My family and I booked a week at this hotel. The location is amazing, clubs, restaurants and the beach are in walking distance. But as soon as we headed into the rooms it was kinda disappointing. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned, we had to make the bed ourselves, and there were dust, sand and hair lying around. Keep in mind that the hotel is located in a party region so of course the nights were not quiet. But we knew about that beforehand. Nevertheless, the view to the beach was great and the breakfast was also excellent. All staff were very welcoming and helpful. In conclusion, the hotel is good if you need a place to stay but take trips to different locations. If you’re looking for an All-Inclusive-Vibe, maybe try another one.

The hotel itself is in a great location close to everything and plenty around it. The animation team were brilliant. Aaron and the rest the team are always doing some shows or games and it makes it fun all day around the pool. They were very nice and friendly couldn't get better than them. The hotel staff were mostly nice . The rooms need a bit of renovation there's a few problems . We had a big family and had three rooms and there was bits wrong in every room but they were just okay. The cleaning is really bad we were there for two weeks and had to ask for them to sweep and mop the floor after a week . The cleaners changed the towels after a few days and nothing else . I asked to leave a mop and brush in the apartment to do it myself but that's not possible . Second week it wasn't done either very disappointing and the hotel could he better with a few small bits

Not for a couples trip- think baby shark music going on during happy hour + children all over the hallways screaming. Mold in the very dirty rooms with very dirty dishes with no soap to wash them with. This hotel’s main benefit is the staff who were all very nice and helpful with our concerns, they went above and beyond. The location is also quite nice, as it’s nearly directly on the beach and close to the airport bus route,

Loved our stay here, myself and a friend stayed and we chose it as it was so close to Siam park. Also very close to the beach and shops 💚 5 stars overall but 4 for room as it is true about the cockroaches but they were small and I’m sure they’re just more common in the area due to the climate etc. We didn’t let the hotel know about them as I was ok with moving them on but I’m sure if we had they would have helped out. They were super kind and helpful.

We had a rocky start to the trip with an only one room being booked, even though we booked two rooms through an easy jet package. Arriving to our room once it got sorted we had sandy bed sheets, a leak in the ceiling, no bolt on the door (as a second lock), cockroaches every night the whole week and two lights ended up falling out the ceiling in my friends room. Despite the trouble with rooms our days at the pool were absolutely excellent. We enjoyed all the games all the entertainment. The team Aldara, Stephanie, Aaron and Giulia were brilliant and provided the best vibes and entertainment for us the whole week - we loved it and couldn’t thank them enough for an amazing holiday!

Very nice . Room cleaned every day . Fresh towels every day . Beds very comfortable. Staff very nice . Cleaners do an amazing job. Pool great . Lifeguards on duty , one came to the assistance of a young lad when I was there who was distressed. Always cleaning nearby too, and emptying bins. All in all just really good. Would definitely go back . Catering for a lot of young people, good atmosphere . Rooms consisted of a microwave, 2 single beds , a fridge and hot plates and grill . A balcony , and an airer if you washed any clothes to dry them on. Very impressed

Very nice hotel for what you pay for. The food is lovely, they offer a variety of food including meat dishes, pasta, pizza, and plenty of fruit and vegetables. The rooms are lovely and clean, and rooms get cleaned often and towels etc replaced. The staff are lovely, the location is perfect, that being only a 20 minute walk from Siam Park and a 5 minute walk from the strip and beach. The pool is a great size and never too busy. I would say though that the hotel is full of young people, so I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for families due to the noise at night from young people going out. However if you are a young group of people like I was then this hotel is perfect. The hotel is decor could probably do with an update but I can’t complain since it didn’t affect my stay in anyway. Overall a great stay and great value.

Nothing but positive things to say about this hotel, it’s clean, staff are friendly, good location for girls/lads holidays, drinks/food are good. There’s a lot of negative reviews on this hotel, any family/couple shouldn’t go here as it’s mainly teenagers/party holidays, that is quite obvious considering its location. Cleanliness is spotless, my friends had a cockroach in their room because of the mess/opened food they left. My room and friends stayed spotless. Drinks and food are good to the standard you pay for. The cleaners came in once/twice a week and they were also nothing but lovely. Overall I have nothing negative to say, lovely staff, clean hotel, an all round good experience.

Located about a 5-10 minute walk from the beach, next to a strand of nice restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is a party hotel, full of groups of young men and women who often stay up late shouting and partying with no care for anyone else staying in the hotel. Staff who work during the night don’t seem to care about that when you inform them. Housekeepers I’ll try and enter room even when you put the Do Not Disturb sign on your door. Other guests, being young, are disrespectful and loud I found. There are far better hotels to stay at when visiting Tenerife, although the price you pay is the quality you get when it comes to this hotel.

The reviews about this place really did give me anxiety of staying but when I stayed here I was actually surprised of how clean the rooms are and the variety of food and drinks were provided. Me and my partner were happy about the food, service and the location of the hotel to 2 different beaches and amazing restaurants. Would 100% review this hotel as a younger couples hotel, not really suited for kids just because there's no activities for them and is noisy. Will be staying here again.

Booked this as a last minute holiday, we then looked at reviews, we were so worried but as we were flying out in 6 days after booking, it was too late to cancel. ( so glad we didn’t) I actually don’t unferstand why there is so many negative reviews. We arrived at 12:00pm straight away was given our all inclusive wrist band, our room would be ready at 2:00pm. We made full use of the all inclusive, cocktails everyday, beer, full range of spirits and soft drinks. All staff were amazing friendly and helpful. The food I wasn’t expecting to be the best but I literally had 3 meals a day and then also snacks from pool bar ( toasties were amazing) room was spotless, cleaners in everyday, as we checked out at 11:00am we presumed we would loose out all inclusive. No we kept the band till the night at 7:30pm when our coach picked us up! I literally can’t fault this hotel, and I’m def going to be returning with my children. Entertainment man ( young lad ) was great always made effort to speak and interact with everyone! Thanks for making my first girls hol amazing!

You get what you pay for! I was really dreading my stay with this hotel because of the reviews I'd seen on here and TripAdvisor but honestly I really enjoyed my stay here. Food was decent for the money, all inclusive drinks at the pool bar was worth it (have to pay a euro for a cup but that's ok) rooms were a good size. Got the odd few cockroaches but that's to be expected and unavoidable. Seen some complaints about noise and there was some works being done to the hotel at the time which was slightly annoying but is what it is. Maybe not the ideal hotel if you are looking for total peace and quiet, probably based towards the younger generation or families with young children. Staff were friendly and would stay here again!

This place after being here for 5 days is for the younger person, saying that some more families ha e come in. Room on a scale of 1-10 would be a 3....very enclosed for 3 of us broken bed settee, batteries gone in air con unit, 2 news channels to watch in English. Pool area is great, they have a bit of daytime poolside entertainment. For me we stayed here to say e a bit of money for the family holiday...should have stuck to parque Santiago III as it is more central. Live and learn. I try to leave honest reviews.

As soon as we got here to check in at about 8.30pm the woman on reception was pretty blunt. We got no information about anything for being all inclusive which we had to research ourselves so we knew what time meals were available and had to watch what everyone was doing for snacks etc… if you want no sleep, this is the ideal hotel to stay in! First night here people were wolf whistling, music blaring, doors slamming and also young adults kicking doors in. Had to go out to the corridor at 5.45am to tell people to be quiet as they were shouting to each other when standing right next to each other. Went to compalin about it to reception and they told us we should have phoned number 5 on the phone and gave another number to contact if no one was answering which we didn’t get told about when checking in and no information leaflet to tell us about numbers to call in the room either. We got two nights of sleep out of the 7 we were here due to the neighbours leaving. Security guard looks like he’s here for time to chill than do anything about the mayhem. Cleanliness of the bathroom was shocking felt dirtier coming out of the shower than going in and wardrobes inside weren’t clean and either was the fridge. Zero entertainment only a disco on for kids each night. Sunbeds are all taken before 8am but the upper deck sunbeds seem to be available which are peaceful to sunbathe on. Repetitive food choices at the buffet everyday to the point we haven’t been going and minimum choices for alcoholic drinks if you want a branded one you need to buy and also pay for a plastic cup for your drink. Would only recommend for young adults who are here to drink and cause mayhem. Spent most of the time out of the hotel and didn’t benefit from the all inclusive we paid for.

Having just returned from a weeks S/C at the Columbus, here is our honest review and experiences. The apartments/studio's themselves are quite good, fairly modern, facilities - 2 ring electric hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans etc but no carving knife for some reason? In the bathroom there's shower gel/hair/body wash provided also a hair dryer. The apartment was cleaned each day as well as towels changed. The cleaners are great always say hello when you see them on the corridors, they are always happy to return to clean if they turn up early or when you aren't ready. If you want a sunbed I'd suggest you get up early, people gathering around the padlocked bed from about 7.30am onwards, i dont think the beds get unlocked until 8.30! Now for the negatives. We found a constant smell of cannabis smoke at what seemed like every hour of the day. The noise at night/early morning is very loud and constant - shouting, swearing, banging of doors, knocking on doors, running up and down the corridor (for some unknown reason?) moving of beds/furniture, playing of music etc, etc. this we can only put down the large number of groups of male/females who are coming back after a night out or possibly just going out for the night at that time to party. Times we are talking about are anywhere from 1am to 5am. We would possibly return but NOT at this time of the year, it way too noisy.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this hotel left me deeply disappointed and stressed — especially because I was traveling with a toddler, an infant, and an elderly family member. I had chosen this resort hoping for a relaxed and comfortable break, but unfortunately, it was anything but. From the moment we arrived, the lack of care and support was evident. After check-in, we were handed a map and told to “go left” to find our room. There was no concierge, no offer of assistance with luggage, and no guidance through the sprawling resort. When I politely asked if someone could at least show us the way, the receptionist simply said no. Even the housekeeping staff we passed along the way couldn’t help, as they didn’t speak English. We spent over 20 exhausting minutes wandering up and down in the heat before finally locating our room. Before my trip, I had emailed the hotel to request a late check-out due to our evening flight. I was told this could only be arranged once I arrived. When I asked at check-in, I was told to come back the day before departure. When I did, I was told to come again on the morning of departure. And finally, that morning, I was told there was “no availability” — after all the back-and-forth, it felt like my request had never been taken seriously. The food was the final strawanother major disappointment, and frankly, a safety concern. My children were served fish fingers and chips that were undercooked, and on another occasion, nuggets that were still raw inside. Serving unsafe food to children is unacceptable at any establishment, let alone a resort. To be fair, the rooms themselves were fine and the resort grounds are adequate. But the lack of basic hospitality, the disinterested staff, and the unsafe food made this one of the most stressful holidays I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a relaxing, family-friendly stay where guests are treated with care, sadly, this is not the place.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price This hotel was noisy and overpriced for the level of service provided. The breakfast buffet was very limited, and some of the products didn’t seem fresh. The “orange juice” was actually just a sugary syrup mixed with water, not real juice. The room itself was very basic, lacking even simple amenities. Despite booking a two-room apartment, we received only two blankets for three people. There was no kettle in the room, and when we requested one, they forgot about our request. It took three calls and over an hour before it was finally delivered. The reception staff often provided inaccurate or confusing information—it felt like they didn’t really know what they were talking about. We paid €40 extra for a late check-out, and parking was also an additional charge. Essentially, any request comes with an extra fee. Overall, this was a disappointing stay, and we definitely won’t be returning.

