Personally, I wasn't overly impressed with the food served by the pool, although this is largely down to personal preference, and I didn't hear any complaints from other guests. One feature I'd highly recommend is trying the restaurants located just outside the main complex but still included as part of the hotel's all-inclusive package. These can be booked in advance and, in my opinion, offered significantly better food with plenty of choice. One area that could be improved is the bar service. The pool bar often had long queues, and considering the size of the hotel, waiting for drinks became a regular occurrence. This seemed to be because only one bar was open for much of the day. Once the pool bar closed, the only option was the bar near reception. Service there was much quicker due to fewer people using it, but it lacked atmosphere. I don't intend this to be a negative review, as our experience was mixed overall and there were plenty of positives. However, the biggest disappointment came on our final day. We checked out at 11:00am, but our return flight wasn't until 10:20pm. To our surprise, we were required to have our all-inclusive wristbands removed immediately at checkout, meaning we had no access to food or drinks for the remainder of the day unless we paid extra. This was particularly frustrating because our holiday package had already been paid for, and we noticed that other guests in a similar situation still appeared to be wearing their wristbands. Furthermore, when we checked in, a different receptionist had advised us that, due to our late flight, it might be possible to keep the room for a little longer and retain our all-inclusive benefits until we left. At the very least, this would have allowed us to shower and enjoy the facilities before travelling home.

Would not recommend, definitely won't be staying again. Hotel reckons it's 5 star, but it's 3 star at best. Beware - location is right near the strip! Check in is 5pm, quite late so we had to kill some time before we were able to check in. When we did try to check in it seemed as though our booking had been cancelled, which we definitely didn't do. The staff member had to ring a manager and after a couple of phonecalls the booking seemed to reappear but there was no explanation as to what had happened and so our trust in the booking and the company has completely gone. Checked into our room which was an apartment with separate lounge and kitchenette and balcony. Only half the lights in the bedroom worked and there were ants in the kitchen around the sink and also on the dining table. If you leave any slightest crumbs you'll come back to find a trail of ants - and yet no sponge or cloth left to clean plates and glasses with. Near the end of our stay we wanted to use the pool and had seen others with a hotel branded towel. Reception didn't explain it very clearly - they charge €10 per towel for a deposit which you get back when returning the towels but also a €10 rental payment per towel that you don't get back! After paying the deposit I thought we were done and then my card accidentally scanned on the second payment while the receptionist was explaining the fee. If I'd have known I definitely wouldn't have gotten the towels at all, such a high rate and inconvenience. Other 5 star hotels would give you towels for the pool complimentary, and there would be water in the fridge at least. Quite a disappointing stay, was glad to have hired a car so we could make a quick getaway most days.

We've loved our stay, it was a great location 5 min walk from the new town. Unfortunately bathroom very small and everyday smell very bad. Housekeeping was not great, they often forget to clean our room. Outdoor pool tiles was broken very dangerous and pool seems little dirty. Food was excellent, staff was very friendly resutrant manager was very friendly 😀 For us does not seems like a 5 star hotel. We've stayed many hotels. I would definitely visit again! Need to sort out housekeeping and the outdoor pool tiles.

Lovely hotel. Clean, professional, friendly. Has a good gym (small but plenty of equipment) and both indoor and outdoor pools. There is also a spa and on-site restaurant which we didn't use. Free parking available too. Easy accessibility to the beach (swipe card given to access the beach gate from the hotel) and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Would recommend.

The rooms are ginormous, providing so much space to relax. We were lucky enough to get an ocean-facing room, and it was truly mesmerizing waking up to those beautiful sunrises every morning. The location is unbeatable: • 2-minute walk to the main strip for bars and restaurants. • 2-minute walk down to the beach. It’s the perfect balance of convenience and views. We literally didn’t want to leave—highly recommend the Grand Muthu Oura View for anyone visiting the area!

I've just returned from a 7 night stay and found the place incredibly charming and well managed. Set away from the hustle and bustle of the seafront but only a 10 minute walk away. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, the food and drinks were varied and plentiful. The main pool area has a large pool and a smaller kids splash pool along with a bar with drinks and snacks, pool table and air hockey. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed at St George Palace in North Corfu and it’s in such a beautiful location, surrounded by lovely views and only about a ten-minute walk from the beach. The hotel itself is really nice with great facilities and three fantastic pools. We especially loved the water slide, it was so much fun. The rooms were okay and kept spotless every day by the amazing cleaners. The only issue was the shower, which tended to flood quite easily, but otherwise everything was clean and comfortable. The main thing that let our stay down was the food. It was often cold and didn’t taste very fresh, and it really needed more flavour and variety and actually the food was very repetitive each day. We ended up eating out a lot instead, which was a bit disappointing for an all-inclusive. A massive shout out to Donny at reception, who was honestly brilliant. He was so friendly and we had such a great time chatting to him.

We have just come back from here after 2 long weeks with two children and honeslty I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Let me say to start of with a massive €140 on tourist tax at check in, then to our room which was fair family size room up on 3rd floor. There was ants, and the shower leaked so bad even when I complained and nothing fixed and then to be left with a note in our room saying not to leave towels on the floor, which we used to soak up the water to stop our children slipping over dangerously which is what I told reception they then sent someone to look and not do a lot. There’s loud noises and lights flashing all night long, the food is dreadful, we even had to ask for some chips for our daughter and it was the same thing daily and not much choice at all and huge queue for one tiny few trays of food was ridiculous at dinner time also. The deserts was prob only good part, all inclusive drinks are disgusting also and again 3 options for cocktails in all inclusive hotel not acceptable really. The pool wasn’t clean there was stuff at bottom and the slides was dangerous another child got stuck and hurt themselves and no lifeguard. There’s no wifi or signal in the rooms so you can only use your phone while outside or in reception. Needless to say it was terrible hotel and for price we paid we are deeply unimpressed and wouldn’t recommend and to stay clear from here…

Went with my family for a week in October. It was (almost) the end of the season, so many places were already closed. The weather was still nice, it was a good trip. This hotel seems to be divided into 2 buildings. We stayed at both, since we had to be moved for 1 night. They more less have the same style and standard. Reception staff at st george hotel was really nice and helpful, especially morning staff such as Joanna. Many thanks for helping us out with taxis and getting around the island! The bell made my trip, thanks! 😃🛎️🛎️🛎️ Theres a beautiful view from the hotel, gorgeous beach and surroundings around 10mins walk from the hotel. We visited many villages around. Theres a bus that goes directly to Corfu Town which is stunning, ask reception for help. Car rentals are also everywhere. Rooms are a little outdated, but are clean and comfortable. The only issue I had is that I am vegetarian and there was very limited options at the buffet every day. I am already missing the Corfu beauties that are EVERYWHERE around the hotel and on the way to the beach. We were feeding them every day, I hope they are well. Please feed these gorgeous poor cats whenever you got a chance… it means a lot. ♥️

Honest opinion. Room small.with a frosted glass door on the bathroom (toilet). 2 staff members were brilliant they rest of they like they don't know you existed. One bar man was so rude he would just slam the drink down in front of you. Food was grim very basic but the worst thing is that nothing was hot, just warm at a push. Drinks- poor choice, watered down beer, cheap fizzy pop. Also drinks are only served in plastic cups day & night. We ending up going out for food & drink as the hotel was so bad. Our family came to join us on our holiday for birthday celebrations but had to spend 2 nights in a hotel 30 mins drive away, due to an issue with the rooms. In this time we saw others actually check in.

Given the 7.5 rating on Booking and 3.9 on Google, I expected it to be much worse. Believe me, it’s neither. It’s not ideal and a bit worn out in places, but it seems like they care, and that’s the most important thing. Drinks are mega cheap, like €3.50 for a glass of wine. The food was really good too - we had half board. The evening buffet really surprised us with the choice of protein, like duck, white fish, grilled pork, etc. Every evening they run an entertainment program, which is mega cringe but fun. The pool is great as well. The reception stuff (Piotr and sorry don’t remember the name of the lady) was exceptional.

Hotel is very nice and clean, beautiful view from our room to the ocean! It is nice walk around hotel and hotel has a lovey beach for walk but it is not for a swim! You have to walk about 1 km to the first nice beach! Pool is amazing, plenty food and drinks, close to the pubs and restaurants! You can see beautiful places around through to the local excursions! All together we had a great time!

The hotel has wonderful facilities and potential; the staff seemed to do their absolute best with what has been offered to them. The stay was pleasant albeit that there are some down sides… Waiters were wonderful. The pool is continuously cleaned and the grounds are maintained but THE HOTEL IS VERY OUT OF DATE … there is alot of maintenance that needs to take place, polishing the floors, vacuuming the carpets (appalling), sliding doors don’t close nor lock; the elevators are absolutely disgusting… the entertainment was enjoyable as they really tried their best to keep the guests happy. The hotel store is extremely overpriced- All in All this Hotel needs to be Updated.

