We had.nice holiday here. The rooms are modern but some areas of the pool need maintenance. The food is good, the staff are very friendly. The children really enjoyed the kids club and the entertainment from the animation team.
Some hotels we've stayed have better service in restaurant and bars, but staff here work very hard when it's very busy.
We would recommend with people travelling as a family with children

I stayed two weeks, I arrived at night and the room was not ready, stayed in temporary room and the next day I got the correct room. The beach is five minutes walk, the pool is good . The beach is nice after 3 pm because before that it is not possible to swim unless you walk on the pair. If you are good swimmer you can get your musk and enjoy the Red Sea amazing diving experience. The hotel itself is divided to 3 and 4 stars. You can upgrade or book the better option because the restaurant upstairs is crowded and the food is average but the gold restaurant downstairs is slightly better but not the best, It could be better.
The staff are great and doing their best to help. Reception staff are dealing with hundreds of people and they are stressed but still helpful and smiling.
In general it is good hotel for the price with good space and views. I don’t think I will book it again though.

Our experience at this resort was far below our expectations. On our first night, We checked in at 3am and was placed in a room 10 minute walk from the main hotel. This room was on the second floor with no access to lift. When I explained to them I have a baby and need a room downstairs I was told this is what we paid for. The room was awful and dirty and even the door was coming apart. The room had old furniture that fall apart and the pillows had smell and hair and staines. After 2 nights I complained to be moved closer to the actual hotel we paid for and even after the move we still had to use stairs with pushchair which was quite difficult. This new room was no better with outdated furniture and no matter how many times we inform the cleaners to clean our rooms they ignore us. I had to clean it my self each day. The fridge didn’t work, other customers were not happy as you can hear the arguments by the reception each day. The food was the same each day and nothing exciting was happening. our kids were all sick with stomach bug which has never happened on our other holidays before. The beach was not really nice as we couldn't even swim there. Some of the staff were lovely, Mohammad who helped me carry my bags was kind. If you have young children stay away from this hotel. Everything is far away from each other and nothing is in the same place as you would expect in normal hotels. They are not pushchair/wheelchair friendly. I can honestly say it put me off going to Egypt ever again. I would rather pay a bit more and go somewhere nicer.

Definitely not worth the going there, I would not return or recommend it to anyone.

The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms is very bad, the cleanliness of the bathroom is worse. "Napkins are everywhere on the floor, no one cleans" and the smell is very bad. As for the food, it is not very different, it has no taste and its quality is bad, and the children are tired of it.
The bags arrived late, and the bathroom does not have soap or shower liquid, and the water is very weak,
Room and emergency service for children is not available , I never recommend it.