Mixed Experience: Spacious Rooms and Great Location, but Several Drawbacks! Pros: Big room & bathroom Big balcony with pool view Big swimming pool with warm water Enough beds around the pool Digital safe box in the room Good location (easy to access the city center by walk or by taxi) Close to Siam Park Easy to get to the TFS airport (15-minute ride) Cons: The rooms were not soundproof, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. The furniture in the room was old and outdated. The bed and pillows were basic and not so comfortable. There was no iron or electric kettle in the room. Some of the food and fruits at the breakfast and dinner buffet were not freshly made, and the coffee quality was very poor. The hygiene measures at the restaurant were lacking; I found a fly on the meat (where they were serving a warm dish) and a live worm in the salad! The entertainment during the day and night shows was minimal and did not attract many guests. There was no free tap water at the restaurant; you had to pay for a glass of water. The gym equipment was minimal and most of it was not functioning properly. The staff, in general, were not friendly (except for the animation guy), so you did not feel welcome at this hotel. You had to pay a deposit of 20 Euros to borrow a pool towel, and you could only renew it between 10:30–11:30 at the spa. Parking was paid at 10€/night. Poor WiFi in the room.

The room was super clean, I'd read many reviews and was concerned but we were really happy with our stay. Beds comfy, loads of room!! Balcony got loads of sun and the hotel pool was beautiful. The staff were all just so kind and friendly, so I've no idea where rude came from in other reviews I've seen! They all greeted us with a smile. The major downside would maybe be no possible walk to anywhere, you have to get a taxi but for just 5-6 euros to the centre of playas de las americas, we weren't mad at it as the hotel price itself was cheap. Overall, I'd stay again and recommend it! Thanks so much again for our stay :-)

I was here a while ago with my daughters, I'm not picky so I turned a blind eye to a lot, but the only thing that really annoyed me was when people from the room next door came back from the city around 2,3 am they continued partying until around 7 am, they didn't care about anything, loud music in the room and shouting, talking on the balcony. after 2 nights like that I finally called the reception to do something about it, after all I came here to relax and not struggle with some drunk kids. they sent a security guard but it didn't change much. That was the only thing I didn't like about this place, the lack of respect for other hotel guests. I think I wasn't the only one who had to deal with that. The food was ok, but I have to say that I had a bad experience at breakfast, and my daughters who are afraid of bugs, who were crawling on the wall, ceiling and seats. I know that this happens in many places in Tenerife, I have been there many times, and I know this from experience. The location is a big plus, a bit out of the way but still close to everything Something can bother us everywhere, so you have to reckon with it. but some things are unacceptable, especially when you pay for a holiday, you expect everything to be, let's say, at an appropriate level.

Room cleaned everyday, fresh towels and bedding. We had 2 plugs in our big bedroom. Plenty of room to separate the two single beds. Beautiful see views from block B. Night clubs not loud and couldn't hear a thing if balcony door closed. Breakfast was perfect wide choice of everything. Reception staff always helpful.

Had a good stay here! Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were standard, we booked a double bed but had two singles pushed together. Was very noisy at night until around 5am, however we took earplugs and slept fine with these in. Overall cleanliness was fine! Breakfast was good, large selection and tasted fresh. Dinner wasn’t great- mostly fish options. Even the pizza had fish on. Could do with more variety and didn’t taste as fresh. Pools were good- not too cold and managed to get sun loungers easily. Good location especially if you’re looking to party however probably not great for families due to the noise. I felt safe during my stay- however i did see police escorting people out multiple times. I asked reception for a clean towel and they told me there would be an additional charge, also an additional charge to use the safes in the room. Overall good- but wouldn’t stay here again.

Sol Tenerife, brilliantly located hotel, provided stunning view on the ocean and volcano Teide at the same time. Access to the beach just on the other side of fence and very short walk to any other local amenities. Don't forgot to mention fantastic, underestimated staff taking care of you and your kids. Great choose of food provided. The only reasons I give four stars, is that the carpets in the hallways upstairs need replacing, and the walls in rooms asking for a fresh coat of paint.

We just left Sol Tenerife after 10 nights, after seeing all the mixed reviews we were very cautions but I was actually pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by lovely staff and our room as actually ready early (1pm). We were asked if we would prefer a higher floor to cancel the noise which we opted for. On entering our room which was situated in Block B, it was noticeably spotless. I have no complaints about the cleanliness. Although we did come across quite a few ants and cockroaches, it was not a big deal, fresh towels everyday and beds changed every second day. We had breakfast included, which was OK, your typical buffet breakfast, nothing special. We were staying on the 10th floor overlooking Veronica’s Strip and although it could be loud at night time into the early hours of the morning it was not much of an issue for us. Overall we had a pleasant stay at Sol Tenerife. 1 major issue to note especially to families thinking of coming out here to this hotel, the lifeguards are no way fit for their job, they sit in a hut all day on their phones. We witnessed an emergency in the pool and the lifeguard did not even know how to do CPR. Just be very wary of this especially if you are bringing kids.

if you love weed and parties the location Is just for you. every time I was on the balcony I could smell weed and at night I had trouble with falling asleep because of the noise. the service in the hotel is nice and welcoming, except of checking in and out, because there ladies are extremely slow. I been in a line for 30 mins to simply hand out the card and the tokens which that took less than a minute.

My family and I visited the hotel for the second year and everything was great. I would like to make a special mention of the hotel's entertainment team. And the four guys who run the team are amazing. Especially Georgia and Gaitano run around with the kids all day long and always with kindness and a smile. I highly recommend the hotel if you have kids. I hope the whole team will be here next year so I can come back without a second thought.thanks for everything!

Room was ok, clean but we had balcony in the shade all day. Breakfast was good enough, same thing every day but not a problem. Pool bar has slow service but again not too bad. Good pools and kids area with competitions every day at darts, rifle shooting and archery with prizes. The staff are really good with the kids and friendly. The location is great. Had a really good experience at this hotel will be coming back

We recently stayed at the Gala, we were sceptical due to the hotel being so close to the strip but we felt so safe and no noise complaints. We went half board and were able to choose whether we wanted lunch or dinner every day really liked this aspect of the hotel. Staff were all so lovely great day time activities, very family friendly but also great for adults. We initially had an issue with our room as it smelt like smoke but staff were very accommodating organising a room change. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

We spent a week here and i must say was very surprised with the hotel. Staff were extremely good... Food was always delicious huge range every night (we came half board breakfast and evening meal... but can change to dinner if you wanted any day) Rooms were good.... very clean hotel pools and bathing areas was the same. Location wasn't everyone's cup of tea... was close to 'The Strip' which will be great for the younger people out there who wants the club vibes on a night but far enough away not to even bother us. Plenty of local restaurants, mini supermarkets and gift shops. For the price definitely stay here again!!🌞🌞👌

The food has been nice so far, better than the normal all inclusive foods I’ve had before. The staff are amazing with children, my little boy is a big fan of the kids club. Hotel is also super close to everything. Would definitely recommend and would come back ahain

We spent 8 nights here last month, and I can honestly say that it is one of the best holidays I have ever had. This hotel is 9/10 for me personally, you can never give a 10/10 as there is always some little thing that you might not have been happy with but on the whole I was very happy with our stay here. All inclusive: Drinks were very good measures, you could basically ask them to mix anything you wanted and they would oblige! Rooms: our group had 4 rooms and they were all different to each other in one way or another (lay out and stuff) But our room was very nice, clean just the right size, sea view, and pool view. rooms were cleaned whenever we put the card on the door handle. all of the rooms seemed to have the same shower units which were the standard type, rain fall and removable hand held thing. Staff: Wonderful! I can honestly say that 99.99% of the staff were absolutely brilliant, I am not even going into why it's not 100% that won't spoil my review of this hotel. Special shout out to my guy Rayco on the bar, this is one of the best bar tenders in any hotel i have been in! top fella and hope to see him again one day. Other bar staff were Lia, Manuel x 2, Bobbi, Ismael, Jesus, Radouane, any other I have forgotten pls forgive, you were all great. Animation team! Tamas, Diego, Denise and there was a 4th guy that came back from vacation on our last night but I didn't get his name, Italian fella I think... They were a very good entertainment team, there were some nights that had dodgy turns on, but on the whole, a very decent entertainment team. Food: I will give the food a solid 7.5/10 Not to make out it wasn't nice because the food was really good quality and variety, I am just very, very bad with food, so for me to give it a 7.5, is probably someone else's 9/10! LOTS of choice, maybe too much tbh, but if you're worried about food here please don't be, you will be happy with it. Location: very close to the beach/seas front, walking distance to Playa las Americas, Adeje, even Los Christianos if you're feeling up to a 45/60 min walk... We got the road train from the sea front to Hard Rock hotel and spent the day up that end, was a very nice day out. Also 10/15 min walk to Siam Park which we did on one of the days, I am planning on going back for 4/5 days just to hit Siam and get ever inch of it covered, what a place that is!! A side story... I left my iPhone on the wall outside of the hotel while waiting for our transfer to the airport going home.... Some very kind person found it and handed it in to the hotel reception (on my request, they answered the call when i called my phone) I have since been reunited with said phone having had to arrange a DHL pick up for, so that is another PLUS for OLE Tropical, the very kindly packaged my phone up so that it was very secure fore it's journey back to the UK! Thank you OLE Tropical

Just had our first 2 week holiday in 8 Years and this hotel did not disappoint. The room was very spacious and clean and we also had a great see view. Being all inclusive we did not find a day when food choices were an issue (and I'm a fussy eater). All the staff from the cleaners to management were very friendly and engaging. Also the animation team (all four of them) were very good at creating a great atmosphere throughout the whole day with their activities around the pool. Finally a big thank you to Carlos the duty manager for his free fun lessons in learning Spanish phrases to enter the restaurant every day (no you don't have to speak Spanish to enter the restaurant) and making sure our stay was memorable. We will definitely be going back in the future.

This was a lovely hotel. Perfect for a girls holiday. The food was excellent, lots of delicious options. The rooms were lovely. Cleaned everyday. All the staff go out of their way to make it the most enjoyable experience. The staff were brilliant very welcoming and friendly. Lots of fun activities. The entertainment at night was great. The action/entertainment team were incredible, very fun, interactive and friendly. Always got us involved in lots of fun activities, making our holiday so much more enjoyable. Would 100% come back again.

I'd like to give a huge thank you to the whole team at the hotel for looking after us. The food was absolutely delicious, different everyday with a wide range of meats and fishes available as well as exotic salads. The day reps in particular Denise, Diego and Tamas were hilarious getting us involved in water polo, archery and huge floating obstacle courses in the pool. There was a lot to get involved in from pool parties to yoga to evening entertainment. The hotel is perhaps 10 minute walk from the strip and 15 minute from our favourite bar The Dubliner. The cleaners did a beautiful job of our rooms, neatly folding our pyjamas in the middle of our beds too, going above and beyond! Airconditioning was phenomenal. Check in/out was super easy and we even got an affordable upgrade up to all-inclusive, which was well and truly worth it with the lunches and drinks. Shout out to Bobby and Paulo on the bar who were free pouring our delicious cocktails! As a girls holiday of 5, we had an excellent time and will always remember our fantastic trip to Ole Tropical!

I'm going to share the good and bad points for this hotel. The good points: The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean and have all that you need. The food, whilst a little repetitive was delicious, lots of variety and we all enjoyed it. The animation team were great fun and did a good job of encouraging people to participate in the activities such as darts, aqua aerobics etc. The hosts brought round fresh fruit etc around the pool in the morning. The bad points: The majority of the staff wouldn't smile at you, even the reception staff couldn't muster up a smile when we checked in or had a question. The lifeguard on shift most days was rude and had no people skills. Rules, so many rules for an adult only hotel. We felt like we were constantly being told off by the staff. The beds are hard and I woke up with back ache most days. The manager, a young guy in a blue shirt spent much of his day chatting to staff, and not once did he engage with the customers on holiday.

