We had the most amazing time at Grecotel Marine Palace and Aqua Park. This was our second time returning to the hotel. This was an extra special time for us as we got married at Agreco Farm nearby which is also beautiful.
The staff at the hotel in particular Sheila made sure that all of our guests staying and ourselves were looked after. We had many special surprises from the hotel to celebrate. Also with communication with the hotel in the run up to our stay was fantastic. We had organised a meal with all of our guests. When we returned to our room on our wedding night we had lovely treats, wine and flowers.
All of our guests staying had an amazing time too and found the staff to be so friendly and helpful. The kids love it too as there is a great choice in pools, the beach and the aqua park. The entertainment was fun and food excellent. Will definitely return again sometime.

We stayed at the resort for 5 nights and had a very pleasant experience. We are Greek travelers living in the Netherlands, and we spent these days there with our son. The resort was clean, well maintained, and ideal for a relaxing family stay.
A special thank you to Anastasia, Anna, Simos, Nektarios, and the lifeguard Giannis for their kindness, professionalism, and excellent service. The reception team was also very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our visit and would gladly recommend the resort to other families.

This visit was complimentary after the slides at the Creta Palace were closed, despite them being one of the main reasons we originally booked the holiday. At first, we were understandably disappointed, especially as the children had been so excited about them before we arrived. However, the Aqua Park completely turned the situation around and ended up being one of the highlights of our trip.
The Aqua Park itself was fantastic for both children and adults alike. There were plenty of pools, slides, and activities to keep everyone entertained all day long, and the atmosphere throughout was fun, lively, and very family friendly. Our children had an amazing time from start to finish and did not want to leave by the end of the day. Even the adults found themselves joining in and enjoying the experience just as much.
One thing that really stood out was the excellent all-inclusive service. There was still a great selection of drinks available throughout the day, along with plenty of snacks and food options to keep everyone going. This made the whole day feel relaxed and stress free, especially when travelling with children.
The staff behind the bar deserve special recognition because they were absolutely outstanding. They worked incredibly hard in the heat and could not do enough for guests. They constantly made sure everyone was fed, hydrated, and happy, always serving people with a smile and friendly attitude.
The only small downside was the lack of shaded areas around the park, which meant I definitely caught more sun than expected! Apart from that, the facilities were excellent and very clean throughout the day.
Overall, I would absolutely recommend both this Aqua Park and the attached hotel to families with children. What could have been a frustrating situation due to the closed slides turned into a really enjoyable and memorable experience for all of us.

This was our initial international journey with our six-year-old daughter, and it was also my first time traveling abroad in nineteen years.
We selected this particular hotel based on a combination of recommendations from friends and online reviews. The all-inclusive package provided by TUI significantly streamlined the entire experience, making it remarkably easy and free of stress.
The hotel's service was impeccable, the food was delightful, and the location was absolutely ideal for our needs.
We enjoyed a week-long stay, which we found to be just the right amount of time.

Amazing stay with outstanding service from the entire team. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always made sure guests felt comfortable and well taken care of. A special thank you to Georgia, the supervisor from Blue Tavern, Konstantina from Blue Tavern, and Renato from the main restaurant. Their service was exceptional — always organized, professional, and doing everything possible to fulfill every request while still keeping an eye on all guests. They truly made the stay even better.