Room was nice and tidy. Cleaners was wonderful. Staff members Keya, Kawsar and Asif really stood out providing exceptional service throughout our stay. The pool was great and the hotel is located near the coral bay beach which is wonderful. This review is a 4 star and not a 5 because 1: the gym opening hours are not available before or around breakfast or around dinner. The opening hours are strange as people will be busy doing other stuff during 10am-6pm. 2: whilst hotel suggests beachfront, not the best beachfront and cannot access the water as surrounded by stones and rocks. 3: barman by the poolside needs to work the bar more fairly by seeing who arrived in what order to the bar so customers are served fairly.

This hotel is advised as 4 star but sadly it is at best an average 3 star by Irish standards. The hotel is in need of a major update and is very poorly maintained in some areas. However, the pool area is fabulous with views of the Mediterranean are breathtaking. We were always able to get sunloungers and umbrellas not matter what time we visited the pool. Make use of your balcony to watch the amazing sunsets. Rooms are large but again dated. Beds and pillows especially fall short in the comfort department. Food is buffet style and is good overall. The drinks menu is limited and what is on offer is of poor quality, especially the beer and wine options.There are no international drink labels on offer at the bar either if you wanted to upgrade your drink to your usual tipple from home. This proved to be a major barrier to our travel group enjoying their evenings in the hotel. I don't drink alcohol and found the soft drink options to be fine. We had a few minor issues during our stay which were dealt with immediately. The staff are hard working and friendly. Rooms above or near the nightly entertainment will be disturbed by the noise. Overall the location is the major draw for this hotel, the pool was amazing. If you can overlook the faded grandeur of this hotel it is a good option for pool lovers and is close to the main strip and a short distance from Coral Bay beach.

Very nice and spacious rooms (although we paid for a larger room as an upgrade). Friendly and helpful staff! This is about as far from the beaches and main restaurants on the seafront as you can get in the area, although it was lovely and quiet in the evenings. A good walk from the beach (with a good hill to climb on your way home), however the hotel provides a nice, convenient bus service to the seafront during the day which made the trips out much easier.

Has one balcony with a beautiful sea view and looks over the main strip down the road. Staff have been lovely and the entertainment was great. Had a Bbq night last night which was cheap and cheerful definitely recommend to anyone after a reasonably priced stay.

Great service! We had a check-out time at 12, but we were allowed to stay in the hotel until the end of the day (our flight was around 7 PM), and we could even take a shower before heading to the airport. Breakfasts were quite generous. The apartment was fully equipped: kettle, kitchenware, hairdryer, pots, cutlery, even an iron! There was also a sponge and dish soap provided. Every day there was a mini disco for the kids – such a great touch, even off-season. Parking was a bit tricky since the hotel doesn’t have private parking; street parking is very limited. Despite that, we were very happy with the hotel and I highly recommend it!

We spent a lovely 10 day holiday hear, the hotel is excellent the food is very freshly cooked the accommodation is excellent the staff go over and above to help visitors to have a wonderful Experience we booked trips threw the hotel rep who was very helpful, we got a lovely surprise when the lovely ladies called Seher and Hulya decorated my mums bed with swans made out of towels and fresh flowers it was a work of art the rooms are cleaned and maintained to a very high standard due to all these lovely ladies who work so hard day in day out, we can’t thank them enough, and a shout out to Orhan who helped us with our luggage and anything we needed at the hotel, the showed at night are great, and Alex the Tattoo rep what can I say he’s one amazing guy, me and my daughter both got tattoos they were amazing they sorted free transfers to and from the tattoo shop for us. This is the best hotel in turkey to come to.

We spent 8 days and 7 nights at this hotel, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, it was clear that the reception staff were unfriendly and not helpful at all. The room we received had no soundproofing whatsoever, and when we arrived at night, the terrace door had been left open. It had rained, so the water was standing on the tiles inside the room, and we had to clean it up ourselves. We were placed on the ground floor, where the view was just a fence of the neighboring hotel, and people could easily see into our room. From 10 a.m. until 11 p.m., loud music was playing from the neighboring pool and stage area, with heavy bass. Every morning at 6 a.m., a Turkish prayer was broadcast loudly through speakers, which woke us up without fail. There was a gap of about 3 cm between the door and the frame, and we could hear absolutely everything from the neighboring rooms - even people using the bathroom. Each day, we received half a roll of toilet paper for two people and one bottle of water. The floors were never mopped, no dusting was done, and the shower was in poor condition. There is a safe in the room, but they charge 2 euros per day for it, and if you don't pay, they take no responsibility for anything that goes missing. The internet is also charged separately, 2 euros per day. Another completely unacceptable incident also happened: One day around 10 a.m., someone started knocking on our door. The "Do Not Disturb" sign was hanging outside, and we were in the middle of getting dressed to go to the beach. We said "just a moment," but the knocking continued more aggressively. When we opened the door, three grumpy men in work clothes were standing there. Without any proper explanation, one of them said in a rude tone: "telephone control," and they forced us out of the room and entered without giving any reason. This behavior was extremely disrespectful and unacceptable. The food was also very disappointing. Breakfast was the same every single day: eggs, yesterday's cheese and cold cuts that already looked questionable. Lunch typically consisted of three options: pasta, rice, sometimes fish, and tasteless grilled meat. Dinner was occasionally slightly better, but not always. The desserts looked nice, but most of them tasted almost the same. Fruits included watermelon, grapes, and moldy plums. The alcoholic drinks were just acceptable, but the beer was very weak, almost like water. The coffee from the machine was terrible. The pools and "services" were not enjoyable either. There are two pools (not counting the one with the slide). One was so cold that hardly anyone used it, and the other was heated and therefore crowded, mostly with children. At the pool bar, a man repeatedly and aggressively offered massages. Even after we said we were not interested, it was very difficult to get rid of him. He was arrogant and pushy, and many other guests were clearly uncomfortable with him as well. There is no disco room, daily programs are rare or low-quality, and the evening shows were not impressive - the only acceptable performance was by some African acrobats. The beach is about 800-900 meters from the hotel. A tractor with a trailer takes guests there, but we preferred walking. The hotel's designated beach area itself was not bad; snacks and beer were available, and the man working there was polite and pleasant. The sea was warm, but a river flows into it nearby and brings a lot of trash, so it's not unusual to see plastic bags floating around you. The hotel shop is very expensive, but there is a bazaar nearby where you can buy the same products for much less. However, the sellers there are very aggressive, especially during the day when there are fewer customers - they try to pull you into their shops, which is very uncomfortable. At night, when there are more people, this is less of an issue. Overall, we are extremely dissatisfied with this hotel. We will definitely not return, and we cannot recommend it to anyone.

Refused to change the mattrace in my room the bed smelled strongly of urine the cleaner came in and just changed the bedding event tho i have stripped the bed and u could see the urine i had gotten there are 2am i went to get in bed at 3am and smelt it so i went to reception in the morning and thats when the cleaner came in later i went to lay down and with in a minute i could smell it strongly i went back down to recption and explained it again and someone came and flipped the mattrace and re made the bed i took the bedding off when he left and it was still the same mattrace i went back down and they are saying they cant change it and to come back in the morning because the cleaners left at 5 event tho i had gone down that morning and explained it but they expect me to sleep on a bed that smells of urnie all night and not only that but the room is dirty all over they hadent cleaned the room properly it was filthy with dirt and hair everywhere yellow staines everywhere there is a nail in one if the chairs and the balconey wasent cleaned the shower drain still had clumps of hair everywhere the bedding was dirty and the floors turnt my white socks black oh and the phone in the room isnt connected so everytime you need something you need to go to reception

I've just returned from a weeks stay with my partner and 3 children (8, 6 & 2) and would highly recommend Smy Tahona. For the price I don't think it can be faulted, if you want 5 stars then pay extra, Smy does what it says and more for a good price. We were all inclusive and found there to be a good choice of food everyday, yes the salad bar was the same, how many different salads can serve up over 7 days though?! Lunch and dinner always had different hot foods and there was always a selection of fresh fruit, any food that ran out was replenished quickly. My children loved the breakfast pastries and desserts at lunch and dinner! As did I... We found the food to be of good quality and tasty. Staff were always very friendly and helpful including the chefs. Yes the rooms need modernising a bit but who spends that much time in their room on holiday anyway? If I was being picky I think better pillows would have been a bonus. It's in a great location only 10 minutes from the airport and a 10/15 minute walk to the beach and bars and restuarants. People will always find something to complain about if they look hard enough as seen from some of the other reviews, my family and I had a great time and would definitely return. It's quite an old building, and it shows its age. There has been efforts to upgrade facilities, but the building is still showing its age. Rooms were excellent with everything you need. 2 televisions, fan in lounge and fan/light in bedroom plus charging points at bedside. The buffet breakfast was very good but we didn't have lunch or evening meals. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable. It was extremely good value for money, 'cheap as chips' is a good term to use. Only drawback is that mobility scooters are not permitted (and we needed it).

