This was our third stay at the Steigenberger Alcazar in four years, and once again it exceeded all of our expectations.
The hotel is absolutely immaculate, with beautifully maintained grounds, spacious rooms, and fantastic facilities. The food is outstanding, with an excellent variety and consistently high quality throughout our stay.
However, what truly makes this hotel so special is its people. Every single member of staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and their genuine warmth and professionalism are what keep bringing us back year after year.
A very special thank you goes to Mo, our poolside waiter. Every morning he greeted us with the biggest smile, and his positive attitude instantly made our day. His attentive service, friendliness, and infectious personality are a real asset to the hotel, and he deserves to be recognised for the exceptional job he does.
To all of the staff, thank you for making our holiday another unforgettable experience. You should all be incredibly proud of what you do. We are already looking forward to returning for our fourth visit!

A special thanks to the animation team. They are energetic, cheerful, and truly passionate about what they do. Every day they organize fun games, sports activities, and entertaining evening shows that make guests want to join in. They create a wonderful atmosphere, make everyone feel included, and are never pushy. Thanks to them, our holiday was even more enjoyable, memorable, and full of positive emotions. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and it was clear that they genuinely listen to and care about their guests. The entertainment team deserves a special mention. They were absolutely fantastic—friendly, kind, full of energy, and so much fun. The hotel has nice architecture, great location and very clean.
The front desk team was warm, professional, fast and very helpful during check in and check out.
My room was with a sea view breathtaking! Very clean, spacious, comfortable bed, all the necessary facilities in there and very quiet at night.
Im very grateful to Sayed who looked after my room and made it spotless.
The food in the main restaurant was delicious and fresh with big options. The service was great especially from Karim who always greeted me with a big smile and an amazing service. Thank you Karim!

We travelled with a group of friends and had the most fun holiday at this hotel!
The layout of the resort is perfect, so it is easy to find everything you need.
Our rooms were located next to each other, they were spacious, bright and very modern. The pools are huge, warm and there is great music playing during the day.
The entertainment here is at a high level and the animators have such a happy energy that we were never bored!
We had a lot of fun joining the aqua aerobics, dancing by the pool and playing darts or bocha!
The evenings were always exciting with interesting shows and live singers at the bar!
The choice of food at the buffet is huge, with a variety of seafood, salads, pastries and wonderful grilled dishes.
We really enjoyed the snacks and ice cream served at the beach bar during the day.
The beach area is wide, clean and has plenty of comfortable sun loungers for a large group.
The sea is very clean and beautiful and we swam with masks every day.
The bartenders and waiters are extremely fast, friendly and always remember your favorite drinks.
The entire staff is very friendly and pleasant, they always talked to us and took care of our stay! We had a great time without any problems and we definitely want to come back together!