Fantastic hotel! Just had a weeks holiday here and myself and my family absolutely loved it! We have 2 younger children and they absolutely loved the pool. The food is fantastic and the rooms are lovely! Cande, the maid who looked after our room during our stay was lovely, polite and respectful. She always greeted us politely in the mornings and our room was always immaculate!

Amazing from start to finish. The room we had was a 2 bedroom with a roof terrace. It was huge and so so clean. The staff are beyond friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff keep everywhere immaculate. The food was always to a good standard with a different theme every night. Would we come again??? 100% can't wait to come back soon.

We’ve just come back from a week long holiday with our family and 2 year old, and we absolutely loved it. We've stayed in Tenerife many times, including in some 5* star hotels, but this was by far our favourite! The resort is beautiful, spotless with spacious rooms and great air conditioning. There’s just one restaurant, but the food was always fresh and really tasty. The Asian evening on Friday was really good. We noticed that food labels were often missing or incorrect so if anything a bit more information would definitely help guests know what they’re choosing. The pools were brilliant and we never struggled to get a sunbed, which was a big plus. The only downside was that the white parts of our swimwear turned slightly green in the water. Not sure why that happened, but we’re hoping it washes out! The service was exceptional. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Carlos, Miguel & the reception team in particular were fantastic and helped make our holiday really special. We can’t wait to come back soon!

Would highly recommend Gran Oasis for an all inclusive family holiday. From a beautifully decorated and clean reception to our 2 bedroom spacious apartment with large balcony and impressive private roof top terrace and this was kept very clean at all times. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was really tasty with great choices for everyone, very well managed with no queues. The snack bar by the pool was always well stocked with savoury snacks and fresh fruit. Both bars had a good selection of all inclusive drinks for adults and kids. Ice cream pots free with all inclusive but I would recommend a selection of Ice Lollies instead as the ice cream is plentiful at meal times and kids tend to enjoy ice lollies during the day. The daily entertainment at the pool was great fun for everyone. The supermarket on site was well stocked. Overall this is a excellent family resort that I would not hesitate to return to.

The hotel is lovely. Food is nice, service is great, facilities and daytime/evening entertainment are great. Location is great. However, a couple of things they can improve on: - The air conditioning in our room was terrible and it was so hot in the night. We asked reception twice to resolve it and they said it was fine, but it wasn't. - There were no inflatables allowed in the pool which makes it less fun for the kids. - There were about 20 tables available for the evening entertainment with a hotel of hundreds of guests. There is room available to move the stage somewhere else to accommodate more tables. Overall an excellent hotel apart from the above.

We were staying 8 days here, and were satisfied with their services. The interior and the garden of the hotel is beautiful. The staff was kind and flexible. The food was great, and the room was clean with a beautiful view to the ocean. There were many programs: volleyball, ping-pong, tennis matches, evening disco for children to entertain guests. Great goups were forged by the evening. Do not miss the smoking area at the evenings, you can find the funniest people there ;)

Hotel was in a great location, direct access to promenade through the pool area. Room was more spacious and we got a bigger room than expected, however the floors very dirty even when cleaners came which meant we couldn't walk around barefooted. We had three balconies, one with sun loungers which we used in the afternoon. It could have done with a little kitchenette. Animation team (Javier/Laura) was great and entertaining. Reception was very slow at times. There was a smell in the evening time which attracted cockroaches. Drinks in the bar were amazing. Pool area was lovely. We never had a problem getting loungers after 11am so there is absolutely no need to get up early and reserve these (which is not allowed anyway). The bigger pool was warmer than the smaller one. Depth of both pools were perfect. Wristbands for the room to get in and out of and pay for drinks was convenient. Much better than carrying around a key card. We had a nice view of the pool area and ocean. There was a variety of food each night and it was a different theme every night. Basically there was always something for everyone and I have one picky eater. As the location is right on the promenade, we went for a walk each night and didnt take advantage of the evening entertainment. There is plenty to do around the hotel. We used the tennis court by the promenade a few times.

After staying here a few times previous to the renovations we thought we would stay again after previously enjoying our time here . First thing is the renovations carried out really is stunning . It’s a really chilled out atmosphere. The pools and gardens are beautifully kept and always a sun lounger . Our only criticism is our room patio door was very stiff so was a struggle to even sit outside at times . The biggest disappointment was the Reception staff actually went out there way to be rude very disappointing indeed . Although not all of the staff were like that . The main disappointment was the amount of stag parties were staying at the hotel . Not that they were causing a massive nuisance other than swearing and playing there stereo full blast over the hotels music . It’s just as a family holiday we’d of opted to stay somewhere else had we known this . Other than that the hotel is very well located .

I stayed here with a large group of 40. Took a while to get everyone checked in.. obviously. We had plenty of areas to relax whilst we were waiting We stayed all inclusive, food was there for every possible taste and each day we were treated to something different. We had to pay for our own drinks, if I was in a smaller group I would opt for all inclusive. Fun games every day at the pool, archery, tennis et al At night, we had live music and DJ's. Staff are friendly, approachable and resolved any issues promptly.

Perfect location, beautiful hotel the refurbishment looks fantastic. We had a plunge pool room with the most wonderful views, it really made our holiday special and was perfect for our child to play in. Staff across the hotel are friendly and welcoming. Evening entertainment was very impressive and drew a large audience nightly. The pool area is huge, clean and inviting, no rush for sunbeds and there is always something happening at the pool to keep families entertained. Lovely touches for children in the rooms such as their own toiletry box, towels and dressing gowns as well as delivery of kinder eggs and juice. Hotel was perfect for my 4 year old. Only slight niggle is breakfast, this wasnt as good as another local hotel we stayed at last year, however, the rest of our experience was wonderful.

We stayed at the hotel in February 2025 and were very satisfied! First, it has a great location near the beach with a small bay where there are no huge waves and you can swim peacefully in the clean ocean. Second, the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Something happened to the bed in our room after cleaning, and we couldn't put it back in place. We reported this to the reception in the morning, and when we entered the room at lunchtime, everything had already been fixed. Plus, the room is cleaned daily, the beds are made, and any missing toiletries are delivered, etc. Thirdly, the cuisine. A wide variety of dishes (Spanish, Japanese, European) and incredibly delicious desserts! There were always enough sun loungers by the pool, and the pool itself is quite large and beautiful. We are very happy with our vacation and would love to come back again!

I’ll start by saying the hotel is gorgeous—very spacious, and everything looks luxurious and brand new. The service was very good, although the receptionist was a bit rude when we arrived. Our room wasn’t ready at 3 p.m., and we had to push a little to get a different one. They really shouldn’t promise a room will be ready at a certain time if it won’t be. The pool is huge and very beautiful. The rooms are super comfortable, and the bed was spacious. We paid for breakfast, and it was a 10 out of 10. And it’s beachfront. We’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel!

Amazing hotel, but at what cost.. Generally the hotel appeared to me very well. Vast pool, bar, gym, other incredible amenities. I thought it was all great. Until I found out there's an extra charge for pretty much anything. To use the gym there's a 6 euro fee every time or a 20 euro weekly one. A week at this hotel costs 2000 euros, why am I paying even more Not to mention we were put in a room with people smoking on the balconies, despite us clearly stating in the booking for a non-smoking room. somehow that was also the only part of the hotel where people were allowed to smoke. Generally service was quite unresponsive and didn't help much, reception can't help with basic stuff and info desk closes early. Other than that location was very nice and the beach was amazing.

1st time at Mediterranean Palace. Excellent smooth modern reception area with friendly helpful staff. We loved the modern comfortable furniture in all the common areas. Our room was modern, spotless clean and very comfortable with a great balcony. Fantastic rainforest shower in big bathroom. The food is of a great variety, great quality, in a nice modern dining area. Very nice staff. The pool areas are wonderful. Fabulous amenities for children in their own pool. There are lots of sun beds. We never had trouble getting a sun bed at any time of day. Access to the lovely sandy beach is a huge bonus and wonderful to walk along the endless promenade either way. On site restaurants are excellent. The entertainment staff at this hotel are the very best, most professional and hardest working I have ever met. They are a credit to the organisation. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel, all the staff are so welcoming and wanting you to enjoy your stay to the highest degree. All areas constantly being cleaned which is admirable. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return.

Stayed here for a family self-catering holiday. Staff at reception and in the snack bar were very friendly, and the room we stayed in (007) was clean and well presented. The hotel in general was in good condition, and the pool area was clean and tidy with plenty of sun loungers. Lifeguards are provided and were pretty chilled about the balls being used in the pool. The food at the snack bar was tasty and reasonably priced for a quick lunch etc. The hotel is a hill at the back of Los Cristianos, so it's a bit of a walk to the centre of Los Cristianos or Las Americas, but only 15-25 mins depending on how fast you walk etc. Taxi costs between 5 and 10 Euros and there were always taxis on the road adjacent to the bottom entrance to the Hotel.

This is our second year in a row coming to Granada Apartments. We absolutely love how clean and friendly the staff are. The food on-site is reasonably priced, the poolside is cleaned every morning. We went to a really posh 5-star hotel in October, and the poolside was not cleaned for the full two weeks we were there. I just love how clean this place is, considering it's 3-star. Amazing view! Rooms are dated but clean and livable. We will be going back yearly. Oh, and the massage by the pool was amazing—the best I've ever had and very cheap for what you get. The atmosphere is so relaxing.

A really good place to base your holiday from. Not too far from the airport, a twenty minute transfer and a €6-8 taxi ride to the nightlife if you like all that jazz. The apartment is clean and tidy. When we go away, we are not so interested in the pool and facilities as we travel out every day however, this place has it all. If you like sitting by the pool in the sun with a cold beer or glass of wine, you will not be disappointed. We read some reviews saying this and that about it being ‘tired’ or dirty but we don’t agree. It’s a basic three star apartment with good facilities. Room service comes every other day although we asked just for a bin bag and fresh towels. There is a supermarket a short walk away (10-15 minutes) within a nice shopping centre complex, and a small supermarket just across from the hotel entrance. There is an ATM machine close by too. If you hire a car there is on street parking outside the complex. You can hire a key to operate the safe so your things are secure too. This place is quiet but we preferred that. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We had a small problem with a door not opening and maintenance was there in just ten minutes! There is also a luggage room for when you check out on the last day if you don’t fly until the evening. You can leave your luggage there for the day until it’s time for your connection to the airport. All in all we can report a very positive experience. If you set realistic expectations (it’s rated at 3 stars) then you won’t be disappointed.

Really nice hotel / apartments. Reception staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Apartment we booked was very spacious, wonderful balcony, with a great view of the pool area and mountains. Hotel grounds were kept clean and tidy daily, pool area was very nice with plenty of sun loungers… never the need to reserve like most holiday hotels, there was always a lounger to use. There is a snack bar open from about 8am till about 9pm, the place sells beer on tap (Amstel), bottled beer / ciders / alco-pops. You can grab breakfast , lunch and dinner there too, so it’s pretty decent. There is also a little shop open from about 8am till 6pm, sells the basic essentials. Rooms can be cleaned daily, just let the cleaner know. Towels are changed upon request. The hotel is a little away from the main areas such as Las Americas & Los Cristianos, about a 20/25 minute walk. Taxis are reasonable, from around €6 to €10. Local supermarkets are close by, same, about a 15/20 minute walk. For a self catering hotel I’ll give this a solid 4 stars, really nice place. I’ll definitely come back to Granada Park.. thank you for a lovely time.

