Overall was a nice experience; the personnel were very friendly (Adina the best), the food was good, and the night shows (live music or acrobatic shows) completed the good feeling.
The activities for children were varied and well-organized, from creative workshops and interactive outdoor games to the evening mini disco, which the children loved.
The only downside of the holiday was the beach, which is not exactly ideal for small children. There are many rocks at the entrance to the sea, and the area with fine sand in the water is quite small, so special water shoes are absolutely mandatory. Also, on some days, quite a lot of seaweed gathers on the shore.
However, for snorkeling enthusiasts, in the area of the rocks, the water is clean, and many small fish can be seen.
Another aspect that could be improved is the condition of the rooms, which could use some renovation. The paint (whitewash) is starting to look old, and the mattresses are quite worn and not very comfortable. Although cleaning was done daily, the furniture and finishes clearly show their age.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire hotel team for a wonderful vacation. Everything was excellent, and we have absolutely no complaints.
The cleanliness was impeccable, the service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. The beach was magnificent, and Room 216 was excellent. Housekeeping was provided daily, and the variety of food was impressive—everyone could find something to suit their taste. The drinks were of high quality, and we especially enjoyed the coffee at the beach café.
The entertainment program, evening concerts, and sports activities were all organized at a very high standard. The hotel staff work together as a truly professional and well-coordinated team. Everyone was always willing to answer our questions and provide assistance, and the level of service was exceptional.
A special thank you to Konstantiana. She has a truly kind heart ❤️ and warmly welcomed us upon arrival and saw us off at departure.
Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful holiday. We will definitely return again.

OK, just back from a week there. Really good. It's out of the way, with the hotel facing a green lawn and then a beach, then a small rocky island in the sea. Lots of sun-chairs to pull and put as you like.
Food and drink, as it's all inclusive. Fine dining it's not, it's mostly buffet but perfectly good and lots of choice (there is a restaurant , didn't try). Lots of different stuff, looked pretty good. Breakfasts are decent especially.
Staff are awesome, very friendly, great welcome, I pitched up late, and they'd had food sent to my room, as it was very late. They also had midnight snacks in the bar, so I managed a beer and some sandwiches before conking out.
Rooms are pretty functional, but clean. wifi is a bit dodge in my room, but works very well in the main building and on the grounds. This trip was in school time, so not much children. Good option for a bit of peace.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and were very satisfied with our holiday. Everything was great — the food was delicious, the hotel grounds were beautiful and well maintained, and our room was cleaned every day. The hotel also has its own private beach, which was a big plus. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again!

We had a wonderful unforgettable stay at Meli palace. Stayed there for 7 days and I cannot praise the staff enough for their hospitality. Amazing bars, fabulous beaches, delicious food and never ending cocktails. Only hiccup is the WiFi, generally slow and rooms have no coverage which is shame when staying for longer periods and have to make plans around the hotel and post your photos on insta.