Good, central location 20 minutes from the airport. Useful for a base to get all around the island, everywhere can be reached by about an hour in the car. Not much of a view from the hotel, but it's self contained so probably don't need it. 15 minute walk to the Caleta De Fuste beach, a bit longer to the better beach further round. Family room was large. Old decor, but clean and basic. Beds were okay, newish mattresses on old bed frames, but functional. Food fairly basic, however they try to do a different theme every night, but there is quite a lot of choice and gets replenished frequently. Breakfast and evening dinner better, lunch was a bit pointless. Snacks in the bar area were usually hotdogs or burgers and stuff leftover from breakfast. Every staff member was friendly and extremely hard working, they appear to do long hours to keep everything moving. Inclusive drinks are machine made cocktails, Amstel lager and soft drinks and a coffee machine. Would have liked coffee in the dining area after evening dinner, but they turn it all off after breakfast. Parking was a bit hit and miss, seemed the best time to get a spot near the hotel was at about 3.30 pm ... We had a decent week there during February half term.

Great location, on a slightly quieter street but walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. I took a bus from the airport, drops you of 10min walk to the hotel and costs 1.40€ Reception and staff was great, I arrived just before lunch finished and as I had all inclusive, they quickly rushed me into lunch and after that check in was smooth and friendly. Rooms are dated,beyond making it look ok with good clean, desperately need some refurb. My room had a broken mirror, some panels were broken, stained bath..But you got the idea from the reviews and the price. Pool area is lovely and so is the restaurant, so with a good refurb of rooms it'll be a lovely hotel. Food was good, everyday I easily found something to eat and can be quite picky at times, so would recommend upgrading to include meals. And I thought staff was great, friendly and quick to take your unused plates away!

I really wanted to like this hotel. The location is excellent (near the airport and beaches) and ideally, this would be a great spot for an all-inclusive holiday. However, the rooms let this hotel down completely: Maintenance: The rooms are incredibly outdated and do not match the promotional photos. The shower was so dirty and the tub peeling so badly that we had to wear flip-flops to shower. There was a bad smell and signs of damp, likely because the ventilator was broken and clogged with dust. When we tried to open the hardwood shutters for fresh air, they were rusted stuck and a struggle to operate. Comfort: The curtains were old and not blackout, so the room was bright at sunrise. The beds were very hard. Also, while we needed 3 beds, the sofa bed was left with the sheets on top, but the bed itself was not made up for us. Noise: The walls are paper-thin. We could hear loud music from the pool bar and conversations of other guests on their balconies. Health & Safety Concerns: This was a major worry. There appeared to be only one fire alarm (which didn't look functional), and the one in the bedroom had been removed. There were no emergency exit signs. If the main door was blocked, the only exit would be a high balcony, which is dangerous especially since the shutters are nearly impossible to open. The Positives: • The staff were lovely and polite. • The food was fine. • Great location (10–15 mins from the airport) with local restaurants and a Dino supermarket nearby. • Close to various beaches. This hotel has potential given the pool, all-inclusive options, and location. However, until the rooms undergo an extreme makeover and safety standards are addressed, I cannot recommend it. I think you could get something similar in the area in better condition

Pontins on the med. Grubby, very dates, dirty hotel. Room was filthy, stains on the sheets which weren't changed for a week, very dates room with stains and grime everywhere. Aircon didn't work, tv didn't work, no fridge or kettle. 1 plug in the whole room. Very loud, paper thin walls, very loud buses outside woke me up all through the night. The food was awful, I know it's 3 star so I expected repetitive food but I expected edible food and a lot of it wasn't. I didn't even think some of the meat was actually meat. Always cold with zero taste. Plates all had stains on the underneath of food stuck to them, all the meat tasted processed. Lifeguard ruined the pool experience, very mood and strict, wouldn't even let children have inflatables in the pool, never heard of a pool that doesn't allow inflatables in my life. Ruined the whole pool experience. Constantly moaning about people moving deck chairs to get in the sun or shade, pathetic man that thinks he's protecting fort knox instead of a pool. Entertainment was rubbish, cheesy and stupid. The beach near the hotel was closed for the whole week I was there, the lifeguards decided to close it and said it was contaminated although all the other beaches were open., made no sense. Area was dirty, lots of cans, bottles, cigarettes and plastic thrown on the beach and in the sea so we were forced to go to the just as dirty but busier calas Domingos beach which wasn't as nice and a lot busier. Hotel was a 1 star at best. I am not fussy, I have travelled the world, backpacked in hostels so I can easily adjust but this place really needs a serious refurb, and new chefs, the rooms are filthy and the food is terrible. Worse hotel I've ever stayed, don't expect a good sleep either. People say you get what you pay for, I paid £1200 for 1 adult and 1 child. I certainly didn't get what I paid for, I've had much cheaper holidays than this and stayed in much better hotels for hundreds of pounds cheaper.

Me and my partner have just done a weeks holiday and I would consider going back. The rooms was spotless but outdated and we only had 1 power socket in the bathroom for the whole room and a fridge would have nice. The hotel itself was in a descent area, the closes cove didnt look very advertising too swim so once we adventured out a bit there are some really lovley coves in the area. The staff was very nice and the pool area was really clean and a decent size with a lovley garden on the side. All in all for a 3 star budget get away I would say its worth a go!

Also if you want a quiet room do not get one at the front of the hotel as it was loud at night but obviously not the hotels fault

All in all hotel was good for the price. Has a nice mix of of ages and and nationalities. There is ur normal rush of sun beds next to pool but there is enought for everyone. There is a depost for a kettle 10 euros and beach towels 20 euros. You do get this back. Rooms are all good and the disable rooms are very well thought out.

We had the best time here …:. The hotel was amazing hotel staff so friendly and helpful. Loved the location. We went on a boat trip and loved this. Close to lots of bars and a few little shops so stuff to do in the nights. ….. now for the animation team ….wow wow wow such happy people and made the holiday for me and my 13 year old daughter x absolutely amazing . I liked it. The food was fine for a 3 star hotel. The service was genuinely always very nice and enjoyable to be around. My only problem was my room. The toilet on some days was barely functioning, and the shower was a bit too worn and old. But my friends who were in another room said theirs is fine, so i guess its up to luck. If you wanna save money, a pretty good choice.

NOT A FAMILY HOTEL! A drunk Swedish man tried to take my toddler, he was talking all playful with him at the table then literally picked him up and walked off. My husband grabbed him straight away and I made enough noise that other people came to assist. All the staff said was yeah he's very drunk and he will get sent to his room if he does anything like that again!!! As you can imagine that ruined our holiday and we were on edge for the remaining 2days, barely leaving our room. DRUNK people being sick in the toilets, this happened twice on our 1st night. The food was horrendous, barely edible. The odd day we did get a nice bit of chicken or a burger but everything was receive and vile. Most days the kids are fries and I made a cheese sandwich. 1 positive point of the stay was the cleanliness of the hotel, can't complain about that and the cleaning staff were brilliant. The staff overall were friendly but after the incident of my child being taken and the way they just brushed it off I can't trust people like that. Site is great with pools and activities etc. Food was crap, most people were friendly, but I wouldn't recommend it for families!

Visited for my first all inclusive solo holiday and I would definitely return. It was a last minute decision and booking with me feeling quite nervous to be alone. However, the staff are extremely friendly. Coming from a hotel and restaurant background myself: The room was spotless (and believe me I know where to look) - they are outdated but only in aesthetics. Huge praise for the well lit desk mirror for make up. (The wardrobe did smell old and fousty which did eventually after a few days linger on my clothes so they could do with a blast) Food: delicious with a good range for everyone. Plenty of vegetables, paella and fresh fish but also meat, pasta and chips. Chefs were very quick on replacing any dishes that ran low. Waiters and team very friendly and on top of clearing tables. My main complements go to the bar staff! There were the same five guys every “shift” during my four days there and each one was incredibly welcoming and friendly. As a solo traveller, They made me feel at home and safe. There was one male guest who was looking me up and down while I got my drink and the bar tender called his attention and told him “no”. They’re all an asset to the hotel! I didn’t venture too far from the hotel. However there is a lovely costal walk just to the right as you leave the hotel (there are many steps) which covered three beautiful small beaches with bars.

Visited here with my partner and two young children (4&2). We were really impressed with the service we received. We had a room with 1 double bed, 1 single and a travel cot, we required two single beds, reception immediately offered bunk beds or a room swap. We swapped to a bigger room which meant we lost the balcony, however we didn't mind that! Throughout the day the children loved the splash park and pools, although the pools were very cold! Food was nice but very repetitive. If you have fussy eaters you may find it difficult, its not a restaurant that serves nuggets and things every day for children , it was fine for us as our children fortunately aren't too fussy though. Evening entertainment was really fun for the children, plus adult entertainment later on (karaoke, music quiz). The bar can get really busy so getting there early to get a table is best I will say it can get quite nosiy late at night with people making their way back to their rooms after the bar closes. Overall we all reslly enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again

First, the hotel is clean and well-taken care of. Secondly, the service at the reception was great. Asked them to change my room as top floor rooms always make me dizzy, it was changed instantly to a modern room with non questions asked. Loads of activities from archery to golf. Also, had a lot of snack on. You will never go hungry. Although very delicious, I think the food options are limited. Also, the wall in the room are thin. Water pressure and hot water wasn’t good enough. Lastly, the Internet was terrible for 2 days.

