We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the rooms are comfortable, the food is delicious with a great variety of choices, and all the staff are friendly and helpful.
We would especially like to thank the beach bartender, Michalis. He truly made our vacation even more enjoyable. He was always smiling, welcoming, attentive to every guest, and incredibly professional. His cocktails were excellent, the service was fast, and his positive attitude created a fantastic atmosphere every day. Team members like Michalis are the reason guests want to come back again and again.
A big thank you to the entire hotel team for the excellent service and unforgettable holiday. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future!

I am extremely happy with my vacation at this hotel. The room was excellent, with a beautiful sea view. The service was outstanding. I would especially like to highlight the staff – everyone was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. The staff are truly the hotel's greatest strength.
The food was delicious and offered a great variety of choices. The cocktails were also excellent. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the beach is just a short walk away.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. There is only one downside – you simply don't want to leave!

We had a wonderful stay at Mitsis Bali Paradise and truly enjoyed our holiday. A special thank you goes to Georgia from the Kids Club. She was incredibly kind, caring, and patient with our child, making him feel happy and comfortable from the very first day. He looked forward to visiting the Kids Club every day and always came back with a big smile. It was so lovely to see the crafts and drawings of our child proudly brought back. We would be delighted to come back again!

Overall we had a lovely stay at the hotel. First impressions were really positive — the hotel is clean, inviting, and the main reception staff were very welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. Our rooms were also ready straight away which made check-in smooth and stress free.
The beds were extremely comfortable and the general atmosphere around the hotel was relaxing and enjoyable.
However, there were a few downsides during our stay. The food was often cold and there wasn’t a great variety of Mediterranean options available, which was disappointing considering the location. We also found some of the restaurant staff to be quite rude at times.
In regards to housekeeping, our room cleaning wasn’t always completed properly throughout the week. Dirty cups were sometimes left in the room and wet towels were not replaced.
We wouldn’t rule out coming back in the future because there are definitely positives to the hotel, but we didn’t feel the all-inclusive package offered very good value for money, particularly when it came to the food and drinks selection. If we did return, we probably wouldn’t choose all inclusive again.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. Food is amazing especially in the restaurants. I would say the ONLY problem we had is being unable to take coffee in a normal cup by the pool on a morning.
The animation team are brilliant. Although aimed at the French audience they try to get everyone involved and try their best using English. We had a great time and lots of fun. I think we will definitely be back.
