Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grecotel Casa Adele. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our holiday unforgettable.
We mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary, and they surprised us with champagne and a beautiful cake delivered to our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration even more special.
Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating to our family. Traveling with two young children can sometimes be challenging, but the staff was always patient, kind, and eager to help with anything we needed.
Our room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and provided plenty of room for our family to relax and enjoy our stay. The entire property is stunning, and it was the perfect place to unwind while exploring the beautiful island of Crete.
Thank you to everyone at Grecotel Casa Adele for making us feel so welcome. Your genuine hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference. We would recommend this hotel without hesitation and hope to return again someday.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel from June 6th to June 13th, and we were extremely satisfied with our experience.
The staff were polite, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and featured a separate bedroom, which made it very comfortable. It also included a small kitchenette equipped with all the necessary utensils, a kettle, and a refrigerator.
A huge advantage for us was having two air conditioners in the room, which made our stay especially comfortable. Housekeeping was provided daily and maintained a high standard of cleanliness.
The hotel grounds were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with three swimming pools available for guests. Breakfast was tasty, although fairly standard and not particularly varied.
Dinner, however, was outstanding. There was an excellent selection of dishes, including fish, chicken, lamb, veal, pork, pizza, plenty of vegetables and fruits, a variety of cheeses, and delicious desserts.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire hotel staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We would be happy to return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

We have just returned from our first family holiday with our 7-month-old daughter, and we can highly recommend Grecotel Casa Adele.
The biggest highlight was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. We even received a complimentary upgrade to a maisonette, and our luggage was carried for us on both arrival and departure. We were especially impressed by how kind and caring everyone was towards our daughter. Whenever we needed to warm up her food or had any questions, the team was always happy to help.
The breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty food. The resort is beautifully maintained and feels like a small village, with several pools and a lovely bar where you can relax. The air conditioning in our room worked perfectly, which made our stay very comfortable during the warm summer days.
The location is also perfect. the beach is only a few minutes’ walk away, and there are restaurants, shops and the old town of Rethymno close by.
A big thank you to the entire team for making our first holiday as a family such a wonderful experience.

First impressions were amazing such helpful and friendly staff beautiful reception and bar area. However hotel was surrounded by other properties and from our room we could hear dogs barking, loud music and neighbours in residential properties arguing.
Our room was a great layout but dated.
Would be a great idea to keep one of the pools adult only not the place to visit to relax.
The staff go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and the food was amazing thought the area small and crowded.

WOW…our family of 4 had the absolute best time!
As soon as we arrived we were greeted with friendly staff who helped us check in and showed us to our room. We had a late check in and they had the thought to leave us food in our fridge. Our room was very spacious, modern, clean and comfortable on two floors. We appreciated the AC in all rooms. It was a great base to let us explore.
The restaurant which overlooked the main pool was really lovely. The food was very varied and was absolutely delicious. I have definitely come home a little heavier! Oops!!
Also must say that although the hotel is not located directly onto the beach the hotel have a designated sunbed area on the beach ( just a short walk away) with loungers and umbrellas which is free to use. This was well managed and we managed most days to get a space.
What makes this hotel stand out though is the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. Our family have specific dietary requirements and they were so accommodating with this. We were made to feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble.
When walking around the complex all staff were extremely friendly always wishing you good morning/evening.
We would highly recommend this hotel. It really stood out to other hotels we have stayed. Thank you. We have made precious memories.
