We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh.
The cleanliness throughout the entire resort was outstanding. Our room, the pool areas, restaurants, and common spaces were always spotless and very well maintained. The pool was particularly clean and enjoyable every day.
What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Abdelrahman, who was absolutely fantastic throughout our stay and made us feel genuinely welcome and well looked after. We would also like to thank Wael, our taxi driver, who was reliable, friendly, and made getting around easy and stress-free.
We felt safe, comfortable, and cared for from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The level of hospitality was exceptional.
One of the highlights of the resort is the reef !! it is absolutely AMAZING! The snorkeling was incredible, with beautiful coral and plenty of marine life to see right off the beach.
Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable. We look forward to returning in the future!

Our stay at Jaz Fanara Hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and perfectly located with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious, the pools and beach area were well maintained, and the entire staff was friendly and professional, always making sure guests feel comfortable and welcome.

Special thanks to Ahmed Elhadad, the bartender at the pool bar, for his excellent service, positive attitude, and professionalism. He was always friendly, attentive, and made every visit to the bar a pleasure.
I would also like to thank Ahmad Mohamed, the chef at La Gazelle Restaurant, for the delicious food and the care he puts into every meal. The quality and taste were exceptional.

Second time and there will be a third. A huge thank you to Gaia, accommodated my requests with such efficiency ( and fun) you have a star there! Entertainment team were superb, all will be thanked personally. Bar staff such a laugh under Mr Al Bashir ( Abdullah makes the best cocktails ) Food was wonderful, such a choice every day with always the option of Gazelle bar for a quieter option. Just a perfect combination of everything. Will be returning. Thank you everybody.

The coral reef is the best feature of this hotel. Rooms (we've got the most expensive option) are spacious and well maintained although very far from the main activities. The service is a bit obnoxious and not at all at the level of a 5-star resort, i.e. the person who cleaned our rooms pressed our daughter for a 5 star review and watched what she was writing to make sure she got what he needed. The food is mediocre and the beach is really small for so many people. My husband and I got up everyday at 6:45 to make sure we'll have sunbeds for the day. The beach area is quite steep down, many stairs, which is exhausting especially in the afternoon. The amazing reef made up for every inconvenience, but we'll definitely not go there again. Price/quality ratio is definitely not wher it should be. I don't know how this hotel manages to keep such high prices while there are many better hotels in Sharm.
