was a fantastic choice! The staff were friendly and always helpful, making sure we felt welcome and comfortable. The food was delicious and offered a great taste of Greece. Our room was clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. The location is perfect – just a few steps from the beach. Highly recommended!

Terrible service…
Truly awful service. It all started when, upon check-in, the hostess or administrator told us she had been expecting us at 6 a.m. (???), while we actually arrived in the afternoon — and it sounded more like a complaint than a simple remark. We didn’t pay much attention at the time.
As for the food and the so-called ‘all inclusive’:
I never fully understood these rules and restrictions. Honestly, it felt like a circus:
Water, juice from the machine, coffee, and tea are available only at breakfast, and at dinner they even switch off the water 🤡
Basically, you are forced to buy drinks from them at double the price.
I might not even mind paying, but the way the hostess and her staff behaved was simply unacceptable:
I brought my own drink and politely asked for a glass at the bar. They took the glass away and told me ‘you can’t bring your own.’ Okay, I tried to clarify, because I wanted to understand why, as a guest (not just a passerby from the street), I was not allowed to bring my own drink — especially considering that during dinner absolutely no drinks are provided for free (not even plain water). To me, that’s just unreasonable. The explanation I got was that some kind of ‘inspection’ might come and fine the hostess. They even asked me to put my opened drink on the floor, where sand could get into it. I refused, and in the end we agreed to place it on a nearby table.
What upset me most was that, first, no one had informed me of such a rule in advance, and second, even in this situation, the management could have shown at least some hospitality — for example, offering to pour my drink into a proper glass so there would be no issue. A simple compromise the first time would have solved everything. But no — there was zero tact or customer care, and certainly no concept that ‘the guest is always right.’
After this experience, I decided not to buy any drinks at the hotel anymore (although I had bought them before) — it just killed any desire to communicate with the hostess or staff further.
Later, I decided to try some local wine on my balcony, which I bought from a market a couple of meters from the hotel (since they don’t even offer such wine themselves). I asked for wine glasses at the bar and was given two poorly washed plastic ones, even though right there on the bar they had clean glass ones. When I asked if I could have proper glasses, I was refused… How absurd is that.
Never again will I come back to this hotel! I do not recommend it to anyone. Everything else was more or less acceptable, but the service and the attitude toward me as a guest completely ruined the overall impression. You’ll be better off choosing a hotel next door

Horrible service…
Just absolutely disgusting service. It all started when, upon check-in, the hostess or administrator said she had been expecting us at 6 in the morning (???), while we arrived in the afternoon — and it sounded like a complaint. We didn’t pay much attention to it.

I might not even mind, but the way the hostess and her staff behaved once again just outraged me:
I brought my own drink and asked for a glass at the bar. They came up to me, took away the glass, and said ‘you can’t bring your own.’ Okay, we started sorting it out — I wanted to understand why I, as a guest, not just a passerby from the street coming into the evening restaurant, do not have the right to bring my own drink. After all, at dinner absolutely no drinks are served for free (not even plain water). That’s just insane. They told me that some kind of ‘finansa’ might come and fine the hostess. They asked me to put the opened drink on the floor where sand could get into it, I refused, and we agreed that I could put it on a nearby table.
What enraged me was that, first of all, no one warned me about this rule, and second, even in such a situation, if the owner had at least a shred of hospitality, she could have politely treated the guest and at least poured the drink into a glass so that no so-called ‘FINANSA’ would fine her. To make a compromise the first time — but no. Don’t expect any tact here or even the basic idea that ‘the guest is always right.’ This is just plain rural trash with no manners and with the sole desire to squeeze out as much money as possible.
After this incident, I deliberately stopped buying drinks at this hotel (even though I had bought them before) — I simply lost any desire to even talk to this village bumpkin hostess and her thug-like staff.

Beautiful cozy relaxing hotel with a perfect location, directly at the beach. Very central in Stalis so you can reach everything within a few moments. Everything is very clean. The staff was sooo friendly and welcoming (especially the dog we loved :D ) we are happy to be back again! If you look for something small and relaxing without that big hotel flair it‘s the place to be :)

We stayed in the summer of July 2023. The hotel offers a great location near the sea. The staff was very friendly and polite, trying to solve any issue.
Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The sea view room has a great panorama.
The food selection is different and delicious.
I recommend this hotel and experience!
