Where to start. Despite it says 4 stars hotel is not 4 stars as you would expect.
Rooms are basic. No internet in the room that is decent and if you want some you need to pay 2 euro a day. Staff is not overly friendly. Many times we felt rushed or almost like they wanted to get rid of us while we were eating/drinking. Not a big variety for the breakfast. Food is not bad but not amazing either. I was missing fruit during the afternoon. Coffee is just instant if you want any better you need to pay. Despite you pay for the holiday at the check in you will find out about additional payments which is 10euro a day. Hotel is on a small hill. There is no access to the beach from there or near by. Most of the coast is built with resort and hotels and they will not let you on the beach.
All over not the worst or best place. Average, basic. But despite that hotel was buzzing, full of people, booked out.

I stayed at this hotel for a week, and the experience was truly made easier thanks to the incredible staff. They went above and beyond to assist me-making phone calls on my behalf, helping with directions, and even supporting me with paperwork, all despite the language barrier.
George, in particular, was exceptionally kind and understanding during a very difficult time for myself. I'm so grateful for the care and compassion shown to me.
The room was spacious, cleaned daily, and very comfortable. Housekeeping and bar staff were all friendly and welcoming. The food was good freshly cooked in front of you on the grill and plenty to choose from.
Excellent service all round highly recommended for their outstanding service.

I recently came back from a week stay at the hotel - my mum and I loved it! The room was available much earlier than check-in time, had a balcony with beautiful view over the sea, was spacious and clean. My favourite meal was breakfast but lunch and dinner were also lovely with huge varieties of dishes. Bar staff (from Cristina during the day and both Manuels in the evening) were a delight, always smiling and accommodating. The pool area was very tidy with lots of free space. The hotel is up the hill but the view is worth every drop of sweat. There are two beaches nearby (for me and my 70 years old mum 20 mins walk is nearby) with clear and warm water. We never went into town as there was no need - everything we looked for was at the hotel. I highly recommend the Semiramis Village!

We stayed for 8 nights at the hotel. Before arriving the reviews had me skeptical but when we stayed for a couple nights I didn’t see anything massively wrong. The stay could’ve been better due to our neighbours being extremely loud and rude and the rooms are very echoing so beware if you do stay. The food was fairly good but the breakfast was on point, service was good and our room view was amazing looking right out to the sea. The real question is would we come back…I’m not sure due to what happened on our stay with the neighbours and another incident it’s really left us In the movement of not staying but I’m not at all saying it’s a bad place to stay. But beware the hotel does state it’s “ all inclusive “ but if you want a cocktail or any other alcoholic drink instead of beer or wine you do have to pay extra for each drink

Great hotel for a chilled and relaxing holiday. Rooms were cleaned daily and plenty of towels.
Pool and bar/restaurant had mountain and sea views which is lovely
Close to the lovely and lively town of hersonissos and malia...just a short bus ride away or an hours walk. Loads to do in the main towns.
Staff were excellent and very helpful, especially Chris and lambrini. Bar staff are good fun and happy to help.
This hotel is not 5 star, but it is very good 4star for the price.