Welcoming and friendly on arrival, show you on a map how to get to your room. Room is a nice size but needs touching up. We had to go to reception on the third day and inform them our room had not been cleaned in three day and no fresh towels where provided either, they come within the hour and provided fresh towels but did not clean the room. The room was cleaned on day five of our stay we received fresh towels also. Breakfast is a 10/10 but lunch and dinner not so good, we had to eat out has it wasn’t for us. Entertainment is ok but if you don’t get there early you will have to stand, there is not enough seating for the amount of guest staying. Pool area is nice but the pool itself is not cleaned regularly always sand at the bottom. Check out is midday they remove your band and you are no longer aloud to use the facilities or have lunch/dinner unless you pay. So if you have a later pick up you left stranded.

Had a really lovely, hassle-free stay at Livvo Morromar — genuinely couldn’t complain. The place is well looked after, and the staff were all really friendly and easy to deal with. We arrived early (around 10) knowing check-in wasn’t till 3, but they gave us the all-inclusive bands straight away, which was a great touch and made the whole thing very easy. The food in the main restaurant was beautiful with plenty of choice. Apartment was comfortable and perfect for the two of us. Overall, great value, very relaxed atmosphere, and we really enjoyed every minute. Would happily go back again.

Usually, I wait until the last day of my holiday before leaving a review, but Apartamentos LIVVO Morromar deserves one before we've even checked out. I genuinely do not understand how this hotel is rated as three stars. In my opinion, it comfortably exceeds that standard in almost every area. The food has been exceptional throughout our stay. As someone who has stayed in many all-inclusive resorts over the years, I can honestly say I have eaten better here than in some four-star hotels. The variety, quality, presentation, and taste have consistently been outstanding, and every meal feels carefully prepared rather than mass-produced. The cleanliness is impeccable. Everywhere is spotless, from the accommodation and communal areas to the pool surroundings. The restaurant team deserves special recognition for the way they continuously clean and reset tables between guests. The attention to detail is remarkable. What has impressed me most, however, is the staff. Every member of the team has been friendly, professional, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. They are always available to help, but never intrusive. There is no sense of people hovering around you or expecting tips; they simply get on with their work exceptionally well while maintaining a positive attitude and a smile. The pool area is well maintained, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the whole complex feels cared for with real pride. If I had to mention one very small area for improvement, it would be that a few additional sunbeds around the pool could be useful during the busiest periods. However, this was never a significant problem and certainly did not affect our enjoyment of the holiday. It is rare these days to stay somewhere where absolutely everything meets or exceeds expectations, but this has been one of those places. The combination of outstanding food, exceptional cleanliness, and wonderful colleagues makes this hotel stand out from many others we have visited. A huge thank you to everyone at LIVVO Morromar for making our holiday so enjoyable. We are still here, but we already know we would happily return and would recommend this hotel without hesitation. ★★★★★

We stayed here for a week and we really enjoyed it. The family room was tidy and spacious enough. They were cleaned 5 times a week. The food was fine - not the best but tasty and varied. Each day a different main dishes + rich variety for breakfast. The staff was helpful, friendly, in case of any troubles, they always delivered, espacially kitchen staff. The Hotel looks really good, is very clean. The animations are not that great, but we didn’t mind. It gets quiet at 23.00. The cocktails are really bad, sweet and not tasty. But you can always order a simple drink and these are fine.

The apartments are nice, well maintained and cleaned if we ask them to. It's quite close to the Morromar Beach. Lots of cats for cat lovers. A free parking spot 5 mins walking distance from the entrance. People were really nice and helpful. Just the food was subpar. There were options but not that great to be honest. The beans weren't cooked at all 4 days we were there. Rest it's beautiful and clean and safe most importantly.

We have had the time of our lives here. We stayed in a masionette with 5 of us and it was perfect with a lovely garden view and balcony, clean and functional. The buffet was great had something for everyone. Minutes from the beach and pools were perfect and always found sunbeds easily. Now the main thing I want to talk about is the animation team-the truly made our stay here unforgettable. Evelina, Alex, Nino, C and the entire team were fantastic. Positive, high energy, so kind, patient, fun and the kids adored them. They were so knowledgeable and helpful and the shows and entertainment they organised were top tier in particular the fire show! I genuinely can not sing their praises enough they all deserve a pay rise! Special shout out to Chris and Stella at the pool bar who were also exceptional so kind and funny and also loved our kids and they loved them! Ice coffee was spot on! We will be booking again and eldest son now wants to be apart of the animation team!!

We are at this hotel for the second time, and once again it exceeded our expectations. It is a fantastic place for families with children. The pool is great, and the beach is even better – perfect for relaxing and having fun. The hotel provides everything you could need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Amazing stay, especially the entertainment and cocktails! We stayed here with our two kids (ages 11 and 15) and had a fantastic time. The hotel has a really nice design with spacious, spread-out rooms. We highly recommend booking a sea view room with the grass balcony—the views are beautiful! The facilities and food were great, and the alcohol was amazing, featuring top-shelf brands and incredible specialty cocktails. The absolute highlight, though, was the entertainment team. They were fantastic and kept the kids fully engaged with excellent activities. Highly recommended for families! Don't miss the fire show!

We had a wonderful stay at Mitsis Rodos Maris and wanted to say a huge thank you to the entire team. We were a group of 17 people, each with different needs, opinions, and requests, and the hotel staff handled everything with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. Organizing such a large family trip is never simple, but the team made us feel supported throughout the entire vacation. A special thank you to the kitchen staff for being so considerate and attentive regarding one of the children’s food allergies. It gave us real peace of mind and showed how much the staff truly cares about guests. We also want to thank the concierge team for helping us with transportation, reservations, and organizing everything on very short notice. They were available day and night, always responsive, helpful, and kind. What we will remember most from this trip is the incredible people working at the hotel. From the supermarket staff, food stations, entertainment team, and reception, to every employee we met - everyone was professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel itself has a charming old-style resort village atmosphere that feels warm and relaxing, especially for families with children. The beach area is beautiful and the surroundings are lovely. The only small downside for us was the distance from Rhodes City, which is about an hour away. We honestly wish this amazing hotel were closer to the city, but at the same time, the peaceful and beautiful location is part of its charm. Thank you Mitsis. Thank you to the entire staff and everyone who made our stay special. We truly enjoyed our vacation, and we will definitely be happy to return in the future.

Amazing holiday because of the entertainment reps, the food and all the staff. I travelled with my 11 year old son on my own and it was very safe in the resort for him to go off with his holiday buddies. But by far and away the best thing was the entertainment. Evelina, Nino, Alex,C, Adeel and all the others were amazing. Yoga for me in the morning was great and then they worked soooo hard all day and night making sure the kids are having fun. My son absolutely loved it, as did all the other kids. Thank you thank you and thank you to all of the entertainment team for making it our best ever holiday. My son had sooo much fun cos of you guys and I got a break!! The food is delicious at this hotel too. We want to come back in October we had so much fun. I love Greece as a single mum traveller cos the people are so kind and welcoming, i think it’s the safest place I’ve ever been. What an amazing holiday, the entertainment team all deserve a pay rise cos they made it 10/10 it would be 8 without them lol 😊 xx

I was hesitant after reading the reviews some people have wrote but I decided to stick with it and not change hotels. Can't fault the hotel and staff. If you have booked this hotel expecting 5 star then you will be disappointed. The saying is you get what you pay for and its exactly that. Food is limited but it depends what you like to eat theres options their. Pool is lovely and very peaceful not too busy when we was there. Spa is 10/10 very well looked after and they know what there doing. Clean room and air con. Cleaners came everyday with fresh towels and bedding clean and changed. Town center in 10/15 min walk the hill is a killer to walk up but easy enough to walk down. Hotel will order you a taxi and will be there within 5 mins if needed. They also offer a free shuttlebus to the beach but you couls also walk. Would definitely say its a 3 star hotel. English understanding isnt great in hotel but they try there best to help

Not sure when it was last checked, but its no longer a 4 star hotel. The building and pool are etc are beautiful. However, it feels and looks like it hasn't been maintained for a while. I can 100% envision it was a lovely 4* hotel maybe pre-covid, but standards have clearly dropped. Rooms were dated but mostly clean. Salt water showers were a new thing to me - cant say I liked them. Salt water pool was FREEZING cold - some loved it, some not so much! The all inclusive buffet wasn't too bad, but again, not 4* standard. Having said that, I enjoyed pretty much every meal I had. The BBQ night was delicious and good entertainment. The view from the outdoor bar is beautiful - a great place for a few drinks day or night. I know it sounds like I am knocking it for the most part, but I would stay again for the price I paid... was very reasonable. I just disagree with the 4* rating. If you can get past that, and get a good deal, I think you could like it

I absolutely loved the spa service at this hotel! I had a hammam and a massage, and it was truly next level — you can really feel the difference. I especially want to mention the massage therapist, Charlie — he is incredibly talented. He doesn’t just give a massage, he really understands the body, knows exactly where there is tension and how to work on it properly. It honestly feels like he has a deep knowledge of human physiology and rehabilitation. He truly has golden hands!! The overall atmosphere is also amazing — calm, unhurried, and very relaxing. And the tea before and after is such a nice touch, it makes you feel cared for and completely at ease. If you’re looking not just for a typical spa visit, but for a high-quality experience — I highly recommend it!

