We stayed at Beach Club Doganay Hotel from 1st April 2025 for 5 nights, and overall, it was a good experience with a few areas for improvement. Room & Housekeeping: The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Daily cleaning was provided, and bed covers were changed regularly. A 24-hour phone service was also available, which made things convenient. Beach & Pool Area: Both the beach and pool areas were well-kept and enjoyable. However, I did face an issue with one of the pool cleaners whose attitude was sometimes unprofessional. I hope the management addresses this to ensure a fully welcoming environment. Food & Drinks: The food offered a good variety, especially the desserts and cakes, which were excellent if you're on an all-inclusive plan. However, I would suggest the hotel consider adding a few spicy food options, as not all guests prefer mild tastes. Some variety in spice levels would enhance the experience. Staff & Service: Most of the staff were cooperative, and the service was generally good, though there's still room for improvement in responsiveness and attitude in certain areas. Entertainment & Activities: The hotel had a kids' club, a kids' pool area, and nightly shows for children, which were great. Information about daily activities was clearly displayed on notice boards. Wi-Fi & Facilities: Free Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel, and the indoor pool area was a nice bonus. The beach area was also a highlight. Concerns: The outdoor beach was closed for the first two days of our stay and opened afterward. I strongly suggest the hotel prioritise maintenance and make all key facilities available from day one to avoid disappointment, especially for guests visiting for a short holiday. Tips for Visitors: If you're planning to go shopping, I highly recommend using the local bus service to visit the nearby bazaar. It's very convenient — the bus stop is just across the road, and it takes only 5 minutes to get there. Final Thoughts: Yes, I would recommend Beach Club Doganay Hotel. Everyone has different preferences, and while this review reflects my honest experience, others may have different expectations. Overall, it's a pleasant place to relax and enjoy your holiday.

Our first time in Turkey and we weren't sure what to expect but we would 100% go again to this hotel. We traveled as family of 4 with 2 children.Everything was fantastic from the food, entertainment to the staff. Special mention to shaban who was our hotel rep and burkay, the animation team and yosef from the hotel shop who was such a lovely man. The only bad thing I can say about the hotel is the slides and pools weren't open but that's to be expected when not in season. I highly recommend booking the spa package which includes sauna, steam room, Turkish bath and massage. I came out of the place like a new woman 🙂 we found the food to be excellent with plenty of choice. Even myself as a fussy eater never went hungry and plenty of options for children too. The beach is beautiful, no need to fight for sun loungers and there is entertainment and a beach bar with a buffet on most of the day. We booked excursions through our lovely rep which were the pirate ship and buggy safari both of which were well worth the money and the highlights of the holiday. Alcoholic drinks aren't included on the ship so you can take your own on and if you go on the buggies make sure you wear old clothes as you get soaked and very muddy! If you come in march the weather isn't always hot especially on a night so warmer clothes is a good idea. All in all one of the best holidays we have had and we would definitely do it again

The hotel need lots of €€€ for improvement. 1. Food is not a great quality, some of bbq meat is impossible to chew, every morning we can see vegetables served from previous day as it is dry and most of it lost it's true colour. My wife and both kids had food poisoning on the third day of stay. 2. While the hotel is not allowing any pets, it is full of cats, some of them are sick. They pee everywhere, go wherever they want. Only hotel owner is allowed to bring his own dogs. 3. Most of the staff are very helpfull and polite, however only 10% of them speaks english. 4. 60% of visitors are russians and 40% are polish. 5. Spa is great, those Thailandese girls does mirracles, although I feel sorry for them the way they are treated. 6. This is the first and last time I'm visiting this hotel.

We returned from vacation yesterday. I was in this hotel for the fourth time but it's already the last. I understand that it may not be the season yet but assessment is a maximum of one point. The room is still bearable but the carpets in the elevator stink, dirt everywhere (old block). I took a photo of the carpet near the elevator. In the dining room there is a bad smell in places, similar to cat urine, the food is poor but I understand that this hotel does not meet 5 stars so I'm not even talking about it. The only big plus is their spa. The girls from Thailand are super. This time I was only there for 4 days so it didn't ruin my vacation but I definitely don't recommend it to anyone who pays a lot of money!

I stayed at the Beach club Doganay Hotel for two nights in December 2023. Many of the hotel facilities were closed, the equipment in the room and the hotel lobby was very old. The food was almost the same but it didn't taste bad. The receptionist answered questions and gave me directions, thank you. The hotel is spacious and connected to Yakhl via an underpass, and the surrounding scenery is very beautiful. But the worst thing that happened to me at the hotel was buying a Turkish bath and massage package for 25 euros from a Kyrgyz agent who was stationed in the hotel lobby. I bought it with her advertisement during a market downturn, but it was very short and fast, in less than an hour, the bath and massage were over. I protested that my package was 90 minutes, but it was of no use and I told the receptionist about the matter, who said that unfortunately the bath and massage are rented by a contractor, however, he said that he would pass the matter on to the hotel manager. But why should a 5-star hotel not have supervision over the performance and behavior of the spa staff is still strange to me and for this reason I do not give a full score. Overall, I do not recommend the hotel to anyone with this management style. The decision is yours.

Honestly, 4 stars don’t do this hotel justice – it truly deserves more. Before our trip, I had some doubts after reading a few mixed reviews, but once we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the food was absolutely excellent – always fresh and constantly replenished right up until the end of service. The variety of desserts, pastries, and fresh fruits was outstanding. There were several large pools, and the solarium area facing the sea was quiet, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. In the evenings, there were fun and varied programs in the lobby with a nice bar and great atmosphere. Everything was included and available without extra charge. We spent a truly wonderful week here – highly recommended!

This is truly an amazing place to go, and I will absolutely be back next year! The staff are incredibly kind and go above and beyond, anticipating your needs with a genuine smile. The people around are just as lovely, creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. And the food? Oh, the food is beyond amazing - each meal was a culinary delight, with fresh, local ingredients and a vast array of options. Our room was a luxurious sanctuary, incredibly spacious with plenty of room to spread out, and that big TV was perfect for unwinding. It's not just a hotel; it's an experience that makes you feel utterly pampered and relaxed. I can't recommend it enough!

Nice hotel with some positive aspects, but definitely not 4 star standard. Positives include clean modern rooms with lots of space, and the majority of staff are helpful and friendly. However, aspects of the hotel are run down. One of the main pools are missing tiles, walls are stained, the gym and kids club look run down. The food was the worst part of the holiday, the selection was barely 3 star standard (and also often cold). Location wise is in a nice golfing area but about half an hour away from everything going on (an hour by bus - taxis are about 35 euro to get to the busier areas). Some really nice bars below the hotel. There was also a limit to 1 drink per person for the all inclusive deal and you needed a token for a drink … and 10 euro per towel… not ideal. Evening entertainment also wasn’t great. Ultimately we had a nice time but there is definitely a lot of work to be done to call this hotel ‘four stars’.

We have just stayed here for a week & have so many good things to say about it!! 💫 The cleaning staff work above and beyond! The rooms were cleaned spotless every day and really quick too. I didn’t get the man’s name but the male cleaner was friendly and so good at his job! 💫 the entertainment team seemed great and fun from what I saw during the week. Always friendly around the hotel too 💫 the canteen / chefs are incredible. I don’t know how they work to the standards they do in the busy hectic environment. The food was exceptional and the themed nights are so good!! We’ve had Asian / Italian / Spanish / Mexican whilst we’ve been here. The salad section is so good and a wide choice of healthy foods. I can’t rate the food enough!! They deal with so much as well with people leaving the tables a mess and people making a mess when serving their own plates. These guys deserve a special mention! The only bad thing I will say about the hotel is the pool area can get quite slippy. Myself and my little boy slipped and noticed a few others too during the week. Also ( not the hotels fault at all) other guests putting their towels out in the morning on the sun beds and leaving no room for anyone else was rather irritating as the week wore on. If you weren’t up before the sun you weren’t getting one! I can’t fault the hotel at all. We had a great stay here and all the staff are wonderful at their jobs I wish I could tip them all!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. ☀️ 🌊 🦎 🌺

I'm writing this review laying on my lounger drinking an ice cold drink (which maybe alcoholic??!! ). On the last full day of our holiday, which has been wonderful so far. My wife and I are a couple in our fifties. So our kids have grown up and don't sponge of us for their holidays anymore. Anyway we booked this hotel 2 days before we travelled out here. We knew this was a family friendly hotel but that was ok with us, plus we had upgraded our room to a seaview. The transfer from the airport was quick and easy. The hotel from outside looked lovely. At reception we was greated with a smile from a helpful young lady who explained everything about the hotel we needed to know. Because we already upgraded, this entitled us to what they call My Favourite Club. Which I would highly recommend all couples to do. This gave us access to a more private area in the buffet restaurant, private sun terrace but best of all, My Favourite Lounge. In there you can make your own drinks (cocktails! ) and nibbles are provided. Ok let's speed this up a bit. Our hotel room, tick! Large, very comfortable and the maid service was outstanding. Bars tick again! I found all the staff very pleasant and hard working. Buffet restaurant a BIG tick! Food was wonderful, always well cooked and a great variety. Never the same old food. That's down to some people who think that putting Pork, Chicken, Beef and Fish on their plate in one go is how to enjoy a tasty meal. Pool bar food, a tick again. Adult pool area tick again. It's not a swimming pool but a shallow cool down pool. Sun loungers comfortable and a very big tick you don't have to get up early to find one. OK so far so good a 5 star review. But unfortunately one star gets knocked off for the following. There are two so called A la cart restaurants here. We booked for both of them, I wished I hadn't. The Enyesque was lovely but I did find the main meal was a bit salty for my taste. Unfortunately however Chido the Mexican restaurant wasn't great. Let's just say if Wetherspoons was doing a Mexican night it would be far better than here. Next keeping the public areas clean. The hotel must be cleaned over night, because I never saw anyone cleaning around the pool areas during the day time. So unfortunately because of the wind you get here in Tenerife drinks and food will get spilt and remainder not cleaned up. Next the ice crusher that makes cocktails it the pool bar is so loud you can hear it everywhere. I'm sure the bar staff wish they had ear defineders on and I'm also sure if the wind is blowing in the right direction you can hear it back in the UK too!! .And finally, a couple of my own little things that would make our stay better. The sun parasols in the My Favourite Club look lovely but are far too small to keep the mid day sun off you. Also I think the My Favourite Club Lounge should be adults only in the evening. All in all this is a lovely hotel and yes I would come back here again and maybe in years to come I might come here with our grandchildren too. So may be if these issues are fixed I'll be leaving a 5 star review next time!

