I would like to leave a special review for Abd Allah, Moatasem and Khaled, who work at the bar of the resort. They are all incredibly friendly, kind and professional, always welcoming guests with a genuine smile and a positive attitude.
They are attentive, approachable and make you feel comfortable at any time of the day. Their cocktails are excellent, well prepared, delicious and always served with care. You can really feel their passion for their work and their dedication to making guests feel relaxed and happy.
They truly contribute to a wonderful atmosphere at the resort and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for your great service and warm hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly hospitable, welcoming, and always made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
The room service team was efficient, friendly, and very helpful whenever we needed anything. We’d also like to give a special thanks to Mohamed, one of the waiters, who was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful. He made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious with a great variety of options.
The hotel is highly recommended, and we truly enjoyed our overall experience.
The only point I’d like to mention is that the beach is quite far from the hotel, and there were no golf carts available to transport guests. As a result, you have to walk a long distance to reach the beach, which can be inconvenient, especially in the heat.
Other than that, everything was amazing, and we would definitely love to come back.

I had a wonderful stay at Amwaj Oyoun Hotel. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel offers excellent facilities, comfortable and clean rooms, beautiful pools, a relaxing beach, and a great variety of food. The staff were always friendly, professional, and eager to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the General Manager, Mr. Azmi Elwan, for his outstanding hospitality and for ensuring that guests receive exceptional service. His leadership is clearly reflected in the high standards maintained throughout the hotel.

Had a really great stay at The Hype in Egypt 🇪🇬✨
The place has a lovely vibe — comfortable, stylish, and easy to relax in. The cleaning standards were also very good, which made the stay even more comfortable.
Chef Amr and Mustafa were fantastic — the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and we even enjoyed some really nice Indian dishes!
Also a big thanks to Amr, the hotel manager, who was very supportive and made sure everything went smoothly for us.
Overall, such a warm and welcoming experience. Would definitely come back! 💛

My experience at Amwaj Oyoun Resort was mixed.
The rooms were old but clean. However, there was a power outage in the room. I called reception and waited for an hour, but no one came. I had to go to the reception myself to complain. The receptionist seemed not to fully listen to my complaint and just took the card and replaced it. There were many problems with the room key card and the safe, and I don’t know why I spent half of my stay dealing with repairs and maintenance.
On the positive side, the staff in other areas of the hotel were kind and friendly. The entertainment shows were excellent and very enjoyable. The food was average to good at times.
The room location was quite far from the facilities, such as the water slides, reception, and beach, so I had to walk a lot under the sun to reach the entertainment areas.
Overall, the atmosphere was very nice because of the animation team, which made the stay much more enjoyable despite the issues.
