We had a wonderful family holiday at Sol Marina Beach Hotel and would happily stay there again. The hotel is perfect for families, especially those travelling with children, as there are plenty of activities and entertainment options to keep kids busy throughout the day. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed, and ideal for a family getaway.
One of the best things about the hotel is its excellent location. The beach is just across the road, making it very convenient to enjoy the sea whenever you want without needing to travel far. It was great being able to easily switch between the pool area and the beach during the day.
The staff were also a big part of what made our stay enjoyable. Everyone we met was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever needed. Their positive attitude really added to the overall experience and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with good facilities for both adults and children. Whether relaxing by the pool, enjoying the entertainment, or spending time at the beach, there was always something to do.
Overall, Sol by Melia Marina Beach Hotel is an excellent choice for families looking for a fun and relaxing holiday. Great location, helpful staff, and plenty of activities make it a place we would definitely recommend.

We have been really satisfied with our stav. It rarely happens that pictures are worse than reality but this was exactly the case. Amazing hotel area with lot of trees, delicious fond (mainly lunch and dinner), enough space in the pools and by the see.
I would only suggest to consider bigger playground for kids and place some clocks to know the time as pools close at 6pm.

What a fantastic week we had at Sol Marina! We travelled as a party of 9 including 4 younger kids and there was something for everyone to do. Food was great with different themes, so nothing seemed repetitive. Plenty of different choices for drinks and the cocktails were lovely. Everything was kept clean and tidy. Staff were all very helpful. One particular person stood out…JOHNNY BRAVO 🙌 what an asset to the hotel! He made our stay, as the kids loved him and was always about keeping everyone entertained.

The property has been recently renovated: the common areas are spacious, well designed and, above all, extremely clean, with staff constantly working to maintain every area spotless.
There are 5 swimming pools, including a mini waterpark for children, making the resort perfect for families, fully reflecting the SOL by Meliá brand standards. The only small downside is that the indoor pool, open during the colder months, is unfortunately not heated.
The hotel beach is clean and well equipped, with sunbeds and umbrellas included, as well as beach volleyball and football courts.
The resort also offers mini golf, a bocce court, table football, table tennis, a games room and an entertainment program with activities for both adults and children scheduled throughout the day.
Pleasant evening entertainment is available at the main bar.
The real highlight is definitely the restaurant: the food was excellent, always varied and of very good quality. The all inclusive formula allows guests to eat and drink practically at any time of the day, and they even brought additional food amenities directly to our room.
A special thank you to the waitresses Georgia and Antigoni, who were serving our section. Besides being professional and extremely efficient, just like the rest of the staff, they always had a smile on their faces.
We stayed in a spacious bungalow, perfect for a family of four, with a nice outdoor area as well. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom featured a modern new shower. As in many parts of the island, toilet paper cannot be flushed in the WC.
Finally, we would like to sincerely thank Ms. Fani from the Guest Experience Team, who made us feel like part of the family. She was always available, caring, full of useful recommendations and incredibly kind and welcoming.
We love the Meliá brand, and this experience was yet another confirmation of its quality.

I would like to thank you very much on behalf of my family for a wonderful stay from June 17th to 24th, 2026—this was largely thanks to your efforts.
Special thanks go to Ms. Despina Vasiloudi, who handled my request regarding the room and early check-in upon arrival. Thanks also to the reception team for their assistance with every matter and for extending our stay until our departure time (a paid option, but one that made the final hours of our holiday much more pleasant).
The hotel is very close to the airport—a maximum 20-minute drive; we were the first to be dropped off after the airport pickup, and the transfer was quick with no unnecessary stops. The hotel is truly close to the beach—closer than I had expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The food was excellent and very tasty, and the kids' area was fantastic; my 4-year-old son had a great time in the mini-aquapark (the pool depth is 30 cm, perfect for such a young child). In addition to the mini-disco, the hotel hosts shows for adults; we particularly enjoyed the fire show.
I highly recommend vacationing here.
