This summer, I stayed at your hotel for a family vacation with my brother, whom I hadn't seen in five years. The circumstances of our booking were a bit unique: while he reserved his stay through a travel agency from Belarus, I had to book my room independently via Booking.com from the United States.
Naturally, I was a little concerned about everything going smoothly, but my experience was flawless. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable and worry-free.
The hotel's infrastructure is excellent, and the new rooms are beautiful and comfortable.
A special thank you I would like to extend to your Russian-speaking manager, Ekaterina, who helped make my stay even more comfortable throughout my time there. There is a saying that a true professional always does a little more than is expected of them, and she perfectly embodies this. She helped me organize my birthday celebration at a cozy seaside restaurant, which made the day truly unforgettable.
Now that I am back home, I frequently tell all my friends and acquaintances about this trip. So, thank you once again for everything.

One of the best decisions we made. Jolie Ville truly felt magical, beautiful, peaceful, and full of life. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home. The place is spotless, spacious, and everything, from the beach to the pool to even the restrooms, was so well cared for.
I went with my family, and what stood out most was how safe and comfortable it felt for all of us. It’s a perfect place for families, plenty to do, great food, kind staff, and a very relaxed vibe. We made amazing memories together, and we’re already looking forward to the next time.

This is a great hotel! Huge territory, with a lot of greenery, very well kept plants. You can see people working on the facility every day. Which is a great sign of professionalism and responsibility towards the services provided. We stayed in a renovated room. It was very nice! Compared to the old rooms which had a bit dated furniture, but everything was well kept. THe restaurant served various and tasty food. The buffet outside displayed more various dishes, so we preferred to have dinner there. Room service was great. We were very pleased. The beach is amazing. It is cleaned and looked after properly. Btw, the beach is sandy, long and wide, which is quite unusual for the region. The hotel is next to the pedestrian street , so we went out every night. There are lots of cafes, shops with cheap Chinese souvenirs, but if you keep walking, you will find the “Alladin” shop - a very unique place which sells authentic Egyptian hand made and handcrafted goods.
One downside is the attitude the staff displays towards children. I am not sure whether it is a particular method of security (in case children get lost they may not fear to approach a staff member) or simply a visitor-oriented attitude, but to me personally it seemed weird that every staff member wanted to complement my child, give high-fives and touch my child. It was weird at first, then it became disturbing, later on I grew alarmed of this attitude… PARENTS DO NOT LIKE WHEN STRANGERS TOUCH THEIR CHILDREN!

Our stay: 2 adults (husband and wife) — 4 nights from August 23rd to 27th, 2025.
The hotel’s location is excellent, and the private beach is absolutely beautiful.
However, there are many issues that really need attention.
First of all, it’s definitely not value for money. We paid 9,000 EGP per night, which is a price I could have easily paid at another hotel and received much better service in every aspect.
The food quality is inconsistent — sometimes it’s very good, and other times it’s quite poor.
The breakfast buffet is weak, with many missing items that should be available in a hotel of this category.
Staff behavior was another big issue. Around 50% of the staff treated Egyptian guests very badly for no reason at all. There was a clear sense of discrimination against Egyptians, which was extremely disappointing.
On the other hand, the reception team, room service, and guest relations staff were polite, professional, and very respectful.
The room itself was very worn out and clearly needs a full renovation.
The swimming pool is okay but small, and although there are three aqua park slides, one of them was always out of service.
That said, I have to give credit where it’s due — the aqua park supervisor was an exceptionally kind and polite person, always smiling and helpful. The same goes for Mr. Ragab from housekeeping and some of the waiters, who were all genuinely nice.
Unfortunately, there is still a noticeable level of discrimination against Egyptian guests in this hotel. I really hope management takes these issues seriously and works on fixing them, because this place has great potential and could be as good as it used to be.

We just got back from Jolie Ville, and honestly, we’re already thinking about our next trip.
From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy, warm, and just right. The staff didn’t just check us in, they welcomed us like old friends, walked us through the resort, and made sure we had everything we needed from day one.
The whole place is spotless. The beach is clean and peaceful, the pool is beautiful, and every corner is looked after so well. Meals were a joy, every day something different, fresh, and genuinely tasty. We looked forward to every bite.
What really stood out was the vibe. It’s the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. You’ve got nature, the beach, lush greenery, tennis courts, pools, a casino, whatever mood you're in, there’s something for it. And you always feel safe, cared for, and relaxed.
If you’re thinking about booking, do it. You won’t regret it. We came back with full hearts and beautiful memories.