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. We stayed for a week and had a great time. The rooms are huge, very clean with comfy beds. Georgi was particularly lovely to us. The pool was a brilliant temperature and the bar made great drinks. Food was also lovely. There was a bit of a queue for drinks in the evening so it would be good to see some more people on the bar at night. Would also like to see umbrellas by the pool and the pool bar open a bit later. A bit of a walk to the beach/ old town so bring comfy shoes. Overall an amazing holiday 😊

Great hotel, slightly away from resort centre and about a five minute walk to beach. Rooms.s were very clean and spacious, only one fault there was not a door between sitting area and bedroom. Very friendly and hardworking staff. Good variety of food always found something to eat that I liked. Big shout out to Georgetta behind the lobby bar. Amazing lady who was always smiling and calm but also would remember what drinks people drank.

Firstly had an amazing stay at this hotel the staff were fantastic special mentions for Georgi and James on the pool bar Vincent in the restaurant and The little star Tony seems to be everywhere all at once 👍 and Gilberto. All the staff were constantly busy and helpful you wonder where they get the energy. Sadly out of the control of the staff entertainment was limited noise wise due to council restrictions that have recently come into force for the hotel and overall although the entertainers tried to engage with the customers some/most were just not enjoyable 😕. Some areas of the décor/fixtures/fittings could do with sprucing up. Be prepared to get your steps in or wallet out of you like to venture out as there's very little on the doorstep. I would stay at The flamingo beach resort again purely due to the service, food and lack of children.

Just spent a week at the fabulous Flamingo Beach Resort and was pleasantly surprised.what a fantastic hotel this is not far from the beach not far from the main strip.Hotel rooms are spacious and clean.Bonus seams to be no sunbed wars here plenty of beds good service at pool bar 3 pools to choose from. Entertainment on every night karaoke and singers later on also games so a nice mix for all.Would definitely recommend this place to others so a big thumbs up from us great holiday had by all.

After reading negative comments we worried for put stay but it was amazing service, pools and the food was outstanding,not repetitive, very tasty & plenty of choice day after day. The bars were entertaining & always delicious snacks in reception to nibble on. We felt truly spoilt & definitely felt this was value for money. Our only little negative was sunbed wars, people getting up to grab a bed...but the chap managing the area did do a good job of sorting people out with beds & umbrellas so there was no need for the panic. Overall the perfect holiday for us ,the first time abroad in 7 years did not disappoint us ❤️

Our first time coming to Turkey and we LOVED IT! Already looking to come back especially to this hotel! From the moment we arrived staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel room was lovely and cleaned everyday by the cleaners 🥰 we all loved the pool and slides and never had a problem getting a sunbed, food was good always found something we liked. Entertainment was amazing, the best shows we’ve ever seen. Staff were all so friendly and helpful, the cleaners, bar staff, waiters, the shop people, people who we booked trips through. The photographers were great also. Couldn’t fault this hotel or staff in anyway! The trips we done were amazing. We done water sports on the beach, a boat trip on the black pearl boat and the jeep safari and our driver was Richard, what a lovely guy he was! He was so fun and amazing with the kids. He deffo made the trip even more better! Also a special mention to Brogan, Christina and Elisha In kids club! Kids club was so fun, always different activists and the fact they bring the kids out to do the entertainment was so good. The girls were so welcoming and friendly with us and all 4 of our kids. We all made such a special bond with these girls, all 6 of us will never forget you guys and we miss you all so much already! We’d come back in a heartbeat just to see you guys again!

Amazing hotel. Very accommodating, great pool side activity. Plenty of food options for all meal times. Endless supply of food drinks and ice cream and snacks. Staff very attentive and friendly. The first room given, we didn’t like the view, the hotel staff were very accommodating in changing it the next day. The spa within the hotel was amazing, top quality atmosphere, amazing staff and service. A must to book when staying at the hotel. The hamman and massage was amazing and very relaxing, they cater to your needs. We booked two sessions.. both them were perfect. Can’t wait to come back .

We booked this holiday through Jet2 and stayed at Green Nature Resort & Spa, and I feel compelled to warn others—this was an incredibly poor experience, especially for a family traveling with a young baby. From the moment we arrived, things were wrong. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, and with a 3-month-old baby, this was a serious issue. We spent an uncomfortable first night in the heat before it was finally repaired the next afternoon. There was no urgency or real care shown by staff. Housekeeping ignored "Do Not Disturb" signs and entered our room early in the morning without knocking. This happened multiple times and felt extremely intrusive. The food was repetitive, offering quantity but not quality. Every day, the same options were served, which quickly became tiresome. The biggest issue was accessibility. Only one lift was working in the main building for almost the entire week. This made navigating the hotel with a stroller frustrating and exhausting. No support or alternatives were provided. Reception staff were rude and unhelpful, always pushing us to guest services, who were only available during limited hours. We had to queue for long periods just to speak to someone, and most issues went unresolved. But the most frightening moment came on our last day, when we got stuck in the lift with our baby. We pressed the emergency button for over 10 minutes—no response. I tried to call the reception from my mobile and was transferred with no answer. We were stuck, overheated, and panicked. The lift eventually moved again on its own, but we received no follow-up, apology, or explanation from the hotel. This was a terrifying and unacceptable failure in guest safety The tiles around the pool were dangerously slippery, and we witnessed a guest suffer a bad fall. On top of that, we saw drunken behavior and two fights break out during our one-week stay—completely unsuitable for families. There are no bathtubs in the rooms, and when we asked for an alternative to bathe our baby, staff were indifferent and unhelpful. We had to buy a paddling pool ourselves to manage a basic need. This hotel is marketed as family-friendly, but it is anything but. It does not meet the standards expected of a Jet2 property. Unsafe, unfriendly, and unfit for purpose—this was a deeply stressful experience we will not forget. I strongly advise families to avoid this hotel. At best, it’s a 3-star property, and Jet2 should seriously reconsider their association with it.

Taxi driver to the hotel was arranged by easyJet and was so bloody dangerous. Shocking, speeding ,In and out of the traffic. Not a great start to the holiday. But once we arrived , the service was excellent. Food lovely, hotel place spotless . Loads to do for adults and kids of all ages and most important always felt safe and welcome in the resort and out in the town.

Very dated hotel. From the rooms to the sunbeds it definitely needs updating. Sunbeds were filthy and broken. Food was buffet style..bit repetitive but ok. Rooms were basic. Shower was broken. View was good as they had put us in a 2 bed apartment when we had booked 2 rooms, it was on top floor with uninterrupted view. Entertainment team lacked enthusiasm and was very geared towards other nationalities. Nothing much going on around the pool area. Wouldn't go to this hotel again unless it was massively refurbished.

Offer air-conditioning but does not say when booking you have to pay a deposit for the remote €10, and only in the main bedroom, got the last remote which was lucky what wasnt so lucky is that it did not work went to reception on the sunday got told it would be Monday when it got sorted, went back on Monday got told Tuesday by the Wednesday night I just gave the remote back because it was clear it wasnt getting fixed had 2 kids with us and it was so warm they wasnt coping well, explained this to reception and they wasnt bothered. Had ceiling fans that was dirty and didnt really do anything, No fridge in the room so taking drinks to the room to keep everyone hydrated had no choice but to drink warm water. Parts off the hotel are very scruffy the canopy above where you eat was about 5 different covers our view from the front off our room was a rusty paint coming off lift door. Not all staff but a hand full off them was just so miserable no matter how much we smiled and said thank you just got nothing back, half the light switches around the room didn't do anything. Door was off its runner so didnt open fully which I ended up fixing. And just missing basic things that we have had in all hotels we have stayed in like no bin in the room no light on the balcony which we like to chill out in the evenings and play cards on the balcony but hard to do with no light, all 6 hotels we have stayed in, in lanzarote have had these. Never got to see the entertainment because there was more guests than chairs so the one time we got to take the kids to the mini disco we had to sit outside as that was the place we found so kids didn't get to join in with that. Only positive I could take from this hotel is food was nice and good selection overall though we will not be going back here when we return.

Air conditioning not working and didn’t even attempt to sort it, food was below standard and the choice for kids is terrible. Spent must of the time in town eating and drinking out, this is after paying for all inclusive! You get what you pay for so spend more money on a better hotel, trust me.

