MALCOLM EATWELL
Here for 7 nights, second time here. The resort is absolutely beautiful, the gardens are the best I've ever seen, we have a quiet room (308) two queen beds full facilities really clean.
The restaurant's are good with plenty of choice, the a la carte restaurant's are not a la carte as we know it but make a nice change.
The entertainment is a bit noisy at times but we are a bit older I guess, the staff are the most accommodating I've ever come across, I would certainly recommend the monte Carlo to anyone, will be sad to say goodbye.
Thank you to all the staff it's a wonderful place to stay.

Location:
Excellent. You can go snorkeling in the reef 10 times a day, it's just there. We left the resort only once for a boat trip, it's super easy to get around.
Regarding snokeling, I was a bit bummed to find out they feed the fish from the bridge. It creates a weird atmosphere under water. One day we went to another beach which is a bit more pro, where there's also diving. That was truly mind-blowing.
Food:
Just horrible. Sadly. The worst I've seen. There are some restaurants to pick from which makes the evenings a bit easier, but for breakfast and lunch, there's not even nice fruit. We could tip our way to some fresh mango sometimes, but the buffet is really, really bad.
Service:
The staff is supernice, but again - the food - I don't know what's going on there.
The Noise:
So bad. Ridiculously loud music at the pool area, and banging in the evening from 22 and onwards. Makes no sense. It's SO loud. Staff were nice, but couldn't understand why we would possible want peace and calm on our vacation.
Rooms:
As expected. They're fine, but nothing special.
Overall:
We wouldn't go here again. The location was great, people were nice, but the food ruins it. There's just nothing to look forward to. We would go to Sharm El-Sheikh again, but would be very dilligent about the food standard.

Beautiful, clean hotel with a relaxing atmosphere and amazing Red Sea views.
The gym is well-equipped, and special thanks to Julia (coach) for her support and motivation. Also, I really appreciated the staff’s honesty - I lost an item and it was found and returned to reception.

Terrific staff stunning grouds decorated for Christmas and really subtle in the indoor areas with gentle Christmas tunes played in the restaurants and lobby
The staff can't do enough for the guest so polite and accommodating
This is our 2nd visit having previously been here in the summer of 2023 when it was 50 degrees but even in extreme conditions everything was faultless the winter temperature in the high 20s allowing us to enjoy the walking areas and the terraced zones especially at night when no lower than 20 degrees
Would highly recommend many return visits the staff faces change but the impeccable service is maintained as is the upkeep of the entire hotel and outside areas

The hotel is very nice and beautiful, ideal for those looking to relax in a calm atmosphere. The design and cleanliness are excellent – rooms are cleaned daily, and everything looks well-maintained.
However, the entertainment is very limited and mostly focused on Russian guests. The same music plays every day, and it’s mostly Russian songs. There’s no music around the pool during the afternoon, which makes it very quiet – too quiet, sometimes. It would be great to hear a mix of music (some pop or international tracks), not just Russian or techno. Entertainment overall could use more variety and energy.
On the bright side, the hotel staff is very friendly, and the service is great. A special mention goes to Sayed, the restaurant manager – he is very kind, helpful, professional, and truly the best person we met in the hotel.
One important tip: do not take a taxi from the hotel – it’s much more expensive. It’s better to walk just outside the hotel and take a regular taxi from there. For example, you can get to the Old Town for about $4, while the hotel taxis ask for much more.
Overall, it was a nice holiday, especially for relaxing, but the entertainment needs improvement. If you’re not Russian, you might feel a bit left out. Still, the hospitality and calm environment make it worth visiting.
However, if you’re coming for the beach, this may not be the right hotel. The entry to the beach is difficult and not easily accessible, which can be disappointing if you expected a classic beach experience.