Only visited the Spa center and was hosted by Şinasi/Charlie. He gave a very warm welcome and explained the service patiently. The whole experience was very professional and upto expectations, 10/10 recommended for anyone in the area. The whole package included Aroma massage, face mask, sauna, peeling and foaming (Hamam), which took about 2hrs, all at a very reasonable price.

We arrived early hours of the morning and was given a room under the pool, known as the dungeons. Probably for good reason. Stunk. No doors on the bathroom and flea like creatures roaming around. We put up with for a few days and then the AC started to randomly make noises and jingles throughout the night. Eventually they moved us to a room in the hotel. It was much better. Food is edible but far from desirable. The word on the street is that TUI is taking over and they seem to saving a bit of cash. Beer is warm and out of a can. The head would put Bonnie Blue to shame. I will mention the only con first. The air conditioning in the bedroom was not effective and did not cool the room. It was 26 deg when we were there and it was becoming difficult to sleep. For that reason alone I would not go back to this hotel which is a pity because everything else was really good. The room was comfortable and super clean. The food was good. Staff in the restaurant were fantastic. The location was good too. 15 mins from the beach, city sightseeing bus picks up at the door, the bus station is right beside, and the promenade is a 5 mins walk. Buggiba jetty also only a 20 mins walk. Classic car museum is 5 mins walk. It was quite noisy when we were there but it is a built up area and there were renovations ongoing on the roof which we were aware of before we went. The only other slight downside is the pool is quite small and it's hard to get any swimming done unless you're the only one in it. Early morning and after 5pm are the best times. Roof terrace is nice with plenty shade and a bit of a breeze. A rooftop bar will be opening later in the season but staff came round and took drinks orders.

Roaches coming out the shower drain in my room. Staff been unhelpful and rude when we are complaining about not having any amenities. Hotel said they contacted travel agents which have not contacted us. Never offered to go anywhere else to use another pool or to sunbathe as the beach costs €15 for a sun lounger. Lifts were also not working for our stay which was a major inconvenience

Pleasant enough room - stayed for 10 days solo. was some noise from the next door but not the hotels fault. Food was good with plenty of variety and options. Staff were friendly and helpful. The roof top bar was nice but a little small considering the hotel size buy I understand a new level is being created with additional pool/terrace/restaurant in 2026. The food and drinks on the roof bar were extra which wasn’t clear at first. Otherwise it’s relatively central and I went out each night to St Paul’s bay which was easily walkable within 15 mins or so. Didn’t find much evening atmosphere in the hotel hence I went out ( was a live band downstairs but not for me personally ) would recommend for central location

Been back home for a week after being here and it’s fair to say I have the holiday blues. Animation team were fantastic, super friendly, very funny and got everyone involved. From day tine activities to night time entertainment. Bar staff were lovely and attentive. Drinks weren’t the best but the personalised cocktails were stunning. However there is a beach hut on the resort which is a hidden gem and the drinks were fantastic Food was nice, as a fussy eater I had no compliments and again staff were so friendly and kind. The beach hut restaurant was stunning, lovely 3 course meal with beautiful views. What more can you ask for! Rooms were standard, little outdated but clean, big and I found the bed comfortable also. The pool is big, clean and the whole layout of the hotel itself is absolutely stunning. Such a lovely hotel. The hotel takes you right onto the beach, which was beautiful. The excursion staff are lovely and helped us plan a few trips. we did dolphin boat trip and horse riding which were beautiful! The only down fall is you’re only allowed one card key per room. Which personally I hated and to me can be seen as a safety issue. I do think 2 cards for a room is definitely needed as the one key card did cause abit of an inconvenience at times. I’m already looking at my next trip for next year Thank yous again.

Small tip for managment before i say something. To improve your hotel i would recommend to have beach bar open at evenings longer, many people would enjoy to have a drink and spend time by the sea watching sunsets! Also pool party would be amazing, would come more younger people to this place! If that will become available we will definitely come back as we fell in love with this place a lot. I had a lovely stay at Royal Thalassa Monastir. The hotel is in a great location right by the beach, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The pools were clean and well maintained, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. There was a good variety of food available throughout the day. Hotels managers were nice once we met them, staff at the pool bar was amazing, made our stay amazing!! ATID IS THE BEST! He is the best bartender Ive met!! Give him a rise! He is such a lovely person with great personality! There was few things at first that we didn’t like about hotels service but once managers been told they done everything to make us pleased. They went so beyond to make our holiday one to remember! Very good and friendly people! If you are looking for relaxing holiday then go for it! Entertainment team was very friendly, the boys are amazing made our time remarkable! Loved aqua gym and our dances at evenings! Thank you so much for everything ❤️

Me and my son at 15 are just back if you want a relaxing.training . pampering holiday this is for you. The staff are amazing the spa is excellent thehotel is great to chill after a long run. Food is great. I read reviews and to be fair people just like to moan. The guys were painting outside of building when i was there for new season looked great coz the weather can hit the hotel when off peak season but they have addressed the concerns another review gave. From my point iv travelled all over the world and this place is fantastic for a chilled holiday to train well.eat well.sleep well gym was great. Rooms very clean. Hotel very clean ill defo be back

This is about expectations. This is a Tunisian 5 star so an English 3. Yes its dated but the hotels about 20 years old BUT its clean We paid less than £500 PP for an all inclusive 10 nights stay. Staff are amazing Food is good quality with lots of choice. Drinks is the standard range. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. All in all if your after a cheap and cheerful get away....well.worth it .

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! We stayed at Royal Thalassa Monastir with our five-month-old baby, and it was a terrible experience. Despite the advertised five-star rating, service was poor, and they didn’t take us seriously. Check-in took hours with no help, the AC never worked despite daily requests, and our baby suffered a heat rash. The bathroom flooded, I was injured, and staff were rude, even laughing amongst themselves. Bedding was not changed, the baby cot was ripped, and even belongings were taken. We saw many others complaining too. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families.

I really enjoyed my stay at Lemon & Soul Makadi Garden. It is a simple and budget-friendly hotel, but it feels much better than expected for a 3-star property. The staff are very friendly and clearly try to make guests comfortable. Reception was always helpful, including with exchanging money, and I appreciated the small safety details when leaving by taxi. The food is simple but good, and the chefs try to offer some variety. The only thing to keep in mind is the location. If you plan to go to Hurghada on your own, taxi prices from the hotel can be quite high, and some drivers try to insist on a round trip. Going from Hurghada back to the hotel can be much cheaper than leaving the hotel for Hurghada. This is not the hotel’s fault, but it is useful to know in advance. Overall, the hotel may be a little worn in some places, but it never felt unpleasant or disappointing. For me, this is one of the best value-for-money hotels in the area. Highly recommended for travelers who understand the budget category but still want a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The hotel, staff, beach, food, drinks, entertainment and everything else were great. Special kudos to the always friendly and positive barista Walid who made our trip x10 better. ❤️ The only slight inconvenience was the beach being 20min away (by foot), but there is an organized shuttle bus every 30 minutes in both directions every day – so it wasn't such a nuicance.

Food + staff good, cleanliness + rooms poor! We found the food to be surprisingly good, exceeding our expectations. There was plenty of variety, everything was warm, and every day there was fresh food from the BBQ, omelets in the morning, and pizzas from the food truck on the beach. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. The beach feels a bit dull and bare, especially compared to the more spacious and well-designed beaches of nearby resorts. The maintenance and cleanliness of the rooms were very disappointing. There was dust everywhere, and splashes/stains on the walls, curtains, doors, and beds—almost as if it hadn’t been properly cleaned for a long time. We ended up cleaning and mopping ourselves with a towel. There were also crooked lamps, a broken showerhead, and an air conditioner that made an incredible amount of noise. The rooms are very poorly soundproofed as well (there’s only a door separating them). It’s a real shame, because with a bit more attention to cleaning and maintenance, this could be a pleasant and affordable hotel. Next time, we will choose a different hotel.

The Worst Hostel Experience Ever I booked this place for ten nights without checking the reviews, and that was a huge mistake. After checking in, the first night turned out to be the most miserable experience I’ve ever had in any accommodation. The room was dirty and full of insects—I even got insect bites. The furniture was extremely old and in urgent need of repair. There was no minibar, no coffee, and not even a bottle of water provided. The bathroom was also dirty and poorly maintained. The restaurant was just as bad. The chairs were broken, and there were cats walking inside and eating near the guests. The food was not clean, lacked any quality, and didn’t represent Egyptian taste at all. There was almost no variety in the meals. The “all inclusive” package was basically useless. It didn’t include basic things like bottled water or any type of coffee. If you wanted water, you had to drink from a dispenser, and it was the worst water I’ve ever tasted. I had to leave the hostel to buy clean water and food from outside. After this terrible night, I went to the reception in the morning to check out. When they asked why I was leaving after only one night, I explained everything. The receptionist responded by saying this is “normal in all hotels in Sharm El Sheikh” — which is absolutely not true. He was rude, unprofessional, and didn’t even try to solve the problem. I will never recommend this place to anyone. It was a complete disaster from start to finish.

