This was our second stay at Cook's Club, and once again it exceeded all our expectations. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location is ideal, the hotel is spotless, and every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.
Our room was lovely, comfortable, and cleaned to a very high standard every day. Fresh towels were provided daily, and everything was kept spotless throughout our stay.
A huge thank you to Stravos, Erika, Adonis, Naysika, and all the team for making our holiday so special. Their exceptional service and warm personalities really made a difference. The cleaners worked so hard, and the chefs served delicious food throughout our stay.
Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety to choose from each morning. The cocktails were delicious, and the bar staff were brilliant—always friendly, attentive, and happy to recommend drinks. The DJ created an amazing atmosphere every day, and the massage was one of the highlights of our holiday—so relaxing and well worth it.
The sun loungers were really comfortable, making it easy to relax by the pool all day. Great Location too in the centre of everything!!!
We had another unforgettable holiday and are already looking forward to returning next June. We would highly recommend Cook's Club to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and memorable stay. Thank you to everyone for another wonderful holiday!

We were extremely satisfied with our overall experience at CC Hersonissos. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a wonderful room with a beautiful view of the mountains & the staff was nice.
However, having previously stayed at the CC Kolymbia Rhodes, we were expecting a similar concept, especially regarding the half-board option. While the food at the Cantina was delicious, the menu felt a bit limited. The system of having a €22 daily credit per person felt more like a constraint than a perk. We would have much preferred a traditional half-board system with a proper evening meal, a table-service experience and a wider selection of local Greek dishes. For instance, we absolutely loved the Greek menu on Saturday night!
Regarding the pool area, we really enjoyed having two pools. There were plenty of sunbeds available at first, though it started getting trickier to find a spot as high season approached. Our main critique would be the music. It was played very loudly all day long. We would have appreciated it if the music started later in the afternoon so we could enjoy a quiet, peaceful atmosphere to rest during the morning and early afternoon

We are about to check out from our 7 night stay here and we’ve had an absolutely fantastic time.
From the minute we arrived we were welcomed with big smiles and made to feel at home, check in was a very straight forward process and took very little time.
We booked a junior suite and I’m so glad we did, our room was on the ground floor and was spotlessly clean. Having a separate bedroom was great as it meant my partner and I could still relax if the other wanted a nap etc. The bed was also incredibly comfortable.
We got engaged on our first night and my MIL asked my partner to arrange a surprise and the hotel staff went above and beyond surprising us with fruit and Prosecco, such a lovely touch.
Breakfast is very tasty and something we looked forward to everyday, it was nice to see a range of alternative milks on offer as well. Everything tasted fresh and was a great selection.
The cantina food is delicious, I’m not usually an eat at the hotel person as we love trying the restaurants where the locals eat. I will make an exception for the food here as it is delicious, lovely portions and very fresh.
Over all we’ve had a fantastic stay, we said on our second day that this will become our go to hotel each year in Crete now. We’re already planning to book for the same time next month.
Over all we’ve had a fantastic time, the location is perfect, staff are great and the prices are reasonable.
Thank you Cooks Club, we will see you in May 2027.

An amazing stay for my friends hen do! The perfect location as everything is in walking distance, but also is set off the main road so don’t feel overlooked.
The room was perfect for the 3 of us! No kettle or iron in the room, but brought up immediately if requested at reception.
The staff are super friendly, and we were looked after by Erica amazingly - I contacted the hotel prior to arrival and had a note left in the room and she remembered us every night - just a lovely touch that made us feel special!
Cocktails yummy and breakfast is included with such a range of options. Would definitely recommend eating round the pool as well!
Definitely will return if I came to Crete again!

Lovely and clean, well maintained. Large spacious rooms, worth paying the extra for a pool view. Great comfortable beds with excellent housekeeping. Two decent pools, sunbeds can be an issue but credit to the management who removed towels from empty sunbeds. The hotel is right on the strip with plenty of supermarkets close if you need anything. Short stroll to the waterfront with lots of food and drink options. Great breakfast with plenty of options and eggs cooked to order. All staff were very welcoming and helpful.