I stayed at SBH Royal Monica for two weeks and overall had a very enjoyable and peaceful experience. The location is fantastic—right by the ocean with direct access to a rocky beach and stunning views of the sea and nearby islands. I even spotted dolphins and other marine life, which added a special touch to my stay. The pool area is well-maintained and inviting, perfect for relaxing during sunny hours. The resort has a calm and laid-back atmosphere that suited me perfectly. The dining options are varied with generous buffets available for all meals. There’s also a casual pool bar that serves lighter fare during the day. The food quality was consistent, and I appreciated the range of choices throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, multilingual, and welcoming. Even though the hotel primarily hosted French and German guests, I felt comfortable as a solo English-speaking traveler. The team was patient and accommodating, which made communicating easy and pleasant. My room was clean, simple, and functional—offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. While the resort isn’t luxury-level, it provides great value, especially for a longer visit like mine. Overall, SBH Royal Monica is a great option if you want a relaxed and peaceful holiday in Lanzarote. Not everything was perfect, but I had a good time and would consider returning. Edit: With all that being said, there was one particular employee who was unprofessional and rude. He was a fairly young man with curly hair. He had a sneery and passive-aggressive attitude. Because of him I am detracting one star from service, which was otherwise fine. The best barman was also Adrian.

Mohamed and Adrian are the best Waiters Mohamed speaks many languages very well and He is very friendly to guests. Was very nice to meet him. The food was always fresh and diverse. We recommend the stay in this Hotel, but it would be good if the rooms were cleaned every day

I can’t fault this place. The staff are all very welcoming and extremely helpful. They have a mixture of food which did not disappoint (unless your an egg and chips kinda person) and extremely fresh. The rooms were cleaned every day and kept tidy. Look it’s not the Ritz but for an all inclusive experience at a good cost, this is the place for you. The location wasn’t far from anything and easy to get too. The fist beach at the back of the hotel is extremely shallow but perfect for young children, however, the second beach on the right with the water slide pool is nice and deep and perfect for swimming. The sea does have jelly fish, but honestly they do not sting and you get over them being there in no time. I’m a red wine drinker, and have to say the free red wine wasn’t blowing me away, but was definitely palatable and not bad at all. Oh, you should try the 50 minute sports massages in the spa, we booked two times as at £20 a pop, you can’t go wrong. I’ve seen a lot of negative comments on here, but each to their own, you can’t please everyone. I’d definitely recommend this place and look forward to going back one day

Very shocked to see all the negative reviews, I had an amazing time the hospitality here was great and all the staff were lovely. The all inclusive drinks and food was great. The staff always made sure you was safe when going excursions or even getting in a taxi by taking the drivers information. It was also my birthday and I got a random knock on my hotel door to be surprised with a birthday cake and a staff member singing happy birthday which was just such a nice thing to do. Evening entertainment was great also!! Really enjoyed it,had some issues with my room when I first checked in but they changed my room straight away and I had the most beautiful view. Thank you so much!!

Is a nice hotels with opening to the Red Sea, enough pools. Lots of activities. The animation team is making my stay feel welcome, they interact with all guests, trying to make everyone feel good. Ezz, in particular, is a very welcoming person and very friendly, entertains us a lot. He has a great smile and a vibrating energy.

The hotel was a complete disaster. It claims to be a 4-star hotel, but honestly, it doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The rooms were not cleaned properly, the bed sheets were never changed. The food was terrible – there was nothing international, every meal was either tasteless, overcooked, or overly spiced. The pool was dirty, unsafe for swimming, and very poorly maintained. For every little service they were asking for extra money, which felt very unprofessional and greedy. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, showing no interest in guest satisfaction. This place is misleading, completely overpriced, and nothing like what they advertise online. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone – save your money and stay somewhere else.

Room was basic but clean, a/c needs updating, cleaning staff exceptional. Beautiful location food plentiful with loads of options. Fresh fish, duck, roast beef salad and a few dishes I wondered about. Plenty of trips to choose from and places to see....but book online for cheapest option...only 2 downsides...entertainment team need replacing, hardly saw them at all, music round the main pool absolutely dire and nighttime singers absolutely laughable and secondly if you do decide to use the spa facilities do not go at the hottest time of the day it is a sweat box with no windows and no a/c how the staff cope all day is beyond me. Would have given 5 stars if the entertainment was better

Beautiful hotel; this is our second time here and we absolutely love it. Great animation, very enthusiastic, extensive activities. Staff really go above and beyond for us. Large, well kept grounds. Very safe area. We will be back for our third time shortly

We had an amazing stay at titanic palace! All staff were helpful and always gave service with a smile. The hotel itself had everything you would need for an all inclusive stay - including a spa and gym. Multiple pools and a private beach so you had plenty of space without feeling overcrowded. The rooms were very clean and maintained daily with housekeeping. The food service was excellent with different cuisines every night for dinner, alongside additional restaurants within the hotel that you could reserve for free! An amazing hotel with amazing staff, I highly recommend!

We had an amazing 2 weeks stay at Filion. There is nothing bad to say about our experience. The rooms are lovely and well attended. The food was a great variety and pleased all of the family - even the fussy eaters! The location is stunning and there is lots to explore in the area. The most impressive thing about the hotel though is the staff and the service that we received. The team are friendly, welcoming and went over and above to make our experience the best it could be. The reception team, the chefs, the cleaning team and pool bar team were wonderful. We would highly recommend.

Food deceiving for a 5 star. No Fresh juice for breakfast apart from orange juice, it is very unfortunate to have a soda machine like in a fast food. Very limited choice of food be it lunch or diner. We ate the same thing for a whole week, that is very unfortunate for a 5 star. In addition, the staff in the restaurant is constantly walking around collecting plates and we were often asked « are you done with this plate ? » we kind of always felt rushed and pressured to eat fast. The hotel itself is ok. The site is very calm, peaceful with a beautiful view of the mountains. Different pool choices and the kids pool is large enough, our kids enjoyed it. Our room was very spacious and clean. The cleaning lady was a very nice lady. The reception staff is also very nice, shout out to Dimitri who drove me to the pharmacy in his personal car so that I could buy formula for my baby.

Perfectly adequate but do not expect a 5* if you've not paid 5* prices. Incredibly beautiful surroundings and amazing views from the rooms. Nice staff. Tons of food selection and all fresh/tasty. Delicious desserts which makes a change for an all-inclusive. Good selection of drinks. Rooms are spacious and very clean with comfortable beds, but it's not the 5* experience you'd hope for. Location: stunning but a car is highly recommended. Bali is very quiet and the beach very average. Entertainment was mostly terrible so be prepared to get out and about.

Absolutely fantastic stay, me and my partner had 10 days all inclusive (definitely needed more!), the food was consistently great, staff were all extremely forthcoming and happy to assist with any queries. Great place for families and couples! Was thoroughly entertained every night. Only criticism was a slightly leaky shower and WiFi was a bit hit and miss, bar that everything else was brilliant! Would definitely recommend any excursions!

We travelled as a family and booked four rooms. At first everything seemed fine – great view and location – but unfortunately our experience turned very disappointing when money disappeared from two of our rooms. About €150 went missing from ours, and £30 + €15 from another. We had actually rented a safe, but it never worked. We reported it, got the rental fee refunded, but the hotel didn’t fix it or provide an alternative. After the theft, an incident report was made, but we were told there are no cameras on our floor, and that the staff are “trustworthy”. At first the receptionist even denied that anything similar had ever happened before, but later admitted that it has happened multiple times, and suggested that “maybe another guest climbed in through the balconies”. We were shocked to hear this explanation on the 5th floor. Even more suspicious, the other room that was robbed always had the “do not disturb” sign on the door, yet one day the cleaner still knocked and tried to come in. For a 4-star hotel, we expected much greater security and professionalism. Instead of taking responsibility, the hotel only offered me a police appointment. They also questioned whether we really had the money in the first place, which felt very unfair and dismissive. Who wants to spend their last holiday day at the police station instead of enjoying their trip? In the end, we left with our money gone, no compensation, and no real support from the hotel. It’s a shame, because this place could be great, but the whole experience left us feeling unsafe and very disappointed. If you plan to stay here, be extremely careful with your valuables – don’t trust the safes or the rooms.

it is a very big hotel. You have everything, but I would say it needs a lot of renovations, as the ceiling in the jacuzzi is almost falling down. a lot of facilities, a superb view of the sea. the food is very good and diverse, but at the grill you have to stand in a queue of 20 people regardless of the time. We had very nice vacations there with my son. Hotel is right on the beach, beautiful turquoise waters, was amazing. We had all inclusive, food was nice. Lady at the reception, Jana, was lovely and very helpful. All was very nice apart from mosquito problem, we couldn't even open a balcony as otherwise there were all in. One night we hardly slept because of them. Hotel should put net on balconies and do something about it. It is not the newest hotel but it's nice and cozy. My son loved kids club where I could leave him for few hours a day. And mini disco.

After reading the reviews that were mixed, I thought I'd judge for myself and booked in Feb 2025. According to my 9 year old- it's the best holiday ever and wants to go back. the hotel is in a remote area and 10 mins drive each way to the shops. the transfer from the airport was just over an hour. the beach was so close and lovely. (Quite a few steps from the hotel to the beach) which may be a problem if mobility is an issue. I was told it was a lovely walk to the shops, instead of catching a taxi or bus. we did wait for the bus which wasn't on time but to windy to wait, so caught a taxi but didn't know about walking a long the beach at the time. it was hot in Feb at least 24 degrees but slightly cold wind. it is a windy island and got chilly on an evening, so jacket needed. There were 2 large pools, both shallow on 1 side for children. There is a play area and kids club but never used these facilities. The daytime entertainment was often and really good fun for both adults and children. The staff were so nice and very good with children and always made us welcome. my child is very fussy when it comes to food and by far the all-inclusive food was so delicious. very tasty dishes and the puddings were so morish. we never went hungry. there was food on 2 floors, one near the pool then the large restaurant. We were located on the 3rd floor and the room was very spacious with a large balcony. a traditional Spanish design which I don't mind but others stated it was dated. the gym needs updating, some equipment was rusty and not fit for use. i could hear water running on an evening, not sure if this was the water for the plants outside the room but soon got used to it. The beds were comfortable. The sea view would be 3rd floor and above, over the pool side. Overall we had a lovely holiday. we only left the hotel once because we enjoyed the entertainment day and evening. my daughter did not want to leave because she loved it so much.

