My wife and I had a surprisingly terrible stay here. The rooms are nothing like what the hotel posts online. While the photos they use on booking websites hint at comfortable modern rooms, in reality the rooms here look like they haven't been spruced up since the 1990s. On checking in, we were "upgraded" to a pool view room if we promised to give a positive review of the hotel online. Accepting this was probably a big mistake, as the pool area blasts bad pop music from about 10:00 AM until well into the afternoon. Fleeing the property is the only way to escape it. Perhaps smarter guests will stick with the cheaper garden view rooms. Cleanliness was okay, though our shower curtain reeked strongly of urine. Worst of all, the security at the hotel's private beach area hassled my wife and I because they didn't think we were actually guests of the hotel. That went on for longer that it should have. Breakfast is okay, if you are into buffets.

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations at all. The food was very bad with almost no variety. To the point that there were some meals we did not eat at all because there was nothing good or appetizing to choose from. Housekeeping service was poor. The room was cleaned carelessly and without proper attention to detail. The massage experience was one of the worst parts. We were taken to a room that was honestly scary and felt more like a hospital room, with no relaxing atmosphere and nothing related to a proper massage experience. Even worse, when I was leaving, I noticed that the staff member who did my massage was reusing the same towels I had been covered with and arranging them for the next guest, which means the same towels were used for multiple clients. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself is calm and has a nice atmosphere. However, we definitely did not get value for the money we paid, and it did not feel like a five-star hotel at all. At best, it deserves a 3 to 4 star rating.

If you are looking for a price-performance (F/P) hotel where location is your top priority, this is a solid choice for a 3–5 day stay. However, there are some areas that definitely need management’s attention. The Positives: • F&B Team: The Food & Beverage team is quite successful. We were happy with the service, and the food at the beach bar was actually quite good. • Family-Friendly: A big shout-out to the lifeguards. They are incredibly helpful and attentive, especially to families with children, which made our time at the beach much more relaxing. • Value: For those on a budget who want to be in the heart of Naama Bay, the value here is hard to beat. Areas for Improvement: • Reception & Staffing: The reception area seems consistently understaffed. Every time we went, there were 10–15 people waiting with only 1 or 2 staff members working. They simply cannot keep up with the demand. Additionally, finding staff who speak fluent English can be a challenge. • Room Conditions (Mountain Side): The rooms and general areas on the mountain side are quite dated and in need of a serious renovation. • Hygiene Concern: The shower curtains in the rooms should be removed immediately. They are unhygienic and cause a noticeable odor; the hotel shouldn't wait for a full renovation to replace these with glass partitions or better alternatives. Final Verdict: If you are mindful of your budget and want a great location, this is a decent option for a few days. Just be prepared for some wait times at check-in and older room interiors.

I had a really good stay from May 19 to May 25 in room 241. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I genuinely enjoyed my time there and would definitely stay again in the future

For a 4-star hotel, it’s actually quite good. The food was tasty and varied, and there were always enough sunbeds both at the beach and by the pool. However, I really want to draw attention to the two room service buttons in the room. This misunderstanding cost us three days of stress because we couldn’t understand why our room wasn’t being cleaned. If you want your room to be cleaned, make sure you press the “Make Up Room” button when you leave. And do NOT press “Do Not Disturb.” Just keep this in mind to avoid unnecessary frustration.
