Nice hotel, the most amazing view of the sea and mountains, and good value for money. But the whole place does need a refurb. It's kept as clean and tidy as possible. The gardens are exceptionally well maintained and very nice to look at.
The building is just showing it's age, lots of chips, knocks, poor paint jobs, grout needs redoing/missing on almost all tiled surfaces pools included. Everything is looked after as well as possible but you can only do so much before it needs a refurb.
The beach is lovely, the corals and sea life is amazing. But come with some hydrocortisone as the insects (you don't see them) will eat you alive. There is some nice wildlife which do visit the grounds though, some of the birds, dragonflys, lizards, etc.
The staff in general are really good particularly those in the Italian restaurant. Some of the others in other locations I felt uncomfortable around at times as they would be staring intently, even when you look they wouldn't stop. A couple others also seem to only really want to work for tips. I don't mind tipping of you'rendoing a good job. But I don't expect to pay for you to do a good job. The majority of staff however are great but a handful make it not so good.
The pool areas are again nice, but need refurbing and you will at times be overly spoken to by sales reps for spa and excursions. One of the days we had at least 6 in 30 minutes and it'll take a couple minutes to get them to go away. Other times or days you would be hounded less.

My stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The quality of the food was quite poor, and most dishes lacked proper flavor. I also had an unpleasant experience with the drinks. I ordered several alcoholic beverages, but their taste and overall effect felt unusual, which made me concerned about their quality and how they were prepared.
The service was another major issue. There didn’t seem to be enough staff, and the service was extremely slow. For example, my drinks were brought out only after I had almost finished my meal, which made the dining experience even more disappointing.
I have traveled to more than 30 countries, and I rarely encounter service and quality at this level. Unfortunately, the food, drinks, and overall service did not meet the standards I expected, and I cannot recommend this hotel.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough !!!
Hotel was lovely, staff were fantastic and very tentative, we literally didn’t do a thing all week, our drinks kept coming, restaurant staff (Mohammed) was brilliant he waited on us hand and foot.
All the staff were just so friendly and welcoming.
I will say there’s a lot of Russians but this didn’t put us off from booking to go back next year.

This is my second visit to the Concorde front. This vacation was just like the first one, the best. The coral reef here is the best. You can swim for hours and enjoy the sea, corals and fish. The staff is very polite, they don’t ask for tips like I had in other hotels.
The food is delicious. The chef is a wonderful person. He always keeps an eye on every corner of the restaurant. As a person with 5 years of experience in the hotel business, I can say that this hotel is the place where you always want to return. The hotel has a club/disco, open daily from 10:00 PM to 3:00 AM. However, the downside is that neither the entertainment staff nor the staff mention it. I request that future guests be informed about the club.

Check-in
We were a party of four but unfortunately one had dropped out last minute due to illness. Unbelievably this caused massive confusion when checking in as they even tried to say we only had one room booked and not two. This got sorted out eventually but took far longer checking in than needed to be.
Rooms
Great size, cleaned daily, and on the whole, fairly quiet at night. Beds are big although a little hard.
Food
Breakfast is absolutely nothing to write home about. You forget having anything that resembles an English breakfast.
Lunch & Dinner. Fantastic choice of food and unlike other reviews I have read, the service and attention to detail is really really good. There is no waiting and having to wait for tables to cleaned or laid. The restaurant staff are attentive, friendly and will remember your names from day one.
Drink. Again this is something that us Brits will feel totally let down by. Alcohol content in the local beers and spirits is as existant as the staff who are supposed to be either serving it behind the bar, or the little waiter who is obviously supposed to “wait” tables. They are incredibly quick at coming to your table and taking your order, but then they are just as quick to go inside, grab polish and rags, and come out and clean up. I honestly don’t think any of the beer pumps are connected to gas. It’s flat, watered down nonsense more like to cause a drowning rather than give any value for money.
Entertainment.
Daily dose of loud aqua aerobics, which is either good to join in but just as fun to ignore. If your down early enough for the sunbeds, it’s fine and the pool does take a few hours to get filled up.
Evening entertainment are the same songs every night, however the plus point is that it goes off at 22:00 sharp.
Most guests are Russian, and they just enhance the point the the Brits are the best in the world at queueing. Very rude so in the restaurant, expect to be bumped into, pushed back in the queue, and served second place to any Russian in the vacinity. Also, it’s seems like the Russians have just discovered social media and they are not backwards in asking people to move out of there way whilst they all take part in amateur photo shoots.
We came for a week, and to be honest, I’m glad that’s all it is.
