The all-inclusive bar, along with the pool and the views are just perfect. The staff are extremely friendly and humorous, and the dinner buffet options every night are diverse and delicious, far better than anything I've had in the past.
The views from the location are great too, and the hotel offers free packed lunches if you book in advance for when you go on tours etc. Only complaint I'd have is that the free WiFi is only for the lobby, whereas the rooms need a paid package for WiFi. Otherwise, an incredible hotel and a very good choice for those visiting Crete!

The hotel staff is very helpful and respectful. The food is unforgettable I have never felt so good eating anywhere else. I would definitely come back just for the food. The pool is decent, nothing extraordinary, just a standard pool. The rooms are cleaned every day, and the bar is wonderful. Overall, this hotel is definitely worth staying at for a vacation!

The hotel is situated between Hersonissos and Stalida, 2 well known tourist resorts on the north coast of the prefecture of Herakleion Crete, with easy access from the airport, port and highway.
We had booked a double bed room at an all inclusive price which was definitely vfm. The room was very clean and spacious with sea view and there were a lot of options for breakfast/lunch/dinner. In the photos you can see the buffet for Saturday 30th May (dinner). Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I would definitely recommend

The rooms definatly need renovating, there is no air ventilation and if you go to the toilet the smell will be there for the rest of the day. Rooms were cleaned daily but the furniture needs to be changed and improved. Staff were helpful and friendly. Quite far from town centre and theres only a small access to the beach. The food wasnt the best it was quite repetitive but you could find somethihg. We would reccomend more entertainments and definatly renovation.

First night we got to the hotel at around 11:30pm, we shocked to find that you had to pay for wifi for your room, I’ve never experienced something so unusual in my life but fair enough you need to make money somehow. We were then promised late night snacks and it turns out it was just bread,ham and cheese. The most depressing sandwich I’ve ever seen in my entire life! Even my dog wouldn’t eat it. The cola did not even taste anything remotely to cola, it tasted like syrup and was absolutely un drinkable. Don’t get me started on the alchohol, the beer was just not beer it’s just water with some food colouring, the wine, cheapest thing you could ever find. Carrying on, the next day I wake up with severe diahhrea, I had to go to the toilet 11 times in one day and this sequence lasted the entire stay I was here. Now, I love breakfast and I woke up to the most depressing breakfast ever, the bacon was not bacon is was just seared ham. The chef looking depressed making eggs for customers even though the hotel manager said all the staff were kind and the best of the best which I think is a complete lie. Get ready for your lunch and dinner to always have pasta and baked fish, I guarantee you you won’t go a day without missing it! What a great selection of food (sacasm). I’ve never been in a pool with sea water in it, I find it quite strange and weird. Can they not afford chlorine in the pool? I don’t know either? The room was okay but i find it very unprofessional that the hotel manager is piping up to people in the comments, your hotel is not 5/5 buddy. On the day of the checkout, I was told that staff were the kindest and sweetest on the planet. However, me and my friend woke up to a cleaner who opened our door screaming “CHECK OUT NOW!” REPEATED 5 times atleast. We need recieved lots of calls from the manager or whoever was downstairs that we had to check out even though we already knew so it was quite annoying. The cleaner also reported to the manager that something bad happened [ SHE LIED] we were still in bed and packing our stuff. Now for the last day I expected a great lunch and dinner, but guess what guys? It was PASTA!! My favourite meal, almost like this is an Italian restaurant? Funny huh? Anyways thanks for reading my review, I appreciate all my supporters and I hope you also enjoyed reading this manager. Sorry I wasn’t done, one more thing, I had to climb around 100 stairs to get to me room, it was like climbing mt Everest in the heat. Good luck if you have a bad back or in a wheelchair.
