We had a wonderful stay at Charmillion Club Hotel. I would especially like to thank Ahmed Tarek and the entire team for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality throughout our stay. They made us feel truly welcome and ensured that everything was perfect.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the service exceeded our expectations. If I visit this area again, I will definitely stay at this hotel without any hesitation.
Thank you once again to Ahmed Tarek and the whole team for making our vacation so enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Charmillion was absolutely amazing! We had a brilliant holiday from start to finish. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean, and it was cleaned and tidied every single day by the loveliest room attendants, who were always so friendly and welcoming.
The food was excellent, with a different themed dinner every day, offering plenty of variety and something for everyone. There were lots of activities and entertainment throughout the day, so there was always something fun to take part in if you wanted.
The hotel also has its own private beach, which was beautiful and perfect for relaxing or enjoying the sea. The staff throughout the hotel were fantastic, always smiling and happy to help, making us feel very welcome.
Overall, we had an unforgettable stay and would highly recommend Charmillion to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday with excellent service, great food, and wonderful facilities. We would definitely love to come back!

This was our first vacation in Sharm, and we had a great experience at this hotel. It is a very nice hotel for families with children. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always helpful.
We would especially like to thank Mr. Armia at the reception. He took great care of us and made us feel very special with his kindness and lovely gifts. We truly appreciate his hospitality and support. Thank you very much!

Beautiful view, but poor management , theft and hygiene standards
We stayed at Charlillion Club Resort Sharm El Sheikh during July 2026
*The good*: The room had a beautiful sea view.
*The bad*:
1. *Room condition*: Bathrooms were old, with rust and poor maintenance.
2. *Food*: Wide variety of food was offered, but the overall quality was very poor.
3. *Theft & Security*: During our stay we experienced theft. We left our beach towels while swimming and they were gone when we returned. We also had sunglasses stolen. When we reported it to staff, we were told they couldn’t help and that there were no cameras in the area. We were then given 2 options: find who stole the items ourselves, or be charged for the missing towels.
4. *Management response*: We escalated to the hotel manager, Mr. Maged Tawfik. He offered us a copy of our original sunglasses instead of a proper resolution. He promised a follow-up call that we never received.
5. *Hygiene*: We witnessed guests allowing babies with diapers to be showered in the swimming pool. Staff did not intervene despite it being a clear hygiene issue.
Overall, for the price, the service, security, and hygiene standards were very disappointing. I would not recommend this resort until these issues are addressed.

We have had such a wonderful stay here, all the staff are so friendly and willing to help. A big thank you and shout out to Eslam the lifeguard, such a friendly , considerate young man, a joy to have met, nothing was too much trouble.
The entertainment team are fantastic and made our stay so much fun, always something to join in with. Memo was so brilliant at organising all of the entertainment, from aqua gym, Latin dancing, the list is endless. All of the team have done an amazing job at making our holiday the best, so thank you all so very much. Big shout out to Memo, Noura (what a beautiful energetic young lady) Shika, Samira, Umida, Greta & Habib. Thank you for making our holiday special!
All of the staff here are amazing , friendly and courteous, well done Charmillion!!.
We always booked our trips with Bassam (one of the adventure team) he wasn't pushy at all and was very respectful, thank you for looking after us .
The restaurant/bar staff are also brilliant , yes we have had the best stay and feel sad at leaving later today .
