The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay.
Unfortunately, the food was extremely disappointing. The quality and taste were far below expectations, and meals were not enjoyable at all. While I appreciated the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel, the poor dining experience significantly affected my overall stay.
I hope the management improves the food quality, as the cleanliness standards are definitely a strong point.

I had a very good stay at Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sharm El Sheikh. The resort and its location are excellent, and it’s very close to the airport. Pre-booking a transfer is not really necessary — taxis are easily available on IDrive and very cheap. I paid around £3 from the airport to the resort, which is very reasonable.
The resort itself is large, beautiful, and well maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere. The grounds and facilities are impressive, and everything feels spacious.
Food quality depends on personal taste. Some dishes were really good, but I felt there could be more variety, especially when compared to resorts in Antalya, where food choice and taste are generally better. A wider selection would make the experience even better.
Overall, it’s a great resort, excellent value for money, and I would recommend it, especially for its location and overall comfort.

Such an amazing experience. We stayed from 30th January to 4th February. The weather was absolutely stunning. Maybe the best time to go to Sharm.
Hotel is so big and nice. Have an amazing beach and pools.
Everyone working at the Hotel is so friendly and welcoming. I would like to mention Mohamed and Sayed from reception, Salah from beach grill team and Mostafa from house keeping team. These people are working like its their own business. Very hardworking people and they make the guests feel like home. I suggest the management to keep this staff happy at all cost.
Regarding to food, it is a big variety of food. It is the same downside in all-inclusive concept that there is quantity over quality. I would prefer to have less food but more quality and taste. However, the food is clean and we have never had problem in our stomach.

We stayed in Cleopatra and loved our experience here. The resort is beautiful and well maintained and big. We loved the greenery around the hotel. We were welcomed with welcome drinks once we were waiting for our rooms. WiFi was very strong throughout the whole resort even on the beach. Bathrooms and rooms were nice and spacious. We liked how we had a sun lounger outside our room (balcony area). Staff were lovely and provided with good service throughout our stay. The beds and pillows were comfortable with plenty of storage areas to place your belongings. Shower was nice and big and good water pressure. AC was good. Allergens and name of the food was displayed with every hot dish.
We did have a issue with the hairdryer and safe which did not work. Food was nice but wish there was more options for breakfast as it was the same every day but lunch and dinner were different every day. We loved the fresh bread made outside in the balcony area of the restaurant by the nice lady during dinner. As someone with allergies, I wish they had allergens labelled with the bakery items for breakfast and all the deserts.

As we were a honeymoon couple, they upgraded our room to a more luxurious one and surprised us with many thoughtful and generous gestures throughout our stay.
