This was my fourth year visiting this hotel, and once again it was a truly wonderful experience.
Every stay here has been special, but my most recent visit was especially enjoyable and memorable.
I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim Mohammed for his outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care.
He played a big part in making our stay comfortable and enjoyable, and his dedication to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed.
The renovated room was fantastic modern, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.
The beach was also clean and well looked after, which made it even more enjoyable to spend time there.
One of the things I appreciate most about this hotel is that the team is always ready to help, and everyone makes you feel welcomed and valued throughout your stay.
As a small suggestion for improvement, I believe the Lobby Lounge could benefit from better coffee quality. The current coffee selection could be enhanced by offering higher quality coffee beans to match the excellent standards maintained throughout the rest of the hotel.
Overall, another excellent stay, and I look forward to returning in the future.

The location is perfect, being right on the promenade, which makes it ideal for safe and pleasant evening strolls. The food in the main restaurant is high quality and diverse, featuring delicious bakery items and perfectly cooked main dishes. I loved the layout of the resort, which combines convenience, comfort, and a very relaxing environment. Ola guest relations was absolutely amazing, managing everything seamlessly and ensuring my stay was completely stress-free. Every single staff member I encountered was respectful and genuinely dedicated to guest satisfaction.

I went on vacation to Naama Bay Promenade Beach Resort to celebrate my wedding anniversary and my daughter’s birthday. We truly enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time together.