Just had one week here, all inclusive. The hotel is beautiful and clean, the views amazing over the bay. All the hotels in this area are on steep hills so even though there are lifts you will find yourself walking up steep stairs.The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our rooms were lovely and spacious. The meals were all Hot and Cold buffet style meals. We found there was plenty to choose from and it was excellent. There were 2 pools and plenty of sunbeds. There was a well stocked shop in the Reception, massage chairs and a Hairdresser and Beauty Salon. You could book the trips in the hotel foyer, taxis were available outside the door. There was entertainment each evening, however it was a reasonably quiet hotel and this suited me very well.

It's a good hotel. I got the all-inclusive package, and the staff are awesome, super respectful and helpful. The food was good, had a goof variety of food. My only problem was the showers, all the water spills out and gets the toilet floor all wet, and there's no mop, so it's a mess. I didn't enjoy the swimming pool. I saw two guests (a couple) spitting and blowing their nose in the water. I had to get out. Also, people enter the water without showering first. I would suggest that someone checks that people have showered before getting into the water.

We had the very top rooms and the views were very nice, we enjoyed it a lot. The room was simple yet comfortable and clean. The only problem we had was with the shower, where the water was either too hot or too cold (thus the 4 stars), we didn’t inform the reception though because we were staying for a short period of time.

Great holiday, fantastic staff, and room service. Entertainment in the evening was as expected for a 3* hotel. Hats off to the chefs. The food has been exceptional 100%, the best all-inclusive food we've ever had, with on the balcony BBQ experience as well. Would definitely return. If you are hard of walking, would not recommend it as even though there is a lift, it was temporarily out of order at times. Good access to taxis to get around, €5-€20 depending on which beach or shopping centre you wanted to visit. Overall, we've had a great holiday.

To start off, the location of the hotel is perfect for an ocean view & beautiful sunsets & the restaurant in our hotel does have lots of fun events like karaoke & kids club. There is also a mini SPAR store in case you need to buy anything & free parking. However, in terms of our room service, when we arrived to our room there was a razor left from the previous guest & soap which I find quite disgusting. Then, when we did get room service, the person who cleaned our room left a cloth full of dirt in our sink which we then had to throw away. The first night, as a family of 4 we all needed to take a shower, and we expect warm water. Out of us 4, only one got warm water because the boiler is VERY small capacity. Meaning, to have a warm shower, it would be around 3-4 minutes. after that the water just turns completely cold. A few days later, we bought food & some sweet snacks which we left on our table, completely sealed. The next day in the morning there were little bugs & red ants crawling all over the table, food, floor & BEDS. I have Insane bug phobia & cannot handle even tiny bugs so therefore this was SO disappointing. To add, the beds in the bedroom feel cheap & the pillows are not comfortable at all, therefore if you are booking this hotel, bring your own!!! Also, we had to ask for duvet covers because they did not have them when we first got here. Additionally, each time they clean our rooms we are left with no towels. Just very small ones made to clean our face. We even left our towels outside to dry but they took them too. There are lots of ants crawling at the front of our room door & LOTS of cockroaches, and because of my fear I cannot even sit on the chairs or relax. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel but this is just super disappointing. I can tell that they have focused on how the hotel looks on the outside in terms of the restaurant, pools & sun chairs but the room service & inside? ❌

Just spent a week all inclusive at this hotel after booking a very last minute deal. Arrived at the hotel late evening and was checked in by friendly reception and offered late arrival food in the restaurant which was declined but first impression of room was basic but clean, nice to have a fridge. Around the pool and sun loungers was clean with plenty of sunbeds with no reason to get up early and reserve sunbeds. Entertainment was very much hit and miss and very basic. No football, sports or any usual activities. Mini disco is also at 16:30 around the pool which I found odd and no evening activities until 21:15 on most nights. Food on the whole was very good and above what we expected, each night was themed but above expectations based on other reviews. Staff at the hotel were in the most professional and helpful however one receptionist was very unhelpful to the point she refused us a late check out, however later the same day Dani on reception straight away sorted us a late check out. Location wise is not the best and is located a long walk and down a steep hill but if you're holiday is to stay within the confines of the accommodation then it is great but if you're looking to explore a little more then I wouldn't recommend. Free bus to the beach which gets very busy but is an option. We ended up hiring a car. Nice hotel, good food and would return but some staff need to improve customer service.

Family holiday here on the all inclusive pack was lovely. the hotel is clean and has all the amenities one could expect. the food is always very good, and all hotel staff were helpful and welcoming. there were lots of fun activities for the kids and family friendly activities. if you aren't bothered about a slightly longer trip to the beach then this hotel is an excellent choice

We spent 5 days at the Dunas Mirador for a short vacation with old friends. The experience was overall mostly positive, there were fun activities within the hotel itself which helped compensate for the location which is not terrible, however the highway runs alongside which is a bit noisy. the entertainment staff were fantastic and friendly and the hotel staff were professional and helpful. the food was lovely and the rooms were perfectly liveable and clean. If you are on a budget for an all inclusive this is a good choice.

The place has been very enjoyable, food excellent, staff very polite .the place is very busy with 1000+ people .so the staff gave too work very hard . One thing I will say let the place down was the lack of seating at the pool bar area in the evening and lack of staff serving drinks as always a long queue .. Putting the towels down in the morning .was Quite stressful as its a mad rush too quickly grab a bed when they give the all clear at 8.30am and you have too be quick .2 minutes and most are occupied . The main man on the front reception..JORGE. was exceptionally polite and was really helpful getting us aircon machine halfway through our stay . .(quite limited ) this is another thing they could improve .. All in all .we would definitely return .7/10 for my rating.

We had a wonderful stay at Mitsis Faliraki! Our sea view room offered breathtaking views and was spotlessly clean, just like the rest of the hotel. The all-inclusive service was truly impressive — with a wide variety of high-quality food, beverages, and sweets. The hotel features five restaurants, and we especially loved the Italian and Pan-Asian options. The staff was outstanding everywhere — from the bars and restaurants to the cleaning service. Everyone was warm, smiling, and attentive. We even received a thoughtful welcome gift in our room. The AC was new and very efficient, which made a big difference during the hot days. The sunbed area is spacious, with plenty of comfortable loungers, and the beach is clean, convenient, and just steps away. The Mediterranean Sea was simply fantastic — warm and crystal clear. The hotel’s location is also excellent — just a 2-minute walk to the main tourist streets, and the bus stop to Rhodes city is only 200 meters away. A few small areas for improvement: -The two separate beds in the room are not ideal for couples. -Pillows could be more comfortable. -The shower sometimes had spontaneous changes in temperature and water pressure. -Occasionally, the grilled food was a bit too salty for our taste. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Mitsis Faliraki for a relaxing and well-managed holiday!

We had a wonderful week of vacation at this resort. The staff is immediately available, always smiling, including the maids. The rooms are very clean and cleaned every day. The hotel is located right by the sea and sun loungers with umbrellas are included in the price of accommodation. The beach is sandy and the sea was warm as tea. I also appreciate the work of the bartenders at the pool bar and the Lobby, who know how to serve a large number of people with a smile. Also, the catering is perfectly organized, they welcome you right when you enter the restaurant and will seat you according to the number of people. So, if I plan a vacation in Rhodes again, Mitsis Faliraki will be an obvious choice.

Friendly, relaxing hotel in the heart of Faliraki. All the staff are so friendly and work so hard! I was amazed at how the restaurant staff always remember you, when there are so many people! Drinks were always on offer and no scrimping or waiting to be served. Beach area overseen by a great, friendly barman, who wandered the beds collecting glasses and taking drink orders! Our room could do with a little upgrading but that is something that is always needed.

We spent a very pleasant (and warm 😊) 10 days at this hotel in July 2025 and we can definitely recommend it. What we liked: The photos match reality. The room (Twin Side Sea View) was clean and spacious enough for 3 people. The sea view was really nice. The bathroom was smaller but sufficient. The all-inclusive dining included daily replenishment of the minibar in the room. The hotel has a main restaurant and about 7 specialized restaurants. These restaurants have limited capacity and need to be booked practically immediately upon arrival. The quality of the food was good, but we liked the smaller restaurants more. We booked our stay directly on the hotel's website, the price was lower than on booking.com, we paid upon arrival, and as a bonus, the hotel arranged free transfer to and from the airport with very spacious taxis. The staff is very pleasant and mostly speaks decent English. The extra bed was a full-fledged bed. The blankets were divided for each person separately. There were enough sockets in the room for charging 😊. A decent selection of drinks, including alcoholic ones, at the bars. Additional hotel services are of good quality and comparable in price to those outside the hotel (souvenir shop and other small items, car rental...). The beach directly adjoins the hotel grounds, is easily accessible, and sunbeds and umbrellas are free. There are water attractions on the beach (paid). What we would appreciate: Quality coffee in the restaurants – quality coffee machines are only at the bars. Easier access to drinks in the main restaurant – almost everything needs to be ordered from the staff, and sometimes it takes a while. The hotel insists on this probably for attendance tracking (you report your room number). A larger selection of meat dishes in the main restaurant (we especially missed poultry). More play elements for older children – 1 slide is not much. What we didn't like: Lack of sunbeds in the hotel area – every morning we had to reserve sunbeds by 8 am, which I would not expect from a five-star hotel.