Lovely hotel and room and spotlessly clean. Frequent maid service and more than we needed. Pool bar was open from 8AM till about 8.30PM. English breakfast (two sizes) along with burgers, pizza, pasta, steak, pork, chips etc all freshly made to order. Three pools available. Nearest supermarket, a very good one, is about 10 minutes walk away. Had to pay 2.90 euros per day for the WiFi and for each device which we didn't expect but we didn't properly research this factor. The hotel is probably a 20-30 minutes' walk to the seafront but it is downhill. Therefore, coming back is uphill and pretty steep. Those with mobility difficulties or other health problems will definitely struggle. Most days we got a taxi back from the seafront and it was never more than 10 euros. Again, our fault as we did not research location enough. We did have a lovely time with very nice weather.

We had a 10 day stay here from the 15th of October to the 25th and we had a lovely time. I was with my daughter (4 months and partner) All staff are extremely lovely and polite - reception staff, maids, and all lifeguards. The lifeguards are very vigilant and extremely helpful. They do ensure no-one is disturbing others by splashing / being nosey in the pool but they do use discretion! For example if people are being loud and having fun they let them carry on but if people are being a nuisance etc they will ask them to tone it down. Rooms were basic but very clean. WiFi was excellent for me at all times. They even provided us with a travel cot (I emailed in advance to confirm) Ten minute walk max to the beach. 24 hr shop next door. Would definitely visit again. Areas for improvement: bathrooms could do with a refresh of grout etc but very clean. Air con would be nice but we made do with the fan. There is a sun terrace on the top of the hotel (7th floor) with lovely views

Very clean everywhere and the personnel wonderful. Not so far from the beach. Just need a deep upgrade like, furniture, TV's Chanells, the kitchen. The WiFi is for free but has a poor and slow connection. Whit a few solar panels can be worm up the water in the pool. The pool showers not working. The lights in the apartment is poor. Across the wall you can hear your neighbours especially in the night.

Had a great time here. Excellent value with a package for two at £600 including flights with Jet2. Possibly this cheap because of covid. Just a few mins walk to the beach. The building was quite old but our room had new sink, loo, and kitchen stuff. Cleaning was excellent. Pool was nice. In summary, recommended but don't expect a wow factor.

Good stuff - all adults, nice lounge with pool table, good service from friendly staff, roof was nice plenty of sunbeds with a pool and hot tub soft bedding and plush towels that are changed daily, plug sockets in lounge to charge phone when checked out (adapter needed). Bad stuff- couldn't raise the blinds in the room so was forced to be in darkness the entire trip if I was in the room, very low staffed so both the bar inside and at the pool were closed for my entire trip however there are signs all over the hotel saying not to take your own up. Bathroom at the pool side doesn't have a lock on either door so had to reach to make sure someone didn't open it while I was on the loo. Didn't try the restaurant because there were already multiple reviews saying it wasn't good. My bedding was replaced one day with bedding that had holes in it. Overall, not the worst hotel experience I have ever had but I don't think I will be staying here again as there are plenty to choose from with balconies and good food etc.

I stayed at this hotel with high expectations given its supposed 4-star rating, but the experience was poor from start to finish. The facilities are completely run-down and feel like they haven’t been renovated in decades. Rather than cozy, the room felt like a cell: no natural ventilation, and the shutter closed so tightly it felt like being sealed in a bunker — no fresh air or daylight whatsoever. The room had a musty, unpleasant smell. Even the towels smelled odd and not at all fresh, which raised hygiene concerns. Overall, the atmosphere was deeply uncomfortable. Breakfast was yet another disappointment: extremely low quality, poorly presented, and lacking variety. For the price paid, this should not be something guests have to tolerate. This hotel clearly lost its 4-star status long ago. It’s not just a matter of aesthetics — the lack of proper maintenance is evident across the entire property. A complete renovation is urgently needed. I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstance.

Rooms okay, passible. Air con is poor and the beds are 2 singles put together. Water pressure is poor on the fourth floor. It runs slowly for about 30 seconds before it gets up to normal pressure. Wifi is very temperamental. Clean, pool is nicely placed and its a quiet hotel. Nice location.

They stole 100 euros from my friend out of her wallet which was in her suitcase! The cleaner probably just went through all of her stuff. The lights in the room were also flickering all the time and the toiletseat was broken. Also, the WiFi was really bad and only worked al little bit when we opened the curtains and sat next to the window. There were employees at the reception 24h a day so that was great and the breakfast was fine, but overall I don't recommend this hotel at all.

I was robbed by the cleaners!!! They stole 100 euros out of my wallet. I found out when I came home. I stayed at the hotel for 10 nights. The first 9 nights nothing happened, but they probably knew that we were going to leave so they took the last day as an advantage to steak my money! The room was old, the toilet was broken, the lights flikkered and the breakfast was okay but the same everyday so not much variation. I would not go here again. I am very disappointed.

Stayed here with my partner for 2 weeks, 15 June - 29 June. The Hotel is Ideal for the Surrounding area with bars and restaurants littery next door and across the road. The rooms are cleaned 5 days a week, unless you say other wise. I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and slept like a baby with NO noise issues from ajecent bars. Staff are friendly and nothing is to much trouble. Pool area has plenty of sunbeds never any problems getting one. My only issue is with ceiling fans instead of actual air con, okay the fans are free with no additional charges but in the height of summer despite being on 24-7, the fans just don't cool you down. So, would I stay again? In a heartbeat. Adults only Hotel, nice touch, though to be fair I've been in some hotels where children where better behaved than some of the " Adults" in the pool.

And bugs!🤷‍♀️ A mixture of age groups! No bugs!! Lovely clean apartments! Towels got change almost every day and our sheets were changed We were on the 4th floor didn’t need the fan as there was a lovely breeze! No screaming children what more do you want! Will definitely be going back!

We just come back home from our stay on the 3rd floor Good: location was the best thing for us very close to the golden mile and shops over the road The pool area was good plenty of sunbeds and lovely roof top area &that's about it Cleaners and some of the reception staff are nice and understanding Bad: cockroaches in the bathroom also quite abit of silly rules however we didn't mind Some days there was some horrible smells from the drain No entertainment or music Could not get a later check out so we sat in reception from 12 till 6:30pm for our transfer The other coral hotel was 2 min walk away and we wish we knew about that hotel before the coral California as we would of stayed there looks 100X better

I was a little apprehensive about staying here after reading through the reviews. However... I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are basic but very clean and the beds are comfortable. There aren't really enough facilities to self cater within the lodge for me personally but that's okay for the price I paid. All the staff were friendly, especially the pool bar staff. We were very impressed with the pool bar food, it was exceptional, definitely try the burgers and the club sandwich! The pool area was also a really nice spot to chill out in! Only 10min walk down to the beach, ideal!

Swallow end for little kids to play. Only downside the rooms don't have Aircon. They have celine fan, April it's ok, after that I do t know. Highly recommend, great hotel.

Hotel itself situated ideally on main bus routes to every destination in Tenerife. Bus stops only 100 yards away .Reception quick and easy check in by experienced staff also helpful with enquiries throughout holiday.2 good-sized pools and pool bar serving good choice of drinks cocktails and meals .also good toilet area and shower facilities for your last day if check-in out late .Only down side was its very popular with groups of teenagers so you do get the occasional poor notes sleeps saying all that 9/10 enjoyed my holiday

This hotel was perfect for our 5night stay. My only issue is that although the pool was cleaned regularly whatever its treated with turned my hair green. So if you have light/dyed hair be aware. Apart from that our room was great, a perfect sized kitchen for 2 people and the pool view was great. The room was cleaned regularly and bedding and towels were changed frequently aswell. The staff were very kind and helpful. A 50 euro deposit had to be made to get the remote to the ceiling fan which was totally worth it. The pool bar was very nice with a good range of drinks and food options perfect for lunch. The location is perfect with the beach, restaurants, bars and shops all being a 5 minute walk.

Had best experience here hotel was lovely and clean room was very spacious. No air con but they provided a free fan which worked fine or can pay to hire a AC unit for 80€ for week. Pool area outside is lovely not too busy when we went down. Location is spot on about 10 minute walk down to the beach if that. 5 minutes to golden mile. Shops right down underneath and a supermarket literally 5 doors down on the corner. Street was quiet with lovely views, cant say we experienced any noise coming from the street or other people staying here on holiday. Staff were lovely and super friendly, have a baggage area for when needing to leave bags for check in or check out free wifi which was useable didnt have any issues when on it. Stayed with my 4 yr ood and 1 yr old. Comfy bed, only thing made me weary was stairs in the apartment however there was only 3 so used the baby travel cot to block off the steps when she was out and about. Would 100% recommend to anyone going again as the price is fab for what u get.

Good priced apartments with a basic kitchenette, bedroom, en suite with bath & shower & balcony. Not air conditioned but you may be able to borrow a fan. There is a swimming pool too, not that I used it. Breakfast is available but from another hotel down the road. Can be noisy if you are in rooms that are located on the busy road.

Security man assaulted me and my girlfriend and my friends 2 nights in a row and through multiple pens from the ground floor onto our balcony while we wore sittin on it , showers were cold , no towels and all round bad experience . A good clean apartment hotel with a nice pool that gets the sun most of the day. There are several traditional Spanish restaurants in the area too. The only slight negative is that the rooms on the road side of the building don't get any sun on their balcony.

Just come back from this apartment after a week stay..receptionists lovely And friendly.. no lift for the apartment so it’s a long way up with heavy cases.. no air cons in the rooms just a ceiling fan which does nothing at all can hire the air con if needs be .. cleaner came on Monday and that was it for the week didn’t see her again which made it very unhygienic.. kept having to beg for towels as no fresh ones was being left one day had to use beach towels as would not give us any.. pool area and pool bar lovely just life guard could be more observant would not stay here again few things need improving

Love this place 2nd time here only issue I have is no air con roof fans not the best but option to rent a fan also one more moan the pool closes at 6pm and I find that early for peak Season . But I can’t fault anything else nice staff clean and I have already booked for next year . Close to beach and shops and not to close to laz Américas that I found has went down hill or Maybe am just getting to old for that kinda thing but defo not as clean as use to be . . But to sum it down it is fabulous apartments .

Just back from a week here. Apartments are basic but clean. We had a living room with dining area and sofa which turns into a bed, full kitchen with fridge & freezer, double bedroom with good wardrobe and a modern bathroom with walk in shower. Shower was great. Balcony was good size with a table & 4 chairs. Got the sun in the morning and overlooked the rear of the complex which had a public park, was nice and quiet to sit in. The only thing was the heat inside the apartment and it had no air-conditioning - it would have cost 80 euro for the week to get a unit put in but with us being there start of June we were okay with a fan in the bedroom. If it were July/August we probably would have paid it. Pool area good - always got a sunbed no matter what time we went down. Good music wasn't too loud either. Pool bar serves great cocktails especially strawberry daiquiris 🍹and they served food throughout the day too which was reasonably priced. Bar staff very friendly. Pool closed at 6 but we could still lay out. Bar closed shortly after. Would have been good if it stayed open abit longer. The apartments are in a great location, pretty much between Costa Adeje and playa de las Américas. Just a short walk to the beach and bars/restaurants/cafes. The restaurant at the front of the complex is nice too! If you are looking to go out for a good cafe for brunch I recommend Petras just up from the ibrox bar or the cozy cafe just down from there off the main street. Toilets, clothes washing facilities, TV room, gym all located below the pool area. With check out being 12 and our bus picking us up after 6pm, we were abit disappointed that we couldn't get a late check out and there were no showers for us to get washed after sunbathing all day. This is our 2nd time staying here but we'll definitely stay here again when in tenerife! Thanks!

