I do not recommend this hotel.
The reception staff were unprofessional and impolite. They delayed handing over the rooms, and when we finally received the first room, there was no air conditioner. We had to go back to reception to request one.
When we got the second room, I asked them directly for an air conditioner, but they told me to check the room first myself and then come back. After I returned and confirmed it wasn’t there, they checked their system and saw that the room wasn’t equipped. They could’ve checked that from the start and saved me two trips.
The rooms were in very poor condition — not clean at all. The TV was old and barely working, the air conditioner would run for a few minutes then shut off, and the room had a strong, unpleasant humidity smell.
On top of that, you have to pay for everything. I asked for a key to the safe so I could store my money and passports, and they told me I had to pay €3 per day just to use it.
I truly do not recommend this hotel.

Terrible experience – avoid this hotel!
This was by far one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The place is a disaster from start to finish:
• We booked a room with a double bed and got bunk beds instead. Reception said they had no other rooms and didn’t care. The travel agency didn’t help either — we lost two days trying to get a proper room.
• Bugs in the bathroom, dirty and broken shower, and no toiletries or towels provided.
• The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful — made no effort to solve even basic issues.
• Wi-Fi didn’t work at all.
• The food was the same every day, absolutely disgusting. Dirty, unwashed cutlery made us lose our appetite.
• The beach in front of the hotel is actually a kids’ play area surrounded by rocks (attached picture). Real beaches are at least 10 minutes away and you have to pay €5/day for a sunbed and €4 for an umbrella.
• The reception bathroom (we arrived at 4AM) was worse than a public toilet.
• Lamps and shower were broken in the room.
• The hotel is extremely noisy — you can hear everything, from neighbors yelling to footsteps above.
• Elevators were out of order too.
This hotel is a joke. Avoid at all costs.

We’ve had an amazing time during our stay, and a big part of that is thanks to Peter! From the moment we arrived, he’s looked after us with great energy, always making sure the music was perfect and the vibe just right.
Not only is Peter incredibly lovely and attentive, but he also happens to be the most handsome guy in the entire resort — a total standout! 😄 He brought an extra spark to our holiday, and we genuinely looked forward to seeing him around each day.
I came here with my friends from Hungary, and I’m from London myself — and we all agree Peter made our experience even more special. Resorts like this are made better by people like him. Please keep him, appreciate him — and while you’re at it, give the man a pay rise! He truly deserves it.
Thanks again for a wonderful experience 💫

⚠️ DISGRACE OF A HOTEL — AVOID AT ALL COSTS ⚠️
I’m here now and counting down the days for this holiday to end — a trip I waited for all year, completely ruined.
I’ve stayed in 3-star all-inclusive hotels that blow this place out of the water — and they were half the price. This place isn’t even close to 4-star. It’s a complete joke.
Food: Smells rotten. Same reused rice, pasta, and sides every day. I got sick with nausea. Spoke to 8 families — all agreed the food is disgusting and unsafe.
Drinks: Beer is like water, wine and spirits have no strength, no cocktails or variety. “All-inclusive” is a scam.
Snacks: Nothing. No fast food, no ice cream, nothing between meals. Just the bare minimum.
Safety: No lifeguards. I cut my foot on something sharp in the pool. Staff took 30 minutes to react and didn’t care. Totally unsafe.
Service: Bar staff at the main pool act like they’re being forced to work and treat guests like a problem. Reception is no better. No professionalism, no respect.
Room Wait: Got here at 10 AM — waited 6 hours for a room while other groups walked right in. No apology. Just ignored.
This hotel is a disgrace. Filthy, unsafe, lazy, and not worth your time or money.
Final notes:
This place is falsely advertised and a scam. It’s not a real all-inclusive — “all-inclusive light” or full board would be more accurate.
I don’t know how any reputable travel agency can promote this filth. It’s nothing but a money trap. Stay far away.

TL;DR: Great location by the sea, but everything else was a disappointment.
• Room was dirty, infested with ants, air conditioning didn’t work for the entire stay, water was either not running or dirty.
• Food was tasteless, plates were often missing, meals undercooked, cutlery dirty.
• Staff unhelpful and repeatedly ignored reported issues.
• All-inclusive bar lacked many drinks, was far from the beach.
• Town full of pushy street vendors.
Conclusion: This hotel doesn’t meet even basic standards. I strongly recommend avoiding it.

Where do I even begin.
After landing, we spent an hour and a half on a bus with a broken air conditioning system — although that’s probably not directly the hotel’s fault.
Rooms:
When we received our room key, we discovered the room was infested with ants, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the sink was clogged.
They managed to get rid of the ants that same evening and replaced the entire drainage pipe under the sink, but the air conditioning was never fixed during our stay.
The maintenance guy came three times on the first day, each time fiddling with the condensation drain hose and telling us it was fine. Even though I kept telling him — and the reception — that the AC wasn’t cooling at all.
Each time I reported the issue, the receptionist would reply sourly with, “We’ll fix it,” and after the third time I told her they kept doing the same thing without results, she snapped back with, “Don’t worry.”
They didn’t even care that there was a puddle of water under the AC unit in our room. One day, I was told that a technician would be coming to refill the refrigerant, and she wrote down our room number along with about ten others. Of course, no one ever came — or maybe the refrigerant ran out before they got to us — because the AC never worked.
The room temperature was constantly above 30°C.
They couldn’t move us to another room because the hotel was supposedly full. We’ll be following this up with our travel agency, because a functioning air conditioner was part of what we paid for.
On Wednesday, we even had no hot water the entire morning, and once it finally came back, it was dirty until the evening.
Food:
When it comes to the restaurant, it’s more of a queue simulator.
Plates were often unavailable, and several times we didn’t even get to eat because nobody brought any out.
The food was tasteless, rice and pasta undercooked, eggs spoiled, and cutlery dirty. Most dishes didn’t even have name tags, so you had no idea what you were eating.
Two out of the three drink dispensers were missing several sodas for the entire stay (like diet cola, etc.), and carbonated drinks were often out as well.
Location:
The only real positive about this hotel is the location — it’s close to the sea and within walking distance of the town.
However, going into town requires nerves of steel — there are countless flower vendors who will push roses into your hands while saying “for free” and then demand money.
Best advice: raise your hands or put them behind your back, because they’ll literally force the items into your hand. The same thing happens with glowing bracelets.
Also, don’t bother getting drinks at the hotel bar in the evening. You’re better off walking a bit to the city, where prices are much more reasonable. For example, a beer at the hotel bar costs €6, while in town it’s €3.
The all-inclusive bar is located on the opposite end of the resort from the beach, while the paid bar is right in the middle.
