Couple of issues with our room so far but the hotel is very efficient in sending people out to resolve the issues. (TV not working, not enough towels. Safe hasn’t been reset etc so minor).
The resort is a great family focused resort that is upbeat. Staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble.
Facilities are ample and the resort is well maintained. I write this as gardeners are trimming hedges.
The food is ample with many restaurants available. Although fully booked it doesn’t feel too busy or crowded.

Amazing Stay in Sharm El Sheikh!
From the beginning, the staff was extremely kind and friendly. They helped us in every possible way, truly honest, warm, and trustworthy people.
The hotel itself was beautiful and very spacious, with more than six swimming pools and several bars available. The cleanliness at the hotel was excellent, the rooms were cleaned daily with great care, and all the facilities were always tidy and well-maintained.
The water activities were so much fun and added a lot to our experience.
We genuinely enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it for a few extra days. Highly recommended!

We are very pleased with our choice of this resort.
The staff is very friendly. We did not encounter any rude staff member. The food is of good quality and loads of restaurants to choose from. There is the main restaurant which is open until 12am which was a very good gesture to find when we arrived at 11.55pm and there is an Italian restaurant and there is a Moroccan restaurant all included in the all inclusive package. You are allowed one visit to the Chinese restaurant and one visit to the international restaurant during your stay.
I praise the management for their actions. The bars with food are scattered among the 7 pools and the sea which makes it easy to have drinks and food without struggling to walk in the heat. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The drinks are very special and you can find them in bars and restaurants like mint lemon, hibiscus and cantaloupe. There are enough sunbeds so no sunbed wars in the morning. There are some shops walking distance from the resort which makes shopping for souvenirs easy. There is also a pharmacy and a supermarket very close to the hotel. Highly recommend this resort, we are definitely going back.

The room was well stocked and spacious, a cot was provided and the staff were very polite. The food options were very good, and the quality of the food served was excellent (one morning I had Moroccan eggs made by a very experienced chef / mother - they were amazing!). The entertainment at the hotel was fairly lively and all were encouraged to participate. I even had a fun time at the Aqua Park, going on the various slides - adrenaline rush! Overall I had a fantastic stay, and look forward to coming back again!
