The hotel is situated between Hersonissos and Stalida, 2 well known tourist resorts on the north coast of the prefecture of Herakleion Crete, with easy access from the airport, port and highway.
We had booked a double bed room at an all inclusive price which was definitely vfm. The room was very clean and spacious with sea view and there were a lot of options for breakfast/lunch/dinner. In the photos you can see the buffet for Saturday 30th May (dinner). Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I would definitely recommend

The rooms definatly need renovating, there is no air ventilation and if you go to the toilet the smell will be there for the rest of the day. Rooms were cleaned daily but the furniture needs to be changed and improved. Staff were helpful and friendly. Quite far from town centre and theres only a small access to the beach. The food wasnt the best it was quite repetitive but you could find somethihg. We would reccomend more entertainments and definatly renovation.

The hotel doesn't deserve 💫4 stars, but 3. I'm giving it 💫3 stars because of the excellent service, kind treatment,🏃♂️ speed, and hospitality of the staff, as well as the wonderful view 🏞
The downsides: 🧗♀️ Accessing the rooms is very difficult; I have to climb stairs, then apartments, then more stairs, and then apartments again until I reach the top floor.
The food is very very bad 😔 and doesn't match the service 👎 . Most of the time, I had to skip lunch, and for other meals, I ate salad.
Pork 🐖 was readily available; it should be noted that some people don't eat pork.
🐔The chicken and 🐟 fish were cooked poorly and don't even deserve one star.
🏘The hotel is old, but I don't mind that because the cleaning was done daily and was excellent 👍

The rooms are basic but spacious, small bathroom with shower. The staff is polite and when you ask anything they will try to accommodate you to the best of their knowledge. Location is probably 15mins if you're using bus as transportation but better if you have your own transport.

I had such an amazing time in this hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing, every single one of them. The cleaners were nice and spoke to you in the morning, the receptionist was really helpful, the cooks would talk to you, the Barman will chat with you and joke around with you. The only thing that I would say that bothered me, was that the bar was understaffed. Sometimes you’ll be waiting 25 minutes plus just for a beer. This was my first all-inclusive resort that you couldn’t just pour your own beer or soda. If someone in front of you ordered a cocktail that one bar staff would be doing that and nothing else.
