I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect and, in my opinion, the best location in Sharm El Sheikh. Everything is close by, and the beach is excellent.
The staff were outstanding and made my stay even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Medhat at the restaurant, the Restaurant Manager, Youssef at the beach, and Moataz at the reception. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help deserve special recognition.
The only downside, for me personally, was the food. Coming from the Middle East, where we are used to very rich and flavorful cuisine, I found the taste of the food did not match my expectations. This is, of course, a matter of personal preference, and other guests may have a different experience.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional location, friendly staff, and excellent service. I would happily stay here again.

🚨🚨DO NOT stay at Jolie Ville Resort.🚨🚨
We were given what the hotel considers a “standard” room, but it was located on the far side of the property, completely isolated from the main resort facilities. The room was at least a 30-minute walk from the beach, buffet, restaurants, and other amenities, and that estimate is only if you walk at a good pace.
This was especially unacceptable because my mother’s foot was broken. When we raised our concerns at check-in and explained her condition, staff made no effort whatsoever to accommodate us or address the inconvenience. We were simply told that this was a “normal” room.
The only alternative was to use the golf carts. Unfortunately, they were extremely unreliable. Every time we needed one, we had to wait at least 20 minutes for it to arrive, followed by a long queue before being able to get on. Because of these delays, we missed restaurant reservations and had several terrible nights and mornings during our stay.
The food situation was equally disappointing. The Italian and Lebanese restaurants felt cheap and restrictive, with a large portion of the menu requiring additional charges. As vegetarians, we found very few suitable options available. When we asked if the kitchen could prepare simple vegetarian alternatives, staff refused unless we paid extra. For an all-inclusive resort, that is completely unreasonable.
If management wants to see how a luxury resort should be run, they should go to the Four Seasons and learn how to accommodate guests properly.
Overall, the location of the room, the transportation problems, the lack of consideration for a guest with an injury, and the poor vegetarian dining options made this one of the most disappointing resort experiences I have had.

I am too disappointed about hotel. Stuff is rude with exceptions a few personnel. Kitchen is too dirty. The choice of food is very limited and not tasty. Many dishes simply disappear within seconds and are not replenished, and if you enter the dining hall even half an hour late, you simply will not be able to eat. The beach is really good, but it is considered as public, and even walking there is prohibited after 19:00. In addition, the smell of gasoline is noticeable from time to time. The swimming pool is too small and is not properly cleaned. During our 9-day stay, the water slides were simply not working for 2 days. To conclude our disappointing experience, after checking out we were not even offered water at the reception. The staff explained that the bar closes after 24:00, so they could not provide us with any.

Severe food hazard and unlabelled allergens, balanced only by excellent reception staff.
I completely regret staying at this resort, though I must emphasize that the people at the reception are super nice, very polite, and try their absolute best to find the best room for you. Unfortunately, the front desk team cannot make up for the massive health and safety risks in the kitchen.I spent the entire night awake suffering from severe nausea and intense abdominal pain directly caused by their dinner buffet. The hotel presents a major hazard: while some main items have names, the salads and appetizers have absolutely no labels. Furthermore, there are no allergen warnings or even a red spot indicator (which other hotels standardly use) to identify hot, spicy food. This makes it incredibly dangerous for anyone with food allergies or dietary restrictions. They served seafood and Moroccan dishes, but the entire small buffet was aggressively over-seasoned with cumin. It was clearly a desperate attempt to mask the fact that the food was completely old and not fresh. My son, who has a dangerous seafood allergy, couldn't eat a single thing because he didn't know what was safe to touch, and the Moroccan items tasted awful to him.To make matters worse, the chef at the pizza station was incredibly rude. He flat-out refused to make a hot dog pizza because he had already made a plain Margherita pizza, which he just handed to me. It tasted completely bland and unrecognizable. While the rooms themselves are decent and the reception team is wonderful, you are paying over $250 a night strictly for the Naama Bay location—definitely not for the food, kitchen service, or quality. Even the swimming pool is totally unimpressive. Do not risk your health here.

We were there from June 19 till June 23, 2026, room 2414, and we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation.
What truly made our experience exceptional was the professionalism, kindness, and dedication of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed (shuttle driver), and Zakaria (waiter at the Orangerie where we used to have our breakfast), they were always welcoming, attentive, and ready to assist with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made us feel valued and at home throughout our stay.
The entire team demonstrated outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met. Their positive attitude and willingness to help greatly enhanced our experience.
Thank you to everyone for making our visit so enjoyable. We look forward to returning in the future.
