I would like to leave a special review for Abd Allah, Moatasem and Khaled, who work at the bar of the resort. They are all incredibly friendly, kind and professional, always welcoming guests with a genuine smile and a positive attitude.
They are attentive, approachable and make you feel comfortable at any time of the day. Their cocktails are excellent, well prepared, delicious and always served with care. You can really feel their passion for their work and their dedication to making guests feel relaxed and happy.
They truly contribute to a wonderful atmosphere at the resort and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for your great service and warm hospitality.

We enjoyed our holidays at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, although they could use a bit of refreshing; they are cleaned daily. The pools are well maintained and clean. A special highlight is the coral reef along the shore, which added an extra touch to our holiday. The food selection is diverse, and there are plenty of bars available. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at Amwaj Oyoun Hotel. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel offers excellent facilities, comfortable and clean rooms, beautiful pools, a relaxing beach, and a great variety of food. The staff were always friendly, professional, and eager to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the General Manager, Mr. Azmi Elwan, for his outstanding hospitality and for ensuring that guests receive exceptional service. His leadership is clearly reflected in the high standards maintained throughout the hotel.

We stayed at Amwaj Resort & Casino 4*. Overall, our impression of the hotel was positive, but several serious issues significantly affected our vacation.
The positives first: the hotel has a large, well-maintained territory, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and good-quality beach towels. The main restaurant exceeded our expectations – the food was varied, everything looked fresh, and it was obvious that the head chef paid close attention to food quality.
At check-in, we were assigned one of the farthest buildings. Walking to the beach and the main facilities took quite a long time. We asked to change the room, but were told that no other rooms were available. The room itself was clean, but very outdated. The furniture and bathroom definitely need renovation.
The coral reef is beautiful, and there are lifeguards on duty, but access to the sea from the pier is unsafe. The steps are extremely slippery, and there are no additional ropes or handrails to hold onto, making it difficult and even dangerous to enter and leave the water.
The entertainment was average. Some shows were enjoyable, but overall there were not enough activities during the day or in the evening. The animation team could definitely be more active.
The biggest disappointment was the seafood restaurant on the beach. After having dinner there, I suffered severe food poisoning. My condition became so serious that a doctor had to be called, and I received an IV treatment in my room. Special thanks to the hotel doctor for his professionalism and care. However, the fact that such serious food poisoning occurred after eating in one of the hotel's restaurants is simply unacceptable. It happened on the last day of our vacation and completely ruined the end of our trip. Please be very careful when choosing food in this restaurant.
A special thank you to the hotel guide. The excursions were well organized, the transfers were punctual, and the prices were very reasonable.
This hotel has many strengths, but the management urgently needs to improve the condition of the rooms, make the sea access safer, and most importantly, strengthen food quality control in the seafood restaurant. These are the issues that have the greatest impact on guests' safety and overall holiday experience.

The place has a lovely vibe — comfortable, stylish, and easy to relax in. The cleaning standards were also very good, which made the stay even more comfortable.
Chef Amr and Mustafa were fantastic — the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and we even enjoyed some really nice Indian dishes!
Also a big thanks to Amr, the hotel manager, who was very supportive and made sure everything went smoothly for us.
Overall, such a warm and welcoming experience. Would definitely come back! 💛