Nothing more than a little hidden gem in Tenerife. We arrived earlier than the 3pm check in as our flight was early. We were told to return in about an hour (1pm) which the rooms were ready. We had rooms 25 and 26. Rooms ok sized and clean. Shower is decent size also. Bed in bedroom is comfortable however, the sofa bed ain't that comfortable. No air conditioning in rooms just ceiling fans which didn't work as well as I would've liked, so just kept windows and doors open which you can hear everyone getting back to hotel in the nights, which is probably the only negative thing I can say. There are quite a lot of steps to most rooms which are higher up. Not an issue unless you have slight mobility issues and/or heavy bags or cases. There are no lifts in this hotel. Pool is very clean and of adequate size. There's a lifeguard on duty. Poolside food and drinks are reasonably priced and very well presented. Front of house staff are all polite. Especially Ileria who went above and beyond to make sure the taxi she had booked us turned up. She also sorted us a taxi to the airport for 3am (given 24 hours notice). Location is brilliant too as its approx 20 mins walk to Siam Park and within walking distance to Las Americas and Hard Rock Cafe. Tourist train stops just down the road too which is good. Would definitely stay here again and cannot wait to return.

Nice budget hotel. Staff seem friendly, room ready before check in time. Had great stay. Staff friendly. Pool bar staff really good and reasonably priced. Rooms are clean and more modern than most. One of the best locations for playa and Adele.

The accommodation itself was fabulous. The Country Club is very stylish and well looked after, looks better in real life than in pictures. There are many activities that you can do around the day, there is minigolf, there is the swimming pool, there is a games room, a jacuzzi etc. Swimming pool was always heated and clean. Louis, the entertainment guy was really cool, there was Bingo, there was water aerobics etc. The ladies at the restaurant were so sweet and friendly. The staff working at the reception area was also amazing. Bruno and Alejandro were both so helpful and friendly, both made the time to answer all questions me and my friend had. Alejandro was very helpful in explaining to us the best places we can go around the area, he helped us book a paragliding experience and explained to us the best ways to go around the island. From all the places I have been to, this accommodation had the most friendliest, professional and kind staff.

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience during our stay at Regency Hotel. This was the first time, after many hotel visits, that we encountered such poor service and attitude from hotel staff. From the moment we arrived, problems started. We had booked a family room, but the children’s bed was not prepared. When we asked about it at reception, we were told that “they don’t usually prepare the bed for kids” and that this information is supposedly mentioned on Booking.com. We checked thoroughly, and no such information exists. While preparing a bed ourselves wasn’t a major issue, the real problem was that there were no bed sheets, pillows, or pillowcases in the room. I went back to reception to ask for them, but the receptionist simply told us that room service finishes at 16:00, so there was no one available to help. We kindly asked if the bed could be prepared while we went to the pool, hoping the issue would be resolved. When we returned, not only was the bed still not made, but the only thing left in the room were pillows without pillowcases and one bedsheet. After multiple trips to reception, a different staff member eventually came to our room and showed us that the bedding was hidden inside a large wooden box in the living room—something no one had explained to us despite several requests for help. To make things worse, the receptionist we had dealt with initially responded in a very rude tone, telling us her shift was over and we would have to explain everything from the beginning to her colleague. Unfortunately, this was just the beginning. On the first day, we also paid for our stay at reception. However, three days later, we were called back because “something was not right with the payment.” It turned out the receptionist had mistakenly done a funds reservation instead of an actual payment, and asked us to “just tap the card again so they can confirm the reserved funds.” We soon realized she had actually charged us again, resulting in two transactions showing on our account — one reservation and one full payment. To be fair, two other staff members were polite and helpful, offering us a complimentary dinner and promising to fix the mistake next day in the morning since it was evening and the banks are closed. Next day in the morning the same receptionist from earlier denied any responsibility, called it a “human mistake,” and dismissed our concerns, telling us to deal with our bank back in Croatia to release the funds. We spent nearly three hours on calls to both a Spanish and Croatian bank to resolve this, and it still took another seven days for the blocked funds to be released. The attitude from the receptionist was especially frustrating — no apology, no real help, and at times even smiling at us while we were dealing with this stressful situation. Overall, this stay turned into one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. Between the unprepared room, poor communication, lack of basic customer care, and serious payment mishandling, I simply cannot recommend this hotel. I advise future guests to read through other reviews carefully, as we noticed similar concerns after our experience.

The most amazing stay at the regency country club! After reading some of the reviews we were slightly apprehensive however we had the most perfect stay. We were greeted with a warm welcome at reception and offered a cold drink which was really nice. The lady on reception explained everything we needed to know for our stay and was even kind enough to give me sun cream after seeing I had already burnt! This was a really lovely touch. The entrance to the hotel is beautiful and the bus stop is a short walk down the hill which we found helpful there is also a courtesy bus from hotel reception to Los cristianos which we also used it runs in the morning and early evening. The decor is beautiful and has a lovely charm to it. We booked a standard apartment and it was beautiful. Absolutely spotless and included everything we could need for our stay we had extra pillows and optional quilt for if it's a bit chilly the bed was the comfiest we've slept in. The hotel it's self is lovely and clean and so peaceful and quiet. We had breakfast on one occasion and there was plenty of choice and very good for a buffet breakfast. We also decided to enjoy a meal in the restaurant and the food was excellent as well as amazing friendly service from the waitress and waiter. If your looking for a relaxing break in a peaceful beautiful hotel I would definitely recommend the hotel regency country club. We can't wait to come back and thank all of the staff at the hotel for making our stay so lovely!

We arrived in the early morning at around 3am the next morning we were woken at 10am by a technician to come and fix a balcony door which we did not request to be fixed. We then went down to the pool bar to grab a coffee and were met by 2 rude members of staff which refused to put sugar in our coffee. They then got aggressive with us and poured our coffees down the drain and told us to go away. Furthermore we were awoken to another technician entering our room, unannounced, at 9am without any communication from reception. A complete violation of our privacy. We came to the manager with these queries and he blatantly ignored our concern and told us "this is a misunderstanding". After trying to convey our concerns to reception staff several times, we were given a complimentary dinner at the restaurant to apologise. As seen in the pictures below, the food we were served was close to inedible, it was clearly a frozen pizza and a microwave meal, and not even a decent one. On the morning of departure, we requested late check out in which no communication was reciprocated and were eventually told that reception staff were unable to approve our request? I proceeded to ring reception to state that we wouldn't be leaving our leave the room until 12 because at this rate, it was the absolute least we should have been given following the numerous issues we experienced during our stay. A member of staff then knocked and entered our room telling us to leave followed by another 3 housekeepers who refused to leave, basically forcing us out of the room. After all of these issues, we reported our incidents to our service provider and again, they were completely disregarded and we were then accused of making false accusations against the staff and that no sort of compensation would be necessary. I would highly recommend you to reconsider staying here if you want basic respect from hotel staff or if you actually want to enjoy your holiday! Also, it's worth mentioning that there is only one small shop nearby and if you wish to go anywhere you will need to drive or get a taxi.

One of my favourite places to stay in. Three bedrooms seafacing villas are amazing (especially villa no. 5) and everything about the place. Everyone has something to do and enjoy, the place is very clean and safe and has a very smooth feeling attached to it. The only downside (that is not the hotel's fault) are the people that queue in the morning to get the best seats at the pool and run like lunatics to catch their favourite sunbeds like their life depends on that. This is one place I could really recommend.

The actual hotel and surroundings are lovely it was a shame that it was let down a bit by the room which was in need of an update and a few repairs. The fan didn't work on arrival but in all fairness the staff quickly got it sorted. The pool area is also lovely and this may just be unique to us but the water was very very salty so we couldn't make full use of it as any little water splash hurt our eyes, I did also see another gentleman making quite a scene about the saltyness. Luckily the kids pool was great so our daughter happily spent a lot of time in there, the kids pool opening times seemed a little strange though.

Just got back from 2 weeks here. Hotel itself is lovely and location is great. However the pools are extremely salty and not enjoyable at all. Stayed in a studio which was abit worn but fine overall. Poor quality fan and room is not safe if you have a toddler as no way to lock the door from the inside so our child had let himself loose a couple of times. Had to barricade the door up on the nights incase he got out whilst we was asleep! No entertainment either but close enough to everything to go out anyway.

The only downside was the beds are hard. But it wasn’t the end of the world and we will definitely return

Very good location and close by to shops and restaurants. Pool was great and our kids loved playing in it from morning to night. Our room was very tired looking and in need of refreshing. Lacking air conditioning and the safe came at a rental charge of €3 per day. The noise from the strip could be quite loud at night, it didn't disturb our group but may do if you were a light sleeper.

Very nice ,well mentaind and well positioned from the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby, and the main street just few min walk distance. The apartment we stay was very nice, with a nice view of the ocean. Nice big room's, full equipped kitchen. Very friendly personal, starting with Julia from reception until the house keeping lady on our floor. Everyone doing everything possible to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The only down points will be about the TV size, ( in our apartment was like laptop display) and not even straight. And the second was the air con in the bedroom. Quite simple one with not to many options to control. Each 20 min or soo, you feel the cold air on you no matter the temp you set up. They should review this time to time. Overall we will definitely recommend with pleasure, and we will definitely consider for our next holiday.

Great place to stay, we had perfect holiday. Customerservice just perfect, always happy to help. Apartments are clean and aircondition in both rooms was happy surprise. Good location, in the middle of everything. Parking wasn’t expencive for our rentalcar. Bakery downstairs, where you can go buy fresh bread in the morning, lots of great places to eat near. Endless shopping opprtunities, we came home bags full of souveniers and clothes. Swimmingpool was good, big enough and kids loved it. Beach is perfect with kids, nice soft sand and safe to play or have fun in the waves. We are planning already our next trip, absolutely going back!

Well what can I say Vista Sur are simply the BEST apartments we have ever stayed in!!! Location is fantastic literally a minutes walk to the beach,shops,restaurants and bars,we had a sea view apartment and the view was amazing!! The apartment itself was extremely clean and well furnished(in fact the whole complex was decorated to a really high standard and super clean) and really well equipped with plates glasses cutlery etc all of which was in excellent condition. There is daily housekeeping and the staff were very friendly and thorough cleaning the apartment daily. Reception staff were extremely professional and helpful especially Juliia who went out of her way to accommodate us. As we had a relatively late flight home it was no problem to leave our luggage in a secure area which had a small lounge and toilet/shower facilities so we could return there and prepare for our flight home. I truly cannot recommend Apartamentos Visa Sur enough and have already recommended it to family and friends should they want a self catering holiday you really won’t beat Apartmentos Visa Sur and we will definitely be returning….it’s 5* all the way for me!!

We stayed here for two weeks the location is brilliant staff and cleaners was the same. It is a three star hotel but it has everything you want or need. The pools are great and the atmosphere is second to none around the pools. Better than some 5 star hotels. We had two little problems and they dealt with it straight away. The only downside to the place was the beds. There not very comfortable and they move around a bit. I’m sure it’s easier for the cleaners and for them to change the bedding which they are brilliant at. That said it wouldn’t stop us from coming here again. Great place.

Nice hotel in the nicer end of Tenerife Las Americas. Guy at reception was a bit short and abrupt at times but the pool bar staff were lovely. Unsure why they chose the start of the busy season to do poolside renovations which made having a quiet drink, meal or relaxing moment by the pool difficult. Constant drilling 8hrs a day every day.

