The staff was absolutely accommodating, kind, helpful and flexible.
Nadia and Simons (I hope I wrote their names correctly) from main restaurant were amazing and helped with every request. Worth mentioning also Nikoleta and Anastasija.
Animation staff was fun! Water Zumba and kids activities.
The room was after renovation, clean, pleasant and quit.
The only thing I would improve is the food in main restaurant- not enough variety in terms of protein and the fish dishes were not good :(
Kids loved the pools!! They were clean and in perfect temp. The hotel was full but didn’t feel crowded.
The musical show on Sunday was super fun and professional.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! The sea, the beach, the easy access to the water, the food, and the entertainment for families with children were all excellent. Everything is conveniently located within a compact area, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.

We had a wonderful stay at Grecotel Marine Palace & Aqua Park! The hotel is beautiful, with excellent food and fantastic facilities for families with children.
A very special thank you goes to the Kafeneio café and snack bar, where we loved spending time every day. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the food and drinks are great, and the service is outstanding. We would especially like to thank Megie, who was incredibly kind, friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. We had our holiday at Grecotel LUXME Kos last year and were very satisfied, which is why we chose this hotel for this year’s vacation.
Our main priority was finding a hotel with gluten-free food options, as one of our family members has celiac disease. At every meal, there were enough gluten-free options available, and they were clearly labeled. However, since the food is served buffet-style, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. There is also a dedicated gluten-free corner, but it usually offers only one or two options, which tend to be the same every day and are not always very fresh (typically cream-based dishes and pasta). On the positive side, they are happy to prepare gluten-free pizza and other dishes upon request.
Since it is not easy to find hotels that cater well to gluten-free diets, I would say they do a very good job in this regard.
As for the rest of the food, the quality is good overall. We booked the all-inclusive package, but the quality of the alcoholic drinks was average to below average.
The rooms are nice, and the bathrooms are perfectly adequate. Because the hotel is built on a challenging site, it has several medium- to small-sized pools rather than one large pool. Most of the guests are families with children.
If having reliable gluten-free dining options is one of your priorities, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Otherwise, we were more satisfied with our stay at Grecotel LUXME Kos last year.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We chose to stay here ahead of our upcoming wedding at another venue, and it was the perfect choice.
The rooms were modern, spacious, and exceptionally clean. Several of our family members stayed with us, and the children had an amazing time throughout the holiday. The water park was fantastic and kept them entertained for hours.
Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special mention goes to Emmanuel, the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay.
The food was excellent, with a varied buffet that changed daily, offering plenty of choice. The beach BBQ was a particular highlight – the food was delicious, and the views were simply stunning.
The kids also loved the kids' club, volleyball and football courts, and the games room, which provided plenty of activities for all ages.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would 100% stay at this hotel again. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay here.