The rooms were in very bad condition, The balcony door would open every time we shut the main door to exit or come in the room. Due to this, since I was sleeping on the balcony side, I acquired 30 bites on my left arm in a single night, which doesn’t count the total bites I got in 7 Whole Nights! The fridge would either warm up our drinks, despite meaning to keep them cool, or freeze it completely, there is no in between. The blankets; you would think it’s from the 18th century. The furniture is very old and antique. There’s a fine line between vintage, and risking breakage and injury. Every time we would use the toilet, the waste pipe would leak and the toilet lid closes every time you put it up. Also, the shower is very crap, the water would spread everywhere. The room service phone doesn’t even work, it seems like it’s there for the aesthetics. They recommend their best rooms to lure you in but then you get a rubbish room. Bare in mind, our room was leaking water, through the ceiling! I thought a roof was meant to protect from rain, not invite it in. The staff were very friendly and helpful besides the odd few, the chefs were very dead and blunt. But the lifeguards were so very kind. The food selection was on and off, sometimes it was good but other times it’s very bad, their breakfast was the worst. I would rather starve than wake up for that. They had no coffee options, only black coffee. Very stingy with drinks too. Location isn’t too bad or good, it’s still far from everything, so consider having to make a journey everyday into the town but also not too far. I would recommend any other hotel until they improve their rooms. The slides were definitely not good enough. How can they be an aqua park if their slide isn’t even 5 metres high???

This is the worst hotel I’ve been to in Egypt. It is advertised as all inclusive, it is not. Beer is only available in the dining room at lunch and dinner. If you want beer at the pool bar, lobby bar or Shooters bar you have to pay for it. Wine is not available unless you pay for it. The spirits available are undrinkable, not real but made from Ethyl alcohol (Ethanol) with flavour and colouring. Entertainment is very limited. The food other than the salad bar is very poor with the chicken always having bones in and any beef was full of gristle and pipes. The only good thing here are the staff who have to work here. Special mention to Ragy and Mohammed in the dining room and The chef Mohammed who made my wife beautiful salads, and the pool life guard who looked after the slides and the lovely older room cleaner, I can’t remember their names. We had booked with Holidaygems a year ago for 28days when the reviews were okay, I don’t know what happened since then but it should not be advertised as all inclusive. We could not afford to move hotels but after 3 weeks we spent another £600.00 and went to the St. George Homestay for the last week which was wonderful. If you want an All inclusive holiday don’t book the Tivoli.

So, as other reviewers said, the furniture in the rooms has seen better days but for me everything worked and the mattress was great so I’m ok with the old furniture. Check in and out was very straightforward, parking was plentiful and free and there was always a lounge by the pool if I wanted one-albeit these were mostly gone by midday. I was on bed and breakfast rather than FB, breakfast was good with vegan and vegetarian options as well as some sausage and cold cuts. The staff were just excellent, particularly the room and pool ones but all were very helpful and hospitable. I’d critique the gym opening hours; 10am is pretty late but when I asked politely they just gave me the keys and I had the gym to myself everyday in the morning. There’s enough decent machines to get a full upper body workout but no squat rack or leg press. There’s a couple of treadmills but they only worked below 9Km/hr anything above they went developed an error even though I reset them. There’s a supermarket and a beer shop right outside but there’s a Carrefour and a Drinkie’s (the Government official off license and thus much cheaper) 30 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive.

🚫 The Worst Travel Experience Ever 🚫 This hotel is an absolute disgrace to hospitality. The staff are beyond rude, untrained, and clueless about even the basics of guest service. Waiters & Bar Staff: Trash attitude, zero respect, and no sense of hygiene. One bartender actually served me used milk that had been sitting outside since noon — a shocking and dangerous practice. Reception: The receptionist Ahmed is the definition of unprofessional. Rude, dismissive, and completely unfit for the role. Management: When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there is no manager available. Imagine that — a hotel with no leadership, no accountability, and no care for guests. Food Quality: The worst I’ve ever seen. Cheap, tasteless, and unsafe. This is not food fit for paying guests. The entire experience destroyed my excitement to enjoy Sharm. I had a group of 25 people lined up for the next tour, but after this disaster, I will be shifting them to another destination entirely — outside of Egypt. This hotel is a stain on Egyptian hospitality, which is usually known worldwide for warmth and excellence. Staff Highlights ❌ Worst waiter: Abdo (bar) ❌ Worst receptionist: Ahmed ✅ Only decent staff: Omar (reception) and Mohamad (housekeeping) Final Verdict This place is a nightmare. The staff know nothing about hospitality, the treatment is trash, and the experience is unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and health — stay far away.

I travelled to Maspalomas because of the cycling camp, that is why the location near the sea wasn´t my top priority and therefore it doesn´t affect my rating. The location is calm and, I think, almost all rooms are heading towards the pool or calmer street. The hotel is isolated from the main road, which had worried me before my stay. I also appreciate that the staff met our request to be placed on the higher floor, because we are light sleepers and because we were worried about the noise from the pool area. The family room was spacious, clean and modern. There is nothing to complain about. What we definitely enjoyed the most, was the exceptionaly great food. If you are looking great value/price ratio, go for this hotel. I would like point out not just the variety, but especially deliciousness. The staff was also kind and friendly. We had an issue with inactive electricity card, they fixed it up immediately. There is just one setback. If I would stay here alone, the price is almost the same as in couple. The pricing politics for singles could be more favourable.

We had an absolutely fantastic family holiday at the Barceló Margaritas in Gran Canaria! The hotel is spotlessly clean, with rooms and common areas maintained to a very high standard every day. The food was excellent a wide variety of fresh, delicious options that made every meal enjoyable. What really makes this hotel stand out is how family friendly it is. There are plenty of activities for children, a great playground, and multiple swimming pools where both kids and adults can relax and have fun. Had an amazing stay at the Barceló Margaritas. The hotel is lovely, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are absolutely massive with plenty of space. The food was amazing throughout our stay, with lots of choice and great quality. There are two great pools with bars nearby, making it perfect for relaxing during the day. The location is also ideal, with decent nightlife and the beach close by. Highly recommend this hotel and resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Gran Canaria.

On a jet2 all inclusive holiday for 2 weeks. At first glance tidy well kept hotel. Rooms generous size, with everything provided cleaned daily (some days obviously more attention taken than others?) Nice, pool facing, balconies with handy drying rails. Only negative rooms had very poor lighting. Public areas fairly restricted at night with the pool bar used often with live singers, musicians etc ok but no comfortable seating, totally unsuitable on cooler windy evenings even with coats/jackets on! There was an indoor bar with better seating which was only opened a couple of evenings when we were there...seemed a totally missed opportunity, could easily, with a bit of effort, have housed entertainment! Buffet meals with plenty choice, passable the first week but right down hill the next week, food often stone cold and disappointing...maybe the head chef was off that week! Dishes often unlabelled making guess work necessary...more care needed all round! These are all small points but having just a bit more thought for the customers would improve the whole experience.

Visiting from Scotland and We have just stayed here for a week and would come back in a heartbeat. The rooms were spotless, the location is fantastic, right on the beach. The cleaners change your bedding and towels daily (if you want, just put the sign on the door if you want them to or not) All staff members we have dealt with have been very friendly. You can hire large beach towels from reception (€10 deposit which you get back) you can also change the beach towels daily, which is handy as they get full of sand. They only charge €1 to swap the towel. The food also has been lovely. Something for everyone. So many amenities within very very short walking distance - pharmacy, pubs, supermarket, bus stops, ice cream parlours, souvenirs shops, restaurants, tobaccos shop. Also vending machines in the hotel with snacks, juices, and a medical vending machine. We’ve had the best time here. Thank you.

Absolutely appalled by our experience at Grand Hotel Costa del Sol. What should have been a relaxing holiday turned into stress, illness and genuine concerns about food safety. The first major issue came at dinner when I was served a sausage that was visibly raw inside. We immediately took it to a member of staff, who removed all the remaining sausages from the buffet and had them cut in half and cooked further. We spent part of our holiday feeling unwell. Shockingly, this was not a one-off incident. At another dinner service, we were served chicken that again appeared raw/undercooked in the middle. We took photos because at this point we simply could not believe it was happening again. After already becoming unwell earlier in the holiday, finding more undercooked meat was genuinely alarming and completely destroyed any confidence we had in eating at the hotel. To make matters worse, on the day of departure we were initially told our all-inclusive would end at 12pm despite not leaving for the airport until the evening, leaving us with hours at the hotel without food or drinks. It was only after raising our concerns and complaints about the food issues that they finally agreed to let us keep our all-inclusive wristbands until we left. The location may be lovely, but sadly the experience was overshadowed by poor food standards, lack of communication and handling of guest concerns. Serving meat that appears undercooked not once, but twice, is simply unacceptable. We left feeling disappointed, frustrated and very relieved to be going home. I would not return.