Wow what a fabulous stay we had at coral ocean view hotel! Our holiday did not start too great as our flight had been very delayed therefore we only arrived at the hotel at 4am, the security guard working overnight was not very helpful and it took him almost an hour to check us in, as you can imagine we were exhausted after being delayed 6 hours so this was not ideal. We were eventually given a room by 5am. However this mistake was rectified by the lovely lady on reception I believe her name was Iona- sorry if wrong. We expressed our disappointment at our check in experience and she upgraded our stay to all inclusive by way of an apology- which we were MORE than happy with. The all inclusive experience at coral ocean view is brilliant, help yourself to drinks, cocktails included, and the selection of food was excellent at breakfast lunch dinner and snacks. We loved the themed dinners, especially the Asian themed night. Plenty of selection for those who love their food and trying new things. Cocktail selection was brilliant and bar staff could not be more helpful. I will say however that the waiters and waitresses in the restaurant are very very eager to take your plates the second you stop eating, this did at times put a bit of pressure on to eat quickly. Pool area was spotlessly clean and the water was a lovely temperature. Plenty of sunbeds which was brilliant as you could pretty much sit wherever without having to fight for space. Toilets by the pool were a nice addition- again these were spotless and cleaned regularly. The lifeguard's attitude seemed a little rude at times, and at points made us feel uncomfortable by constantly patrolling. Our room was spotlessly clean with excellent facilities, plenty of storage room and a free, easy to use safe. The bathroom was spacious and came equipped with hairdryer. Shower was a bit tricky to get a good temperature, either scolding or lukewarm, but good once you got the right balance. We heard no noise from the strip , which was surprising, as the hotel is situated in a really good spot , very close to shops, beach, pharmacy etc- everything you need! Honestly cannot fault coral ocean view, even with the check in hiccup, as we couldn't have asked for a better apology. Cleaners were also excellent, even arranged all my makeup in the bathroom! They really looked after our room 404. We will definitely be returning for another all inclusive stay, but for longer next time! We look forward to seeing you all again. Georgie & Regan.

We had a very pleasant stay! The rooms are modern and nicely designed, though there were a few small maintenance issues like some damaged laminate flooring and a worn-out kitchen baseboard – nothing major, just details. The hotel isn’t right on the beach, but the boulevard/strip is just a short walk away, so location-wise it's still very convenient. The real highlight was the staff – super friendly, helpful, and always thinking along with us. Great service makes all the difference!

We’ve just returned from a week at Coral Ocean View. What an absolute gem of a hotel. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a warm friendly smile and the most helpful reception staff I have come across, thank you Ivan and the young lady who was working with you. Checking in was painless, and we liked the fact the hotel links your room to the wrist band you wear during your stay ( no more room keys/cards to lose) Our room was spotless, plenty big enough for the two of us. Good size wardrobe and included the use of the safe with no extra cost…. Amazing & and appreciated, other hotels need to follow this. Pool towels were provided, so don’t waste space packing your own. The studio/room had an iron & ironing board, kettle, microwave, 2 hob, fridge with small freezer box along with cutlery, crockery, pots, pans & cooking utensils. The bathroom had a large walk in shower, hand soap, shampoo/ body wash, conditioner and there is also a hairdryer is provided. My only gripe about the studio was there was no set of drawers, so everything small had to go onto the wardrobe shelves. The food was plentiful and varied. Different theme nights with an array of foods, but also assorted salads, cold meats, cheeses & breads were always available I liked the fact that the serving dishes were quite small, so the food was changed regularly, everything I tried was cooked well and very tasty & fresh. Miguel the bar manager was just lovely, what an amazing personality, the younger staff could learn a lot from him. He was always laughing and having a banter while serving multiple guests at the same time. The pool is plenty big enough, and it’s warm. Despite the hotel being busy we never had an issue getting a lounger if we wanted one, although there was that mentality of some to put towels on loungers and not use them for 90% of the day. The hotel itself is quite small and far enough away from the front that you don’t get disturbed by the nightlife if you want a quieter stay, but it’s close enough to walk to the beach and shops in the daytime. Visiting Siam Mall shopping centre is a must, it’s 15-20 mins walk. It’s much larger than we had imagined it to be, and there is a variety if shops to suit everyone. We have already recommended this hotel to 3 other couples and will definitely be back again. The hotel itself ticked all the boxes, the staff work tirelessly to keep it spick & span. Our only hotel gripe is the lifts, there are 2 which serve both guests and housekeeping, so if like us you were on floor 8 you could be waiting ages to actually get the lift to your floor. My partner has knee problems so although there were stairs using them to get to floor 8 was not really an option. Suggest hotel looks into getting a service lift fitted if possible. The hotel suits a wide age range, we are in our 60’s but they were plenty of much younger people their, the whole atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing. PS other reviews say about the bus station, yes you can hear the buses reversing, but it’s minimal and never disturbed us at all. Close your bathroom window on an evening and it shuts the noise out.

This hotel is definitely good choice for a vacation on Tenerife. Breakfast was good, the evening events also, our room was clean and well equipped. The small kitchen in a room was pleasant surprise. Service is very friendly, my boyfriend has a birthday during our stay and team left us a small message, sweets and champagne, it was very unexpected and nice. Of the minuses, I woke up 2/5 nights from the noise of the neighbors, I see this as a lack of soundproofing in the rooms. These terrible green bracelets are definitely a bad decision, because you come to the island to take good photos (definitely without this bracelet). And the fact that the name Sunprime is written on the hotel itself from the side of the road, and on Google Maps it is called Coral Ocean view, is also not convenient, we founded hotel only after walking around all hotels 10-15 min to read the name from the other side. Bed is terrible, the mattress is constantly rolling, the beds are moving in different directions

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. The first issue we came across was arriving at 11am and not being able to check in until 2.30pm. I’m not sure if this is a fault on Jet2 or the hotels part but this was never made clear when booking and we noticed a lot of others faced the same problem. After finally checking in, we weren’t given much info about anything (like what time food is served or where anything is etc). The rooms are modern and clean and the cleaners did a great job everyday, but there were a few minor issues such as a plug socket not working and a hinge hanging off one of the wardrobe doors, the bathroom would also flood slightly when showering but only minor things. The food was ok, but never kept very warm (almost cold by the time you sit down to eat) and not the biggest selection of choice compared to other hotels, we thought that this was one of the bigger downfalls for the hotel, especially as we were all inclusive. One of the lifeguards at the pool often made us feel quite uncomfortable, constantly doing laps of the pool and watching your every move, which took the relaxing element away. A lot of the staff could be a bit abrupt/rude at times, however there were a handful of really kind and helpful staff. Other than that, our stay here was ok and as a hotel, it did the job. Comfy beds & spacious rooms. Never heard anything from the bus station across the street as mentioned in other reviews. It was a fairly quiet area but still plenty to see/do/eat around the hotel. Also a quick walk to the beach. The staff in the restaurant were very efficient. The entertainment each night was good, but slightly repetitive. The odd few people would reserve sunbeds but we never found it an issue finding one. Even at middle of the afternoon there were always a few free. The pool was also lovely and well looked after/kept clean. Overall, we just didn’t think this hotel was worth 4 stars and as mentioned before, it did the job.

The hotel itself was absolutely fantastic, the staff were extremely helpful, welcoming and overall just met all expectations. The pool area and bar were absolutely lovely, and its location is directly opposite the beach less than a 2 second walk once you exit the hotel entrance. The rooms were definitely a little dated and we had some trouble with our shower going from hot to cold intervals, and there is no kettle in the room. Other than that it was an extremely clean hotel, the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was very good aswell , a lot of variety and fresh fruits and juice selections. Once again cannot express how great the staff were. We will be back again !

Fantastic hotel, great value, breakfast plentiful and delicious variety. Staff very friendly and attentive. One point off room (Superior Double) as we reported broken light that wasn't fixed during our stay. Still a deserving 5 star experience. We will be back next time in Tenerife 🙂

Stayed at Cleopatra for a week - fantastic staff and clean rooms. Beautiful pool and opposite the beach, and right by the restaurants and shops, so it was a perfect location! Lots to choose from at breakfast - the hot food buffet section was a bit cold but we always expect this from buffet food. Rooms could have done with a couple of plug sockets by the beds, and maybe a tea/coffee station, but stunning rooms and we had a lovely view of the pool. (Also great shower pressure!) Rooms were cleaned everyday. We used the spa area for the day which was really reasonably priced (roughly 17 euros from memory) - included sauna, salt water pool, jacuzzi and VIP sun loungers outside which was brilliant as you could come and go as you pleased for the day. Steam room wasn’t working but that wasn’t an issue at all. Lovely staff in the spa! There are designated smoking areas on the ground floor, which means no smoking on the balcony and around the pool area, which, as a smoker, makes a huge difference as it was clean and tidy everywhere. You had the option to visit the sister hotel for free next door after 6PM for evening entertainment. Thank you to the staff at Cleopatra! Fantastic stay and would visit again.

Came here on a recommendation. Glad we did. We stayed in the top floor with private plunge pool which is a great addition. It's about 30-40 cm deep. Be aware the hotel is spread over 3 buildings. Easy to get lost. We colour coded for ease. Red doors blue doors and green doors. We stayed in blue doors and get sun most of the day. Locality of this hotel is great supermarket not fare and eateries close by as are bars. Staff are very attentive The only negative things I have to say is that the hotel is in need of modernisation and the breakfast isn't great several items cold and not fresh We had to start eating out of the hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. Positive points: The location is excellent — right in the city center, which made everything very convenient. The staff were absolutely wonderful: friendly, helpful, and professional. The architecture of the hotel is beautiful and adds a lot of charm to the stay. Areas for improvement: I was a bit surprised that access to the gym and tennis facilities required an extra fee. The beds felt more like hospital beds, with two singles separated rather than a proper double. Basic toiletries like a toothbrush, toothpaste, and razor were not provided, which I would have expected from a hotel of this standard. The room decor and furniture felt quite dated, and could really use some refreshing. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for the location and service, but a few updates and added amenities would really enhance the experience.

Beautiful hotel and gardens the pool area is fabulous and there was always a good choice of food in the restaurant. The chef for show cooking is so happy and efficient. We have just come back from a week at the Vanilla Garden Boutique Hotel. We were greeted at reception by a lovely gentleman who immediately offered us a welcome drink. We chose a nice cold glass of cava. The rooms are very spacious, we had a terrace with a table and chairs. There is a microwave, fridge and kettle in the room. There is a small charge for the safe. The bathroom is a good size with a walk in shower . There is a great hairdryer in the bathroom, unfortunately, the cable was not long enough to reach up to dry my hair. That said, this is my only negative point. The pool area is nice, lots of sunbeds, the pool itself isn't hot, it is aired so no freezing cold shocks getting in. The food is lovely and the service is great. What a great bunch of young waiters and waitresses. I can't forget our maid, who kept our room and bathroom spic and span. I have to give a special mention to the chef Rafaela. That man is super cheerful, so polite and he makes the best omelettes. We knew that the hotel was away from the strip, that's not our sort of night out. A 7-8 minute walk in the opposite direction and you are on Costa Adeje. Lots of bars and restaurants at a much slower pace than Playa de las Americas. It's simply a choice thing, whatever suits you.

We've just had a great week at this fantastic hotel with our teenagers, hotel is immaculate, the staff are very helpful and friendly, the setting is perfect with all the trees and the pool and hot tub areas are great, loads of super comfy padded sun loungers we went half board and the food is lovely the location is nice and quiet away from the main strip and nice and safe, there is live music in the hotel every day in the evening plus good bars and shops nearby, the hotel is immaculate and the rooms very well set out, lovely comfy beds and a fridge and microwave the drinks prices are very reasonable aswell plus lovely lunches by the pool for 6 euros! You won't be disappointed

Thanks and appreciation to the entire staff for the pleasant and correct way in which they fulfilled their tasks. Daily cleaning everywhere, (in the rooms, inside and outside the hotel), good and diverse food, spa, infinity pool plus two other pools, various beautifully arranged recreation areas, good music, entertainers in the evening, superb holiday atmosphere. Everything is offered so that tourists feel wonderful!🥰 I Highly recommend this hotel! Only one aspect, minor for me: please, in the future, when I return, check the functionality of the facilities provided in the Club Alexandre rooms, the tea cup and the coffee maker, because the coffee maker did not work (luckily I do not drink coffee 😅). I announced it at the reception and immediately the manager Valentina came. Otherwise, everything perfect! Congratulations!🤗🙏♥️.

