Very great place for families. The food for a resort is delicious, with a great varieties of meals. The activites are good. It's very green, full of trees, plants and burds. To
enjoy the sea, you have to wait afternoon to enjoy with fishes and corals. Otherwise you can enjoy in front of the beach a small area which is good as well. But really, it's a very great place.
Just please, as egyptians, keep welcoming us like all guests.
I do recommand this hotel for holidays, especially if you have kids. A piece of heaven ❤️

Stayed at Sharm Grand Plaza Resort for one week with my family and we had a very pleasant experience.
Special thanks to Manager Maget Talaat and Ramadan Vega for being extremely polite, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. They quickly resolved any issues we had and made us feel very welcome.
The hotel is very family-friendly and suitable for all ages. The beach was wonderful, with beautiful corals and many colorful fish. There is also a shallow sandy area without corals which is suitable for everyone, including children and people who are not confident swimmers. The pier is excellent for snorkeling.
I would recommend bringing your own sea shoes and snorkeling equipment for maximum comfort.
The pools were also very good — there are 3 pools suitable for different ages and preferences.
Overall, we had a lovely family holiday and would happily recommend this resort.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!
Without exaggeration, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
The rooms are old, poorly maintained, smell unpleasant, and the bathrooms are in terrible condition. We stayed in three different rooms, and all of them had the same issues. There was also loud noise almost every night.
Even worse, the hotel was carrying out renovation work while guests were staying there. Paint thinner and chemicals were used in the hallways, and when we turned on the air conditioning, the smell entered our room. At one point, a child from our group was left in a room briefly and returned to an overwhelming solvent smell. Completely unacceptable.
The food was poor, repetitive, and often looked like leftovers repurposed from previous meals. Two people in our group developed stomach problems. We also saw pest control spraying near the snack area without protecting the food, and there were even mice around the property.
The buffet hygiene was questionable. Tables often had missing or incomplete cutlery, and sometimes the same utensils appeared to be left behind from previous guests. There were too few serving tongs, many of which looked old and poorly maintained.
Drinks were disappointing. A few bartenders were great, but others were rude, rolled their eyes, and sometimes didn’t even know basic cocktails like a Cuba Libre or Piña Colada, despite the already limited menu.
The staff overall felt unprofessional and seemed to treat Italian guests much better than everyone else, even though we tipped almost daily.
The evening entertainment was weak, there was almost
