Our stay at Steigenberger Hotel Sharm El Sheikh has been truly exceptional. We previously stayed at the same hotel chain in Hurghada, had a wonderful experience there, and chose to return — and once again, Steigenberger did not disappoint.
From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for. The atmosphere of the resort is elegant, relaxing, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place to unwind.
The staff are incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. Every interaction felt sincere, and the service throughout the hotel is consistently outstanding. It’s clear that the team puts a great deal of heart into making guests feel special.
The food is excellent, offering high-quality ingredients, fantastic flavours, and a wide variety of dining options. We loved having so many different restaurants to choose from — each one unique, beautifully presented, and delicious.
Also to mention- had an amazing Indian head massage at the Spa.
A particularly memorable moment was our dinners at Italian restaurant and at the Japanese restaurant Hama. The dishes were superb, and the service from Khaled was truly outstanding. His warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism made our evening unforgettable.
Overall, Steigenberger Hotel Sharm El Sheikh exceeded our expectations once again. We are delighted we returned to this wonderful hotel chain, and we will happily choose Steigenberger again in the future. Highly recommended!

Honestly, this place blew my mind. Super clean, super organized, and seriously beautiful. The vibes around the resort are just perfect.
The spa and massage? Insane. Pure relaxation — they really know what they’re doing.
Food was amazing… like actually delicious. The restaurants inside the resort are next level, each one with its own style and all of them sooo good.
The beach is unreal — crystal-clear water, perfect weather, and the snorkeling was out of this world. Felt like I was swimming inside a documentary.
The staff are crazy friendly and super helpful. They make you feel like you’re their favorite guest.
The only bad thing?
I had to go home.
But I swear, my next vacation is definitely gonna be here again. These guys are pros.

From the moment we arrived at the Alcazar, it felt special. The hotel itself is well designed and well maintained. Our Standard room was very spacious with a massive, comfortable bed with multiple pillow options. Despite the habit of guests placing towels on sunbeds as early as 6am! there were always beds and cabanas available round one of the 3 pools and the pool team were always keen to help everyone find somewhere to relax. The dining options are excellent; The buffet has a great range of western and Arabic options and the 5 a la carte restaurants provide different intentional options (If you have trouble using the app to book the restaurants, just head to Client Services and they will always find something for you). The grounds are beautiful and perfectly maintained - I would recommend a pool view room so you have a view of the gardens as well. There are plenty of sheltered sunbeds on the beach. The beach is rough sand and the first 100m of sea is rock/coral and only thigh deep - so beach swimming required a walk along the jetty to the coral wall. There is snorkelling equipment there to borrow along with bouyancy aids and there is plenty of sealife there. There are access steps into the deep sea as well as a safe, family snorkelling area about waist deep. The stars of the hotel are the staff. Every single person we encountered from reception, management, bar staff, lifeguards, the entertainments team to the gardeners were welcoming, friendly and continuously focused on making our stay as pleasant as possible. A special thanks go to our housekeeper Mohammed (building 6C), Walaa in the main bar, Faris with his drinks trolley, Emad who brought us extra towels every morning and Mando from the entertainments team who just wanted to make sure we had a smile on our face all day!

Great hotel, clean, modern and the staff cannot do enough for you. Friendly entertainment staff, but not too intrusive. Good food, plenty of drinks/ice cream/cold flannels to keep you hydrated. The poolside staff are super friendly and are very genuine. Always happy to help. Cannot fault this hotel.

I am currently staying at Steigenberger Alcazar in Sharm El Sheikh, and it is an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel’s elegant design and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are incredibly warm and professional.
The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished. The pools and beach area were stunning—crystal-clear water, plenty of sunbeds, and a relaxing vibe.
One highlight of my stay was definitely the Italian restaurant, Limoni. The food was exceptionally tasty—authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented dishes. Highly recommended!
Overall, Steigenberger Alcazar exceeded all my expectations. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, great food, top-tier service, or a luxurious atmosphere, this resort delivers it all.