Wonderful Stay – Exceptional Staff Care I stayed at this beautiful hotel and was truly impressed. The view of the sea is stunning, the food is both rich in variety and absolutely delicious — definitely top marks for the cuisine! What made the biggest impression on me, though, was the incredible care and kindness of the staff. I unfortunately suffered from heatstroke during my stay, and they looked after me so beautifully. A gentleman standing near the restaurant, probably part of the security team, fanned me with a hand fan for half an hour. The manager even called me personally in my room to check on how I was doing. I’m deeply grateful for their help and compassion. Thank you so much to the whole team!

This hotel offers mainly beautiful views if faced to the sea. Pools are very nice but always fully occupied and beds are booked by people at 5am which is shocking. It looks like is more people than the hotel can service. Beds are hard rock so don't forget anti-inflammatory pills. The food is limited to pork, chicken and fish. Sometimes available duck, turkey or lamb but make sure you are quick because ones is gone, it's just gone and replaced with chicken drumsticks. For full 7 days only banana, pears and apples, grapefruit and small oranges as fruits look pictures. Very disappointing was begging for watermelon as kids love them. The watermelon was served in the last day after formal complaint. People started to run for it and emptied the tray in 30 seconds. Downside is waiting sometime for 5 minutes at ques for a drink. *The Italian food restaurant is a misunderstanding. Pizza on ready baked pizza base, food is reheated when served as it was not completely fresh. Staff of this hotel is very nice, very helpful but this is widely offered in most Greek hotels. We were lucky that we booked another hotel as this was a mistake. Unfortunately

The people working there were kind and the service was nice. The rooms however were quite dirty. The sheets had holes and stains, just like the curtains. I think there was just one person cleaning the entire building we stayed at by themselves in quite a short amount of time which makes me think they might be understaffed. We had to buy our own bottled waters and put them in the fridge because they don't refill them. The rooms were old as well but that didn't bother me at all. Rooms aside, the food was mediocre. Breakfast was fine. Can't really do wrong with breakfast but lunch and dinner was supbar at best. I did like the local desserts they sometimes offered. Thankfully the location was nice. There are so many tavernas, rastaurants and bars in the surrounding area so you get to try the local (and tasty) food at those places. The locals are so nice. Also the hotel was right by the beach. We could comfortably watch the sunsets and sunrises. I also enjoyed airplane watching (they fly quite low). It's not the worst hotel experience for me. Besides the room and the food, it was quite enjoyable. Wouldn't comeback though.

I wouldn't say it's amazing or great. The location by the beach is incredible but the room service and attention to detail was absolutely shockingly terrible. Never would I go again to this hotel. They didn't even cater for us in arrival. Oh and you don't get an iron either so be prepared. There is no room service.

The hotel is very large and offers an all-inclusive experience, which is great for families or groups looking for plenty of options. However, there are a few things to keep in mind. The cocktails and drinks are very sweet and not of high quality—more sugar than flavor. The rooms feel quite old and could really use some renovation. Also, the swimming pools and activity areas are spread out too far from each other, which makes it inconvenient to move between them. Some of the rooms are also located far from the main dining area, which can be tiring, especially in hot weather. Overall, it’s a decent stay if you like large resorts, but some improvements are definitely needed in terms of food and drink quality, room conditions, and layout.

Please ignore the negative reviews we nearly changed hotel last minute so glad we didnt. The hotel is on a flight path so yes plans do come over regularly so dont book if this is an issue for your party.The postive to this is hotel is only a ten minute transfer from airport we were the first drop off and last to be picked up. The rooms were clean and tidy however in some places could do with redecoration but this didnt effect our stay. We found reception staff to be kind and helpful and nothing was too much for them.Juat a heads up the service tax for your stay has to be paided in cash on arrival.The rooms were cleaned everyday and fresh bottle of water left for us as well.We had booked a sea view rooms would reccomend this the views are out of this world. An amazing animation team great programme of activities on 6 days a week during the day and in the evening they are all worth there weight in gold and tried to get as many diffrent people involved as they could. Pool bar yes you do have to queue at busier times but not for long.A tip by the pool there is a self service Fizzy drinks and water machine for use during day so I took my own stanley cup to fill up there. The food in the resturant as per some previous reviews can be the same most meals however in our weeks stay we always found something to eat. I would recomend booking one of the three resturants on site which you can go to one during your stay you book your reservation through an app upon check in we went to the burger resturant it was amazing. The cats are in resturant areas however they do not get up on tables or counters and are only looking for scrap pieces of food.The waterpark attached to this hotel is good - Only 4 slides however is good fun for a few hours. The hotel offfers a place to leave luggage on departing and gives you access to a shower room if booked at recption ready for you return flight home for free rather than having to pay 10euros an hour for late checkout. The hotel is an excellent location as the beach easily accesible but is rocky we expect that in Greece so was prepped.It is a 40 minute walk to the nearest town strip.However the hotel does offer a minibus services to local attractions Rhodos Old Town,Butterfly Park,Water Park etc for a fee. Overall a really good holiday thankyou to all the staff who are incrediable helpful and made us feel welcome.

We stayed here for 5 nights, arrived fairly late at night and had booked a family room which was due to have 2 rooms both with 2 twin beds. The room we were given was appalling and more like a hostel. It had the tiniest bathroom and my daughters 'room' was a box with a dodgy sofa bed in that was filthy and falling apart. To top it off the lift was directly next to our room and the lift made so much noise, like a high pitched drilling all through the night. The room also did not have a working flushing toilet and the mattress me and my husband had was unbearable with springs coming through. I went to reception the first thing the following morning and told wait a few hours and will see what they can do. 4 times I went back to reception to be told at 8pm they couldn't do anything today but come back the next day. Roll on the next I was finally given a suitable room but no compensation was given except a bottle of wine and 3 pieces of fruit in our room that were from the all inclusive buffet. On our final day they let us have our room for a few extra hours. I spent 2 of my 5 days holiday chasing for a suitable room which isn't acceptable. Overall the food is fairly good, but long queues for everything, drinks, dinner, beach bar etc. The place looks nice in some places but really tired and worn in others, especially around the pool areas. The location is near the airport (its under a flight path which is fairly noisy) but that's about it. They use a travel company to provide buses into Rhodes old town but fairly pricey.

Just got home after 7 days. Overall a really enjoyable trip. Initially we booked the annexe and it was a big mistake. Old, tatty, not very clean, ants everywhere. For the price we paid it was pretty poor and after 2 days we had to pay for an upgrade. The family room we changed to was excellent. Lovely room with an amazing sea view, well worth the extra cost. If you’re interested in going, don’t expect to get a sunbed by the pool unless you’re up with the birds. In the 7 days we were there we NEVER got a bed! There are signs saying no towels to be left on beds but the masses snag them way before breakfast so anyone who doesn’t get up with cockerel has zero chance. Food is excellent. Drinks, a bit limited. No free ice cream for the kids in the all inclusive 🤔… bit strange. Staff helpful, nice and clean. Not much to do around the area outside of the hotel and a taxi to old town Rhodes is around €20 each way and 20 minutes away. Amazing weather though 👌🏼

We’ve had a lovely family experience. Kids and adults have loved it. Great location on the beachfront and close to the airport. There is some noise from the planes however you hardly notice them after a few go past and the kids loved watching them go by so close. The animation team are amazing, the energy levels from them throughout the whole day is very impressive and always smiling and engaging with everyone. Karaoke night was a particular highlight with Fredric singing horrifically but everyone loving it. 😂😂 again great energy making it very inclusive for everyone. I don’t know where they get the energy from. The rooms are basic but I would definitely recommend staying here as there are so many positives.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed, especially by the culinary experience and the exceptional service. The main restaurant offers a fantastic variety of dishes with something new every day. From fresh salads and perfectly cooked meats to delicious desserts, the buffet exceeded my expectations. Everything was well-presented and full of flavor, and the quality of ingredients really stood out. What made the stay even more special were the à la carte restaurants. Each one had a unique atmosphere and menu, offering gourmet-level dishes with great attention to detail. The Mediterranean à la carte was a personal favorite — every bite felt like a fine dining experience. Equally impressive was the service throughout the hotel. I was there with my family and we had a super clean and spacious family room with the most beautiful sea view you could ask for. The hotel facilities are top-notch – everything is well maintained and looks stunning. The food? Delicious! We especially loved the Greek dishes and the local wine – absolutely spot on! 🍷😉 There’s a great mix of activities if you want to stay busy, but also plenty of space to just chill and enjoy the calm. Access to the sea is super easy, and the beach was clean and not overcrowded – just how we like it. The Guardian’s Cook’s Club in Corfu is visually stunning — the aesthetics and overall design of the hotel are truly impressive, and it’s clear that a lot of thought went into creating a relaxing and stylish environment. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The food was deeply disappointing. Despite being advertised as five-star quality, the meals were mediocre at best. To make matters worse, I experienced food poisoning/upset stomach during my stay, which completely ruined my enjoyment of the hotel. What was even more shocking was the way management handled the situation. When I approached customer relations about the issue, the manager responded aggressively, shouting and telling me to be quiet. There was no attempt at empathy, no accountability, and absolutely no apology. Their behavior was unprofessional, hostile, and completely unacceptable, leaving me feeling ignored and disrespected. While the hotel itself may look nice in photos, the combination of poor food quality and the aggressive, unhelpful management makes it impossible to recommend. A beautiful hotel should never come at the cost of feeling unsafe or mistreated when raising legitimate concerns.

