My daughter, my friends, and I have recently returned from our stay at this hotel, and we would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the staff working there. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly by polite, professional, and attentive employees who consistently provided excellent service throughout our stay.
We would also like to extend a special thank you to the hotel manager, who promptly resolved our room concern and arranged an upgrade to a better room without any hesitation or questions. This level of professionalism was greatly appreciated.
The hotel offers evening entertainment every night and an excellent variety of food. Transfers and overall communication exceeded our expectations. Soho Square is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk away, and the hotel also features a disco every night.
The hotel caters well to different preferences: those seeking a quiet and relaxing environment will easily find peaceful areas, while guests looking for entertainment or a lively atmosphere will also be well accommodated. Families can enjoy relaxing days by the pool. As the hotel consists of two sections, it offers many beautiful spaces suitable for all needs.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and their genuine care and dedication made our holiday particularly enjoyable and memorable.

My heart is aching at the fact I have to leave, before anything I need to express my genuine love for all of the staff who work here🥹I have never met such kind, attentive and welcoming people. I came here solo for my 20th birthday, they all made me feel so special, they sung happy birthday and brought me a cake which was incredible, despite this even daily each and every one of them are some of the sweetest people I have ever met to simply just talk to. Egypt is such a beautiful country with beautiful people and it really does show in this hotel. The hotel itself, the views, the rooms, the bars, the restaurants, the pools, everything about it is so stunning. It honestly makes me want to cry at the fact I have to go back, one if the most incredible experiences I've ever had, so greatful x

Absolutely Outstanding Stay – We Felt Like Royalty!
From the moment my daughter and I arrived, we were welcomed like absolute queens. Every single member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, and their warmth and kindness made our stay unforgettable.
We loved everything:
The pools were sparkling, beautifully maintained, and perfect for relaxing or having fun.
The animation team was incredible — full of energy, smiles, and amazing activities that kept us entertained from morning to night.
Our room was spotless, comfortable, and so cozy that we never wanted to leave.
Honestly, everything was perfect from beginning to end. We had the most magical time, and we are already dreaming of coming back. Highly, highly recommended — this place is pure perfection!

Great hotel been going to the Red Sea area for about 7 years a would say this was one of the best. Great customer service from the staff. Great views of beach. In particular would like to thank Shiab in the bar a Mohammed. Alaa in the dining area taught me bits of Arabic. Great guy. All the dining staff infact were very attentive a welcoming. Nice hotel, the most amazing view of the sea and mountains, and good value for money. But the whole place does need a refurb. It's kept as clean and tidy as possible. The gardens are exceptionally well maintained and very nice to look at.
The building is just showing it's age, lots of chips, knocks, poor paint jobs, grout needs redoing/missing on almost all tiled surfaces pools included. Everything is looked after as well as possible but you can only do so much before it needs a refurb.
The beach is lovely, the corals and sea life is amazing. But come with some hydrocortisone as the insects (you don't see them) will eat you alive. There is some nice wildlife which do visit the grounds though, some of the birds, dragonflys, lizards, etc.
The staff in general are really good particularly those in the Italian restaurant. Some of the others in other locations I felt uncomfortable around at times as they would be staring intently, even when you look they wouldn't stop. A couple others also seem to only really want to work for tips. I don't mind tipping of you'rendoing a good job. But I don't expect to pay for you to do a good job. The majority of staff however are great but a handful make it not so good.
The pool areas are again nice, but need refurbing and you will at times be overly spoken to by sales reps for spa and excursions. One of the days we had at least 6 in 30 minutes and it'll take a couple minutes to get them to go away. Other times or days you would be hounded less.
