Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing overall. The food quality was terrible — it honestly felt like leftover food was reheated and served again day after day until it was finished.
The drinks were even worse. The alcohol was extremely low quality and tasted more like flavored syrup than actual cocktails. Almost every drink was overly sweet, artificial, and impossible to enjoy. Definitely not what you expect from an all-inclusive hotel.
The staff behavior was another major issue. Most employees were rude, careless, and showed very little respect or attention toward guests and their requests.
The rooms didn’t even include an iron. If you asked for one, they would bring it to your door and tell you to use it quickly and return it immediately.
The room key cards constantly stopped working, so at all hours of the day we had to walk all the way back to the lobby just to get them fixed again and again.
Basic amenities like toothbrushes, slippers, and bathrobes were also missing from the rooms unless you specifically called the lobby and requested them.
After only three nights, all of us got food poisoning, which completely ruined the trip.
The only positive part of the stay was the Palm-side rooms, where we stayed — those rooms were clean and relatively nice.

Pros:
• The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.
• The hotel environment and overall atmosphere were beautiful.
• The location was convenient, and the beach area was very nice.
Cons:
• The service was extremely poor. Most staff members seemed unmotivated, unfriendly, and unhelpful.
• The quality of the drinks was very disappointing.
• The buffet and food quality were far below expectations. The food, desserts, and fruits did not seem fresh at all.
• Both of us experienced food poisoning during our stay, which was very concerning.
• The room key card stopped working multiple times during our stay, forcing us to repeatedly walk to reception for replacements.
• There were not enough buggies available, and often there was no driver, which resulted in long waiting times.
Overall, this experience was very disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our stay at the hotel was the best experience. The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were extremely helpful. The best animator, Leolya, made sure our vacation was comfortable and truly unforgettable! The food was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The highest praise and biggest recommendations for this hotel 🤩 We will definitely come back again and again! See you soon!

We stayed at this hotel from May 23 to May 26. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the overall hotel atmosphere was pleasant.
However, our experience was disappointing overall.
The service was extremely poor. The quality of the food, desserts, and drinks was very bad. The food and desserts did not seem fresh, and it often felt like food from previous days was simply reheated. The food quality was so poor that both of us experienced food poisoning during our stay.
Most staff members seemed tired, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. Whenever we asked for assistance, it often felt as though they were annoyed by guests.
The room key card system also had ongoing issues, and during our stay we had to replace our key cards multiple times, which was frustrating and inconvenient.
There were not enough buggies available, and even when they were available, waiting for a driver often took a long time.
Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations, and based on our experience, I would not recommend it

An absolute gem in Sharm — calm, quality, and unforgettable people
We’ve been to Sharm multiple times, but this stay truly stood out.
First of all, the hotel environment is beautifully maintained — lush, clean, and thoughtfully designed. You immediately feel relaxed. The atmosphere in the Palm side is something special: calm, elegant, with lounge music, occasional opera, and a very refined vibe. If you’re looking for a place to truly unwind — this is it.
One of the biggest highlights is that you can use both Novotel Palm and Novotel Beach. It gives you the best of both worlds — peaceful retreat and lively beachfront — without any hassle.
Now, the staff… simply outstanding.
This is where the hotel really shines.
A special mention to Sherif, the pizza chef — every time he saw us, he was waiting with a smile and a fist bump. Such a simple thing, but it made our days. Please send him greetings from Lithuania if you meet him!
And also Ahmed, our waiter at the restaurant — incredibly professional, warm, and attentive. He communicated in multiple languages, always made sure everything was perfect, and genuinely cared about our experience.
The food? Honestly — perfect. Consistently good, fresh, and enjoyable.
About the beach — I was initially worried about having to go to another hotel area, but it turned out to be super easy and very close. No awkwardness, no “you’re from another hotel” feeling — just smooth and welcoming.
And the reef — amazing. The sandy entrance makes it especially great for kids, as they can safely explore and see marine life even without strong swimming skills.
A small downside worth mentioning:
On our last day, our wristbands were cut off in the morning, even though our flight was only at 10 PM. As a result, we had to pay extra for food during the day. Unfortunately, this information was not clearly communicated either when choosing the flight schedule with the agency or upon arrival at the hotel. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it’s something future guests should be aware of.
Overall:
Even after visiting Sharm 6 times, this is easily one of the best choices we’ve made — and probably the only hotel we would genuinely want to come back to again.
Highly recommended.
