Our stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome. They are incredibly helpful and very friendly, always ready to assist with a smile and ensure everything runs perfectly.
The hotel offers many restaurants with a great variety of foods and drinks, so there is something for everyone. Every meal was delicious, and the wide selection made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
The entertainment team is amazing and full of energy. The show provided by Neverland is top notch and truly impressive, with outstanding performances and production quality.
The water attractions are also excellent, offering plenty of fun and relaxation for all ages.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily return again.

The hotel is huge and offers a lot - you can also go to another Pick Albatross hotel across the road to have even more activities. The water slides are fun, but there is no clear schedule when which slides are operating, so you have to ask.
The personal is very friendly and helpful!
The food is very good, everyday something new.
The rooms are a bit older, not freshly renovated, but spacious.
We traveled as a couple, but can imagine it’s a very cool place for kids!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how neat and clean the entire hotel is. The facilities are excellent, very well maintained, and clearly looked after with great care. The aqua park is amazing and offers plenty of fun and entertainment. The atmosphere throughout the resort is vibrant yet relaxing, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help.
The only real disappointment during our stay was the spa facilities. Unfortunately, the spa area — especially the bathrooms — was very dirty and did not match the high standards maintained in the rest of the hotel. Considering the amount of money we spent on the spa services, we genuinely felt it was money wasted. It was quite surprising because everything else in the hotel was kept so clean and organized.
Another important point we would like to mention is the food. As strict vegetarians, we struggled with the limited vegetarian options available. There were very few choices for vegetarians, and often vegetarian dishes were placed next to non-vegetarian food, which made it difficult for us since we do not consume chicken, beef, or any non-vegetarian items at all. Even cross-placement next to non-veg food is something we avoid.
However, we would like to give a very special thank you to Chef Prince Lalwan, who truly made a difference to our stay. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and understanding of our dietary requirements. Every single day, he prepared separate vegetarian meals specially for us according to our needs. He consistently checked on us, asked about our preferences, and ensured everything was prepared properly. His effort, care, and professionalism were highly appreciated, and we are extremely grateful to him. Also the chef who was cooking fresh Pita bread, who was working next to Prince Lalwan(big fat guy :) --- ), forget to ask his name. thank you man for giving use fresh Pitta bread . My kids still mis both chef and also remember them.
We kindly request the hotel management to consider creating a clearly separate vegetarian section to better accommodate vegetarian guests.
Apart from the spa issue and limited vegetarian options, everything else was excellent. We had a very enjoyable stay and appreciate the overall service and hospitality of the hotel.

Just returned from a family holiday to this resort and would definitely recommend. Staff are absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Check in was seamless. Transport supplied to take us to our room Inc cases, excellent. Rooms probably need an update but they are huge & clean, plus we were given an upgrade which was a nice surprise. Water park was amazing including the use of the sister hotels water park too. Grandkids loved them both. Food was a bit hit and miss unfortunately. Bar service was excellent throughout. Entertainment was ok. Restaurant Staff decorated a table, supplied a cake and sang happy birthday for my granddaughters. A fab surprise for her.

The slides are truly amazing, not like a kindergarten. We rode like kids and didn't feel embarrassed 😂 You get out of the water and immediately want to do it again. There are tons of pools, everything is clean and beautiful, the resort is top-notch.
The food is simple, but there's always something to eat. We never went hungry. Plus, there are snacks, ice cream, and drinks – there's something going on all day 🍹
The rooms are simple but comfortable. After an active day, a shower, air conditioning, and a bed are all you need. The staff is pleasant, smiling, not pushy, but helpful.
The entertainment is active, noisy, and lively – the hotel truly feels alive. If you like peace and quiet, don't come here. If you're looking for action, laughter, and excitement, you're in the right place 💯
The sea is a special treat 💙 The Red Sea, as always, didn't disappoint.
Bottom line:
This hotel is all about excitement, fun, and a true vacation.