We have just returned from a beautiful 3 night stay at the hotel on the all inclusive package. I had initial reservations regarding the hotel after looking through reviews but was glad that they didn't reflect our experience. - The room was gorgeous and well set up, lovely balcony and view of the pool. - food was enjoyable but nothing special. The buffet in the morning has a great selection and lunch + dinner you order from the app at your table, with salad options by buffet. The a-la-carte restaurant was fully booked which was a real disappointment. Avoid the bar snacks in the day though, dry and inedible. - The drinks were awesome, great selection and delicious cocktails. - Staff were warm and welcoming, always happy to support. We really enjoyed the service from Chris at the pool bar. Overall a relaxing and enjoyable escape from life. It's not the "foodie experience" promised on the website, but I'd return :)

My stay at Cook’s Club in Corfu was actually very pleasant – nice room, good food, and friendly staff. Unfortunately, all the positive memories were completely overshadowed when a gold necklace was stolen from my room. Despite reporting the incident, I did not receive any compensation from the hotel. For a hotel in this price range, this is absolutely unacceptable – you pay a considerable amount expecting comfort and security, not to have valuable items stolen. It is extremely disappointing that such a serious incident ruined the entire experience, and I am very upset about it. For this reason, I would not recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel, wonderful kitchens and means. The a la carte system works so well, the wait staff and manager were extremely helpful and attentive to our dietary requirements which were sometimes confusing. Every dish was spectacular. Although dessert for vegans needs revising, as it was the same kumquat jelly pudding every evening of our stay. The location is a little out of the way from old town but easy to walk to the enterprise car rental service who also gave us a great deal on a SUV. Access to beaches from this hotel weren’t too complicated at all and the hotel grounds were looked after and guarded at all hours. Would absolutely return!

We had a wonderful stay at Cooks Club Corfu, my husband and I needed a little break & re-charge from our busy work-life. We wanted somewhere relaxing in a lovely setting and this was perfect. Beautiful hotel and rooms. The food was great, different all inclusive experience ordering from the app, but the food was amazing... the best part is, they also catered well for Vegans with a separate menu to order from. We also loved the cocktails and drinks selection, cocktails with chilli syrup is a game-changer! delicious. I miss my morning iced coffee by the pool. Food was not great, very basic, not many options. Actually, the food is terrible, just went another round at the buffe, 4:th day here and i’m always disappointed, for example; Paella with only rice in it. A older staff in the only open restaurant was actually very rude at dinner today when we tried to take our own forks because there was no prepared table. Dinner area usually always chaotic, no lines and really messy around the food and drinks, not the best breakfast, it’s just not appetizing, long lines for the a la carte, 20 minutes standing in line and waiting just to get in to the restaurant, 10-15 minutes in line to get a fresh egg and pancake at the a la carte, crazy. Room was clean and very friendly cleaners. Old rooms that were fixed up, not new but it works. Reception staff were excellent. The show artists and the show is awesome! Pool area was always full, not many chairs available, extremely many people in the pool. Does not feel like a 4 star hotel, more like a 3 star hotel, at the most. Elevators are so old and are jumping so much at every stop, kids were very scared of this, and we took the long stairs everytime. Kids had fun, but there are better hotels for this money, won’t come back.

Really good value family hotel. Room was clean and well presented, good bathroom. Fantastic breakfast, dinner was fine with plenty to eat but nothing special. Restaurant staff friendly and very hard working (as were all the staff actually). Free shuttle bus to town good but for us a little bit of a downside that we were not a stroll to town. We did walk it but in the heat not so pleasant. Not keen on the pool set up. Large pool with fantastic splash pool next to it and small kiddies pool alongside. Entertainment poolside. Smaller quieter pool also taken over by children jumping in and using inflatable toys. Even as a family hotel I just thought the guests without children might have been given some thought regarding having the chance to cool off and relax without having children jumping in beside you. That’s my only negative to an otherwise great stay at the Aluasun Costa Park.

Second time visiting, first with a friend for all-inclusive drinking and most recently, stayed here with my 2.5 year old and my partner. Both times we had lots of fun. My son loved the mini disco! The staff all work so hard, yet are always so friendly & helpful. We had a 30 min deep tissue massage st the massage parlour on site- genuinely one of the best massages we've had in our life!! Would happily recommend and return.

Just back from a 7 night holiday, had a fantastic time at the hotel. The place is clean and well maintained with staff that are very helpful and informed. A special mention to the restaurant manager as we were travelling with our young child (3)who has a lot of food allergies. Every meal time we were able to talk with the manager and have allergy friendly food cooked fresh in the kitchen which was a great help. My advice would be to inform reception straight away on arrival so they can liaise with the kitchen immediately. Pool is big enough for the volume of guests in the hotel, plus no mad 8am scramble for sunbeds! And it has a fantastic shaded play area for the kids. Great animation team and all round good atmosphere and entertainment.

We just came back from a 2-week stay at the hotel with 2 adults and 2 kids. At first, I was a bit worried because of the negative reviews, but that feeling changed immediately upon arrival. The staff was very helpful, and the rooms were spacious – maybe a bit simple, but that's a matter of personal taste. The food was delicious, with something new to enjoy every day. The animation team was fantastic – active all day long, great energy by the pool, and fun shows every evening. The pool is huge, with plenty of space for everyone. No need to wake up at 6AM to reserve a sunbed – there’s more than enough room. To get to the beach, there’s a shuttle service that’s very well organized. We were very happy with our 2-week holiday – thank you for the great experience! 😊

Really well maintained and clean. Well staffed, a plate didnt sit more than a few minutes before it was cleared. Constant cleaning. Asked for a proper single bed rather than a cot and it was changed. Things for improvements though that we've noticed in other hotels of the same calibre...some type of clothes line on the balcony, kettles for the rooms, self serve soft drinks to reduce pool bar queues, tea and coffee at all meal times, more hangers, irons to borrow. Move able parasols by the pool or larger ones that can be opened or closed as needed. Lovely hotel just in too quiet an area, gift shop could be double the size considering this

An amazing hotel. Situated in a lovely part of Portugal. The hotel is clean, tidy, and has friendly staff. The food was very good although the menu was a little repetitive, it was still good quality. A lovely big pool, pool bar with a large seating area. The hotel was quiet at night so no disturbed sleep or noise from other rooms. Regular bis to the beach and back and Uber taxi's for other travel, so no struggling with transport. Lots of coach outings available. We went all inclusive. A very good price, well worth what we paid.

The hotel is stunning, very clean, and all inclusive food is fully stocked, food testers test temperatures and quality of the food is great, accommodation for intolerance is somewhat accommodated but it's not perfect... had to prompt the staff to make sure deserts had no nuts in so we didn't die as they are not labelled. The staff on reception where very attentive Paulo was a fantastic receptionist with a permanent smile and a greeting like he enjoys you coming there, so positive and full of life. Easy to use facilities, spa was terrible half of it not working, don't recommend, pool was good, atmosphere outside was great, plenty of sun loungers, staff made this an exceptional place, kids club have lots of activities throughout the day, making it great for kids, holiday reps where also available most days and they where quick to resolve small issues. Trips where easy to book and a free bus put on by the hotel to and from the beach!!! Amazing...

Overall, the hotel met our expectations. The food exceeded what we anticipated, and it was easy to find something to eat or drink at any time of day. The accommodation was comfortable and functional. Location is ok as have the free bus service, food is alright if you want to try new things snack bar could be better as they just serve whatever is left over from breakfast lunch or tea , birds are allowed to sit and peck at the pizzas ready to go in or the bread left uncovered on the side. Not happy as we came in a large group , all paid the same yet some get their fridge filled daily with drinks yet others don't when asking at reception we are told we get what we paid for ( we all paid the same and were allocated the rooms on arrival ) The hotel is very clean not much to do once here though there are only 2 main pools for families and that's it so the kids got bored very easily , the animation pool id advise getting round their from say 7.30 getting your bed as there is hardly any their too start with , main pool their is no music or entertainment The beach is very close and very clear waters however very rocky beach , theirs nothing down the beachfront other than a supermarket which is cheaper than the hotel so it's worth the walk 2 of our party had issues with their room 1 didn't have any sockets that worked and also a broken toilet The other had a broken toilet The tvs have around 6 channels and are all in German with no option to search more, so glad I brought my android box so I could use my sky go app

Not at all a 5* hotel and I would struggle to justify 4*. Service here is very poor. It really is not good for value for money. I have been to much better for much cheaper on other Greek islands. Major concerns on allergies and dietary requirements - management don't seem to care and laughed off what I would have considered a major breach of hygiene and allergies laws. Would not recommend to anyone and definitely would avoid if you have a restrictive diet or suffer from severe allergies.

Not a 5-star hotel more like 3.5. We stayed in early August. When we first arrived, the check-in was not very welcoming. The staff didn’t explain what we could do, what’s nearby, or any activities, it was more like “here’s your key, go check in.” That said, most staff were friendly, especially the bar staff, who always tried their best despite the long queues for food and drinks. Our first room was dirty hair on the shower walls, brown-stained towels, a bad smell like rotten eggs (not sure if from the rooms, cleaning supplies, or the area itself). The fridge wasn’t restocked, not even with water. Afterwards, we got room 1821, which was renovated, clean, and right by the pool with sunbeds a huge improvement. The location is far from Kos Town about 40 minutes by bus but the price (3.80€) was quite good. Trips booked through the hotel were excellent. The beach water was clean but rocky to enter, and the sunbeds were never cleaned. Food was mediocre overall. Pizza, tzatziki, olives, feta, Greek salad, and souvlaki were great, but potatoes were clearly from a frozen bag. Drinks were flat and pre-made in plastic bottles, but the bartender made an effort to present them nicely, which we appreciated. Wine was okay. Overall: friendly staff (especially at the bar), nice trips, and a few good food options but also long queues, cleanliness issues in the first room, strange smells, and poor maintenance. Definitely not a real 5-star experience.

