Our stay at the hotel left the best impressions! The food was delicious with a great variety every day, and the beach was wide, clean, and very comfortable for relaxing.
We especially enjoyed the entertainment activities — there was always something fun and interesting to do. We really loved yoga with Nona — professional, positive, and full of great energy. Playing boccia was also a lot of fun and became one of our favorite activities during the vacation.
All the evening shows were bright, entertaining, and атмосферic — we enjoyed every single evening. Thank you for the wonderful vacation, amazing emotions, and great mood! We will definitely come back again!

The entertainment and shows are simple but enjoyable.
Generally, the staff is very friendly. The restaurant staff, both cooks and servers, are excellent. As I am gluten-free and lactose-free, I was able to have special menus. Pancakes in the morning (a big thank you to the chef Mohamed ARAFA (photo)!) and other alternatives were also provided. The public relations staff is very attentive. It's truly a pleasure.
However, improvements are possible regarding gluten-free and lactose-free options, especially for desserts (perhaps offering sorbets?).
The buffet is good. It just lacks a selection of cooked vegetables.
The à la carte restaurants are excellent.

We recently stayed at Iberotel Palace in Sharm el Sheikh and had a genuinely excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we would happily return.
All staff were kind, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Ahmed Ramadan at the bar, who was always friendly, respectful, and ensured we were well supplied with drinks while making us feel truly welcome.
Our room was kept spotless by Abdallah Mohamed, who did a fantastic job every day and surprised us with creative towel figures that added a lovely personal touch. He was very hospitable and always happy to help with anything we needed.
The hotel felt very clean and safe, and the food was excellent quality with a wide variety of options. The staff quickly learned our preferences and catered to them, which made the experience even better.
Overall, we had a very positive and relaxing stay and would highly recommend Iberotel Palace to anyone considering a visit.

We had a great stay at Jaz Elite Palace.
This is a relatively small and cozy resort with an excellent beach. The shoreline is flat, the entry into the sea is very comfortable, and the water is warm and crystal clear. You can reach swimming depth within just a few meters, which is perfect for both adults and children.
The food was excellent. The selection is not huge, but there is more than enough variety and the quality is very good. We enjoyed everything from duck and lamb to freshly squeezed strawberry and guava juices. The alcohol was decent as well.
The Italian and Arabic à la carte restaurants were both enjoyable and worth visiting.
The daytime animation team deserves special praise. They are energetic, friendly, and do a great job keeping guests entertained. Evening shows, however, were a bit disappointing. Some performances, especially the dance shows, felt rather basic and repetitive.
The rooms are modern, spacious, and very comfortable.
The only inconvenience was the beach towel system. Towels can only be exchanged through housekeeping in the room, which is not very convenient when spending the day at the beach.
Overall, Jaz Elite Palace is an excellent resort with a beautiful beach, great food, comfortable rooms, and a fantastic animation team. We would definitely recommend it and would happily return.

Nice hotel with a pleasant atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. The territory is not very big, but it’s comfortable and well maintained.
The sea is close, which is convenient, and there aren’t too many people, so it feels quite calm. The food is good, nothing extraordinary but tasty.
The staff is generally friendly, and room service is also fine. The animation team was also friendly with us and created a nice atmosphere.
The hotel is located not far from the city, so you can go out for a walk if you want.