I stayed at Hotel Grans Costa del Sol and overall had a pleasant stay, though there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. First of all, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, which made check-in and any questions during the stay easy. One of the bar staff members was especially kind and made us some very nice non-alcoholic drinks, which we really appreciated. The cleaning staff were also excellent. They cleaned the hotel and rooms every day and were always very polite and hardworking. In terms of the hotel itself, it felt more like a 3-star hotel than a 4-star, as some areas look a bit old and could use renovation. Our room walls were slightly dirty, so refreshing some rooms would definitely improve the overall experience. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during our stay, so we couldn’t swim and I cannot comment on the pool facilities. The food in the restaurant was tasty, but the breakfast was quite similar every day. It would be nice if the hotel added more variety, especially more savory options, since not everyone prefers sweet food in the morning. Also, different meats were sometimes cooked in the same area. It might be better to separate them—for example, placing red meat on one station and chicken or fish on another, since not everyone eats every type of meat. The hotel also organized singing sessions and entertainment, which we discovered by chance and really enjoyed. It would be even better if guests were informed about these activities in advance. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly stay. The sea view is beautiful, and despite a few small issues, we still enjoyed our time here.

I’ve just finished my stay with Gran Hotel, from the moment I stepped it I was welcomed! The hotel is clean and kept to a high standard. The breakfast buffet is well presented and huge variety. The air con was fully working and fresh towels were given throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will be returning. location is amazing. if you are looking to just have a place to sleep and be in a great location then this is the place. we walk out and we are basically in the sea it’s great. we’ve had a few small issues with our room such as the heating not working, our shower being too hot or too cold not middle term and our bed lifting. These issues definitely didn’t stop us from having a great time and enjoying the delicious breakfast they offer and their pool. I recommend.

We stayed here for 7 nights in March 26, very friendly staff, a good selection of buffet food. We preferred the main restaurant to the speciality dining areas. The usual annoying reservation of poolside relaxers took place with towels draped on them. We would definitely stay there again. It is probably not ideal for people with movement difficulties as there are no lifts to second floor room and a fair number of steps and inclines around the campus.

Spent two weeks here... staff are lovely. Food is excellent in quantity and quality. Rooms cleaned daily and comfortable. Hotel is Adults (16+) only. If you arrive by transfer coach from the airport, you will be dropped of 250m away on the main road, as the road outside the hotel is unsuitable for coaches. Likewise, your pick up for coaches to the airport is even further away at approximately 400m. 2 swimming pools with sunbeds pools open 1000 - 2000. Sunbeds are no to be reserved but the message has sadly to reach the guests with no enforcement. Downsides.... firstly, restaurant on 4th floor of main block and only one lift carrying maximum of 8 people. At mealtimes, a wait of 10 minutes for the lift is not unusual or 8 flights of stairs beacons. Secondly, and most importantly for us, if you are a NON SMOKER, this hotel is NOT for you - 95% of the guests here smoke, as do most of the staff. There is virtually nowhere, other than your room or the reception area (a few seats with nothing to do), everywhere else is a smoking zone. One of us is asthmatic and spent most of the holiday wearing a medical mask because of selfishness of other guests not caring where their smoke blows. We even experienced one couple smoking and drinking while standing in the pool! For this reason alone, we will not return, which is a shame, as we really love the hotel. Management take note.

Not a 4 star, as on their signage. Tiny rooms. To close to adjacent building. No sound proofing throughout the corridors so expect no sleep for your duration. Food is tasty but repetitive. Nowhere to sit on an evening. Only one bar and nowhere to go if it rains. The only plus side is the staff are great

This hotel is rated 4* let me tell you its is more a 2.5. The only positives were the cleaners and the bar staff. There was also a lovely guy who checked us in on arrival. The rooms were very small but kept clean but luckily we weren't there to spend time in our rooms, if your a big person you wont be able to have a number 2 comfortably unless u can sit with your knees on your chin....We were on the 2nd floor the side of the restaurant, the restaurant is located on the 4th floor so if u want a lie in dont expect one especially as you're on holiday!! The noise from the restaurant was awful from 08.00am in the morning, also door slammers start slamming from 07.00am not sure if its a sport or not as there definately seemed like there was a competition going on!! Also if you have paid for a pool view, your pool view is amazing especially as its a view of the hotel next doors pool!! The bar staff work incredibly hard there is only ever 1 of them but they are quick to keep the ques down... reception staff would often be behind the bar helping themselves to a drink and would ask you to wait for the bar staff to return instead of serving you or helping to manage the ques.... the pool bar is the only bar in the hotel so bear in mind its outside so if you get bad weather theres no cover and not really any seating inside the hotel which we found bizarre especially as when busy of an evening you have to either get a table at 5pm or sit on sun beds for the evening in your nice attire this hotel needs to review this also if your disabled or have mobility issues AVOID as there is no disabled ramps or aids to help you. The food we ate was good no complaints and very rare at an all in inc but the food was warm and tasty. The toilets are located downstairs so if u need the toilet after the pool you have to trek through reception so be mindful of wet floors at all times. There are toilets in the other block but again downstairs. The location of the hotel is ideal for the strip where you will find restaurants and bars. Also lots of jewellery shops and gift shops for your usual holiday tat.... also the walk to be picked up for your return is about an 8 minute walk away so be mindful. The staff make this hotel worth a visit thats about it... we were a party of 8 and will not return. Also be mindful this hotel overbooks and sends you over to the happiness apartments over the road we met guests put in there and there was nothing happy to report about it... NO POOL NO BAR NO RESTAURANT.... be mindful and refuse to be moved. If your booked here I wish you well.....

A very honest review - The staff were very friendly and helpful where possible. For example, the cleaning lady misunderstood when I said come back, but the lady on reception sent her to come back up immediately. Also, we asked to move rooms (more on that later) and the guy did attempt to move us, however sadly the hotel was fully booked and we did check online to confirm this. Beyond the service, this is where it goes massively downhill... - The rooms were smaller than expected and had a wardrobe, but some drawers would've been useful, especially when you're here for a week and have a fair few clothes between 2 of you. - Bathroom is awfully designed where it's very cramped for the toilet and the shower is an absolute disgrace! Basically, it's impossible to prevent a puddle due to the shower/floor design even with 3 hand towels surrounding the edges like a moat. - We were on the 3rd floor (top floor for rooms) and unfortunately we had the restaurant above us (the same for most rooms on the 3rd floor). This meant at 7.45am the tables and chairs start scraping and banging like they're about to come through the ceiling, so if you're not an early riser, make sure you have a room elsewhere in the hotel. (This was the reason for wanting to move rooms). - Food leaves a lot to be desired... if you don't like salad or cheese oh and desserts which were very nice, it will be a tough time for food. While there is a variety of food to select, the food was very much sub par and made school dinners look like michelin star quality. Even got food poisoning on the 2nd day due to some dodgy chicken (we hadn't eaten outside the hotel at this point, so had to be hotel food). - The hot breakfast was very strange and would recommend sticking to eggs and omelette only for hot food. The pancakes are okay too, but again best sticking to the cold food such as greek yoghurt, ham, bread etc. - There are many sunbeds, so shouldn't struggle for a bed, but have to get a towel down early if you have a preferred spot (usual stuff). - The all inclusive cocktails are pretty bad where they just fill them up with soda water and/or lemonade... for example, who wants a fizzy Pina Colada😆 Have to stick to beers and Spirits only - Do massively question the 4 star aspect of the hotel, but looking online the stars are based on facilities in Greece as opposed to the overall quality of the product. In my opinion, this would be a 2 star hotel quality wise as I've been to many 3 star and 4 star hotels around Europe where this was the most disappointing by some distance, which I suppose is why it's cheap, but certainly not cheerful. - One other positive were the greek dancers that perform every Friday night and the saxaphone guy on a Monday who was good. - Other than that, the negatives massively outweigh the positives and such a shame as this was our first holiday as a couple. - Crete itself is a very nice place with activities to do, although lots of bars and restaurants, but just make sure to look at a hotel elsewhere because if all 4 star hotels in the area are like this, then you'll have no choice except to go 5 stars.

A very nice property. Lots of room in the apartment. Good kitchen and It had a nice outdoor table and chairs. We were very close to the pool. The only negative thing was a lack of storage for clothes. There was only one closet and no other place to put clothes.

Excellent stay. Very clean, spacious and peaceful location in Albufeira. We stayed in one of the apartments, had overall great experience and could enjoy our stay. Nearby grocery store Spar was perfect for daily needs. Nearby beaches were approx. 15-20 mins walk.