Just arrived home after a week spent enjoying everything Atki Beach Club had to offer. I couldn’t find fault with anything. Our room was spotless. The hotel was spotless. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The all inclusive was spot on. The free shuttle bus was brilliant. We stayed in the adults only section which for our holiday was perfect. One of the reasons we booked here was because we had a friend who came with us who did not have to pay anything extra just because she was on her own and she never received anything different from what me and my husband did which I think is a really great thing to do as too many hotels charge supplements just because you are a single traveller so well done to Atki Beach for offering that. I would definitely book to come back here

I had a lovely break from start to finish! We arrived late at night on 27/07/25, after 10 PM. Even though dinner time had finished, Loretta at reception kindly offered us dinner. She is such a lovely and welcoming person – thank you, Loretta! All the hotel staff were professional, caring, and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard – thank you to the housekeeping team! Both the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were clean and well-maintained. My son and I also really enjoyed using the gym and sauna – everything was fantastic. The food was amazing – honestly some of the best I’ve had on a holiday. I felt completely relaxed and was able to make the most of all the facilities, which meant a lot given how busy my life usually is. This was truly one of my most unforgettable holidays. A very nice hotel that I would definitely love to return to!

The stay was pleasant albeit that there are some down sides… Waiters were wonderful. The pool is continuously cleaned and the grounds are maintained but THE HOTEL IS VERY OUT OF DATE … there is alot of maintenance that needs to take place, polishing the floors, vacuuming the carpets (appalling), sliding doors don’t close nor lock; the elevators are absolutely disgusting… the entertainment was enjoyable as they really tried their best to keep the guests happy. The hotel store is extremely overpriced- All in All this Hotel needs to be Updated.

Cannot fault this hotel after reading reviews was worried however there is a new entertainment team which are great, rooms cleaned daily, good food and the staff and incredible. Had an amazing stay thank you. Would definitely come back here. Each night are themed foods my only gripe is the beach which is difficult to get in with all the ticks but not the hotels fault. Manager was very accommodating also meeting my child’s additional needs. Only thing I would recommend is disability pool access as the older people staying struggled to get in. A million stars would not be enough to rate this hotel and its staff, from reception, to porters, to cleaners, barmen, kitchen, waiters, 24hr security everyone works tirelessly around the clock to make this a dream holiday and simply the best place to be whilst visiting agadir. However, a big and I mean epic big thanks has to go to all of the entertainment team, these guys are more than just enteraniners that are doing a job, they literally go above and beyond to get everyone involved, take the time to talk with you and go around all day and evening with different activities, jokes, pranks and fun all day with a theatre show in the evening and dancing outside at the end. These guys are the best of the best and truly make a dream holiday experience. I was very unsure about a visit to agadir but Hotel Decameron Tofoukt Beach, all if its staff, the food, entertainment and locals really made us welcome and can't wait to come back. OK, before we came here , there were plenty mix reviews. Some good some bad. We are still in hotel, so let me tell you about our experience so far.. They gave us very nice big and quiet room.i mean really huge )internet connection is absolutely super fast,best hotel internet i have ever seen,,, Nice air con, but ,even almost august, you really no need to use it.Day time nice and warm while you outside around 30 degree, night time nice and cool ,,, Perfect climate for holiday.. Hotel is nice. Most of Hotel staff so kind and helpful. Food is very nice , , pool seems ok, but hard to find place to sit. We dont bother because that makes hotel’s private beach empty for us. There s no any facility on the beach, just sun-beds and umbrellas and nothing else.. Just 10 mt away from hotel, so you can get drinks from hotel.Even you can get book too to read on the beach)) That s really cool..Beach is nice and sandy,,, swimming is safe, water is not cold or hot, just right. not getting deep suddenly, especially before noon, low tide is very safe for kids. Afternoon , little bit waves, but still good for kids, so much fun. As usual Arap country, Moroccan people not around before afternoon, then many people after 4-5 pm.. However still you can walk freely and enjoy.. No one chasing you, just smiling to you ,, There s no any mosquito or any bug at hotel,, we had plenty nightmare many countries for this including Europe ones. But Morocco is safe for this.daily nice room cleaning,,,Plenty cats in hotel, so lovely , but you never know, so dont forget to wash hands ).. There s plenty different entertainments and kids club,,there are security for in and out to make sure everyone is safe and enjoy with their holidays..So long story short, so far so good)it s absolutely worth what you pay. Just advices: ocean is a bit dirty,Ships around throw their litters to ocean, so they coming to beach..People swim inside of litters .It must be very sharp rules for that, and get those people and arrest or fine to mess the ocean and breach of public health. 2.You can put a tab for get rid of sand near the entrance of hotel from beach side, so it makes hotel garden and rooms not much dirty with beach sand. or you can put a showers to beach, would be nice too)

We were two families of 6, two of us children, who went on holiday for 7 nights last Christmas. The staff were very friendly and the food has been of very high quality for the area. We changed to another room as the first night the room was very noisy and my daughter couldn't sleep so the staff were very helpful. Also, the beach is right outside the door and the pool is superb, except the water is very cold in December. All in all, it was great and recommended for a family style trip.

We checked in on 08/06/2025 with our 1-year-old baby and had a very pleasant stay. The reception staff were extremely helpful. We initially had a first-floor room, but due to the hot weather and low AC performance, we requested a ground floor room — they quickly arranged a calm and quiet one with a balcony, garden view, and great air conditioning. We were provided with a kettle for a 100 lira deposit, which was convenient. Housekeeping was excellent — towels were changed daily and the floors were kept clean. The entertainment team worked hard and did a great job. My baby especially enjoyed the activities during our 5-day stay. The food service was helpful and friendly. While the variety of food wasn’t huge, it was still good value for money.live cooking was so lovely ,especially omlette and piza The pools were fantastic — clean and well-maintained, with fun slides that added to the enjoyment. They have provided us free shuttle service to the city which was very convenient. Highly recommended for families traveling with young children!

Really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be returning. We were really impressed with the variety of food, we loved the freshly cooked pizzas! All the staff are very helpful and attentive. Our only criticism is on a few occasions there were flies in the restaurant area, although I’m not sure how best to control this. Overall, the value for money here is brilliant and we cannot wait to return.

The hotel staff were welcoming, very helpful and always friendly. Rooms were adequate but dated as is the hotel it doesn't seem to have had a refurbishment in a long time. The location is not good in the middle of nowhere with Marakesh a 20 minute car journey away. The food was good but caters more towards the French who I incidentally were the main tourist nationality staying in the hotel when I was there and they for the most part were incredibly rude.

We visited in June four adults and six teenagers. The staff are fantastic and go out their way to help you. Rooms are adequate and clean amazing shower and great housekeeping.Food is varied every day and we always found several things that we enjoyed. Bar staff are brilliant pool bar my personal favourite always very friendly respectful and a laugh. Pools and gardens kept well and slides and added bonus. Gym well equipped with Omar a lovely guy, there if you need assistance. Bus twice a day to the old and new town free of charge. I would ld definitely come back to Morocco and this hotel. Yessir was an absolute great entertainer, always making us feel welcome. The rooms were kept very clean thanks to the cleaners. Unfortunately the food was repetitive for some of the nights but the fresh pasta was great. Would recommend this place !

This is a large, clean, stylish and modern hotel, but is lacking in the personal touches customers would expect, with this star rating. The weather the second week in May was unseasonably cool, and the hotel was cold. It was often difficult to find staff for service in the bars, especially around the pool areas. It lacks atmosphere and friendliness.

Nice hotel, but it surprised me that a five-star hotel has no complimentary water, coffee or tea??? We even have to “borrow” the water cooker! The comforting points are personnel: great staff at reception and restaurant! The buffet breakfast and dinner are at average level... not to compare with other five-star hotel we’ve stayed!

One of the best experiences in Spain. Incredible service by Bernhard (10 star), he really cared to make sure we are happy I thought he was the manager from how hospitable. Hotel is not bad (building is old and they have tried to modernize it, rooms and building a 3 star but the breakfast makes up for everything. Especially when you are on a long drive ahead. Pool area is amazing almost like a Vegas style beach with lots of space and cabanas. I gave this place a 5 star review because the price of the night stay of 68 euros wouldn't even cover the price of the breakfast in most places. So the value is amazing. Would highly recommend it as a 5 day escape from everything and anything.

We stayed in this hotel 3 nights, beautiful hotel and surroundings. Rooms were very clean and up to a high standard, staff were very friendly and helpful, spoke very good English as well. Hotel is up on the hill so it was a bit of an issue going there and back to town/beach but we got used to it, car would be a good option there. It was about 10 minute walk to the beach and promenade. The pool near the hotel was very clean and big enough. Excellent place to stay.

This hotel is a great choice. 10* The reception is very nice and helpful. We got our room before three o'clock. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, bright, the pools are beautiful, clean, warm. The garden is tidy, very beautiful. The breakfast is wonderful, waffles, pancakes, donuts, eggs are freshly baked, for lunch they make pizza, gyros fish and all kinds of delicacies, and dinners are sometimes themed, on Thursdays they offer Tunisian dishes. The beach is also beautiful, sandy, slowly deepening, there are jellyfish in the water! 3 lifeguards just watch the water, and if there is trouble they run! They pulled a man out of the water unharmed. Everyone working here is nice and smiling. It is worth walking into Mahdia on foot, it is 35 minutes along the sea. I recommend this wonderful place to everyone!

