I think this hotel is a 3* at most. We paid for a private pool room which is the priciest room they have.
The room its self was spacious but basic and the pool was lovely however was not cleaned daily meaning a build up of flies etc so we bought a net to clean it ourselves. The food was average, they had a range of themed food options, but at times was repetitive, the same as their snack bar options. Customer service from receptionist was disappointing. During our week stay, we asked 4 times for a late checkout as our flight was at 1am and our transfer wasn’t until 10pm. Each of the times we asked we were told to come back as they weren’t sure about availability… on our checkout day we were told to come back at 10:30-11am (checkout time) we were told we could have late checkout but in a different room as our current was booked, however when searched online the room I was staying in was available online to book but receptionist said bookings don’t show in their their systems? We paid an extra €80 to be put in an out dated room which was joint via an open window to the restaurants seating area!! That room was 2* at most and that’s being nice. The positive is that it’s close to beaches, shops and restaurants. Overall in my opinion rooms definitely do not represent a 4 star hotel.

1 Star – Great Location, Terrible Food and Drinks
Where do I start with this hotel?
I stayed here for 11 nights at the end of June. As a solo traveller, my first impression wasn't great. The transfer coach couldn't drop me directly outside the hotel and instead left me by the beach. At 1am, I had to walk through an alleyway to reach the hotel on my own, which was not the welcome I expected.
Check-in itself was smooth and my luggage was taken to my room. The room was spacious, clean and overlooked the pool, which I had paid extra for. However, despite the room appearing tidy, the floor clearly wasn't being mopped properly. After every shower, the soles of my feet would be black from simply walking around the room.
The hotel grounds are large, well maintained and offer lovely views over the beach. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end.
Drinks
The drinks were genuinely some of the worst I've experienced at an all-inclusive resort. Everything tasted heavily watered down and was served in tiny, flimsy plastic cups. Even one staff member warned me not to drink the lemonade because it was "vile".
The main bar serving spirits is located beside the children's pool, where toddlers in nappies are swimming. Meanwhile, the bar nearest the main pool doesn't open until 11:15am and doesn't serve spirits at all, only beer, wine and soft drinks. If you wanted a cocktail, you had to walk all the way back to the main bar near reception.
The cocktails themselves were not cocktails. They were essentially sugary syrups topped up with cola, lemonade or soda water. Astonishingly, the hotel didn't even have orange juice available.
Food
The food was by far the biggest disappointment. Out of an 11-night stay, I ate out on 9 occasions because I simply couldn't face the hotel food.
Every evening I would walk into the restaurant, look around and often walk straight back out. Almost everything was lukewarm or completely cold. When I complained, I was told there were microwaves available in the restaurant. That's not an acceptable solution. Nobody expects to reheat their own breakfast, especially cold fried eggs.
Lunch was manageable because I mostly survived on Greek salad and watermelon.
Dinner was consistently poor. Much of the food looked unappetising, labels were often incorrect, and dishes lacked flavour. The hotel claimed to serve "cod" every day, yet the fish looked different each time and the two times I've tasted it, tasted more like mackerel. As someone who loves fish, I ended up eating out instead and had a proper grilled fish.
One particularly bizarre offering was labelled "chicken ribs", which turned out to be chopped-up chicken carcass pieces.
Pork skewers - pure fatty bits, nothing pleasant to eat.
Overall
Save your money and avoid this hotel if you're expecting a decent all-inclusive experience. If you do stay here, I'd strongly recommend booking room-only and enjoying the local tavernas instead. The food and drinks there were far superior.
I've never stayed at an all-inclusive hotel where I felt forced to spend additional money eating elsewhere. Paying for all-inclusive and then having to go out for food and drinks most days completely defeats the purpose.
Would not return.

I booked this hotel based on the good reviews, unfortunately it was rather lacking in reality. The pools were fantastic, the rooms were basic but very clean (our cleaning ladies were lovely)
We came as a family of five with three rooms booked. The rooms allocated to us were all far apart, when I questioned why we were not closer together I was told I should have requested to be together at the time I booked, silly me for assuming family would want to holiday close together.
The food was a very big let down, including ice creams only being available at meal times.
I have never been to an all inclusive that I have had to pay for WiFi.
Late check out was only available at a price. Luckily our wristbands were not cut off at the 11 o’clock check like everyone else’s were.
I believe this hotel should be considered at more of a 3 star rating.

We had an amazing weeks stay here
The hotel is clean and rooms beautiful
The best thing about this hotel is the staff! Mario from reception is so friendly he went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely holiday. The hotel lucky to have this man as part of their team.
Would highly recommend people to stay here

⚠️MISSING BELONGINGS and AWFUL SERVICE: Avoid this hotel at all costs. This has honestly been one the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had.
The most serious issue happened during our stay in room 2002, where several items of clothing worth approximately €300–400 disappeared from inside our suitcase. These were not clothes left lying around the room or forgotten somewhere—they were packed in our luggage (mostly because the hotel offers ONE hanger per person to store your things). On the third day of our stay we realized we are missing these items.
When we reported this to reception, we expected the hotel to treat such a serious incident with professionalism and concern. Instead, we were met with arrogance and dismissive behaviour. Before any investigation had even taken place, the reception manager repeatedly defended the housekeeping staff, telling us they had worked there for over 20 years and therefore “would never take anything.” Rather than investigating what had happened, she kept insisting that we search our room again, despite us explaining several times that we had already searched everything thoroughly and that the missing clothes had been inside our suitcase. Several times, she was correcting US about our attitude, telling us how to communicate with her. This was laughable and extremely unprofessional.
Instead of taking our complaint seriously, we were made to feel as though we were the ones causing a problem. The attitude was essentially that the hotel could not possibly be responsible and that we must have forgotten to pack the clothes or misplaced them ourselves. There was no empathy, no apology, no reassurance and no effort to investigate what had happened. They kept us telling the only way to resolve this situation is to go the police station directly, during our holiday and at our own expense, and solve it with them. We even called with the police from reception phone, they had rejected our complaints and refused to come to the hotel to investigate this matter. They kept asking if we wanted to sue the hotel, avoided direct responses and refused to say their names.
The staff were also extremely evasive. When we asked to speak directly with the hotel manager, we were told there was no phone number, no email address and no way to contact him ourselves. Apparently the only option was to arrange a meeting through reception. When we asked the reception manager for her name so we could include it in our formal complaint, she flatly refused to tell us. We have never experienced such a lack of transparency or accountability in any hotel.
Unfortunately, the rest of the hotel was just as disappointing. The pools were visibly dirty, with no showers or even foot-rinse stations nearby, and there was never any lifeguard present. The food was genuinely awful—processed or canned, with almost nothing fresh, no fish or seafood. They also struggle to replenish the dishes that were already eaten. The snack bars offered a very poor selection, and the all-inclusive drinks and cocktails were among the worst we’ve ever had, horrible low-quality alcohol. Not even clean water was good. We ended up eating and buying drinks outside the hotel for most of our holiday because the quality inside was so poor.
No beach towels are provided, you even have to pay extra for sunbeds on the beach, and the room amenities are almost non-existent—just one bottle of water on arrival and nothing else replenished. We were even asked to leave breakfast and change our clothes despite wearing light summer dresses over our swimwear which should be absolutely normal in a beach resort. We are glad we didn’t have a problem with cockroaches in the room as some of the other guests staying here.
For the amount of money this hotel charges, there are countless better options. Between the missing belongings, the arrogant and dismissive way we were treated, the poor food and drinks, dirty facilities and terrible customer service, this hotel was a complete disappointment. We would never stay here again and absolutely cannot recommend it.
