Good, decent hotel and cheaper compared to other resorts I’ve been to. You get what you pay for, and overall it was ok. However, I do think the respect and politeness from some staff members could be improved. Being called “oi” by waiters felt a bit rude. Most staff were nice in general, but a few could definitely learn better manners.
Another issue was the behaviour of some guests, who were extremely rude and lacked basic manners. I also experienced racism from one guest, which was disappointing, especially considering they were visiting a Muslim country and disrespect Muslim. Respect for different cultures and religions should be expected from everyone.
The staff who truly deserve recognition are the room cleaners and general cleaning staff. They were respectful, humble, and hardworking throughout the stay. Their service was excellent, and they genuinely earned any tips given to them.
As for the food, again, you get what you pay for. Food is not this hotel’s strongest point, and the meal timings need improvement. When the buffet closes, there are no snack bars or alternative food options available for hungry children or guests, which means a lot of waiting around. At other resorts I’ve visited, snack bars remain open when the buffet is closed. Also, some items still require extra payment despite the hotel being advertised as all-inclusive.

Just comeback from almost a weeks stay here. The check-in process was a breeze. The room was very large with a sea view and ensuite and air conditioned. Only gripe here was that we were given only one card key for a room of two. Room were cleaned to a high standard. The room was close to the reception area and dining area. The swimming pool selections were great, located a quite heated one near room 2113. The infinity swimming pool was also good albeit cold even at 2pm (Feb vacation). The service was excellent especially around the bar and reception area. This place is huge, further out there is a beach bar and the view out to the Red sea is beautiful. Outside the complex there are a few shops and a pharmacy, on the left some 500m or so there is Soho Square where you can eat if the hotel food is not to your liking, there is a pub (Queen vic) and a thai, indian and italian place. Drinks are ok here unless you pay additional money for the real hard stuff! Soft drinks like coke, sprite fanta are the original fayre. Did do parasail, situated at the bottom of the horel complex within the beach area, just dont pay the advertised price. Everything can be haggled just be firm and polite. The grounds are clean and its pleasant walking down the paths after eating alot! The shops within the hotel are ok but expensive again be prepared to haggle or walk away. The gym within the complex is below the eating area, and its reasonable, equipped with a leg press machine, preacher curl, cable machine where you can do triceps, biceps etc, also a smith machine, and bench with an Olympic bar. There is a treadmill or two. The dumbells go to 50kg. Did not feel air conditioned. As my flight was a late one I asked for extended hours and so left the room at 2pm rather than 12pm checkout free. My bags were left in storage whist I waited for the taxi. As soon as you check out they cut the concorde strip from your wrist, but I still had access to the restaurant and bar. Ensure that you ask reception for an alternative wifi password as the original password tied to the room ceases the point at which you checkout. Also if you pick a few sandwiches from the restaurant, the restaurant will pack them in takeout tray with cling film. Last point, print your return booking ticket from the hotel as the airport cannot process from the mobile phones.

Hello,
First of all, the hotel is very comfortable and enjoyable. The Deputy General Manager, Mr. Gökhan, took great care of us, and we would like to thank him sincerely for his kindness and attention.
For anyone considering staying here, I especially recommend getting in touch with Mr. Gökhan if you have the opportunity. He makes you feel completely at home and ensures that your stay is as pleasant as possible.
The hotel’s pool and beach are beautiful, and the overall atmosphere is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who is planning to visit.
Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Just finished a 7 day stay at the concorde with my family. First time in Egypt and we'd definitely visit again . The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily tarek and Essem were lovely they cleaned our rooms and were so friendly and helpful.
The pools were lovely we often used the top one which was usual very quiet and the lifeguard would always help with our beds.
The food was ok some was not to our taste but we never went hungry, again all staff would help and Colin the English chef was very accommodating.
The biggest acknowledgement has to go to the bar staff in the piano bar . Hassan and mohamed they make the best iced coffees and we're always greeting us with a smile . The staff work so hard but are all so friendly and chatty . We would return to this lovely hotel

This is our last night at Concorde El Salam with my family. After couple of days that we stayed here, we’re sad that we’re leaving. The atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful. Beach is amazing, coral reefs are gorgeous. The staff was super friendly and willing to help everytime. The food and the activities are also amazing. We were really pleased with everything. Now that we’re leaving, we want to thank to all the staff and everyone made this hotel the best one in Sharm El Sheikh. Best stay ever!