We loved this hotel! The room was very good and spacious and we loved the balcony with loungers! The mini bar included was also very useful and the rooms were very modern and clean, very pleased! The food could’ve been better. It was nice but it was often cold which was a shame but we still enjoyed it. The all inclusive drinks at dinner being fizzy drinks in glass bottles was also a great touch! The bar always seemed to have a lack of staff which caused long queues but the drinks were nice and the staff were lovely. The pool was amazing! Probably one of the best parts of the hotel. It could do with extra loungers and definitely more umbrellas as if you weren’t uk early, you weren’t getting a sun lounger! Location, staff and cleanliness was really good and we loved the use of the spa included in the room! We would definitely visit again!

Lovely stay at this hotel- the food is varied despite being concerned about this due to other reviews we saw before we left home- there is chips available at every meal which I don’t personally welcome- but really lovely meat and fish for every lunch/dinner cooked on the grill. Some staff are not especially friendly because I think they are so busy- however a lot of staff seem to get a lot friendlier as the days go on. Alex in particular in the restaurant was so great with our little ones who are 1 and 2. Really lovely. Pool area fab- especially for younger children. Room- stayed in the family room and excellent space for splitting a toddler and baby. Great!

The hotel was lovely outside on upper decking area. The infinity pool was amazing! The rooms were clean and modern apart from air conditioning you can't turn off so it gets cold in the night. Unless you leave your door open which can get noisy. The food was absolutely disgusting I was breakfast and dinner...I looked most nights and walked out and had to eat out. The one night i tried it was up most of night on the toilet. It was cold and unappetising u could also tell it was left over from night before! The staff were also rude in the dinning area you could tell they didn't want us here. You also have a card your present at meal times I asked for a glass of water because I was coughing at breakfast and then to find out they want to charge me for water when I went to check out..so be aware of hidden charges. I saw this happen to another customer they were trying to charge him 150 for hidden charges. I'm a solo traveller so like somewhere that has evening entertainment...it was awful mainly in Spanish someone singing same songs every night! I will not be returning to this hotel and I've tried a few in Tenerife this is definitely one of worst for food, staff and entertainment.

Rooms, pool, bar etc are lovely. Food is really poor. It is low quality, runs out then not replenished and very repetitive. Chips with every meal including breakfast. Also big queues at the bar due to just 1 staff member serving a lot of the time. If you come as bed and breakfast youll have an amazing time. Don't bother with all inclusive. We were upgraded from a double comfort room to a family room and it was lovely.

First time visiting this hotel and it was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in, rooms for spacious and very modern and cleaned every day, food was very nice and tasty , so much choice we we're all-inclusive. Restaurant was lovely you could sit inside or out and was kept to very high standards, very clean at all times, staff were amazing throughout the hotel and very friendly. The pool are was lovely also, not huge just right, sunbeds very comfortable and it wasn't noisy around the pool at all, very relaxing. Amazing hotel. We just came back from a 7 night stay. Our room and the hotel is always spotless. The staff and constantly cleaning. The room was modern and had everything you needed too. Same with the pool area was amazing. We always managed to find sunbeds (in the height of summer holidays). Food was superb. Different cuisine each night and always delicious. The only issues we had was being half board we didn’t get drinks included with dinner (but you did at breakfast) so had to pay €5 euros a night pp which is annoying. And also entertainment could be better than just live singers each night. The hotel was a short walk to everything. Bus stop right outside too. We would 100% come back and will recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for a fab stay.

I really want to give this hotel 5 stars, the staff were superb, friendly and professional, the room was very nice and very well looked after by some very lovely ladies who did a brilliant job of keeping everything clean and dandy. The hotel is very nice only a short distance from anything you want. The bar staff were the friendliest people you could ever meet along with the lovely lovely ladies on reception. There is a nice pool area and a large rooftop terrace lined with sun loungers. Now here's why I can't in all honesty give 5 stars, the food, it was edible, but certainly not anything beyond that, Which was a pity and the only negative.

The older lady who works in the restaurant is absolutely horrible. Please note there is no sign regarding swimwear anywhere in the hotel. Watched me get my food, walk towards the door to sit outside and started shouting at me infront of other guests that I can’t have a bikini top on. I had my hands full carrying my plate and was leaving- nothing I could do. Many other guests were in and out topless or in swimwear and she said nothing to them. The hotel is not truly all inclusive as there are periods of the day where no food is available. Reception and cleaning staff are lovely but the bar and restaurant bunch are bloody horrible, miserable and rude. Room is okay, decor of reception and lobby is nice. Food is okay but I won’t be eating in the restaurant out of fear of the that dragon for the rest of my holiday. Which is a shame as I paid for an all inclusive holiday.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean! Spacious rooms with everything you need, air con, storage, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, fresh towels and bedding everyday. All the staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you. Jose at the pool bar was great fun, Maria in the restaurant, always happy and smiling and Julio at the hotel bar, friendly and fun! The food is amazing, we stayed all-inclusive and the variety and availability is excellent, there is literally everything you could possibly want. We tried a number of different dishes that we hadn't had before and it was all fresh and delicious. The menu changed everyday so there always something new to try. The pool was exceptionally clean and so refreshing in the heat! There was entertainment every night in the bar, local singers and a DJ, these were all really good. There us a free gym that is open 24 hours a day. The hotel is centred in the middle of Las Americas, its a 5 minute walk to the beach, there are plenty of shops and places to buy excursions and there is a gift/grocery shop right opposite the hotel. We visited Siam Park, this is a 30 minute walk away or you can get a bus/taxi from outside the hotel. Veronica's strip is a 15 minute walk away if you like to go clubbing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We will definitely be returning to Tenerife and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else now.

Only one thing if your coming there is loud construction work being done here but didn’t effect our stay. Once Awesome. Now Awful. Avoid This was not the relaxing getaway we booked — and certainly not the experience we had in the past at the Vulcano. On arrival, we were told the main restaurant was permanently closed for evening dinner until early November — something never mentioned during booking our half-board stay. Instead, dinner was served in the pool bar, with a menu of bare-bones, fast, ultra-processed food, poolside furniture, and staff cleaning around us as we ate. It felt like a budget hotel canteen, not the 4-star dining experience we had booked. What made it worse is how deliberate the lack of transparency felt. No warning, no option to cancel, no apology — just a quiet downgrade passed off as normal. The hotel has also completely changed its vibe. Today it caters to large groups of younger guests, resulting in high noise levels and untidy public areas. This marks a clear shift from the quieter, more relaxed environment previously associated with the property. A small drink discount and late checkout were offered as consolation — far from adequate given the poor experience. We’ve stayed at the Vulcano before and had a great time. We won’t be returning, and strongly advise others to avoid for now

Avoid at all costs – filthy hotel and disrespectful staff We had a truly terrible experience at this hotel. On the very first night, we discovered three cockroaches in the room. After a long discussion with the front desk, we had to insist heavily just to be moved to another room. The receptionist first told us that “cockroaches are normal here”, and even suggested that we stay in the infested room and wait for it to be cleaned… the next day. Worse still, when we asked to speak to the management, we were told they “don’t deal with minor problems” like this. Unbelievable. When I pointed out that I had paid for a clean room, the receptionist answered: “yes, like everyone else.” The night manager, German, was hands-down the most incompetent, disrespectful, and unhelpful person I have ever encountered in hospitality. He even claimed that the management refused to be bothered by cockroach complaints. The hotel is filthy, the cleaning is barely done, and the staff don’t greet guests, don’t care, and act like they’re just killing time. No training, no service, no hospitality. As for breakfast: €19 per person per day, and on the day of our departure (our flight was at 8:00 AM), we weren’t even offered a simple coffee, even though we had asked in advance. German literally insulted us and scoffed in our faces when we reminded him we had arranged with the restaurant staff to try and get a coffee before leaving. He flat-out refused to let us go to the restaurant or speak to anyone else. In short: German perfectly reflects this hotel’s poor management. There are plenty of better hotels on the island at the same or lower price. Don’t waste your time or money here — it might ruin your whole trip. PS: Dear “community manager” or “management,” please don’t bother replying to my review. I work in the hotel industry myself, and I know these kinds of responses are just for show, with no real intention to take responsibility.

First of all, I just need to say Pedro the lifeguard is amazing he could not do enough for my family and l. He assisted my husband in and out of the pool on a daily basis on the special seat this made my husbands holiday so much more enjoyable as he has mobility issues. This has always been a worry for us in other locations. The staff are all amazing and friendly, And nothing is a trouble to them . The location is perfect. We will definitey be coming back to this hotel soon. Personally I did prefer the hotel when we arrived as it was not so busy and sun beds were more readily available but this is only to be expected once the school holidays started.

Upon check in we received a glass of prosecco each, this made up for a long wait to check in due to 1 person on reception. Your key card is attached to your hotel bracelet which is handy it's waterproof. We were upgraded to a UP terrace room but were told this does not give up access to the UP terrace which has its own infinity pool and bar, this was €15 per day. Beds were a bit inconvenient for a couple as there were 2 single beds that kept rolling couldn't lock the wheels. Breakfast was 10/10. Other food and drink was not included and was pricy for guests. Had a lovely stay, but for the price of this hotel an all inclusive option would have been great.

Hotel was lovely. Room very clean. Staff extremely nice. Especially the young lad round the pool. My husband had a brace on his leg and the pool lad every day came to us to ask if we wanted a bed in the disabled area. I didn’t get his name. Has short dark hair. Only fault was the view in our room which looked out onto what we thought was a derelict building. At lunch one day the manager was talking to people in the restaurant and came to our table. We did mention this and he asked if we wanted to move our room. we were only there five nights so didn’t accept his offer. If we had been there longer we would have requested a room with a better balcony. Even looking out into front street would have been acceptable.

The rooftop pool was very chill and the drinks across the hotel were amazing. Good variety of food at breakfast and dinner. Most things are within a 10 min walk from the hotel, great location.

Really impressed with service and listening to feedback. When I reported the room phone was not working they were very quick to fix the situation. They sent out a email survey during our stay and I reported one of the lamps was not working and the same day they fixed it. Great choice during breakfast, something for everyone. Only issue we had which I am sure can be resolved is room 010 is the first room on the floor. It needs to be better sound proofed. You can hear people playing ice hockey arcade game from the games room, and hear the floor polishing cleaning machine as well, the shower pressure needs to be improved and the hot water as well in the shower. The sink is fine, just the main shower. Apart from that everything else was great.

Just sat in reception with our sad faces on after checking out of TL&F. We had a great 10 days holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel. We stayed in the romance room which came with the exclusive package. Not sure the room itself was worth the upgrade as it wasn’t much better or bigger than a standard room, just a few extra touches like fancy lighting, hot tub bath, built in speakers etc. if you can get it for a good price then go for it, but if it’s excessive then just opt for the standard room plus exclusive package. What was definitely worth it was the exclusive package which provided us with free food and drinks all day from 10am until about 6:30pm. The only downside to this was that you could only drink and eat in the exclusive lounge, and were not allowed to take drinks or food from there out by the pool, so unfortunately we still spent a fortune paying for drinks at the pool bar as we didn’t want to be sat in the lounge all day. It wasn’t very comfortable being sat in the exclusive lounge with the sun beaming down on you as it was a bit of a sun trap - bright white tables and bling decor everywhere made it a bit blinding, but still, I’d say it was worth it. Entertainment was really good and on all day All staff were friendly and very attentive The buffet was literally on of the best we’ve ever had for choice and quality of food . Honestly we travel a lot, and this was the best buffet food we’ve ever had. The attached restaurant, Santa Rosa Grill, was absolutely unreal! The food was top level food and I’m so surprised that more people do not use it. If you get the complimentary meal, like we did, I would 1m% recommend you go and enjoy the food. Huge portions too, so I’m glad we saved it for our last night so we could pig out and not worry about the extra 2000 calories! Location was decent but I’ve had much better. Would be perfect if it was beach front, but can’t have it all. The hotel Gym is very basic. Good enough but just 3 minutes walk is an amazing gym called Minimal Fitness. Probably the best gym I’ve ever been to.

