I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews here, because my stay was absolutely wonderful.
From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect – the food was fresh, tasty, and always enjoyable, and the hygiene standards were excellent.
The resort itself is very large, yet it never felt crowded, which made it even more relaxing. I especially loved the snorkeling in the sea – such a beautiful experience with plenty to see underwater.
The staff were also extremely friendly, attentive, and professional, making me feel welcome at all times.
Overall, everything was top from A to Z, and I would happily come back again without hesitation!

From the moment we arrived, this resort truly exceeded our expectations. On check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a stunning sea-view room. The process was completely hassle-free, and the same could be said for check-out.
The staff were incredible – from the room cleaners to the lifeguards, everyone was friendly, helpful, and approachable. Our hotel room and the pools were spotless, and the resort was well-maintained throughout.
There was no shortage of activities for all ages, and a special shoutout goes to the entertainment team for keeping the energy high and the fun going!
We gave a score of 9/10 only because we wish the ice cream bar was available all day, and there was a faint smell from the toilet in our room. That said, these were minor details compared to the overall experience.
We can confidently say this was by far one of the best resorts we’ve ever visited, and we will definitely be coming back!

Our stay at this hotel was far from the five-star experience we expected. While we made the most of our time as a family, it was in spite of the hotel rather than because of it. The property is not wheelchair- or stroller-friendly, which made traveling with my father (in a wheelchair) and two strollers extremely difficult. To make matters worse, there is only one golf cart available for the entire resort, leading to 20–30 minute waits every time we needed assistance. For a hotel of this size, this is unacceptable.
The “all-inclusive” drinks were another major disappointment. Guests expect freshness and variety, yet we were repeatedly served boxed juices filled with preservatives. Not a single fresh juice or smoothie was offered even though Egypt is famous for its fruits. With temperatures reaching 44 degrees, this lack of refreshing options was a serious letdown.
The pools were also underwhelming, with the deepest pool at just 150 cm. This may suit children, but it leaves adults with no space to enjoy a proper swim. Food, while adequate, was repetitive and uninspired, and desserts were consistently poor in quality.
The staff were polite and tried their best, but no amount of kindness can make up for the lack of accessibility, uninspired food and drinks, and facilities that fall short of luxury. Overall, unfortunately the resort does not deliver on its five-star promise, and unless serious improvements are made, it cannot be considered a true luxury destination.

First of all, the cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding.
We stayed in room 7237, and everything was absolutely perfect.
Huge thanks to Mr. Ahmed Saed, who did an amazing job with the cleaning and organization. Every day we came back to a spotless room and stunning towel art that truly brought a smile to our faces!
As for the food – absolutely delicious! Great variety, flavorful dishes, and a rich buffet that satisfied everyone in the family
The service overall was perfect – fast, professional, and always with a smile. Every staff member, from the reception to the restaurants and pools, was friendly and helpful.
In short: a 5-star stay in every detail. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The resort is wide and beautifully located right on the beach. The staff were wonderful, and the service was excellent throughout our stay.
There are many restaurants on-site, which is convenient, but unfortunately, the food quality was disappointing. It seemed that the ingredients used were not of the best quality, and the taste reflected that.
The beach itself is not very deep, which limited our enjoyment of the water. To reach the deeper area, we had to walk to a small, crowded section where many people gathered to swim.
Overall, the price felt a bit high compared to the level of service and the facilities provided.
Finally, I would like to thank Mr. Peter for making our stay convenient and enjoyable.
