allover perfect stay. rooms are comfortable, modern and sparkling clean. Pool is amazing with mountain view. Very calm. Food is very good. Manager and staff are kind and helpful.

We had a great stay as a group of 6, rooms were spacious enough for us with 2 balconies on both sides of the hotel. We stayed for 6 days.
Stelios made our stay extremely memorable and pleasant, he went out of his way to make sure we were happy and well accommodated, helping us find any transfers we needed when visiting other sides of the island, or recommending places, also helped us with a medical emergency we had and was very efficient with this. If it wasn’t for him our experience would not have been this good. He is a lovely man and you can tell he cares about his guests. He definitely needs a raise and a bit more recognition!
Pavlo was also very helpful and kind.
Breakfast was the same everyday but there was enough variety to switch it up. There was a good variety for dinner ranging from chicken, beef, shrimp, octopus, pork, veg options depending on the day.
The hotel was peaceful and clean, the views of the mountains were beautiful. The cleaners came everyday to change the sheets.
You can easily get a cab or use the little green train service that runs from the top of the road, it’s roughly a 5-10 min walk and costs 3€ one way or 5€ round trip- it is called Magic Train Bali tour. The town/ beach area is no longer than a 10min drive so we didn’t really have an issue with location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
The room was clean, comfortable with everything we needed. Especially we liked the direct access to swimming pool. The location was perfect — close to local attractions but still quiet and relaxing. Food was fresh and quite varied, everyone could find something for themselves.
Special thank to Anastasia who made our stay super welcoming and friendly. She was incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with anything we needed.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel is not meeting our expectations. Right from the beginning, we find out that the city tax can only be paid in cash, which is quite inconvenient nowadays. In addition, the hotel’s website states that there is a shuttle bus to the beach, but once we arrive, we are told that such a service does not exist. We feel misled and disappointed, especially since this option was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.
The biggest issue, however, is the staff. In the evening, after dinner, we order one drink each and sit down to play cards. We talk calmly, sometimes laugh, but we are not listening to music or making much noise. At one point, an older staff member comes over, starts shouting at us, threatening to throw us out of the hotel, and refuses to make more drinks. Instead of a polite request to keep our voices down, we are met with aggression and a lack of respect. Even worse, this man uses offensive language and behaves in a provocative way. We also notice that other guests experience similar problems – the same staff member takes beer away from tables and pours it out, creating unnecessary conflicts himself.
Younger waiters are polite and try to be helpful, but it is clear they are overworked. It is often difficult to get additional information from them, and at reception there is frequently no one available, or the staff are unable to answer even basic questions. This leaves guests feeling unsupported.
The hotel itself could have potential, but unfortunately, due to these shortcomings and the unpleasant behavior of some staff members, the atmosphere becomes very unfriendly. Instead of feeling welcome, we feel that guests are treated without respect or courtesy. This is a major drawback that overshadows any possible positives of the stay.

Me and my family went on this 13 day vacation, all inclusive. On arrival we met the what we thought was the manager named 'Stelios' He helped us kindly to check in the hotel and helped us bring our luggage to the room. On arrival the rooms where very clean, our bed was made. But saddly there was one bed missing, Stelios helped us fix the problem and he got a bed. After that we asked him if it was available to order some food, he called and we got some food deliverd to our room. Which was very nice! The next few days where absolutely amazing! The hotel was very nice, except the food wasnt up to our taste. But we saw other guests eating a lot so we figured out it wasnt up to our taste! The rest of the hotel staff was very annoyed it seems, and when asking questions about the region they didnt seemed informed well. But when we asked Stelios, in our opinion the only reason the hotel is running. He knew everything, told us what to do, told us where to go and all of that. Sadly on our last day we missed the transfer, and we asked a younger guy if he could help us, and he told us. 'Now your problem is my problem' And that guy was very rude. We asked Stelios to help us, and he booked a taxi for us. Its because of him we caught our flight.
The location isnt ideal and without a rental you wont be going far.
