We had an amazing stay at Arminda Hotel & Spa in Crete. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, even before our arrival, and made my birthday truly special with a decorated table, balloons, a bottle of wine, and warm wishes from the whole team.
The facilities are excellent and very well maintained — from the kids’ club and playground with caring staff, to the beautiful pools (including a seawater pool with a sea view and fun kids’ pools with slides). The rooms were spotless, cleaned daily with fresh towels, and the hotel’s location in Hersonissos was perfect, with parking always available.
We also loved the relaxed atmosphere, the variety of food, the snack bar and gelateria, and the daily entertainment that was both fun and high quality. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.

The kids klubb was lovely for my cousins. The entertainment was so nice and put in a lot of effort. My aunt went there last year and the hotel and entertainment has had a great improvement. Wonderful!

we had a wonderful stay at arminda with a 10 year old and a 2 year old in september. We especially appreciated pinkwawe who arranged fun activities and shows. our children loved the kids club with Allie and Filippa who organized activities such as face painting, t-shirt painting, treasure hunts etc. The mini disco in the evenings was also very popular. There were nice and fresh pools and there were plenty of sun loungers. The small beach right next door was also appreciated.

We went through a travel agency, and chose Arminda Hotel and SPA for its activities for children as well as adults. With a 2 and a 3 year old, the setting was perfect. We asked for a room at ground level, because I have some issues with an injury, and they accommodated us with a room at just outside the pool area.
The food was a solid 4.5 out of 5, with variations each day.
The personnel was friendly, and the rooms were very god. Clean and nice.
Only downside in my opinion was the salt water pools, but that may just be a local thing at Krete.
There are also a good access to the beach, which is only a few minutes walk from the lowest pool area.
And in my opinion, the best hotel gym i have ever visited, by far!
The wifi was very acceptable at almost every place we went. Also, when we had to leave, there was a cozy lounge area with smart tv, pool table and even a small book section. Sofas etc.
I want to clarify; don't go to this hotel if you don't like children 😄

The facility was very modern, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade we received upon arrival. Although the hotel is not located directly on the beach, there is convenient beach access provided through a third-party company.
There was really nothing I didn’t like about the stay, but I do wish there was a town within walking distance for a bit more variety and convenience.
Overall, a great experience!
