Wonderful hotel. Spacious room with everything you need. Delicious food and drinks, the choice of juices is great (mango, strawberry, guava, orange), great service everywhere you go. The animation team is the best. The sea is far but the rides are quickly arranged. We enjoyed our stay a lot and want to come back!! Perfect vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay!! We have stayed at dozens of 5-star all-inclusive hotels in various countries (including Egypt), and this one was our absolute favorite!! The hotel is gorgeous, with attention to detail and elegance. The food was absolutely phenomenal: the buffet was exceptionally good without fail, and there were so many times when we would take a bite of food at the restaurants and say, “wow!!” We felt extremely safe and relaxed. The ambiance and live music was lovely. The spa with jacuzzi and sauna was fantastic. But what truly set apart this hotel was the staff. They were extremely professional, respectful, kind, and friendly. They spent time talking and getting to know us, and treated us more like extended family than guests, with so much warmth and kindness. They made a hotel feel like a home. It was truly a very special experience that we will never forget. Thank you so much!!!

I stayed at this resort for 7 days. August 11-18 room 5111. The resort is very big, clean, beautiful. Our room was spacious and with a large balcony. The cleaning boy did a good job every day. I visited the Lebanese restaurant, the food was delicious and the staff was friendly. The garden looks wonderful, that grass like a green carpet, flowers and palm trees, I was amazed by the garden. There is a bar in the resort that is open 24 hours, there in the morning and during the day it was difficult to serve. I was standing at the bar for long minutes to find someone to serve me with a cappuccino. In the evening there were many waiters but 1,2 were working the rest were talking with colleagues. The food in the buffet was not to my taste, but I always found something to eat. The dessert honestly was not tasty. The reception is staffed by very respectful and nice guys, they helped me with everything, they explained everything nicely. I would return to this resort anytime. I already miss the garden and the spacious pools. Thank you very much for the staff every day spent in this resort, they worked in 45°C so that we had a pleasant vacation. I can't even imagine how hot it was in the kitchen. Thank you!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Steigenberger Alcazar Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The service was truly top-notch—friendly, professional, and always one step ahead.
The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. Every meal felt like a new experience, and the restaurant staff were incredible—bringing our drinks before we even finished the last, remembering our preferences, and adding that extra touch of magic to every dinner.
A special shout-out to the entertainment team, led by the amazing Mario, who made our holiday even more magical. One unforgettable night, they invited our daughter on stage to dance in front of all the guests. She was overjoyed, and it's a memory we'll cherish forever.
Our cleaner was also outstanding! After we left him a tip for his great service, we returned to find our beds beautifully decorated each day—such thoughtful touches that truly made us feel special.
If I could rate this hotel 10 stars, I absolutely would. Highly, highly recommended!

Rude attitude towards the hotel customers at the reception. We came to this hotel for the holidays with two children. We were given a room on the top floor, where there is no roof in the corridor. It is dangerous for children to walk in the corridor, as the side is very low and it is possible to fall down to the ground. The room is a complete disappointment. The room is outdated, in poor condition and needs repair. The children's beds are located right next to the front door. There is practically no light in the bathroom and you can't see anything. The cleaning in the room is terrible. The bed linen is of poor quality and already all in pellets. Uncomfortable and prickly feather pillows. We were surprised by such a low level of service and the condition of the room. Compared to the Steigenberger Hotel in Hurghada, where we were this winter. The bar in the room is paid here. We asked at the reception to change the room to a better one. In response, we received rudeness and the receptionists argued with us. They said that the wishes for the room should be voiced earlier, but now it is too late. The hotel level does not correspond to 5 stars. I do not recommend the Steigenberger Alcazar hotel to anyone.
