Just returned from this lovely hotel. It is a smaller hotel adults only so is certainly for people looking for a quieter holiday. The hotel and grounds are lovely. The Staff are amazing and the service is first class. The bars do lovely cocktails and the pool bar man keeps coming around to make sure you always have a drink. Food buffet was good as were the a'la carte restaurants. We had a small problem with our room on the day of arrival with regards the air conditioning not keeping the temperature lower than 25 and going up to 27 during the day. After reporting it we had it looked at with 30 mins and then were moved to a cooler room which was fine for the rest of our holidays. My advice if you have any problems then report to reception and they will sort it. Thanks again for a lovely holiday!! We hope to come back!

The main thing about this hotel are the staff, they are all excellent, nothing is too much trouble. We've visited twice now and have received the same exceptional service both times, clearly the management team have motivated their staff to a very, very high standard.
Rooms are perfect, functional but clean and tidy, very comfortable beds.
Food - even a fussy eater like me could always find something tasty to eat.
The on-site tailor deserves a special mention, made me and my friend a couple of shirts in under 2 days - they are the best fitting shirts I've ever owned!

We are currently staying at Jaz Elite Palace and would like to share our first impressions.
Upon arrival yesterday afternoon, we experienced an issue with our room. The air conditioning motor was damaged, causing the ceiling to vibrate and make a loud noise. We reported the problem to the reception, and the response was exceptional. Within about 30 minutes, technicians arrived and started working on it. By the time we returned from dinner, the issue had been completely resolved. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and eager to help, which we truly appreciated.
Today we spent the day at the beach and pool area. The beach is beautiful, with soft sand and no coral, making it easy to walk into the sea without special water shoes. The water is crystal clear, calm, and shallow for a long distance, creating perfect conditions for swimming and relaxing.
The food is good and varied, with several restaurants available and plenty of options throughout the day. The hotel’s location is also convenient, with shops and places to walk nearby.
Overall, our first impressions are very positive. Despite the initial technical issue, the hotel’s quick response and excellent customer service showed that guest satisfaction is a priority. So far, we are enjoying our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Our stay at the hotel left the best impressions! The food was delicious with a great variety every day, and the beach was wide, clean, and very comfortable for relaxing.
We especially enjoyed the entertainment activities — there was always something fun and interesting to do. We really loved yoga with Nona — professional, positive, and full of great energy. Playing boccia was also a lot of fun and became one of our favorite activities during the vacation.
All the evening shows were bright, entertaining, and атмосферic — we enjoyed every single evening. Thank you for the wonderful vacation, amazing emotions, and great mood! We will definitely come back again!

My experience at Brutale Palace Hotel was truly excellent. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The service is fast, and the staff treat you with real professionalism.
The animation team was one of the highlights of my stay. They kept the atmosphere lively from morning till night with great energy and fun activities.
I especially want to thank Dash he’s talented, friendly, and knows exactly how to keep guests entertained. His vibe made every activity more enjoyable.
Honestly, Brutale Palace Hotel exceeded my expectations. I had a great time and would definitely visit again.
