We absolutely loved the entertainment team and the evening shows. These people were not proficient in the entertainment business, they were also performing other tasks around the resort during the day, however they were absolutely very talented. We salute their talent and effort.
The salted water pool with gentle slope entrace was perfect for the kids.
The food was tasty with lots of options to choose from. Each evening had a different theme - from sushi to seafood.
The rooms were large enough and newly renovated.
It was a very good value for money.

Excellent resort. Food fantastic. Cleanliness another level. Quiet beaches and separate pools if you want to get away from the crowd. Teen club, especially Jacques, were encouraging and fun our 14 & 16 year olds really enjoyed themselves.
Would definitely recommend for a family wanting a chill out holiday in the sun.

This was by far one of the best IBEROSTAR SELECTION resorts we have visited so far. Being members of IBEROSTAR THE CLUB, we have been to a number of them in Mexico and DR, but this one surpasses all of them in terms of the architecture, layout, expanse, decor & friendliness of the staff. It was an experience to remember, as it was our first visit to Greece & this resort. The peace, quiet, tranquility & ocean front that this resort offers is truly magnificent. The DIAS Buffet was meticulous and managed very efficiently with very friendly staff.
Our favourite hostess was MILENA.
She was a lovely, attractive, friendly and charming hostess who made our visits to the DIAS Restaurant for breakfast & dinners, an event we looked forward to. She is full of life & laughter and keeps you entertained in a manner that makes you want to meet her each time we go there.
We will definitely visit this resort again. Our 7 nights did not do justice to what we could have accomplished and enjoyed, had we stayed longer.
Keep it up.. Creta Marine ... We loved every bit of it & cherished every minute of our stay with you.

Great hotel and what a sublime animationprogamme -and team!!
I went there with 14 yo daughter and she had the time of her life, made many friends and was doing sports and other fun things all day long.
The eveningshows were very funny (excellent Tony Macaroni) and entertaining.
The beach party was super and ideal for teens to have fun and dance.
The animationteam consists of a bunch of superexciting people with an unstoppable drive to have fun and entertain teens, kids and adults.
I never go twice to the same hotel, but Iberostar Creta Marine makes me doubt about it.
The food in the main restaurant (breakfast and dinner) is amazing and very delicous, a great variety and very neat on display.
As a halfboard guest I would recommend more options to eat at noon at more reasonable prices, I also don't like the fact that you cannot have a coffee or espresso outside the pool in normal cup. Coffee in plastic cups is not my thing, but that is personal.
Great rooms, good beds, clean, very nice staff, good location, nice views, many things to do... Just a great 5 star hotel.

We came to this all-inclusive resort after having an amazing stay at a villa because we wanted to experience the best of Crete on our first visit. I’m so glad we spent part of our holiday outside the resort, otherwise our impression of Crete would have been very different.
We specifically paid extra for a swim-up room, expecting a more premium 5-star all-inclusive experience with the level of service that normally comes with this type of accommodation. Unfortunately, this made the situation even more disappointing.
For a so-called 5-star all-inclusive resort, it should be made much clearer that many things require an upgrade. We have stayed at all-inclusive resorts all over the world and have never been told that we could only order two drinks at a time. When we went to get drinks for our family, the bartender told my son that if she served more than two drinks she could lose her job. That is a hotel management issue, not something paying guests should be made to feel responsible for.
I raised this with Guest Relations, who said they had spoken to the staff and that our family, based on our two room numbers, would be allowed to order what we wanted. While I appreciated the gesture, this is not a real solution. We paid for an all-inclusive holiday just like every other guest, and everyone should receive the same service without having to complain first. If the hotel offers both half-board and all-inclusive packages, it is the staff’s responsibility to identify the difference, not make guests feel as though they are being given special treatment. This is simply not the level of service expected from a 5-star all-inclusive resort. Also when we complained we were told by the guest relations person that was the hotel’s policy!
The buffet was another major disappointment. Much of the food was dry, lacked flavour and was nowhere near the fresh, authentic Greek food we enjoyed outside the resort. For a 5-star resort in Greece, the food quality was far below expectations and did not reflect the standard we paid for. We were also unable to book one of the à la carte restaurants that was supposed to be included with our package, making the all-inclusive experience feel even more limited.
The only reason I am not giving this hotel one star is because of Panos from Guest Relations. He genuinely listened to our concerns was understanding, professional, and did everything he could to help. He organised for us to eat at the Greek restaurant which was really good and the service at the restaurant we could not fault. Unfortunately, one excellent member of staff and one good night of food and service cannot make up for the hotel’s poor policies and disappointing overall experience.
Overall, this was not the 5-star all-inclusive experience we were promised. From the restrictive drinks policy and disappointing food to the lack of availability at the à la carte restaurants and the lack of premium service expected with a swim-up room, the hotel consistently fell short of the standards expected from a resort in this category. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting the quality, service, and value normally associated with a genuine 5-star all-inclusive holiday.
