West London
Its 3 ⭐ hotel at the very max !
Everything is very old but this is the least of the problems. Staff is not helpful in fact you feel bad if u ask anything from them. We been here 10 days,
Not once kids club was open! I have asked several people about it and they keep bouncing me to each other. There are nothing for kids. Water slides are allowed from 1.40 m! Which is 12 years +. Kids swimming pool is a tidy paddle with every one as no other pools around. No games, toys or any entertainment for children yet its a family hotel!
Rooms are dated but spacious but only 2 plug sockets , 3 meters away from the bed and only one worked!
They have evening entertainment but its so loud as all of it facing the rooms, so u cant sleep until 12 as the music is very very loud.
Massive good thing is the sea, very warm and the corals are stunning, so snorkelling is amazing here.
Food is very average , big gaps between meals,
So if u want to sleep longer and miss the breakfast next meal only at 1 pm.
Overall its a massive disappointment as hotel is neglected and staff dont care at all
Grounds are large and have great potential with the right management it might be good but at the moment i wouldnt waste my money and time here

Mixed experience.
The hotel itself has several strong points: beautiful views, an impressive coral reef, and reasonably furnished rooms. However, the rooms are outdated and clearly in need of renovation. The food was acceptable and fairly varied, although I cannot fully evaluate it due to specific dietary requirements.
I would like to acknowledge the lobby bar manager, Amged, and his team for their professionalism and attentiveness. The lobby bar offers the best morning coffee and a genuinely pleasant atmosphere. The beach bars are also well organized; Mario and Nader deserve special mention for their polite attitude, good English, and friendly approach.
Unfortunately, the overall guest profile significantly affected the quality of the stay. The hotel primarily hosts Russian-speaking tourists, which strongly influences the general atmosphere. Guests who value personal space, calm surroundings, and respectful behavior should be aware of this in advance.
During our stay, we repeatedly observed intrusive behavior in public areas, excessive alcohol consumption, loud interactions, disregard for personal boundaries, and frequent conflicts in the dining areas. There were also recurring issues with guests ignoring hotel rules, challenging staff when asked to comply, and taking sunbeds by removing other guests’ belongings.
These factors created an environment that felt stressful rather than relaxing and clearly diminished the overall experience.
The most disappointing moment occurred on our final day at reception. Our interaction with Ahmed Sheras felt unprofessional and dismissive. Clear explanations were not provided when requested, and the tone of communication was unnecessarily raised. Considering that reception staff represent the hotel and are responsible for guest relations, this was a particularly poor way to conclude the stay.
Overall: this hotel may be suitable for travelers who are comfortable with a very lively and unpredictable environment. However, those seeking a peaceful, respectful, and truly relaxing vacation may wish to consider alternative options.

Our experience at this supposed five-star hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff were not hospitable at all. You could clearly feel that they were not welcoming, and the level of service did not match what you would expect from a five-star property.
The food was very poor. I am not even talking about the quality of the ingredients — the food was simply not good, just barely eatable. We were expecting a much better and more varied dining experience from a five-star hotel.
We also had issues with cleanliness. In the room, you could still see stains on the shower door, and it never felt truly clean, which is very disappointing.
On top of that, when we asked for slippers, they brought us used slippers placed inside a plastic bag to make them look new. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one claiming to be five stars.
Another point for future guests: be careful with the pharmacies outside the hotel. One person working there tried to charge up to ten times the price listed on the medication box. When we confronted him, he claimed it was an error, but we noticed the same thing happening at another nearby pharmacy — they seem to try to exploit tourists.
Based on our experience and the attitude of the staff, this hotel cannot be considered a five-star hotel. In reality, it barely reaches the level of a two-star hotel in terms of service, hospitality, and overall quality.
Overall, we would not recommend this hotel and would definitely not stay here again.

The resort has a lot of potential, but unfortunately the front office service seriously lets it down.
The food is good, with decent variety and taste, and the location is excellent, making it convenient and enjoyable for a holiday stay. The overall manager appears competent and professional, and seems to be doing a good job managing the property.
However, the front office service is absolutely hopeless. Basic hospitality, communication, and responsiveness are clearly lacking. In particular, Mr. Yusuf needs proper training in guest handling, professionalism, and customer service. Interactions at the front desk were frustrating and unhelpful, which negatively impacted the overall experience.
With better training and accountability at the front office, this resort could be much better. Until then, the poor front office service overshadows what could otherwise be a pleasant stay.

Just returned from a short birthday break. Hotel is lovely and spacious. The staff especially George/Amir were very attentive and friendly. The food was a let down, often luke warm and i found it too oily. The deserts were clearly mass produced, cakes may look different but all tastes the same. The grill was better. The beds were extremely comfortable, however, the bathrooms could do with a deep clean. Plenty of space around the pools, but you will get bothered with salespersons from the Spa who we found very rude.
