We stayed in the apartment with the pool reach from balcony. Very clean, the bedroom is located somehow downstairs so it is cool and quiet so it was perfect for us (especially at noon when we had the baby sleep and outside people were at the pool). Staff and service - excellent! Breakfast was rich and delicious, location very spacious. It has also a gym and spa which is another plus. Very child friendly with a dedicated spot for diverse child activities during certain hours. Definitely recommend for families! And beach is nearby.

We are having a wonderful time here at our hotel. We arrived later at midnight and were welcomed with drinks and check in was very easy and staff really friendly.
We were taken to our room and settled in. Unfortunately, we were later advised that we had been taken to the wrong room and would need to move in the morning.
When we went the next day to speak about our room situation staff arranged for us to stay where we were to save the disruption of moving- we were told that we were in upgraded accommodation and this was the confusion but were able to stay- which was great!
The facilities in the hotel are great for our family, the pools are clean and our children are always happy if there is a pool, let alone 4! We have not tried the indoor pool!
Breakfast is great and enough selection.
The gym facilities are disappointing with only one treadmill, a bike and some weights.
The rooms are cleaned daily and refreshed with towels, toilet paper and beds made.
We are a stones throw from a sports bar which suits the kids now that the prem has re started! But there are many other restaurants, bars and cafes along the strip we are on.
There are a few shops and a supermarket also!
Just outside the hotel, there is a path down to the beach also! Location is perfect!

A hotel that lives up to its reputation through the services provided, friendly staff who know what they’re doing, and managers who are always present among the staff and guests. We were welcomed with refreshing welcome drinks.
I received a room upgrade, which made me very happy, with direct access to the pool from the room’s terrace. The room had air conditioning, was well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, including sweets, fruits, water, juices, and coffee; the staff was attentive in replenishing empty trays. There are three very well-maintained pools. It’s a short distance to the beach. I highly recommend Hotel Grecotel Casa Adele.

Overall we had a great experience for the check in and a great room for a family of 4. The food was also really tasty and varied with different menus offered at on a daily basis. However it lacked some holiday atmosphere with absolutely no entertainment for kids in the evening and no music! Music, the essence of holidays! A bit austere for a family! Also there is no dress code some people were coming with their bathing suit for the breakfast!

This is a great location for exploring the island. The hotel is amazing, it looks like it's been updated recently.
The staff are amazing and helpful.
The room we were in was immaculate. Serviced every day.
The pools are spotless and very well maintained. Regularly checked and tested.
Poolside service was brilliant.
The best bit for me was the massage with Marianna. Knows what she is doing. I'm a trained massage therapist and she was brilliant.
I can't comment on the food here as we didn't eat in their restaurant.
Highly recommend this place for all families. They even did a birthday cake for me!
Parking the hire car at the back of the hotel was never an issue.
You have every type of restaurant you could imagine on your doorstep. The beach isn't far away but the sea isn't really suitable for swimming as its a bit rough.
