A huge special thank you to Antonio, the bartender! He was honestly one of the best parts of our stay at the hotel.
Antonio is an amazing bartender and an incredibly friendly person. He was always welcoming, positive and professional, made excellent drinks and created such a great atmosphere at the bar. Every evening it was genuinely a pleasure to come back, have a drink and spend some time there.
What really made Antonio stand out was his attitude towards the guests. He always had a smile, remembered people, was easy to talk to and made us feel genuinely welcome rather than just like hotel guests. You can tell that he really cares about his work and about people having a good time.
Antonio definitely deserves recognition from the hotel management. Employees like him are a big reason why guests remember a hotel and want to come back.
Thank you, Antonio, for the amazing service, great drinks, conversations and all the good vibes during our holiday. You made our stay even better!

We are family with 2boys(5yrs & 9yrs). The plan was just eat, swim, drink, sleep and repeat. This was perfect place for that!! Clean rooms and pools. Customer service was gold. Lots of very tasty foods and deserts all day long! Nice amount of activities for both kids and adults. Bus stop near. Beach near.

This is the place for kids who want to bathe in the pool and go on the wsterslides!
Location is a bit off, but that doesn't matter since this is a little oasis for families who want to relax while kids have a nice time. The activity leaders are great (been there 3 summers). Music always on in the LOUD speakers.
They have rules, but those are "flexible" :) Never any chaos though!
The rooms have a "Mediterranean" quality... :) but you spend your time by the pool anyway!
The food is... Well, all inclusive... But that's not what you are there for! As long as you know what this place is aiming for it's great!
It's NOT for people who want a quiet getaway, and probably not for people with no (small) kids, and not for people who have lost their "kid spirit".

It was supposed to be so beautiful because at the very beginning we were greeted by the staff and after checking in we went to a small room where my daughter had to sleep on a folding bed. Besides, you can see the hotel on a fast prepared for guests and they forgot to repair and wash the pool. and the worst thing was at the end where we wanted to check out and I expressed myself wrongly regarding the opinion of the wristbands on my hand and they charged me 40 euros for it. When I said that there was a mistake, instead of ok, we will fix the problem, they blew the problem and get lost on the ground The tree. I emailed the hotel to explain it, but without a response. I do not recommend and if you get a room in the basement, then prick yourself, because there is a fungus and for masking they give an air dryer.

Food is mostly tasty. WiFi has poor connection. Hotel is not so bad communicated regarding public transport (bus station in front of hotel). Room service is nice and they do their job with high standard. Aqua park is interesting. Animators do their job with highest commitment.
