This was our first all inclusive, hotel was nice and small, what we wanted. We had a swim up room, the room was massive and great for the 4 of us. We arrived late, and there were 4 plates of food waiting for us. However, no water, no glasses, no mugs to make a hot drink. There is a kitchen, but no crockery etc.
Bottled Water was free from bar, you had to ask each time, would've been nice to have a couple chilling in the fridge for you.
Food was ok, breakfast was the same, lunch and dinner varied slightly, we can't complain, we all managed to eat.
Drinks choice was small. Staff were ok, they lone work and do EVERYTHING, serve, lay tables, clear tables, lay out the buffet etc, so sometimes the wait for drinks was long, but not a problem.
Swin up rooms only get the sun until lunchtime, it is still on the pool until mid afternoon
The older guy in the evening (maybe Stellios) is nice enough, but strict. He busies himself so he does limited drinks, then dead on 11 clears you all out of the bar area back to your rooms. I understand drinks are til 11, but we were just having a nice evening playing cards, but you have to stop at the second and leave.
The day before we left we asked for a room for our last day, our flight wasn't until midnight, (advertised you can pay for one if they have them) we were told they wouldn't know until check out time at 11, (which is pointless as we still had to pack and clear out!), surely they know who's booked in. Anyway, the last day came and we were told we couldn't have a room, no problem, we understood, until we went on the website and saw there were room free that might and we could've booked one via the website, that was really disappointing.
The hotel is far away from anything, no shuttles (altho I believe their sister hotel does a shuttle service and comes past the hotel, would've been a nice touch)
We won't go here again, but we will return to Crete

Pros: Quiet location surrounded by mountains. The swim-up pool is excellent, very comfortable, and a great place to relax. The hotel itself is not overcrowded, which creates a peaceful atmosphere. There is also a decent variety of food to choose from.
Cons: The staff often seem unhappy, as if they are working there as a punishment. This may be partly because the hotel operates with a very limited number of employees. In many cases, one person has to handle multiple tasks, so you may have to wait at the bar or for assistance. The cleanliness is also below expectations and could be improved.

The staff is always very pleasant and helpful. The food is delicious, there is a large selection but almost every day it is the same. The hotel is located among the mountains, remote and in a peaceful atmosphere.

First time in Greece and didn't disappoint, great hotel, amazing staff, helpful and friendly. There is a good variety of food 3 times a day, coffee bar, cocktails, wine and beer + all sorts of non alcoholic beverages. Everyday maintenance of the big and private pools (early in the morning, so you can dive in after breakfast 👍🏻)
We went to look for peace, quiet and relaxation and we found it, thanks to the people who work there and made us feel at home after day 1.
I highly recommend it.
