Great service at all levels. Aqua park is nice for families. The best experience is the dinner at a la carte restaurants especially the asian restaurant. We were delighted by the great taste and quality of food that we sent our greetings to the chef who came to our table to thank us. And for our surprise we knew that he is an Egyptian chef who excelled in presenting good asian food. Thankyou chef Mohamed for the hospitality and professionalism. Room service also was perfect. Ahmad was polite and helpful in any special request.

We stayed in the Aqua Park section of Rixos Premium Seagate and honestly, it was one of the best holiday experiences we have had. A very special mention must go to Karim at Tunes Coffee Bar. He is an absolutely wonderful person — incredibly friendly, polite, helpful and always smiling. He makes the best coffee and smoothies, but what really makes the difference is his amazing attitude towards guests. We have been travelling for many years and it is very rare to meet someone so genuinely kind and welcoming. Karim is a real credit to the hotel and made our stay even more special. I would also like to thank all the lifeguards in the Aqua Park area. They were extremely professional, attentive and always had a fantastic approach towards hotel guests and children. We always felt safe and well looked after. Looking back at all our holidays over the last ten years, the service and atmosphere in this part of the hotel were on another level. The Aqua Park team, Tunes Coffee Bar and especially Karim beat everything we have experienced before. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday. We will definitely remember this place and the amazing people working there.

The friendliest experience we've ever had. The service is incredible. The attention to detail is amazing. The food is impeccable. We cannot praise this place and the staff enough. We've been here twice now, and we visited the Asian restaurant specifically. It has got the best sushi, the best Asian food cuisine. The kids love it. There's something for everybody, and we really, really enjoyed ourselves here.

We have had the most amazing stay at Rixos Premium Seagate and are genuinely sad to be heading home tonight! From the moment we arrived, everything has been exceptional. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the minibar was always well stocked. The variety and quality of the food throughout the resort was outstanding, with something to suit everyone's tastes, no matter how picky you are. What really makes this hotel stand out is the incredible staff. The customer service has been second to none, with every member of the team going above and beyond to make our holiday special. A special thank you to our wonderful room attendant, who kept our room immaculate every day, our fantastic pool waiter at the Fountain Pool who made sure we were never without a drink, and all of the attentive, friendly waiters in the Turquoise Restaurant who made every meal a pleasure. The hotel itself is beautiful, the grounds are immaculate, and there is so much to do for couples, families and anyone looking to relax or keep busy. Thank you to everyone at Rixos Premium Seagate for giving us such a memorable holiday. The food is delicious, satisfying, and generously portioned. The menu offers a wide variety of choices, ensuring there is something for everyone. The service is excellent, with friendly, attentive, and professional staff who make the dining experience even more enjoyable.