The hotel went out there way to find alternatives for us. Have never felt so welcomed. The food is amazing and they have a variety for everyone. The entertainment here is also amazing, certainly does not disappoint!

One of the best hotels i stayed in! 5 minutes to the beach and less than 5 minutes to the golden mile. Animation team deserves a 10+! Great shows and s lot of energy. Rooms are nice and clean. Swimming pools are clean with enough sunbeds. There is one pool with salt water and the main pool is near the bar/snack corner both are very nice! Breakfast,lucht and diner is good. There is always something you like and they have really good pizza. Waiters are friendly. Only thing that was not so great was the parking space outside the hotel. If you rent a car you you have too search for a parking spot and is sometimes challenging. Overall a great place to spend your vacation!

Myself and a friend booked this as a last minute holiday to get some well needed sun. Upon arriving at the hotel we were greeted by friendly reception staff who checked us in and showed us everything about the hotel which was really helpful. I gave them a laugh as I thought I had managed to lose my passport between the airport & the hotel but having a bag with so many zip pockets it was just well hidden. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Loved the walk in shower made it easier to use with my sun burn after day 1 (oops). All the staff were fantastic and truly made you feel welcome all day everyday. Particular shout out to David the bar tender who saw us venturing towards the bar and had the drinks at the ready :). The on-site entertainment had everything you need for adults and Children. The day time and evening entertainers were great, still have the song they dance to stuck in my head haha. I was particularly impressed with the wildlife they have on site (Parrots, Guinea Pigs, Ducks which my son would love, although the parrots could do with being more polite ;) The food was great, always a bit hit and miss with an all inclusive but this was certainly a hit. Wish I had stayed longer than 4 days but will certainly be going back and taking more of us along for the fun. Big thank you for a very enjoyable stay and see you again real soon.

It's an excellent family-type, international hotel with friendly personnel. The all inclusive concept is of great value, good choice of foods and beverages. Beds are fine. Rooms are indeed reasonably clean and spacious, and many with terrace. We used the package deal by TUI. Otherwise, the hotel might be a bit pricey.

We have had a lovely holiday. The hotel is beautiful, decor has great feature scattered about. The staff are extremely pleasant and friendly. Pool area great with plenty of areas and beds. Pool drinks great and lovely lady serving us all. I feel the food in the pool side could be improved with more daytime food. Salads need more ingredients and generally more choice and a little bit more attention for vegetarians. Overall we loved our stay and award you 5 ⭐ thank you for a lovely stay.

Stayed at the hotel a month ago, traveled alone, primarily for surfing. Very peaceful and beautiful place with Moroccan/Mexican atmosphere. Rooms are great as well as room service. A lot of surf schools nearby. Unfortunate thing was that for the majority of days only one restaurant was available, however there are overall 3 which were closed. Great professionals working at the reception, to mention Marco and others who helped to navigate through the property. One very disappointing instance however was with the lady Nina, who is supposed to accommodate and inform clients about the tours and different sights. After approaching Nina I was surprised and disappointed by how Nina treated guests, with the phrases "you are wasting my time" and passive aggression. This really left a bad impression on the general level of integrity and respect that the hotel staff is not supporting. In general would recommend for those willing a peaceful vacation or who come to surf and want certain level of comfort. Would recommend educating the employees mentioned on customer service. And if you want to book tours around it is better to organise this externally and in advance

A beautiful looking hotel in the bustling Playa de las Américas. Personally, I feel it’s a somewhat dated five-star hotel by now, but the ambiance and the staff still give you that true five-star experience. The hotel also boasts a Michelin star.

One of the best hotels that we have visited in the world. We are not golfers as the majority of guests are but that does not detract from any part of the experience. Many hotels bill themselves as 5 star and are not; Las Madrigueras is a true 5 star establishment. Rooms have fantastic views, with spacious balconies and quality furniture. The whole hotel has shaded seating area throughout. It was 34/35 degrees for most of our stay, so this was a godsend. Restaurant and food quality and choice are superb. The pool is wonderful and never busy, if you like to swim. Finally the staff. Exemplary, friendly, professional and happy. The clientele are mainly well heeled Europeans and British. If you want a quiet, unspoiled break, this is a great choice. Not for everyone but most of the guests have been back here for the last ten years or more. I think they like to keep it a secret... and no wonder!

We have recently returned from our holiday. I must say this hotel is lovely, the rooms, pool and golf were excellent. Really friendly staff and good food. Negatives with this hotel is there was no information in the rooms, meal times and general info about the area etc., also there was a lovely piano bar but unfortunately there was no pianist, so entertainment was not available. As the hotel is located quite away from facilities I think they have missed an opportunity having no evening entertainment.

Just absolutely loved the peace and quiet, staff first class 👌 and nothing is a problem. Went out of way to retrieve an item we lost in a taxi . I just can't rate this hotel as it's definitely 5 stars plus .Food, especially breakfast, was superb, oh another bonus, plenty of sun loungers

Want a week of relaxation, golf, good food and sauna? This is the go-to place in Tenerife. Take the elevator down to the buggy garage and head on to the course in literally 4 minutes. Menu in the restaurant is actually very good and diverse. Dish of the day is usually pretty good. Staff is friendly and the athmosphere is calm and relaxing.

Unforgettable Memories Thanks to the Amazing Sir Antony Team From the very first moments of my stay, Sir Antony Hotel left an outstanding impression. The location is excellent, the rooms are very comfortable, and the atmosphere is both elegant and welcoming. The staff deserve special recognition – they are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious and varied, adding greatly to the overall experience. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hotel manager Rosa, reception staff Victoria and Valentina, bartender Ignacio (Nacho), waitress Monica, and the entire hotel team. Their professionalism, warmth, and care made my holiday truly unforgettable. Thanks to this team, Sir Antony Hotel stands out as the very best! I would also like to highlight the pool attendant named Raul. We have never met such an attentive, polite, and understanding employee before! Wow From the minute we arrived till we left staff were amazing. They were friendly professional and so attentive. Nothing was too much. The vibe in the hotel was on point. The hotel decor was classy and a lot of thought has gone into each of the areas to make them inviting. We upgraded from a room to a suite and had a rooftop terrace. You are in the middle of Playa de las Americas but it’s so peaceful. All you can hear is the sea. The pool area was well looked after and the staff again were so attentive going above and beyond (special shout out to Raul who was on duty most days). Every person felt he gave them extra attention and he was so in tune to the needs of all patrons. Well done! The staff in the bar and at breakfast work again friendly and went above and beyond. This is definitely a five star hotel with five star expectations and we loved it. We will definitely be returning. Only two things I could say to improve this place would be an ice machine in the corridors and a fridge on the rooftop. Thank you sir Antony see you soon.

What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the outstanding service. Every single member of staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure we had the best possible stay. A special mention must go to Raoul, the lifeguard, who greeted guests each morning with a friendly smile and checked that everyone was comfortable. His presence added a personal and welcoming touch that we won’t forget. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with fresh towels provided twice daily and the delightful surprise of a Lindt chocolate waiting for us each evening. It’s the kind of attention to detail that truly elevates a stay. We were also impressed by the quiet, peaceful atmosphere throughout the hotel. It felt like a hidden gem—luxurious but never pretentious, and incredibly relaxing. The food and cocktails were delicious and beautifully presented, with very reasonable prices for a boutique hotel. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, offering a generous spread of both freshly cooked dishes and continental options. To be honest, we couldn’t fault a single thing. Sir Anthony Hotel is, without a doubt, the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We left feeling refreshed, well looked after, and already planning our return. If you’re looking for luxury, peace, and five-star service with a personal touch—look no further.

For the first time, I chose a place to stay completely by accident... and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise! Quiet area, beautiful and clean beaches are nearby! From day one, the staff were incredibly professional and kind. We had everything we needed — a warm welcome, and slow, careful days filled with comfort and ease. 💗 The Canarian Night (a special event) was an exceptional experience! The food was fantastic — traditional, with a modern twist. Interesting textures, and beautifully presented dishes created a cozy and memorable atmosphere. Our compliments definitely go to the chef! The whole concept gave us a feeling of happiness and peace. Emir was especially helpful — such a pleasant person to be around! We truly appreciated those kind moments with him — his humor and professionalism made a lasting impression.

What a find 😀👍 A beautiful boutique hotel with the most fantastic attentive staff and perfect location. Gorgeous room overlooking the very attractive pool and outdoors area with viewes to the beach and sea beyond. Our gorgeous room with upper mezzanine floor with plunge pool and cabana. The giant sumptuous bed large bathroom with walk in shower and bath fluffy towels and twin basins. However the friendly highly professional attentive staff who just made the stay even more perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble. A special call out for the breakfast team and Emil who always gave us a fun start to the day. Pool area is gorgeous and perfect place to relax.Next door sister hotel has an easy access gym too and location beside seafront boardwalk and short walk to centre is super convenient !! Our 1st visit and will definitely be more when we return Thank you team 👌😀

Worst breakfast I have ever had. Most of the employees were very disrespectful against my friends and me. The cleaning staff were very nice and they work very hard and fast. We couldn’t jump in the pool and they got very mad at us when we did that for the first time. One guy at the reception was very friendly.

Mixed feelings about our stay here. On one hand it was great, the pool area was nice and calm, and lovely pathways to walk by. The lady at the reception was happy to help. But on the other hand, the area was noisy during the night, the walls, especially the doors, are thin, you can hear through. We had small ants in our room even though we were on the second floor. The bathroom faucet was super nasty, and had probably not been cleaned for quite some time (image attached). The room had some teabags provided, and they looked old and water-damaged. Quite nasty to be honest. Breakfast was okay, not good, not bad. Could have been more variety. Some things felt like they were brought up from the freezer and microwaved before serving, like spanish omelette. We also planned to go on an excursion one day, start 15 minutes before breakfast opened. We asked the guy at the reception if picnic was possible, he said absolutely not (even if we had already paid for breakfast). Later that day there was a lady at the reception, and we asked her about the picnic, and she on the other hand assured it would be possible. We then went to the bar 7:30 in the morning to pick up the picnic, the guy from the previous day was once again there and was super confused and said it was not possible, almost angry at us. But when we insisted that the lady said it was okay, he started packing a picnic bag for us. It was all very confusing. In general, I wouldn't recommend getting breakfast from this place

Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough ! Honestly I have told all my friends and family about this hotel ! Rooms are clean & spacious. Very safe area with security. Cleaners very friendly and left the room spotless every second day. The hotel supplies a big hairdryer in reception for the guests and also can rent a curler & hair straightener. Only down fall of this place is that there is no air con . Only a fan in the ceiling. This didn’t effect us as we came in April but may affect on hotter months during the summer.

Looks good, clean, but if you want to relax, sleep this is not the place, really not. There is noise all night. Paper walls, you hear EVERITHING the neighbour does. Unfriendly breakfast stuff. 0% vegetables offer for breakfast. 80% sugary stuff.
