Overall we enjoyed our 5-day stay at White Hills and I would recommend it to other adult couples.
🏨 The rooms were generally good quality but sometimes rough around the edges (e.g paint chips, poor finishing, loose taps).
🍔 The food was high quality and the restaurant staff provided some of the best service I’ve seen, we felt very looked after. The buffet kept us coming back with
🏊🏋️ The pools and other amenities were very impressive, with an infinity pool, decent gym and plenty of activities to keep you busy.
🌅 The views were stunning.
😕 The main let down was front of house staff and the issues we had with our room(s) at the beginning of our stay. The first room was a conjoined room which meant we could hear all our noisy neighbours were up to late at night - not something we were expecting for the price. We complained to the service desk and while we were pleased they agreed to move us, some weren’t helpful at all. This included the golf buggy driver who dropped us off but didn’t inform us of our new room number and acted inappropriately towards my partner. The second room was dirty so we asked to move again and we were relieved our third room was a high standard.
This whole experience revealed the stark difference in service quality between the front of house staff and other service staff (eg waiters, life guards and cleaners). Some front of house staff came across as unfriendly and we were regularly passed between people meaning we had to re-explain our case repeatedly.
Apart from this, we really enjoyed our holiday but I would want others to be aware of our struggles.

We had an amazing stay at White Hills Resort! Everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and the beach and pools were absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh! Salah and rafik A special thank you to the restaurant hosts and all the dining staff for their warm welcome, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. They made every meal even more enjoyable with their friendly attitude and excellent service. We truly appreciated all their efforts!

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at White Hills Resort in Sharm El Sheikh. It was honestly the best resort I have ever stayed at, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
A special mention has to go to my housekeeper, Abdel Satar. He was incredibly kind, understanding, polite, and respectful throughout my stay. His warm and caring personality made me feel truly welcomed and, most importantly, like I was part of the White Hills family.
Abdel Satar went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable, and his excellent service really made a difference. He is a true credit to the resort.
Thank you to the entire White Hills team for an unforgettable stay. I will definitely be coming back!

First time visiting White hills and Sharm El Sheikh and it didn’t disappoint! Me and my husband booked the posh club and it was amazing! The service, the food, the luxury, the room, and especially the staff! They are what made the experience so amazing! Hazem was our butler and he was filled with so much love, energy and vibes- such a lovely person. We miss him so much!
The posh club staff everyone was so so kind and attentive. Especially Mohammed, Iassac, el bayoumy and the bar man Faris. He made us special drinks everytime we went and it was such a core memory of us.
Ahmed the housekeeper was so lovely too gave me flowers and even decorated the bed for us 🥺
We would just go back for them. I would definitely recommend!! And will be back hopefully in the future!

Exceptional stay!
I had a fantastic experience at White Hills Resort. The resort was beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, which made the experience even better.
The location was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect for a holiday. Everything felt well organised, safe and relaxing. The food and drinks were also enjoyable, and there were plenty of opportunities to simply unwind and enjoy the surroundings.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend White Hills Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday. I would happily stay here again! 5/5.
Lando was very nice to us and would really recommend him to anyone visiting the Boscage restaurant.