Avoid this place, Stayed here in May 26, four of us, very expensive holiday for us. We arrived, everything was fine but the reception staff need to improve their attitude towards guests. Four of us got an apartment between two, each. One apartment we got was perfect apart from ants on the kitchen counters etc. The other apartment was disgraceful, harsh smell of Bleach which would have affected my partner’s asthma. very dull, not enough light during the day. We had ants multiple times running around the apartment nearly each day. There was an air bubble on the outside of the door on the ceiling full of water dripping like a leak & that could have ended up bad if it had popped on one of us. The air conditioning in the sitting room & the main bedroom we stayed in was broken or not functioning properly. We then requested to move to another apartment which we got & was mentioned to us it was an upgrade and was mentioned it was a “Villa” this was the other side of the complex away from our family. We got there, it wasn’t a “Villa” it was another bad apartment. it was worse, not much light, didn’t smell pleasant. The swimming pool that they said was right beside this “Villa” was Empty, Under Maintenance. We went back to the reception request a relocation to a different hotel & they didn’t help much. We got the other apartment back & had to try enjoy the rest of the holiday with this accommodation. We woke up on the final morning to check out, we walked out of the bedroom and the whole hallway beside the front door on the inside was like a swimming pool, a leak happened over night and soaked the whole apartment. This was a hazard and could have caused a serious injury if it wasn’t first noticed. This place is an absolute disaster, Nevermind the attitude of the Reception Staff. Please enjoy your future holiday and save the expense of disaster and book somewhere worth it. This place deserves 0 Stars.

Nice hotel with great amenities. Apartment spacious. However, room was not cleaned or towels changed until after 4 days, despite asking. Toilet also not very clean with mould on tiles. Had to buy soap as dispenser empty, even after clean.

We booked a one bedroom apartment and were delighted with the location, it has a well equipped kitchen, large lounge/dining area, two balconies plus ample parking. We were about one minutes walk from the nearest pool which had a snack bar staffed by a lovely woman who helped me with my Portuguese pronunciation. There were ample loungers by the pool and immaculately clean toilets.

Stayed for 10 days at the start of the season. The staff are absolutely fantastic — friendly, welcoming, and nothing is ever too much trouble. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, which is clearly a priority, with staff working constantly to keep it that way. On the food front, there was always plenty on offer and I never struggled to find something I enjoyed. The quality and selection were good, and while some guests might feel it is on the modest side, I personally had no complaints. My only minor observation is that the food could have been served a little hotter, but it certainly didn't stop me going back for more! All in all, a lovely place with fantastic people.

Just returned from a week in the Amour Hotel and had a very enjoyable week. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the food was lovely. A very relaxing week although there were children there so not sure how they can advertise as adults only. Rooms were a bit tired but I understand that they are being renovated, but the biggest problem for us was having no inside bar only a pool bar. The location is excellent with a short walk into the town and having the beach over the road. Thank you again Iris and Joan

My husband and I have had a very good experience at this hotel, I'm dairy intolarant and the chef,manager, and staff have gone out of their way to show me which food contains dairy. The hotel is clean and accomadating ,very short distance to the beach and nice walks, well worth a stay here. Shane and Joy 😊

We arrived quite late at the hotel, but the staff were very accommodating and allowed us to leave our bags and grab a plate of food from the buffet before checking in, which was really appreciated after travelling. Once we got to our room, we found it to be quite basic but comfortable. It was a twin room with both a bath and shower, a TV with English channels, and a hairdryer provided. The entertainment at the hotel is good, with plenty of seating areas around the venue. However, on busier nights it can be difficult to find a seat as many guests come down for the evening entertainment. Most of the entertainment is child-focused, but after 10pm they also offer activities for adults such as bingo and karaoke. The swimming pools are quite cold, although still bearable, and there are plenty of sun loungers available around the site. The food can be a bit hit and miss depending on the night, but they do themed evenings such as Asian and Greek cuisine. There are lots of options for fussy eaters and vegetarians, although allergens and intolerances are not clearly displayed, so you need to speak to a member of staff for information. The hotel is located slightly away from the busy parts of the area, but it’s only around a 15–20 minute walk to both the old town and the main road where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The mall is also only about a 10-minute walk away and has a good selection of food places and shops. On site there is also a mini market, laundry room, and restaurant, which is very convenient. Overall, we have really enjoyed our stay here. The staff have been nothing but helpful throughout, and the cleaning staff are fantastic and always happy to help with extra amenities if needed.

1st day arrival experience with potter was not as expected as we struggle to locate our block and room at midnight in darkness. I had a disabled elderly lady and 2 big suitcases and bit of far walk. But from next day dinner and bar service staff gave excellent service and we felt that place is good and we can manage 14 days. Special thanks to George restaurant manager who nicely talked and welcomed us every time. Staff Mia, Eia, Efi, Sorna, Binod were very helpful and welcoming made our experience the best. The food was extra tasteful with various options. Thanks to good chefs who prepared them. We stayed 14 days and everyday we had a various tasteful dishes. Definitely a lovely place to visit.

We had a wonderful stay at MyFair Garden Hotel. We came here with our family and had a really great time. The atmosphere was very friendly and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Special greetings to the Polish animator – he was doing an amazing job and made the stay even more enjoyable! We would also like to say hello to Zoe and Mario. The hotel manager was fantastic, and all the managers were very welcoming, greeting guests during dinner which created a very nice atmosphere. During our stay we explored a lot of Paphos. Everything here is calm and safe. There is no war here – it’s a beautiful and peaceful place to spend a holiday. Thank you to the whole team for such a lovely stay. We will definitely come back in May! Warm greetings to all the staff.

Lovely hotel with excellent food options offering a different theme each evening. Staff work so hard across the whole hotel and cannot do enough to make your stay memorable. Good selection of facilities on-site and only 5 mins walk from Kings Avenue Mall, 15 mins from beach and 25 from Paphos Old Town. Would highly recommend Mayfair Gardens.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of February, going into March, in a two-room unit in building 5. The room had clearly just been refurbished and was in great condition. The staff were very friendly and the reception team all spoke excellent English. Breakfast was a bit repetitive, but lunch and dinner were very good, with plenty of choice, and the themed dinners in the evening were a nice touch. Although we visited outside the main season and some facilities were closed, we still had a very enjoyable stay. The location is great, within easy walking distance of the harbour and the centre of Paphos. The only real downside was the coffee, which was pretty awful - a shame, given that Cyprus is known for good coffee. On the plus side, there are lots of beautiful, friendly cats around the hotel, which really adds to the charm of the place.

Decent hotel with a few need for improvements. Firstly, the bar staff are rude and patronising. My mum had a problem on the first day with them. 2 days later I went to the bar (the time before I went, I never received my token back; I also made it clear to the bar staff when I first bought my drink I’m not sure how the process of the tokens work, so he was fully aware what he was doing) when I brang my cup back on the time before, I never reached my token back... The bar staff asked for my token I explained that i didn’t receive one and he was rather arrogant and said “well it’s €1 extra if you don’t have your token, you should have bring you cup back” being sarky. I explained that I did bring my cup back, and didn’t receive my token, yet he still charged me. Secondly, the cleaners are lovely, very polite and friendly. However, the cleanliness of the room wasn’t great after cleaning had been finished. There was crumbs left all over the balcony floor, bed sheets with stains were changed (but unfortunately not the pillows, they just flipped them around), the mirror accidentally had tanning lotion sprayed onto the mirror and that wasn’t cleaned too. You are given very minimal toiletries at this hotel, which is not expected upon arrival, just for those looking to stay, to make sure you have toiletries. (Shower gel & shampoo is included) You have to pay a deposit to use the kettle, €27 (we stayed for 3 nights) when my mum went to the reception to return the kettle at the end of our stay they only gave her €20 back as they charged her for sachets of coffee and sugar (which is normally complimentary at any standard hotel). Also note, if you want additional water, you will be charged. If you want to smoke, you have to go to the other end of the pool area in a designated section. However vaping is fine (I’m a vaper) Overall, the rooms are pretty decent, the pool area is lovely, breakfast has a good selection. Receptionists and cleaners are friendly.

Great staff, so friendly and helpful. Best pools in Benidorm! Entertainment was great for all ages and always something on for everyone even when its raining. The entertainment staff work so hard to make sure everyone is having a good time. Good selection of food at meal times. Lunch and dinner much better than breakfast. Really central location but manages to still be quiet. Rooms are small for 3 people and very basic but clean - no one stays in their room in Benidorm anyway. Lovely stay. Would recommend.

We had a great week staying here. The rooms are basic but very clean and we had a fantastic view of the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were stayed half board and enjoyed are food at breakfast and dinner plenty of choice and again the chefs and serving staff did a great job. We would stay here again.

Recently stayed at this hotel with my Daughter and I have to say that the staff were quite rude especially the bar staff as I was abruptly shouted at for not understanding what he was saying and also came across very arrogant and was also charged for borrowing a kettle that cost €27 as a deposit and didn't recieve the full amount back. Apart from that, the rooms were quite nice with a balcony, good air conditioning, great location and a good selection of food and swimming pools. Could be improved by providing blankets inside the rooms as the tempreture drops at night.

Great pool area, paper thin walls in the rooms to the point we could hear next door screaming at eachother. Bin wasn’t emptied even though it was overflowing in the room. Door handle fell off as soon as we got the room. 5-6 min walk from the beach. Below average breakfast.
