Everything was absolutely perfect — from the welcoming atmosphere to the quality of service. The staff were always helpful, professional, and smiling, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
The food was consistently delicious, with a great variety and high quality — a big plus!
Special thanks to the room cleaner from Room 5326 — such a kind and hardworking person. Also, heartfelt appreciation to Amen the amazing waiters. You all made us feel at home. We really felt the warmth in your hospitality.
The only area that could be improved is the room condition. Some parts were a bit outdated — for example, the hair dryer wasn’t working properly and the door needed repair. But honestly, these small issues were easily overlooked because the rest of the experience was so wonderful.
We will definitely come back again and again. Thank you for making our trip memorable. With love and respect to all the staff!

While the rooms could do with an upgrade, the location and the facilities have been great. The dinning area maybe needs to be bigger, we had to queue on a few nights to be seated which is not ideal. But the staff have been fantastic and are a real plus point. They have helped us with everything we needed and gone above and beyond in their hospitality and service, we really can't praise them enough.
The quality of the food is good and the fussy eaters of our group managed to find something everyday and enjoyed.
The staff catered for my son with his diary allergy, and were prepared for him everyday which relieved our stress.

A Wonderful Stay – Always Happy to Return!
This hotel in Egypt truly feels like a home away from home. The quality of the food is outstanding — fresh, home-cooked, and bursting with flavour. There’s an amazing variety available at every meal, so you’re never short of delicious options to choose from.
The service is consistently excellent. The staff are friendly, kind, and always polite, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the resort. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the rooms were spotless, with housekeeping maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout our stay.
The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained gardens and a lovely layout. The beach is absolutely gorgeous — clean, with calm, clear waters that are perfect for snorkelling. The poolside vibe is just as enjoyable, thanks to the fantastic music played during the day, which really lifts the mood.
We especially enjoyed the cocktails and alcoholic drinks, which were of great quality — a refreshing change from the watered-down drinks you sometimes get elsewhere.
The animation team puts in great effort, and the entertainment overall was fun and engaging. However, one small point of feedback is that the kids’ disco is mostly in Russian, which makes it difficult for other children to understand and join in fully. It would be lovely to see more multilingual engagement to make it inclusive for all kids.
All in all, it’s a place we love coming back to again and again — a perfect mix of relaxation, fun, and great hospitality. Highly recommended!

A fantastic stay!
Family of 3, myself and two children. The facilities and grounds as a whole were absolutely fantastic. Hard to pinpoint any areas in particular, as we really enjoyed the food, pools, slides, and our room was just perfect for what we required.

Love this hotel and would definitely return. Service was amazing, all the staff are fabulous. As a picky eater the staff also accommodated extremely well by providing us with other options. The restaurant staff are amazing providing us with a happy environment to eat in, the service with the drinks was also so fast. Overall a fabulous hotel and i can’t say enough of how incredible all the staff are.
