Mövenpick Resort – Excellent Stay
I had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Hotel. Everything about the hotel was excellent and well organized. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and very comfortable, making it perfect for relaxation.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained, with beautiful views and comfortable beds. Housekeeping did a great job every day.
The restaurants are amazing, offering a wide variety of food with high quality and great taste. Breakfast was rich and fresh, and dinner options were diverse and delicious, catering to different tastes.
The bar experience was also very good, with a nice selection of drinks, a relaxing vibe, and friendly staff. It’s a perfect place to enjoy the evening.
The staff are very polite, helpful, and professional, always smiling and ready to assist. The service really made the stay special.Overall, Mövenpick is a fantastic hotel with great service, food, and atmosphere. I highly recommend it and would definitely visit again.

This really is a lovely hotel. Our room was a deluxe king with sea view, at the top of the resort (room 1503). The view was stunning. The room was cleaned very well and we always had plenty of bottled water. It's a short walk to the promenade and pleasant walk to Naama Bay. We were diving with Oonas Dive School, who are close to the hotel, so it was easy to walk there each morning. We could not fault the restaurant, lots of choice, with the counters replenished constantly. The jetty at beach 4 made it easy to get into the water to snorkel, and the reef here is truly beautiful. I spent hours in the water. Even in December, the water is warm, but it's a little cool afterwards! The staff were always very pleasant and helpful. The drinks for the all inclusive are adequate, although I cannot recommend the red wine. Everything else was ok. We will definitely like to return in the future.

I stayed at this hotel recently and overall I believe it has great potential, thanks to its beautiful location and stunning sea. The structure itself is very impressive, and one of the highlights is definitely the beach: the water is crystal clear and, compared to many other resorts in Sharm, the umbrellas are well spaced and not overcrowded, which makes the experience much more relaxing.
That said, there are several important areas that need improvement, especially considering the brand standards one would expect.
First of all, cleanliness and maintenance require much more attention. Small details already create a poor first impression, such as the main reception entrance door that constantly squeaks. More seriously, the restaurant bathrooms were very dirty, and during meals the cutlery was placed directly on placemats previously used by other guests, which is not acceptable from a hygiene perspective.
Another point concerns guest privacy at the beach. It would be very helpful to introduce “Do Not Disturb” signs for the sunbeds. On several occasions, while I was resting in the afternoon, staff members came to talk to me, which disrupted what should be a quiet and relaxing moment.
Finally, I used the SPA services (manicure, pedicure, and waxing), and unfortunately this was the most disappointing part of the stay. The quality of the service was very poor, the prices were high, and the hygiene standards were extremely low. The manicure alone took several hours and the final result was unacceptable (I can provide photos). I understand that the SPA is managed by an external company, but this still reflects directly on the Mövenpick brand image. I strongly suggest being more selective and stricter when choosing and supervising external service providers.

The food quality was excellent with a wide variety to suit all tastes. Breakfast was rich and fresh, lunch and dinner offered both international and local dishes, and everything was well presented. Restaurants were clean, organized, and the service was fast. Drinks were well prepared and available throughout the day.
Staff & Service
One of the strongest points of the hotel is the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always smiling. They were very helpful and made us feel welcome and comfortable at all times. Customer service is clearly a priority here.
Pools & Facilities
The swimming pools are clean and well distributed around the resort, offering both quiet and lively areas. The beach access is excellent, with clear water perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The resort is large, beautifully designed, and very well maintained.
Entertainment & Atmosphere
The atmosphere is calm yet enjoyable. There are daily activities, evening entertainment, and relaxing spots for couples, families, and solo travelers. It’s a perfect mix of relaxation and fun.