Stayed here for 8 days the hotel was exactly how we thought it would be. The service from the staff was absolutely fantastic and the animation team was absolutely brilliant. Everyday the entertainment during the night was different and the animation team always got you involved. We really enjoyed our stay here and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. There are 3 pools which are brilliant to use and are constantly cleaned. The staff at the main restaurant were brilliant and always made sure your drinks are always topped up. Overall, this hotel is good to come and relax and during the night time entertainment were brilliant and you always had something to do and watch a show.

The most perfect stay. Stayed here for 10 nights with my partner and we loved it. All staff are so friendly and helpful always going out their way to engage in a conversation with you. The staff could not do enough for you, they were very attentive especially the staff around the pool. The hotel was extremely clean and the maids would be in cleaning your room everyday to a top standard. The hotel gives you free complimentary bottles of water in your room everyday which I found this to be such a lovely gesture. We come back to our room one day with a lovely surprise left in the room by the staff, it was a photo of us which was edible with some cake. This really made our holiday was so kind by the staff involved. The hotel itself is very modern and beautiful and the facilities are great. The views from the pool area are amazing with the pool itself being a standout facility for me it's so big and the temperature of the pool is perfect for cooling down in the hot weather. We loved the lazy river as well. The breakfast in the hotel is fantastic which such a wide variety of foods catered for everyone. Me and my partner are already planning a visit back here we loved it that much.

We were so pleased to experience the Hospitality provided by Edna, Priya and Aung during our evening meals in the Great British Restaurant. They were polite, professional and knowledgeable - able to answer our queries and signpost us accordingly - even providing us with recommendations on less busy times to have our meals. We were made to feel welcomed every morning and evening and when appropriate, each of these individuals took a few moments to converse with us, making us feel we were more than just a 'guest statistic'. We would also like to extend thanks to Mandeep who serviced our room to an impeccable standard throughout our stay. Also Aye and mohammed (Concierge) Masud and the entire front of house security team. Each individual took the time to offer us help and support whenever needed and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed back every time we returned from an excursion / outing - showing genuine interest in how we were enjoying our time in the city. The receptionists were helpful, we never had any problems during our stay and even if we did it was resolved immediately. Akyb, one of the housekeepers, he made sure that our rooms were cleaned daily and he had a great customer service. The breakfast was absolutely amazing but if you are very particular about bacon then their breakfast may not be for you. This hotel is in the central part of the city so you can travel to many landmarks and it won’t take more than half an hour. There’s a lovely beach, a breathtaking view and a nice indoor swimming pool to enjoy with family and friends. I definitely recommend.

Antonio, the manager, and Laura Cabellos, the assistant manager, have provided exceptional service and warm welcome. The whole team is incredibly friendly and always willing to lend a hand. I went there on September last year (2024) and the hotel staff was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay there for almost a week. It has incredible views to bay and I would encourage everyone to go for the room with views to sea. I had a small issue with the reservation but Cati, the receptionist, and Laura Cabellos, the Assistant manager, solved it really quickly. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

First time we’ve stayed here and it will be the last. Staff were not overly friendly and were very unhelpful when we had an issue with some equipment in our room. The room we had was a junior suite. Sounds good but it was very tired looking, very small bathroom area, nowhere to hang your towels while you showered and absolutely no privacy on your very tiny balcony.The wardrobe was in the bathroom area which is very weird making that space extremely cramped. We only stayed bed and breakfast and can only say the food was very average. There are two areas for sunbathing one is round the pool in a courtyard area the other on the roof which has beautiful views of the sea. However there is no shade! No parasols which I accept may be difficult due to the wind, however I would have expected some shady areas for those of us that don’t want to spend the whole day in direct sunlight. Very disappointed.

Impression on arrival was very favourable, check in was straight forward although room not available until 2pm and we arrived at 1pm. Offered a glass of Cava while checking in, bags stored until room available. As we were all inclusive for first week we were able to have lunch and drinks before our room was ready.Restaurant was very nicely laid out, with seating inside, outside by pool and outside overlooking the harbour.Food was ok, not a huge range but ok for lunch. The only open bar is by the pool and is up several stairs with no lift, so not disabled accessible.Friendly staff but we found we had to wait at the bar quite often to be served as not always any staff to serve you. When we got room access it was on the third floor overlooking the harbour, and by this time of day was shaded, sun rises on Harbour side of the hotel and moves to town side as day goes on. Room was air conditioned and very cool, large bed, two chairs inside and two chairs and small table on the balcony. We were there for two weeks and found that there isn’t really enough storage for all the clothes we took.Room safe is free to use. Mini bar was stocked with water, soft drinks and a bottle of Cava, this was not restocked after first day apart from bottle of water supplied most days. The roof terrace bar has loungers, Balinese beds which you can pay to use at €25 a day. Also several jacuzzi’s, the views are great especially for Sunsets. We went to the pool after this but it isn’t a large area and all the beds were in use or “reserved with towels” so we spent the time in the bar area which has a lot of seating as well as a small pool with loungers around it. There is a domed roof above this pool which used to retract according to another guest, but it was closed all the time we were there so it had a greenhouse effect not many people used this area apart from a quick swim. Dinner is in same restaurant but by now the outside seating is shaded so we ate outside which was lovely. Water and various drinks including wine are included with All inclusive deal and the wine was very good. The food was pleasant enough but not a huge variety of main courses, lots of salad and deserts though. The temperature of the food was not hot in most dishes and a number of other guests also noted this and complained to the staff, but we did not notice any improvement. Most evenings there are singers which were ok and the downstairs bar opens. Breakfast is pretty good, eggs and omelettes cooked fresh and all the usual things you come to expect at places like this, cava available for a Buck’s Fizz with orange juice, although that appears to be fresh it was quite obviously a concentrate that had been diluted as some days it was quite weak. There are plenty of friendly staff clearing the tables quickly so always a table available. After breakfast we grabbed a couple of loungers in the shaded part of the pool, but as the sun moves over they are no longer shaded and there are not enough parasols for the beds available, we did ask if there were any more available, but the staff said no. Upto now all was fine but we encountered an issue after a different evening meals which I won’t go into detail, but needless to say we were not very well the next day. Due to this experience we decided we were not happy to continue with our AI package a After a discussion with the managers we were offered a refund for the last two days and the affected two days, So we reverted to bed and breakfast instead. I have to compliment both Laura and Paloma on their handling of this issue and ongoing they checked with us regularly. We ate out for lunch and dinner in local tapas bars and restaurants all with walking distance for rest of our holiday. very good supermarket 5 minutes walk. there is a car park but it’s regularly full. There is a bus not too far from the hotel and plenty of taxis available the fare to Mahon fluctuated from €6.80 to €12, airport transfer takes about 15 minutes

We stayed at the Hamilton Barcelo for 11 nights from 14th June 25. The room (upgraded to Superior with sea view) was very good as expected) and very clean. We stayed here 4 years ago, however this time we were extremely disappointed with the buffet food, as generally lunchtime & evening was tepid, and not hot. This was reported several times to the restaurant manager Rafael and he stated that the heating elements were broken, an were awaiting repair. He did test the temperature of the food and agreed it was not up to the correct temp. This was not rectified by the time we left, and we gad to eat out several times. Generally all the staff were lovely especially Nando & Julian on the bars, and there was a great welcome from Duygu the fitness trainer. Overall we had a chilled holiday at a lovely hotel in a fantastic location, but the food spoiled it for us!!!

Enjoyed every minute of our recent holiday. All the staff were amazing, very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Jesus and Carmen were very attentive and looked after us very well, as did all the staff in the restaurant. There was a great choice of food. The accommodation we had was a garden suite. Spotlessly clean and had everything you could need, robes, slippers and a lovely plunge pool. Alexa, was amazing. She was always very cheerful and worked tirelessly organising lots of fun activities and evening entertainment. Wish we were booked in for a further week.

A lovely hotel in a quiet area of S’algar. We have stayed there 6 times and we are returning next year. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels and amenities when needed. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble to ensure your stay is enjoyable. There’s a buffet restaurant with a large choice of food and is always hot and tasty. The pool area is just across the road from the hotel and is kept clean as well as the sun beds. Purobeach manage the complex and in certain areas they can charge for the facilities. There is a separate area for guests that is free with a small bar and lunchtime snacks. This is definitely not a place for young people and it attracts adults who are looking for a quiet holiday. There is no beach on site, but a 15 minute walk to the nearest village has a good beach. Overall it deserves its 4 star rating and we see subtle improvements every year.

Gorgeous hotel. Had a junior suite with a plunge pool which was divine. The room confused us with a hob in the kitchen area but no cutlery or pans to make use of it so not sure why it was there! But other than that the hotel was clean, the pools gorgeous and the spa almost empty and again kept very clean. Would definitely return

I was a little concerned staying here after reading the bad reviews. I stayed with a group of friends and we were blown away with the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food and drink on offer. We stayed for 4 nights with all inclusive and was not disappointed. The top shelf spirits and bottled soft drinks included was excellent value for money. We loved our suite with our own plunge pool. The only negative we have was the 2 staff in the Dinky Bar. We stood waiting to be served for over 5 minutes on both nights and wasn't even acknowledged so we left. The resort is on the quiet side of the island so we had to get a taxi to other places if we went out but this has not put us off for coming back. You can also use the facilities/entertainment at the other Aluasoul hotel at the top of the hill but we was not informed about this and found out on our last day. We had a lovely stay and will return!

Friendly helpful staff. Room was brilliant! A notice board showing nearest chemist, petrol station, EV charger etc. would have been helpful. For guests leaving before breakfast there is no provision for a packed breakfast to take away. After pleading with an assistant manager, I was allowed to make my own the evening before.
