⚠️ DISGRACE OF A HOTEL — AVOID AT ALL COSTS ⚠️
I’m here now and counting down the days for this holiday to end — a trip I waited for all year, completely ruined.
I’ve stayed in 3-star all-inclusive hotels that blow this place out of the water — and they were half the price. This place isn’t even close to 4-star. It’s a complete joke.
Food: Smells rotten. Same reused rice, pasta, and sides every day. I got sick with nausea. Spoke to 8 families — all agreed the food is disgusting and unsafe.
Drinks: Beer is like water, wine and spirits have no strength, no cocktails or variety. “All-inclusive” is a scam.
Snacks: Nothing. No fast food, no ice cream, nothing between meals. Just the bare minimum.
Safety: No lifeguards. I cut my foot on something sharp in the pool. Staff took 30 minutes to react and didn’t care. Totally unsafe.
Service: Bar staff at the main pool act like they’re being forced to work and treat guests like a problem. Reception is no better. No professionalism, no respect.
Room Wait: Got here at 10 AM — waited 6 hours for a room while other groups walked right in. No apology. Just ignored.
This hotel is a disgrace. Filthy, unsafe, lazy, and not worth your time or money.
Final notes:
This place is falsely advertised and a scam. It’s not a real all-inclusive — “all-inclusive light” or full board would be more accurate.
I don’t know how any reputable travel agency can promote this filth. It’s nothing but a money trap. Stay far away.

The rooms were always full of dirt (never cleaned properly) the towels also dirty.
There are open wires everywhere around the hotel. The big trash containers are never taken care of - the whole area smells of garbage. In the cafeteria- only disposible cups which are super bad for the enviroment considering that one person in the hotel uses at least two cups in a day. There is always shortage of food. The elavator doesnt work.
The pool is also not cleaned properly. The coffe is horrendous.
I don’t really understand how can this place call itself 4 star hotel when im not sure if it could get at least 2. Luckily we got to rent a car and didn’t have to stay at the hotel at all, only through breakfast. Avoid at all costs.

This hotel is absolutely **not a 4-star** — it's barely **3 stars**, and even that’s generous.
**Cons:**
* Bed linen wasn’t changed properly — only by request.
* Shampoo and soap were provided only once for the entire stay.
* Rooms smell bad after previous guests — likely from smoking.
* Air conditioners are dirty and full of mold, not cleaned at all.
* Food is very basic: lots of processed products, cheap sausages, and the same side dishes repeated daily (rice with lemon, pasta with lemon, fried potatoes with lemon, and mash that tastes like it’s from powder).
* Some salads were made with rotten tomatoes.
* No natural juices — only sugary instant ones.
* Beer and wine at the bar are watered down and taste terrible.
* No bottled water in the rooms — only available in the canteen or bar.
* Many unsafe areas: broken tiles on the floor — easy to trip or cut yourself.
* Water slides are old and poorly connected — after using them, my son had bruises and sore ribs.
* Staff are not particularly friendly or helpful.
**Pros:**
* Direct access to the sea.
* Several swimming pools.
* Most rooms have sea views.
**Overall impression:** extremely budget-level vacation. Everything feels cheap and overly cost-cut. This hotel is **not even close to a real 4-star** experiece.

To start with the Eri Beach and Sun Bay hotels are runned by the same owner. But we have been staying at Eri Beach
Definitely not a 4* hotel!
Room- rooms are well dated. I believe the decorating remembers early 80's. Bathroom looks like it's been renovated some time ago, but the contractor must have been drunk. Shower rusted and spraying all over the place, toilet sealant dirty and applied with a stick ages ago, ceiling dirty of tile adhesive, whole bathroom flooded after every shower from the drain in the floor. Furniture damaged, eg wiggle chair or table falling apart. Rooms are not cleaned daily, only bins are being emptied.
Food- edible but mostly cold, of course if you'll get something for yourself or a a place to sit, or clean plate. There is clearly something wrong in the restaurant. The lowest pay grade workers are literally running, trying to keep up, whilst the managers (many of them) are standing with hands in their pockets and watching them. People are fighting for food and place in the line. Food is not tagged, so good luck if you're an allergic.
Bar- there is not much choice of all inclusive drinks. Ouzo, brandy, beer, wine and soft drinks. Two of bartenders at the salt water pool bar were drunk at all times and has been doing the job as a punishment.
There was only one bartender Roland who was always polite, helpful, always had his workplace clean and tidy and talked to guests with a smile. He was working in smaller bar by a fresh water pool.
Toilets by the salt water pool reeks for miles. Probably never cleaned.
Reception- staff rude, makes you feel unwanted. The old blonde lady 90% drunk
There only plus side. The outside area, pools, beach and location. Only things that makes our holiday didn't end as a complete disaster.
We really didn't expect golden door knobs, but even 3* hotel we used to stay in was honestly much better than this. Think twice before booking.

⚠️ WARNING – Avoid Eri Beach Hotel (Greece) ⚠️
Never again – a complete waste of money!
❌ Food – disgusting: inedible, cold, and constantly repeated.
❌ “All inclusive” – a joke: only watered-down beer, wine, ouzo, and brandy of the lowest quality.
❌ Misleading advertising: the water slides shown in photos were mostly out of order due to renovations – only a small (unphotographed) part was working.
❌ Rooms – smelly and dirty, air-conditioning barely works.
❌ Overcrowded resort, completely understaffed.
❌ Bartenders rude and unfriendly – one of them was constantly coughing without covering his mouth, and my partner ended up with a fever during the last two days.
❌ Massive disappointment – absolutely not recommended.
✅ Only positive: beautiful sea – but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself.
👉 My honest warning – stay away from Eri Beach!
A well-staged scam – the reality is filthy and awful.
