Overall, we had a good stay and felt the hotel was worth the money. It met our expectations, and I would stay here again.
The pools were the highlight of the hotel, and we also really enjoyed the Blue Bar and the little church on the property. The entertainment was great, especially for families with children, which is who I’d recommend this hotel to the most.
The hotel was clean overall, but housekeeping could have paid more attention to the room floors, especially under the beds. The air conditioning also wasn’t always as cool as we would have liked.
The staff were friendly, but the hotel sometimes felt a bit understaffed. Around the pool, the massage vendors could be quite persistent, which became a little annoying.
The food offered plenty of variety, but the quality was inconsistent. The snack bar food was sometimes dry, and the salads weren’t always fresh. It was also difficult to find sunbeds during busy times.
The location is convenient with public transport nearby, although the steep hill and lack of a pedestrian crossing outside the hotel can be inconvenient.
Overall, it’s a good-value hotel with excellent pools and entertainment. There are a few areas that could be improved, but we still enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at this all-inclusive resort with the same group of 12. Overall, it’s a great choice for those who love all-inclusive vacations, though we realized this style is less for us.
The resort itself is huge, high-capacity, and very clean, with constant maintenance, numerous pools, and plenty of activities. Its location on the outskirts of Hersonissos makes it easy to get around even without a rental car. A solid option if you're looking for a bustling, full-service resort stay!

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.
However, the hotel advertises that it has a gym, but the gym is of a very poor standard. Considering the size of the hotel and the quality of the services it offers, the gym should be much more respectable.
Many of the machines are not working properly, there isn't even a single exercise mat for stretching, let alone dumbbells. If I were managing this hotel, improving the gym would be one of my top priorities.
The hotel has many guests, and with so many people interested in fitness, the current gym quickly becomes overcrowded. In addition, I believe one of the children's playgrounds in the outdoor area could be replaced with a bodyweight workout area, which would be a great addition for many guests.
Overall, the hotel is excellent, but upgrading the fitness facilities would significantly improve the guest experience.

What a great choice of resorts to stay in! Never once struggled for a sun bed! Food was a great variety and the staff work so hard!
We were very fortunate that the reservations department sorted us with a room upgrade for our wedding anniversary in one of there new rooms with a private pool! Glorious room very fresh and service from staff was very attentive. We used the gym every morning and found it quiet at 7am, I did ask for some cleaning spray to be provided to clean machines after but I think the lady mistook this for hand sanitiser but she actioned the request very quickly, thank you very much for making our 2 week stay very memorable, we even got a late check out for a reasonable price right up to an hour before we left! Thank you so much

We recently stayed here for a week. Overall, the hotel is nice, the rooms were clean and had all the main essentials we needed. The only downside was the TV, which only had one English-speaking channel (CNN), so there wasn't much for young children to watch.
The pools were excellent and suitable for all ages. My daughter absolutely loved them and spent most of her time there.
Unfortunately, the food was the biggest disappointment. The choice was quite limited, especially if you're a fussy eater, and there were very few suitable options for young children, which is something the hotel really needs to improve. We ended up eating at the snack bars most days as they had slightly better options, and I lived on cheese and ham toasties for most of the holiday.
The hotel is in quite a hilly area, so getting around with young children, especially those who have outgrown a pram but still tire easily, can be challenging.
The evening entertainment was enjoyable, with some really good acts throughout the week. However, the daytime entertainment was quite repetitive, with the same activities such as water Zumba and water polo every day.
The biggest frustration was the sunbeds. You have to be up around 7am to have any chance of getting one. The hotel says towels are removed from unattended beds, but during our stay this didn't seem to happen, making it very difficult to find a sunbed later in the day.
We were also allocated a room directly below the bar, so every morning and evening we could hear chairs scraping across the floor above us, along with music, which was quite noisy. Our balcony also had no privacy as it overlooked the main restaurant area, meaning people were constantly walking past.
Overall, we had a good holiday and the hotel has plenty of positives, particularly the clean rooms and fantastic pools. However, improvements to the food, daytime entertainment, and sunbed management would make a huge difference to the overall guest experience.
