This was our third stay at the Steigenberger Alcazar in four years, and once again it exceeded all of our expectations.
The hotel is absolutely immaculate, with beautifully maintained grounds, spacious rooms, and fantastic facilities. The food is outstanding, with an excellent variety and consistently high quality throughout our stay.
However, what truly makes this hotel so special is its people. Every single member of staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and their genuine warmth and professionalism are what keep bringing us back year after year.
A very special thank you goes to Mo, our poolside waiter. Every morning he greeted us with the biggest smile, and his positive attitude instantly made our day. His attentive service, friendliness, and infectious personality are a real asset to the hotel, and he deserves to be recognised for the exceptional job he does.
To all of the staff, thank you for making our holiday another unforgettable experience. You should all be incredibly proud of what you do. We are already looking forward to returning for our fourth visit!

The Italian restaurant is truly one of the best restaurants we’ve ever visited! They made my father’s birthday incredibly special. The team beautifully decorated our table, surprised him with a birthday cake, and the entire staff gathered to sing and celebrate with us. It created such a warm and memorable atmosphere.
The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was beautifully presented, the portions were generous, and everything we ordered was full of flavor.
Thank you for making our special day even more memorable. A special thank you to Rabab and Ahmed Otb for their exceptional hospitality. They are two of the friendliest and most welcoming people we have ever met. We can’t wait to come back!

A special thanks to the animation team. They are energetic, cheerful, and truly passionate about what they do. Every day they organize fun games, sports activities, and entertaining evening shows that make guests want to join in. They create a wonderful atmosphere, make everyone feel included, and are never pushy. Thanks to them, our holiday was even more enjoyable, memorable, and full of positive emotions. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and it was clear that they genuinely listen to and care about their guests. The entertainment team deserves a special mention. They were absolutely fantastic—friendly, kind, full of energy, and so much fun. The hotel in general is amazing! All of the staff are incredibly helpful and do their absolute best to make everyone in the family happy. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals at both the Lebanese and Italian restaurants. A special thank you to Martina, who welcomed us upon arrival and went out of her way to get us a comfortable table. Another big thank you to Abubaker, who ensured we had everything we needed and made sure our food arrived quickly. Thank you to the entire restaurant staff for an excellent experience!
