Overall a very nice hotel came home feeling lovely and relaxed. If you dig deep there are a few rough edges. As most hotels probably have. We had room 1219. Seaview premium. Our cleaner was amazing and room was spotless every day. Our room was on the right hand side of hotel as you exit at the rear. A thing to note is no sun appeared on our balcony at any point. Fine in August but chilly in January. The left side opposite would have been much nicer in my opinion, staff friendly, bar staff amazing and cleaners are really good. Animation team work hard zoo. The beach is lovely too. Overall I could pick some faults with the hotel but I won't as in my opinion i got what I paid for and beyond. Only thing I will say on safety point is there's alot of cracking tiles all around the pool. Some sharp. Unfortunat but hopefully there addressing this problem. Thankyou amwaj for having us i will return I'm sure

The place is nice overall 👌, and the pools are very good, except that the water is not warm. 8/10
The food is good. 7/10
Reception and logistics services are poor. 3/10
Guests are clearly categorized based on nationality:
Non-Arab visitors receive the best service.
Arab guests receive acceptable service but with minimal effort.
Egyptian guests receive below-average service.
I still have some days there I hope to see different things during it.
Another note : they left my room without shampoo for full day and the reception said " sorry we have staff party and the are not working now "

I don't recommend this hotel based on my recent experience.
Before you make the same mistake and book this hotel please read the points belows:
. Room access: opening the door each time was a miserable experience. You will spend long time trying several times until you successfully open it. You will never know the trick then you will believe in luck.
. The hotel is not providing toothbrush or tooth past or travel iron & definitely not cream or shaver.
. Tissue won't be in the room so I had to buy my own from supermarket but I'm not sure if they provide it.
. They have 1 liquid item in the bathroom, this is a shampoo &conditioner & shower gel and anything you wish.
. Don't be surprised when you see uncovered plastic sticks beside the coffee cups. It's for stiring . Yes yes you read it correctly Not Covered.
. When you go in winter time, you will discover that only the smallest swimming pool is heated only.
. If you start to ask questions about the facilities or activities of the hotel, without eye contact they will give you a paper to read so you don't bother them with questions.
Wish you Mr/ Mrs reader a better experience & a nice staying.

Unfortunately, this hotel was a complete disappointment and I strongly advise avoiding it.
The room was in unacceptable condition: there was mold, a constant bad smell, and poor hygiene overall. Room service did not arrive for two full days, and we were left without towels. Even the beach towels were torn and looked as if they had not been properly washed.
The buffet was average at best, but the outdoor areas were full of insects, which made eating very unpleasant.
Another serious issue is transportation. Even if you book directly with the hotel, they force you to use their taxis, which cost three times more than normal prices. They also prevent external taxis from picking you up, which feels unfair and unprofessional.
The only positive note is the staff members. They are kind, hardworking people who clearly do their best and deserve respect. Unfortunately, the management is the opposite rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful toward guests.
Sharm El Sheikh has many much better hotels where you can truly enjoy your time in Egypt. If you want a relaxing and pleasant stay, avoid this place at all costs.

Honestly the experience in this resort was really nice and we enjoyed our time here and didn’t want to leave!
The staff are friendly, the service is really good, everything was beyond outstanding and we would definitely come again!
