I recently had the pleasure of experiencing incredible service, and I can’t recommend this place enough! From the moment I walked in, the warm atmosphere and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. The team’s attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything was perfect truly set them apart from others.
I want to give a special mention to Chef Ahmed Fathy, who was absolutely amazing in assisting me. They took the time to understand my needs and went above and beyond to provide tailored recommendations. Their expertise and friendly demeanor made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. I felt like a valued customer every step of the way.
Not only was the service exceptional, but the quality of the products offered was outstanding. Everything was top-notch, and it’s clear that they care deeply about their customers and their craft. I left feeling completely satisfied and excited to return.
Overall, my experience exceeded all expectations, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. If you’re looking for reliable service paired with genuine care, then I would recommend you to stay at this resort.

We had a wonderful five-star holiday at Charmillion Club Resort celebrating Valentine’s Day, and it truly exceeded our expectations.
The staff were amazing from start to finish. The entertainment team — Noura, Samira, Mizo, Habiba and Youssef — were fantastic. They made our trip fun and enjoyable every single day. The parties and evening entertainment were lively and memorable because of them.
Reda in the lobby bar looked after us every morning with the best iced coffees. Such a small thing, but it made our mornings perfect.
The food had plenty of variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We didn’t always make it to breakfast because we enjoyed sleeping in, but whenever we did eat, there was always lots of choice and good quality over the five days we stayed.
A special thank you to Valeria in guest relations who arranged a complimentary Valentine’s dinner for us at the Lebanese restaurant. The food was very nice and it made the evening feel special.
Robert at the pool bar made our daily shisha, and sitting by the fountains listening to Egyptian music on the big screen became one of our favourite parts of the day. The lifeguards by the pool were also attentive and made us feel well looked after.
Overall, we had a great experience mainly because of the staff. They really made the difference. Thank you to everyone for making our Valentine’s trip so enjoyable.

I am currently lucky enough to be staying in this fantastic resort.
The whole resort is immaculate in its presentation and cleanliness.
The staff could not be more friendly and accommodating.
Food is great with plenty of choice.
The weather is amazing for February to make it even better.
For us, the major positive is the snorkelling on the private beach, it really is a special experience for anybody lucky enough to stay here.
I couldn’t recommend this resort anymore.

Very good stay – hotel exceeded expectations
The holiday was very successful. We were also lucky with the weather – 26–28°C in early January.
As a 4* hotel in Egypt, it definitely exceeded expectations. Beautiful, well-maintained green territory, a very good beach, and the possibility to swim directly from the shore. The pool is large and heated. Sunbeds were always available everywhere – by the pool and on the beach, even in the first line.
Food was a pleasant surprise – varied and tasty. As in many hotels in Egypt, breakfasts and coffee were rather weak, but overall the quality of food was good.
Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was generally helpful and tried to solve issues when they arose.
Cons:
No acknowledgment at all of a birthday stay – not even a small complimentary gesture. Everything was offered only for an extra charge, which felt disappointing. A simple towel decoration would have been enough.
On January 6th there was a special event in the restaurant. Guests without a reservation (which many were not informed about) were redirected to another hotel. Transfers were overcrowded, and many guests were confused and had to look for alternatives.
The hotel is located somewhat away from the city, but transportation is easy to arrange by taxi.

Check-in was smooth and staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The lobby is large and impressive.
However, the room was disappointing for a 5-star hotel, outdated furniture, visible dust, loose floor tiles, and the bathroom was not cleaned properly, including under the toilet seat.
The housekeeper was kind and provided bottled water daily. Mosquitoes are an issue after 4pm, so keep balcony doors closed and bring repellent.
Food offered a good variety, and the pool and beach areas were enjoyable. Pool snacks and drinks are available but served in small portions, and ice cream is not included.
Overall, the staff are great, but the hotel needs refurbishment and better cleaning. It feels closer to a 3-star hotel, though still good value for the price paid.
