Clean, all inclusive resort that’s perfect for families and children atmospheres, offering a warm and family-friendly atmosphere. All facilities and services are well maintained and readily available. The package includes an open buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
I’m not personally a fan of Egyptian cuisine, but I completely understand why it has so many fans and admirers.

Hotel okay, some of the staff so helpful. They don’t really cater for English, this is more for Russian and Muslim culture. When trying to watch football England play, they turned volume right down, when complaining the hotel manager he told us if you don’t like it, go to your room. This was the World Cup for god sakes!! With this said when Egypt played they had volume full wack and was banging drums. Do not loose your pool towel cards, heaven forbid! They have to do a full investigation even get security, and want money to replace them, even though the cleaner took ours. When they host pool party’s and beach party’s they want money for an event the hotel is hosting for u to attend. Thank god we didn’t pay as a few English said it was so bad. They have no concept of queuing and push in front of u, at bars and restaurants, and bar staff see u waiting and still serve, Russians and Egyptians first. I found staff very rude. Especially management.

I stayed at Charmillion Gardens for 10 days and had a wonderful experience.
The hotel is modern, well maintained, and surrounded by beautiful, carefully kept gardens. The food is very tasty and varied, so everyone can easily find something they like. There is also a large aquapark for children, which makes the hotel a great place for families.
During my stay I had the opportunity to bring a group of more than 80 people. We also used the conference facilities at Charmillion Sea Life and Charmillion Club, which are located next door. Both hotels are also beautiful and very well maintained. My guests had the chance to dine at the à la carte restaurants there and they were very satisfied with the quality and service.
I would like to give special thanks to the management team, without whom organizing such a large group would not have been possible:

We recently returned from a wonderful one-week family holiday at Charmillion Gardens Aqua Park in February, and it truly exceeded our expectations in every way.
From the moment we arrived, the accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for a family stay. The rooms were spacious, well maintained, and cleaned to a very high standard every day, which made it easy for us to relax and enjoy our holiday.
The food throughout the week was excellent, with a great variety available at every meal. There was always something for everyone, including plenty of fresh options and dishes the whole family enjoyed. The main restaurant was especially welcoming, and the service really stood out.
The swimming pools and aqua park were a highlight of the trip. The pools were clean and well supervised, and the slides provided endless fun for both children and adults. It was clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the facilities safe, organised, and enjoyable for guests of all ages.
A very special thank you goes to Ahmed, the barman in the main restaurant, who looked after our family so well all week. His kindness, professionalism, and friendly attitude made every visit feel personal, and he truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
Overall, this was a fantastic family holiday, and we would happily return again. Highly recommended for families looking for great facilities, excellent service, and a fun, relaxing atmosphere.

The very first thing I wanna praise is the staff. Hands down best staff I’ve ever met. Friendly, talkative, happy and with a good humor, they really make all the difference they are 100/10 the best.
The hotel itself is very spacious and quite entertaining. There are a lot of things to do starting from theatres that are open every night ending with clubs and music.
It is the type of hotel I will 100% come back and I am already planning to go back here my experience was purely 10/10
