We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Rixos Premium Seagate and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing holiday. The food quality was outstanding, and we were especially impressed by the Turkish cuisine — it was authentically and superbly prepared, truly one of the culinary highlights of our stay. The room cleanliness was excellent throughout our visit. A special thank you to Hamada, who took care of our room with great attention to detail and professionalism. His effort did not go unnoticed and he was always smiling & helping us no matter what we need. We would also like to recognise Süleiman, the coffee shop barista, who made every visit enjoyable with his great coffee and warm attitude. Finally, a heartfelt thank you to Ms. Huda, the Guest Relations Manager, for her consistently respectful, kind, and attentive support. She truly elevated our overall experience and the fact that she managed to learn Turkish to help guests from TR was also an exceptional skill. Excellent food and service quality in Salt and Lalezar. Its Adana kebap is competing very well with the kebap in Adana. 👏👏👏 This hotel delivers excellence in service, hospitality, and quality. We give it 5 stars without hesitation and look forward to returning.

A fantastic hotel with excellent service. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, the food was delicious, and the entire property is beautifully maintained. Every detail reflects care and high standards. The staff made our stay even more special with their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended for a perfect holiday with hot pools🏊 and different delicious restaurants 🍕🥗🍱🍣🍝 In the restaurants we especially enjoyed the warm and welcoming atmosphere. We were truly impressed by Reda — he is incredibly kind, attentive, and very professional. We would also like to mention Shrouk, whose beautiful smile and wonderful hospitality made our experience even more memorable. A special thanks to chief cooker, Reda, and the whole team who took such great care of us 🤍 Their dedication truly made our stay unforgettable.

Great service with all the facilities needed for a fantastic family holiday. The weather was lovely, and the coral reef at the end of the jetty was a real highlight. All the staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The restaurants offered a great selection of food each evening, providing plenty of variety throughout our stay. The only area for improvement would be the drinks, which could be of a higher quality. If this was addressed, it would make an excellent holiday experience perfect. Thankyou to Adel Azme and Bola

The food was delicious, with a great variety of options, including a dedicated section and special meals for children, which made the experience perfect for families. The service exceeded all expectations. From the warm welcome at reception to the attention to every detail throughout my stay, I truly felt treated like royalty. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Everything was organized to the highest standard. Staying aqua side.. can’t fault it enough.. my daughter absolutely loves the aqua park and the pools.. very attentive staff especially Awad.. couldn’t do enough for us.. kept checking we were ok and had all we needed 🙂 excellent would definitely recommend Veranda restaurant was a daily visit for us for breakfast and lunch, staff were amazing couldn’t do more for us, topped up drinks without asking, always asking if we needed anything else.. kept very clean and tidy!! Excellent with our daughter made her feel very welcome and gave high five’s every day!! Nothing was too much trouble and always catered for certain foods we wanted!! Excellent
